Groundbreaking technology as reported by Gizmodo, the Thor Shield:

The "Thor Shield" was designed for police officers but sure to be more popular amongst protesters and other people who piss off police officers. It uses a layer of foil in the vest to draw the current of the taser, keeping your body nice and jolt-free.

I wrote about Taser company over 4 years ago. They are still using the same Matrix, "be agent Smith" animation. Either they are cheap in the online marketing, or they still think that message still resonates.

Tonight Anderson Cooper led with the story that Joseph Cassano is the face responsible behind the failure of AIG.

Countdown until we find out that Cassano contributed to Obama's campaign: 3...2...1...

At first blush, he left the company a while ago. However he could not have operated in a vacuum to drive the company to ruin. Without the deregulation, repeal of the Glass-Steagull Act, AIG could never have over extended themselves to the point of ruin.

He is most likely another asshole who gamed the system, but who the hell wrote the rules of the game? Does Phil Graham, the GOP, John McCain and all those other champions of reduce-taxes-free-market-deregulation ring a bell?

That said, I think Obama's campaign should forward a check equal to that of this asshole's campaign donation to the US treasury.

Remember 10 years ago when this was a concern that rivaled the Y2K glitch:

Programmers in the stock and securities industries, never anticipating the meteoric rise of the Dow Jones Industrial Average, have written some applications that support only four digits, experts said. If the Dow hits 10,000, and it was hovering at around 9,200 last week, certain automated trading operations might not work properly, they said.

"Trading organizations face massive exposure if the [Dow] passes 10,000 and their systems interpret it as 1,000 or 0,000," said analyst Andy Kyte in a Gartner Group report. "Computer-based trading systems could interpret the '10,000' event as a catastrophic crash."

This tiny blog has been getting an ginormous amount of hits from Google searches for Barack Obama antichrist. This started when I reported back in August, 2004, the reaction to Obama's speech at the Democratic Convention.

C'mon, wouldn't the Anti-Christ come as a wolf in sheep's clothing? Profess to be an agent of the Lord and then unleash the dogs of war; go back to the cradle of civilization and kill innocents; deny health care to impoverished children; pollute the very earth that we hold stewardship of; imprison and torture people and then not visit; or put the mark on everyone for surveillance?

That doesn't sound Like Barack Obama, nor Hillary Clinton. Sounds like someone else.

Also, the revered and great theologian, John Hagee (John McCain supporter), said the same on tape that Obama is not the Anti-Christ>

If that is not enough, take comfort in the idea that Obama is really the Kwisach Hadreach .
