First you have to understand that the energy that makes your car go down the road didn't come from the sun, After our solar system was born in Orion we drifted out into the cold of space. The elements that make up your body and everything mostly came from Orion so you are an Orionian. Mars and Earth froze over with mile deep sheets of ice over the ocean. On Earth it was known as the Huronian Glaciaion where a five mile-sheet of ice covered the single continent.

Eventually we drifted between the two-solar-mass stars Procyon and Sirius. Little Sirius B, not much bigger than earth -- only 1.5 solar masses came around, grabbed hold of our sun and put our solar system in orbit around Sirius A and B at a distance of about 25 AU. One AU is the distance between the Earth and the sun.

We became part of the Sirius system for the next 700-million years. It was the intense UV from Sirius B putting out more than 100 times the UV of our sun that was capable of piercing Earth's thick 750 PSI atmosphere that was over 3,000 miles deep. (Right now Earth atmosphere is only 60-miles deep and only 14.5 PSI. We have lost 98% of the air on this planet.) It was the light from Sirius A and B that created most all of the carbon resources; coal, oil and limestone. When you burn the stuff you are releasing stellar energy back into the environment in the form of infrared photons (heat) and locking up the free oxygen again with carbon. After our capture by the Sirius multiple star System Earth's average global temperatures went up to 60 and 80 degrees Fahrenheit. Right now they are 32 degrees Fahrenheit...

I'me sorry all this seems complicated but that's just the way it is. Advanced life forms--especially intelligent ones cannot evolve around single star systems. It takes multiple star systems and the power of a white dwarf putting out 100 times the UV of our sun in the 350 to 400 nanometer range to pierce thick atmospheres with UV light to make plants grow. This is what created our carbon resources not the sun. The sun is a poor grow light and it doesn't have enough power to keep us out of Ice Ages otherwise we wouldn't have them...

How the celebration we call life got started.

HOW NONCYCLIC PHOTOSYNTHESIS JUMPSTARTED LIFE, AND EVERYTHING THAT FILLS A NICH.
True plants use carbon dioxide and water (along with nitrogen and phosphorus from the soil) to make organic compounds and produce oxygen as a waste product. When the plant needs to use any of the energy it stored, it uses oxygen to “burn” its fuel, generating water and carbon dioxide as byproducts of that process.

To take advantage of the energy stored in the plants, animals eat the plants directly or eat other animals that do. Like the plants, they use oxygen during metabolism and produce waste water and carbon dioxide. Both plants and animals need additional water for a variety of functions: For example, the transport of nutrients up from the roots is powered by the evaporation of water from the leaves and animals use water to regulate temperature through evaporative cooling and to dispose waste products. A small fraction of the earth’s living things are anaerobic or harvest inorganic chemical energy, and so do not fit into this cycle.

ENERGY CYCLE IN PLANTS
The photon energy: “sunlight” activates electrons, which are removed from the chlorophyll before they can reemit that energy. These “excited” electrons are used to charge a membrane battery, which is used to make the energy transfer compound, adenosine triphosphate (ATP). In the process the energized electrons, having been activated days or even years earlier, lose their energy and are discarded in energy poor carbon dioxide. The ATP is used as a carrier for the electron energy. Every organism faced nutrient poor conditions and so for every 99.9 percent of new life forms that evolved only one-tenth of one percent survived while all the rest are now extinct. --James L. It was the unique property of water with two hydrogen atoms each with a positive charge and one oxygen atom with a negative charge referred to as nonpolar molecules that allow weak electro static associations (hydrogen bonds). Their unique geometry allowed the self-repairing, bilayer membrane of the living cell. Modern cells protect themselves from the environment with bilayer membranes to which specific chemical doors and pumps have been added to help control molecular in-and-out traffic.

Many meteorites and comets contain abundant inorganically formed organic compounds. Natural selection must have been at work from the very onset, favoring liposomes with the most useful chemistry favoring those with the most useful building blocks and excluding those that might be toxic. At this point in time most organisms were autotrophs—that is, creatures that took energy or energy-rich materials from the nonliving world around them—as apposed to heterotrophs, which eat other organisms (you).

The next step in the evolution of living organisms was the development of cyclic photosynthesis—cyclic because the electron energized by an incoming photon from the sun is quickly returned to the chlorophyll molecule from which it came. Chlorophyll is embedded in a membrane along with the enzymes that steal the activated electron and harvest its energy; that energy is used to charge the membrane, and the electrostatic potential created is later employed to make ATP.

It takes about two photons to charge the membrane; enough to make one ATP, and since photons are free, life must suddenly have been released from dependence on inorganic nutrients synthesis: with photosynthesis! Suddenly there was enough ATP to generate nutrients from simple chemicals like carbon dioxide and ammonia!!! There are still bacteria that employ only cyclic photosynthesis.

There still wasn’t enough ATP available to store large supplies of sugars and starches to give evolution a much needed boost so nature invented the noncyclic process which created eight times more ATP than the cyclic process. In that process the electron energy is boosted in two steps, and so much extra charging and other work is wrung from its energy that eight ATP’s can be made from two activated electrons because the electron is not returned to the chlorophyll but is handed to an energy-storage molecule instead; the missing electron is obtained by splitting water, which generates oxygen as a waste product.

To put it another way, the electron end up in a multipurpose energy compound that can be used directly to power carbon fixation to charge the membrane for subsequent ATP production. The missing electron in the first chlorophyll is replaced with one obtained by splitting water, a process that liberates oxygen.
Most photoautotrophs (all true plants) use the more efficient noncyclic process with the eight-fold increase in energy production.

Because eight times more ATP was being produced by all the plants they were able to create more energy storage in the form of carbon-based, starches and sugars. The noncyclic process not only created more free oxygen it also allowed millions of other life forms to evolve to feed on the extra, eight-fold energy created by this process. This is why we have coal, oil and limestone on Earth plus myriads of other oxygen-breathing animals like Hillary Clinton.

About three million years ago something blew up in Orion and kicked out Sun into an elliptical orbit around Sirius. Now we go out to nine light years and stop. Right now we are at 8 light years and heading back toward Sirius at 7.5 kilometers per second. We are not seeing any carbon resources being made because we are still in the Ice Age with average global temperatures of 32 degrees Fahrenheit.

We will accelerate to about 200 kilometers per second and come to within 1/10th light year and incoming UV light to Earth will be doubled.

There is nothing scarier than cancer...

My Mom had been taking the full-stalk canned style asparagus that she pureed and she took 4 tablespoons in the morning and 4 tablespoons later in the day. She did this for over a month. She is on chemo pills for Stage 3 lung cancer in the pleural area and her cancer cell count went from 386 down to 125 as of this past week.

Her oncologist said she does not need to see him for 3 months.

THE ARTICLE:

Several years ago, I had a man seeking asparagus for a friend who had cancer. He gave me a photocopied copy of an article, entitled, Asparagus for cancer 'printed in

Cancer News Journal, December 1979. I will share it here, just as it was shared with me: I am a

biochemist, and have specialized in the relation of diet to health or over 50 years. Several years ago, I learned of the discovery of Richard R. Vensal, D.D.S. that asparagus might cure cancer. Since then, I have worked with him on his project We have accumulated a number of favorable case histories. Here are a few examples:

Case No. 1, A man with an almost hopeless case of Hodgkin's disease (cancer of the lymph glands) who was completely incapacitated. Within 1 year of starting the asparagus therapy, his doctors were unable to detect any signs of cancer, and he was back on a schedule of strenuous exercise.

Case No. 2, a successful businessman 68 years old who suffered from cancer of the bladder for 16 years. After years of medical treatments, including radiation without improvement, he went on asparagus. Within 3 months, examinations revealed that his bladder tumor

had disappeared and that his kidneys were normal.

Case No. 3, a man who had lung cancer. On March 5th 1971, he was put on the operating table where they found lung cancer so widely spread that it was inoperable.

The surgeon sewed him up and declared his case hopeless. On April 5th he heard about the Asparagus therapy and immediately started taking it By August, x-ray pictures revealed that all signs of the cancer had disappeared. He is back at his regular business routine.

Case No. 4, a woman who was troubled for a number of years with skin cancer. She finally developed different skin cancers which were diagnosed by the acting specialist as advanced. Within 3 months after starting on asparagus, her skin specialist said that her skin looked fine and no more skin lesions. This woman reported that the asparagus therapy also cured her kidney disease, which started in 1949. She had over 10 operations for kidney stones, and was receiving government disability payments for an inoperable, terminal, kidney condition. She attributes the cure of this kidney trouble entirely to the asparagus.

I was not surprised at this result, as `The elements of materia medica', edited in1854 by a Professor at the University of Pennsylvania, stated that asparagus was used as a popular remedy for kidney stones. He even referred to experiments, in 1739, on the power of asparagus in dissolving stones. Note the dates!

We would have other case histories but the medical establishment has interfered with our obtaining some of the records. I am therefore appealing to readers to spread this good news and help us to gather a large number of case histories that will overwhelm the medical skeptics about this unbelievably simple and natural remedy.

For the treatment, asparagus should be cooked before using, and therefore canned asparagus is just as good as fresh. I have corresponded with the two leading canners of asparagus, Giant and Stokely, and I am satisfied that these brands contain no pesticides or preservatives.

Place the cooked asparagus in a blender and liquefy to make a puree, and store in the refrigerator. Give the patient 4 full tablespoons twice daily, morning and evening. Patients usually show some improvement in 2-4 weeks. It can be diluted with water and used as a cold or hot drink. This suggested dosage is based on present experience, but certainly larger amounts can do no harm and may be needed in some cases. As a biochemist I am convinced of the old saying that `what cures can prevent.' Based on this theory, my wife and I have been using asparagus puree as a beverage with our meals. We take 2 tablespoons diluted in water to

suit our taste with breakfast and with dinner. I take mine hot and my wife prefers hers cold. For years we have made it a practice to have blood surveys taken as part of our regular checkups. The last blood survey, taken by a medical doctor who specializes in the nutritional approach to health, showed substantial improvements in all categories over the last one, and we can attribute these improvements to nothing but the asparagus drink.

As a biochemist, I have made an extensive study of all aspects of cancer, and all of the proposed cures. As a result, I am convinced that asparagus fits in better with the latest theories about cancer.

Asparagus contains a good supply of protein called histones, which are believed to be active in controlling cell growth.. For that reason, I believe asparagus can be said to contain a substance that I call cell growth normalizer. That accounts for its action on cancer and in acting as a general body tonic. In any event, regardless of theory, asparagus used as we suggest, is a harmless substance. The FDA cannot prevent you from using it and it may do you much good. It has been reported by the US National Cancer Institute, that asparagus is the highest tested food containing glutathione, which is considered one of the body's most potent anticarcinogens and antioxidants.

Another cure is the baking soda cure. Mix a teaspoon of banking soda in a glass of water and drink it three times a day to alkalize the body. Cancer cells can't grow in an alkaline environment.

Cancer cells also love sugar--especially natural sugar. Boil some real maple syrup until when it cools off becomes hard candy. While boiling it mix in one teaspoonful of banking soda. Suck on this candy most of the day. The cancer cells will eat up the sugar and the banking soda kills them. THE FROG IS COOKED

Why you have to work two jobs to make ends meet.

This is a description of my book, THER FROG IS COOKED. It is not a cook book!

It is a compilation of crimes committed by government against citizens. This concerns you. If you don’t know these things then you will never be free and awake! The title is a parable on the high school experiment where you throw a frog in boiling water and he will jump out but if you put him in warm water and turn up the heat he will sit there like the American public until it’s too late.

The book is a CONSTITUTIONAL PETITIUTION FOR REDRESS OF GREVIENCE. Most people don’t seem to understand that either. It is one of your First Amendment Human Rights. The first Amendment reads:

“Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.”

Every Senator and Congressman needs to read this book so that they have a clear picture of what government is about and what they have done to us to so that they know that we know how they are bleeding us to death. This book is about acquiring the knowledge to keep your human rights. Our state government laws refer to humans as livestock; “persons and other animals.” That’s how they can criminalize you and charge you with commerce laws. You are not a person. You are a human being. The Federal government Poultry and Livestock Manual refers to citizens as Goyim. Look that one up.

In the 1950 the husband worked an 8-hour day in a factory while his wife stayed home and took care of the kids. A person could buy a new two-bedroom home for $15,000 and pay for it in two years. You could buy a new car for $3,500. If you wanted whitewall tires and a radio you might have to pay $3,800. A candy bar only cost a nickel. I remember those days.

After our government started rebuilding Germany, France, Japan and other nations and gave billions away to Egypt, Iran, Russia, Zambia and every other nation on Earth it inflated the dollar where your wages were worth less and less. They stole your labor and turned you into a slave. Now a candy bar cost $1.50 some places. They devalued your money 30 times.

As the value of the dollar was stolen from us and time progressed your standard of living fell and you had to work two jobs and you had little or no free time to spend with your family. Your kids grew up in government funded schools and day care centers where they were brainwashed with sleep deprivation, loud bells, and hideous lies and propaganda. Many rebelled against this authoritarian system and became juvenile delinquents, and rebels. They took drugs, dropped out and filled up the jails.

Some of your children joined the service and become cannon fodder. You never saw them again. Some came back missing an arm or a leg and some of them had sever head wounds. The vast majority were infected with micoplasma incognitos in their DNA and they passed it on to their wife and kids. They inhaled the depleted uranium dust used in rockets and bunker bombs insuring that they will die of cancer in a few years. The horrors or war so altered their thinking processes that they became society outcasts unfit to hold down a job.

Meanwhile your wife sued you divorce because you weren't home taking care of business and the lawyers took everything you had.

If by some miracle you still had a family after your military service both of you had to work in order to make a living. This meant that your children were in the care of the government funded day care centers where they were forced to watch Barney and other mentally debilitating programs designed to make them retarded.

You are a bonded slave from birth. Within five days after ytou are born the hospital administrator fills out a BIRTH CERTIFICATE with your name in all capitol letters thereby turning you into a corporation and records that BIRTH CERTIFICATE with the Bureau of Vital Statistics. After that, the birth records are sent to Washington DC where they are bundled like mortgages and sold as birth bonds. The price was $1,200,000.00 per individual but when George Bush was president the bankers reduced it to to $900,000.00.

Trading in Birth Certificates (Double Entendre)

I only found out a few months ago that the governments of the Commonwealth nations and the U.S., use our whole life's labor, individually valued at many millions of dollars, as collateral (earning interest!) against their national debt. It is a system that has been in place for at least 72 + years, since the Great Depression, when the U.S., and presumably other Western countries, became debtor nations. And it starts with your birth certificate.

There was a trust created in your name when you were registered as a baby, and there is an actual bond tracking number on your birth certificate. I looked up my own birth certificate and found the bond for it at fidelity.com. Commonwealth nation citizens, as well as U.S. citizens, can find their birth certificate bond on this same website.This bond can be used for the purposes of setting-off debt, and actually aids your country in reducing the national debt. This method has been successfully used by quite a few people who know about it, and obviously does not have mainstream coverage as it has been hidden for a long time.

The government floated a bond against our future earnings by using our birth registrations as the collateral for our 'promise to pay'. Income tax is just their having 'educated' you to pay the interest on the loan YOU lent THEM. When we access our Direct Treasury Accounts, those held at the BC/ FRB under our SINs/ SSNs, we will no longer 'have to' work. Meanwhile, we will continue to:
1. slave-labour for entities which do not exist except for the purpose of
profit,
2. do something other than what we were designed to do, and
3. believe that we (extensions of our Creator) are worthless enough to have to pay for our existence.

When you get married you are required to get a blood test and permission from the government in the form of a marriage license that is recorded in the government recording office so that anyone can view it on line.

There are a couple good jokes in the book making it worth the $15.00 price tag. I sent it to a professional editor. After reading it she had a nervous breakdown and had to seek professional counseling.

When I was writing it someone sent me a copy of the Report from Irion Mountain. It is a very interesting document that was supposedly found in the bottom drawer of a surplus copy machine purchased from Andrew Air Force Base. I don’t understand it but it sounded conspiratorial so I copied it word for word into the book. I didn’t transcribe the math because I couldn’t figure out how to do it with my word processor.

The Report from Iron Mountain is a book published in 1967 (during the Johnson Administration) by Dial Press which puts itself forth as the report of a government panel. The book includes the claim it was authored by a Special Study Group of fifteen men whose identities were to remain secret and that it was not intended to be made public. It details the analyses of a government panel which concludes that war, or a credible substitute for war, is necessary if governments are to maintain power. The book was a New York Times bestseller and has been translated into fifteen languages. Controversy still swirls over whether the book was a satiric hoax about think-tank logic and writing style or the product of a secret government panel. In 1972, Leonard Lewin said the book was a spoof and that he was its author.

The book was first published in 1967 by Dial Press, and went out of print in 1980. E. L. Doctorow, then an editor at Dial, and Dial president Richard Baron agreed with Lewin and Navasky to list the book as nonfiction and to turn aside questions about its authenticity by citing the footnotes.^[1]

Liberty Lobby put out an edition c. 1990, claiming that it was a U.S. government document, and therefore inherently in the public domain; Lewin sued them for copyright infringement, which resulted in a settlement. According to the New York Times, "Neither side would reveal the full terms of the settlement, but Lewin received more than a thousand copies of the bootlegged version." (Kifner, 1999)

Likewise, an edition was brought out in 1993 by Buccaneer Books, a small publisher reprinting out of print political classics. It is unclear whether this was authorized by the author.

In response to the bootleg editions, Simon & Schuster brought out a new hardcover edition in 1996 under their Free Press imprint, authorized by the author Lewin, with a new introduction by Navasky and afterword by Lewin both admitting the book was fictional and satire, and discussing the original controversy over the book and the more recent interest in it by conspiracy theorists.

Contents of the report

According to the report, a 15-member panel, called the Special Study Group, was set up in 1963 to examine what problems would occur if the U.S. entered a state of lasting peace. They met at an underground nuclear bunker called Iron Mountain (as well as other, worldwide locations) and worked over the next two years. A member of the panel, one "John Doe", a professor at a college in the Midwest, decided to release the report to the public.

The heavily footnoted report concluded that peace was not in the interest of a stable society, that even if lasting peace "could be achieved, it would almost certainly not be in the best interests of society to achieve it." War was a part of the economy. Therefore, it was necessary to conceive a state of war for a stable economy. The government, the group theorized, would not exist without war, and nation states existed in order to wage war. War also served a vital function of diverting collective aggression. They recommended that bodies be created to emulate the economic functions of war. They also recommended "blood games" and that the government create alternative foes that would scare the people with reports of alien life-forms and out-of-control pollution. Another proposal was the reinstitution of slavery.

Reaction by Lyndon Johnson

U.S. News and World Report claimed in its November 20, 1967 issue to have confirmation of the reality of the report from an unnamed government official, who added that when President Johnson read the report, he 'hit the roof' and ordered it to be suppressed for all time. Additionally, sources were said to have revealed that orders were sent to U.S. embassies, instructing them to emphasize that the book had no relation to U.S. Government policy.

There has to be something to it if President Johnson reacted the way he did.

Hoax or real?

In 1996, Jon Elliston wrote that the book is generally believed to be a hoax authored by one man, Leonard Lewin,^[3] and the book was listed in the Guinness Book of World Records as the "Most Successful Literary Hoax." Some people claim that the book is genuine and has only been called a hoax as a means of damage control. Trans-Action devoted an issue to the debate over the book. Esquire magazine published a 28,000-word excerpt. (Kifner, 1999)

In an article in the March 19, 1972 edition of the New York Times Book Review, Lewin said that he had written the book.

Statements made by John Kenneth Galbraith in support of authenticity

On November 26, 1976, the report was reviewed in the book section of The Washington Post by Herschel McLandress, the pen name for Harvard professor John Kenneth Galbraith. Galbraith wrote that he knew firsthand of the report's authenticity because he had been invited to participate in its creation; that although he was unable to be part of the official group, he was consulted from time to time and had been asked to keep the project secret; and that while he doubted the wisdom of letting the public know about the report, he agreed totally with its conclusions.

He wrote: "As I would put my personal repute behind the authenticity of this document, so would I testify to the validity of its conclusions. My reservation relates only to the wisdom of releasing it to an obviously unconditioned public."^[5]

Six weeks later, in an Associated Press dispatch from London, Galbraith went even further and jokingly admitted that he was a member of the conspiracy. The following day, Galbraith backed off. When asked about his 'conspiracy' statement, he replied: "For the first time since Charles II The Times has been guilty of a misquotation... Nothing shakes my conviction that it was written by either Dean Rusk or Mrs. Clare Booth Luce".

The original reporter reported the following six days later: "Misquoting seems to be a hazard to which Professor Galbraith is prone. The latest edition of the Cambridge newspaper Varsity quotes the following (tape recorded) interchange: Interviewer: 'Are you aware of the identity of the author of Report from Iron Mountain?' Galbraith: 'I was in general a member of the conspiracy, but I was not the author. I have always assumed that it was the man who wrote the foreword – Mr. Lewin'.”

I didn’t fully understand the Report From Iron Mountain until a year ago I was doing a radio interview and a flash of insight suddenly revealed to me how this software was being used on the Citizens of the united States. Oh, I knew the math part was some kind of software developed by the Air Force in the early part of World War II to test aircraft to see if they would fall apart then the guns were fired. The math resembles statistic math where you add up number values on a series of integers or stress points on the aircraft. A cannon was mounted on a mockup fuselage of the type of aircraft that they intended to mount it on. They would tape hundreds of bi-metal stress analyzers to the gun mounts and all over the structure. They’d hook up the outputs to a rudimentary computer that would print out sheets of paper showing the stress points and fire hundreds of rounds through the cannon until the structure failed. If it didn’t meet the required strength they’d either beef it up with more aluminum or change the gun mounts to dampen vibration.

After the War, Vice President David Rockefeller had access to military secrets including the Air force computer hardware and software used to analyze gun mount stress. He was smart enough to visualize how it could be used to predict rather or not a given stock would rise or fall. He sent the software over to his Alma Marta at Harvard to develop it further. They increase the number of data inputs and rewrote it for more modern computers.

You may have heard of the Promise Ware software. Picture a room full of a hundred or so TV computer monitors with each showing the price of various commodities like food, gasoline, steel, aluminum, gold, clothing, and crude oil all hooked up to one computer that would predict what would happen if the price of oil doubled. With this setup the Rockefeller family made billions. They could tweak the price of sugar or any commodity and see what would happen to a hundred other things and then go long or short on several of the commodities. Since he owned most of the refineries and controlled over half of the oil entering the United States he could shut down a refinery for a week raising the price of diesel and make a billion dollar a week for his family and intimate friends.

It wasn’t too long before the Federal Government military industrial complex got their hands on it. They reasoned that they could get more tax money out of families if both the husband and wife worked several jobs. They deliberately devalued the value of money making it almost impossible for a family to survive on one income. The rest is history.

Tens of thousands of UK patients may have been exposed to dangerously high levels of toxic metals from failing hip implants, according to an investigation published in the British Medical Journal.

This is despite the risks being known for decades.

Hip implants, like breast implants did not have to pass any clinical trials before they were put into patients.

However, the report reveals that cobalt and chromium ions can seep into the tissues of patients with 'metal on metal' hip implants, causing local reactions that destroy muscle and bone, and leaving some patients with long term disability.

Studies have also shown that metal ions can leach into the bloodstream, spreading to the lymph nodes, spleen, liver and kidneys, before leaving the body as urine. There are also concerns about damage to chromosomes, leading to genetic changes.

Local tissue reactions associated with metal ions were first described in detail as long ago as 1975. However, according to the investigation the manufacturers remained silent in the face of mounting evidence of risk.

'This is one very large uncontrolled experiment exposing millions of patients to an unknown risk. We will only find out about the safety of these devices after large numbers of people have already been exposed,' says Michael Carome, Deputy Director of Public Citizen's Health Research Group.

The study by the BMJ in partnership with the BBC, also revealed that some companies changed the design of the metal hips - making the head of the joint larger - without performing safety trials first.

Experts say it is likely that these changes are responsible for the release of high levels of toxic metals into the body.

The BMJ said despite concerns being raised, UK and U.S regulators failed to warn doctors and patients of the potential dangers.

They said evidence was mounting about high metal concentrations in patients with articular surface replacement (ASR) hips as early as 2006. But it was another four years until the UK regulator, the MHRA, issued an official safety alert and the ASR hip was recalled from the market.

Instead, it said the MHRA appointed a committee that included company representatives and several consultants to decide the fate of metal on metal hips.

As a result, the regulator concluded patients should be told about the risks, but no alert was issued to surgeons or patients.

During this time, implant rates peaked. In England and Wales over 20,000 large diameter metal on metal hips were implanted thereafter, while in the US, metal on metal hips are still being marketed to orthopaedic surgeons.

Just two hours before the BMJ report was released today, the MHRA published new guidance for British patients with all metal artificial hips.

The regulator said most patients should be followed up throughout their lifetime with regular magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scans to check for any potential problems.

The regulator said around 49,000 patients out of 65,000 with all-metal hips were in a high risk category but insisted the scans were a 'precautionary measure.'

Dr Susanne Ludgate, Clinical Director of the MHRA, said: 'Most patients with metal-on-metal hip replacements have well functioning hips and are at a low risk of developing any serious problems.

However, Nick Freemantle, Professor of Clinical Epidemiology and Biostatistics at University College London says: 'We shouldn’t be in this position where we don’t know and there’s so much uncertainty. The stability of a compound should have been ascertained before it was used widely in people. As yet, we don’t know the consequences of this.'

Dr Fiona Godlee, BMJ Editor in Chief says: 'Hip replacements are one of the great successes of modern medicine. But a combination of inadequate regulation and untrammelled commercialism has caused actual and potential harm for large numbers of patients around the world.

'They should have known about the risks, as the manufacturers and regulators did, but they were not told.

'No pre-market system can ensure all devices are safe, but they can certainly make it more likely,' add Dr Carl Heneghan and colleagues in an accompanying article.

'Creating an independent system for post-marketing analysis for implantable medical devices that is robust and increasing international coordination around device alerts and withdrawals should go some way to sorting out the current mess.'

What is a metal on metal implant?

Traditional hip replacements – carried out since the 1950s – used a metal ball and a plastic socket. In the 1990s, however, metal on metal types became popular.

In these products both the femoral ball, which sits on top of the leg, and the acetabular socket it fits into which is attached to the hip, are made of metal.

It was thought these could cope with more wear and tear.

Around 40,000 have them and they are still being fitted.

What is the concern?

In 2010, regulators became worried about the number of patients needing their operations redone because their muscle tissue had been damaged by the metal on metal hips.

It turned out tiny metal particles were getting into the blood, poisoning it and leaving patients in pain and with lasting damage to tissue. If the problem is not identified early enough, further operations can be more difficult.

Are all MoM hips dangerous?

The Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency ordered two types of hip implant manufactured by DePuy to be taken off the market.

Surgeons say their failure rate could be 50 per cent after just six years for full hip replacements, far higher than previously thought. Other metal on metal implants – of which the most popular is the DePuy Pinnacle – may also have higher than average failure rates, but there is not enough evidence yet to be sure.

What should I do if I have one?

If you have a DePuy ASR or ASR XL implant or do not know whether you do, you are advised to see your doctor and ask for a blood test to check the metal level, even if you are not experiencing any pain.

If you have another brand of metal on metal implant you are advised not to panic, but to have an annual check-up for five years. There is a website for ASR patients at asrrecall.depuy.com. DePuy has a helpline on 0800 2794865.

What is happening now?

The MHRA has issued a new alert for everyone with a metal on metal implant because surgeons fear the devices are more dangerous than had been appreciated. It says most patients should have regular MRI scans to monitor the hip. It can be viewed at mhra.gov.uk

Now... The people who are forcing the people who pay for the free stuff have told the people who are RECEIVING the free stuff, that the people who are PAYING for the free stuff, are being mean, prejudiced, and racist.

So... The people who are GETTING the free stuff have been convinced they need to hate the people who are paying for the free stuff by the people who are forcing some people to pay for their free stuff, and giving them the free stuff in the first place.

We have let the free stuff giving go on for so long that there are now more people getting free stuff than paying for the free stuff.

Now understand this. All great democracies have committed financial suicide somewhere between 200 and 250 years after being founded. The reason? The voters figured out they could vote themselves money from the treasury by electing people who promised to give them money from the treasury in exchange for electing them.

I received the email below. I haven’t verified the source or the relevant laws of “COLORADO” (“this state”). More, even if the email’s allegations are true for “COLORADO,” that doesn’t mean that they would also be true for other administrative divisions (like “TEXAS” or “ILLINOIS”) of “this state”.
Nevertheless, this email has both the ring of truth and of brilliance. The insight offered is so damn simple that, if true, every student of traffic laws should be embarrassed to have overlooked such an obvious truth for so long.
Apparently, the email’s subject (“James”) read the “COLORADO” laws concerning vehicle registration. He realized that while “registration” of “motor vehicles” was required by state law, that law did not adequately define “motor vehicles” and did not specify where such “motor vehicles” must be “registered”.

Everyone presumes that their “motor vehicles” must be registered with their “state’s” version of a “Department of Motor Vehicles” (which, incidentally, is probably a private corporation).
Why do we make that presumption? Because when a new car is purchased, the buyer pays to price of the automobile to the dealer and then also pays an addition fee to “this state” for “Tax, Title and License”.
I’ll bet that every automobile dealer is licensed by “this state” to sell “in this state”. I’ll bet that it’s nigh unto impossible to persuade a licensed automobile dealer to sell you a vehicle without you “voluntarily” agreeing to also pay “Tax, Title and License” to register the new vehicle “in this state”.
Later, when you (the original car buyer) sells your used car to some new purchaser, the new purchaser will see the registration decal on the windshield and the registration papers in the glove compartment and simply presume that: 1) the original buyer registered the vehicle properly with “this state’s” department of motor vehicles; and 2) the new purchaser must continue to register with the same department.
But insofar as the state law did not specify where the vehicle must be “registered,” James decided to “register” his vehicle by using a UCC-1 form filed with the Colorado office of the Secretary of State. James challenged that presumption that the vehicle must be registered with the department of motor vehicles.
As required by law, James did “register” his vehicle . . . somewhere. But he didn’t register the vehicle with the Department of Motor Vehicles–he registered with the Secretary of State. By using a UCC-1 filed with the Secretary of State, James apparently created evidence that he–rather than “COLORADO” owned the particular vehicle. By doing so, he challenged the power of “COLORADO” to control the operation of his vehicle.
The UCC-1 can be one of, perhaps the, highest evidence of ownership of a particular property or thing. I presume that James filled out his UCC-1 so as to declare that he owned all right, title and interest in his “vehicle”. By doing so, he probably created evidence that he–rather than “COLORADO”–owned his vehicle.
“COLORADO” could probably dispute James’ claim of ownership–provided that “COLORADO” could produce the actual title (Manufacturer’s Statement of Origin; MSO) to the vehicle and prove that “COLORADO” owned that title and was therefore the true owner of the vehicle.
But there’ve been unconfirmed reports for at least 15 years that when the MSO is voluntarily sent to the “STATE” as part of the “Tax, Title and License,” the “STATE” creates a digital image of the MSO and then destroys the actual MSO (or some say, sells the actual MSO to some US or even foreign bank to be used as collateral for making loans). I don’t know what the truth is about how the “STATE” handles MSO’s, but I do know that if they can’t produce the actual, original MSO, they have virtually no legitimate basis for claiming ownership of a particular property or vehicle.
I believe the fundamental reason that we must have drivers licenses and insurance as conditions prerequisite to drive the automobiles we’ve purchased is that the original buyer voluntarily donated his MSO (title) to the “STATE” as part of the purchase agreements. (Remember? The cost of a particular car might be $20,000–”plus, Tax, Title and License”. The first buyer paid an extra fee to the “STATE” to compensate the “STATE” for assuming the legal title and consequent obligation to controlling the operation of the vehicle.). Thus, the “STATE” is presumed to own legal title to the vehicle and is thereby empowered and even obligated to control who can use the vehicle and under what conditions.

For example, if the “STATE” (as opposed to “The State”) owns legal title to “your” automobile, the “STATE” has every right to declare that it will only allow its vehicle to be driven by someone who has a drivers license. That requirement for a drivers license is not imposed by “law,” but by private law relating to the private ownership of the vehicle. More, if the “STATE’s” vehicle is not currently insured, that “STATE” will not allow it to be driven by anyone.

Today, the “STATE’s” claim to own legal title to the vehicle is reportedly based on the existence of a digital copy of the original MSO. So long as no one produces a higher form of evidence of ownership of a particular vehicle, the “STATE” will be able to control the operation of its vehicle.

James has apparently deduced that an actual, signed and registered UCC-1 can be a higher form of evidence of ownership than a mere copy of a now missing MSO. More, James has demonstrated an apparent brilliance in that he: 1) read the relative registration requirement laws; 2) realized that the “STATE” does not specify where to “register” his vehicle, and 3) therefore registered the vehicle by means of a UCC-1 with his Secretary of State rather than the local version of a “department of motor vehicles”.
James reportedly proceeded to devise his own “sovereign” license plate to indicate that his vehicle: 1) is registered with the Secretary of State: 2) is owned by James; 3) is not owned by “COLORADO”; and 4) is therefore not subject to the traffic laws of ”COLORADO”.

Of course, James was subsequently stopped for driving with a “sovereign” license plate and ticketed for “no registration”. His vehicle was towed. It cost James $250 to retrieve his vehicle the following day. He went to court, argued that the “registration” laws were unconstitutionally vague and that he had registered with the Secretary of State . . . you can read the result in the following email:

“Notice to all Freemen acquainted with God-given rights.

“A Small Victory . . . over the System

“James S. has an unregistered Ford Truck with “Sovereign” license plates on it, and a painted sign on his door saying to this effect: “Privately owned, not driven for commercial purposes. UCC 1 . . . NM Secretary of State”

James was pulled over by a cop in Eagle Colorado two months ago . . . and cited for driving an unregistered vehicle. His truck was impounded and hauled away. The next day James retrieved it from the compound, but had to pay $250.
“James showed up in court at 8:30 A.M. this morning, with his paper work, and the D.A. asked him why his vehicle wasn’t registered. James pointed out (1) that it was registered under the UCC with the Secretary of State but not NMTRD, and (2) that Colorado’s law was void for vagueness; that is, Colorado law required registration but did not inform its citizens of where and when and with whom an automobile had to be registered ;. . . or if even private property had to be registered with the state.
““What is a sovereign plate?” asked the D.A. and the judge. James answered, “It is a notice this is private property not subject to regulation by the state . . . that this truck is not used in commerce . . . ” “Uh . . er . . .uh . . .O.K.” said the D.A.

“James asked, “Your law says a vehicle has to be registered” but your law does not define “vehicle” nor say where it has to be registered. I presume the law is talking about state vehicles owned and operated by the state or those operating in commerce. Further, where must your commercial vehicles be registered? The law does not say!! Do you want them registered at the bulletin board at the local 7-Eleven Store, or the local librarian, or the county clerk, or posted on a telephone pole. My private truck is registered with the highest authority in the State of New Mexico—the Secretary of State. My truck is competently registered and you must dismiss this case. You have no claim on me or my private property.
““O.K.” said the D.A. “Case dismissed” declared the judge. [James was stunned by the ignorance of the court officers . . . and the fact that 100 victims set in the courtroom didn’t have a clue what just happened.]

I just love a happy ending, don’t you?
In fact, if this email is true, it’s only an anecdote. It doesn’t prove anything. But it is evidence that a careful reading of the vehicle registration laws in your “STATE” might provide the basis for some amazing challenges to governmental power.
It’s all about reading.

In this case, James read the relevant vehicle registration laws and–astonishingly–observed the obvious: the laws didn’t specify where a vehicle must be registered. From that one observation, we might see an increase in freedom.
.
One more point: We might suppose that the failure to specify the place or agency where a vehicle must be registered is simply an enormous oversight by the people writing the laws of “this state”. OK–maybe they screwed up in “COLORADO,” but the remainder of the administrative divisions of “this state” will not have made the same mistake. More, “COLORADO” may soon correct the error discovered by James.

But maybe the failure to specify where the vehicle must be registered is not an oversight. That omission might be critical to the operation of the current traffic law “system”.
Why? Because if the “The State/this state” hypothesis is valid, it appears that we can’t be coerced into “this state” and can only enter “voluntarily“. To act “voluntarily” presumes that a man must be in position to choose one of several options. If the the current vehicle registration laws specified where the vehicle must be registered “in this state,” such registration could not be deemed to “voluntary”. It’s only when the place/agency of registration is unspecified that an implied choice is present and thus the act of registration “in this state” can be deemed voluntary.

Could it be that James has stumbled onto the fundamental choice to register his property, his vehicle, perhaps even himself (?) within “The State” (with the Secretary of State?) or “in this state” (with the department of motor vehicles)? Is registration something akin to “identification” in the sense that if I register my property “in this state” I “identify” with “this state” and voluntarily subject myself and my proprty to the rules and regulations of “this state”? On the other hand, if I register with “The State,” do I voluntarily identify with and subject myself and my property to the laws of The State of Texas?

I expect to have a better understanding of these possibilities over the next week or two as some who read this article write comments to tell us whether their “state’s” vehicle registration rules do or do not specify the place/agency where the vehicle must be registered. If it turns out that all other “states” specify where the vehicle must be registered, then the “COLORADO” regulations are probably just an error. If it turns out that a significant number of other “states” also fail to specify where a vehicle must be registered, then we may be seeing a very important possibility. And if it turns out that all other “states” also fail to specify where a vehicle must be registered, then I’d bet we’ve stumbled onto a profound insight: we have the freedom to choose whether we want to register our property “in this state” or “within The State”.

There’s also question as to whether the UCC-1 is a good choice. My understanding is that all things “UCC” are “in this state”. A UCC-1 may be sufficient to stop a claim by “this state” that it owns title to your property “in this state”. The UCC-1 may still constitute evidence that the property is owned by you rather than “COLORADO,” but still be evidence that the property remains “in this state”. As such, a UCC-1 may not be an effective means to claim sovereignty. In fact, using a UCC-1 may tend to compromise any claims of individual sovereignty.
So, it may well be that there’s another means of registering your property with The State that is vastly superior to using a UCC-1. If we keep looking, we’ll find it.
But even if the UCC-1 is less than an ideal means to remove our property from “this state,” James has shown us reason to suspect that the “where” in vehicle registration laws may be intentionally unspecified in order to create evidence that we can each choose to make our property subject to the rules of “this state”. If so, there must be another option whereby we can make our property subject to the laws of “The State”. If we can find that other option, we might be able to walk out from under drivers licenses, vehicle insurance, property taxes, and the heavy-handed control of “this state”.

Finally, If there’s one lie in the email above, it’s the title’s reference to “a small victory”. If James’ story turns out to be true, his “victory” is far from “small”.

THE FUTURE OF THE UNITED STATES AND ALASKA

Under the Treaty of Session Alaska was claimed by the Federal Government but the Feds didn’t get clear title to the land. The Russians didn’t claim the mainland. The Russians put a few markers out on Kodiak and Baranoff Islands but they didn’t actually claim the mainland. They couldn’t claim it because there were people living on it. Thirty years ago people from the University of Alaska searched all summer near the airport in English Bay for a Russian land claim marker. They never found one. This is one of this State’s dirty little secrets.

Under international law the Tsar gave specific orders to the three Russian Trading Companies not to not mess with the native inhabitants. Under International Law there are only four ways you can legally claim land:

1. (Trerra Nullis) meaning nobody’s home. If there is nobody living on the land when you discover it then you can build settlements and put monuments on it to claim it.

2. If there is somebody living on the land you can negotiate a treaty to buy the land like the Dutch did when they traded a handful of beads for Manhattan Island.

3. You can kill off (massacre) all the native inhabitants and then claim the land but then you might incur the wrath of other nations and be subject to charges of genocide. The US used diseases like small pox along with provoked wars and massacres to accomplish this. They settled the legal disputes with welfare checks and reservation land.

4. A fourth way to claim land is to buy it from other nations like the Louisiana Purchase or when Manhattan Island was purchased from the Indians by the Dutch in 1620. Below is the journal entry:

I am Dutch and one thing I can say = at least it was bought from the Indians not conquered or stolen. 60 guilders maybe isn’t much but in 1626 it had some value.

Yes, the Dutch treated the natives better than French, English and Spanish in order of rapacity by my historical lights. An interesting problem is to work the value of the money given at some interest rate to the present day value — which winds up equaling the present day value of Manhattan or close to it. I wish I could have seen the Island as it was then and walked around Long Island ..

Alaska was purchased from the Tsar as a favor because he desperately needed the money to win a war. To settle with the native inhabitants the State and Feds created the Alaska Native Land Claims Settlement Act in which they gave 900-million dollars to put into state corporations so that they would be under the control of the “State.” “State corporations are still under the control of the state! This no different than when the Dutch buying Manhattan Island for a handful of beads worth 60 guilders.

The Federal and the State governments in Alaska are operating under fraud. I have a book full of Supreme Court cases that prove the State doesn’t own the land and has no authority to sell or claim the resources. At the time of Statehood in 1959 a 50-year moratorium was put on all land transactions until which time the State was to settle land claims with the original homesteaders and land owners. They never did. That is why there are no Titles to land issued in this State. You only get a deed which is subject to prior claims at any time by people who were here before you. It is not a clear and lawful title.

Title 8 was never ratified by the State Legislature. All Judges are required to become members of the Alaska Bar Association. Due to the fact that Title 8 was never ratified there are no real lawyers or judges in Alaska. Everything is in fraud. The courts in Alaska are contract courts working “FOR” the State of Alaska. Not: “Of” the State of Alaska. It’s all “assumption.”

All authority is assumed. The penalty for impersonating a public official is a $1,000 fine per day and nobody will do anything about this because they are all in fraud. Judges don’t have a letter of Appointment or Commission and they refuse to show their Contract, Oath or Bond. People are being put in jail by these fraudulent pretenders. And everyone assumes the system is legal. The fine for impersonating a public official is $1,000 per day. All judges are members of the Masonic Lodge. We are ruled by people who worship Baphomet-Satan and Demons--Baal or Jahbulon an Appalachian of the devil.

We deserve a country where our elected officials uphold they Constitution they are sworn to uphold. We deserve a country where our elected official are not bought and paid for by big corporations. But the Citizens United vs. FEC Supreme Court decision overturned over a century of precedent and opened the floodgates for unlimited amounts of corporate money to flow into our political system.

None of the lawyers are from Alaska. They came to Alaska get money from other people’s hard labor. The legislators came to Alaska to make laws to take resources away from natives to sell. There are few native legislators and the ones that make it to Juneau have no idea what is going on. The Legislators make laws to take resources away from people who were here before. This goes all the way back to Roman times where the Roman Soldiers went out to conquer rape and pillage new lands. Nowadays it is done through legislation enacted by emigrant legislators who are not from Alaska--Legislators who are paid with STATE MONEY that was derived from selling stolen property taken from the natives.

When you have a state like Alaska that was formed to take (steal) resources away from the natives and sell billions of dollars of those resources it immediately acquires its own agenda which is not in the best interest of its people. Once billions of dollars start pouring in, it builds more bureaucracy to perpetuate bureaucracy. It does this by creating many divisions of government to sell licenses to people to get money from them. It hires game wardens and police to take even more money from people with fines. They hire more and more people from out of state to fill those jobs knowing full well that these people have a different culture and ideas than people who were born and live Alaska. Since the “outsiders” (newcomers) are desperate to get jobs and keep their jobs. They will always vote for the State’s agenda. In this way the State creates an artificial voting public that will go along with whatever it wants to do.

Because the State has sold us out, we, (the people) live in a corporate prison. The numbers of oil companies putting oil in the pipeline have declined because they have merged. Because they are fewer in number they have become much more powerful. Whenever they threaten to pump less oil into the Alaska pipeline they can get the State to do anything they want.

This State, since its inception fraudilenty sold over one trillion dollars of public resources to foreign corporations. These were resources that belong to the people. It hasn’t built a new road in over thirty years. When the pipeline shuts down and you all will have to go back to East Podunk or wherever the Hell you came from.

The only problem I see is, it won’t happen soon enough. After the pipeline shuts down or gets bombed by the Red Chinese this bogus government will raid the Permanent Fund. This could prolong the corruption and greed another two decades.

The very nature of bureaucracy is job security. Once you have created a division of government and hire someone to head that division they start creating more jobs for job security by hiring more people under them. They have to have a secretary and that secretary has to have a bookkeeper to issue checks and they have to have a secretary to write checks. Then they have to have a greeter at the front desk and hire a janitor to mop the floors and someone else to change the light bulbs. Eventually they have from 100 to 500 people under their department. When it comes time to reduce the size of government it can’t be done because it would put too many people out of work. This would put a strain on the welfare portion of the government and cost the government more money. So they can never reduce the size of government. This is how bureaucracy works.

They have to commute to work and they fear not being on time and the consequence of losing their job. There is a lot of envy of the self-employed people who work in the private sector because they think that self-employed people can work any time they feel like it. They think that the private sector has to work harder than they do and many fear that sort of thing. When it comes to do actual work they lack the experience to get anything done.

The “outside people” “the foreigners” that the state hired for its “artificial” voting public have no idea what it’s like working in the private sector where you actually have to do physical work. They don’t know how to harvest resources or live off the land. So now you have created a division in the population--two major classes of people and several sub-classes, the poor who were created by the government’s taking of the resources who work hard, the poor who enjoy taking welfare checks from the government because they have given up trying to get ahead. Each time they try to get ahead they get beat down again.

Some Government Heads of Departments in positions of power enjoy exercising their power over the working class. In some warped way it boosts their self-esteem to destroy a hard working man’s ability to earn a living. They become like little Hitleresk dictators. The rule has always been to not let the indigenous people benefit from their resources and find some way to exterminate them. You have to remember their power is assumed and that they are impersonating a public official. Also remember the fine for impersonating a public official is $1,000 per day.

If the State had used some the billions of dollars it took in to build roads then it would have to dole out so much money to people living in the bush. Fuel and grocery costs would be half what they are now and people would have jobs in mining, transportation, agriculture, tourism and maintaining the equipment to keep the roads open. Oil companies could drill wells and construct pipelines at much less cost. Native corporations could bring in equipment to drill gas wells on their own land to heat the villages.

I bet there is not one native Alaskan working for the State Division of Lands otherwise they wouldn't be trying to take land away from people. Natives have more respect for their elders.

I bet there isn’t one Native Alaskan Judge in Alaska either. Over fifty percent of them are Masons however.

WANTA MONEY

The Wanta funds were put aside to bankrupt the Soviet Union. When the State of Alaska becomes a liability the United States may have to give Alaska back to Russia to pay back the $15-trillion.

As the funds, at least the half which the US government can claim ownership of, combined with the interest and earnings of, would quickly put the US “in the black,” again we look at, not just the press blackout on the Wanta litigation of the last 6 years but the press blackout on Lord James of Blackheath and the wealth of damning documentation he submitted to Parliament.

Nothing has been done since, it is as though the proof submitted was so dangerous that those moments in time have been erased by a mysterious g-dlike power.

What makes Wanta dangerous is that he has begun to distribute funds, some to government entities, counties and states, law enforcement agencies, giving them standing, not just in recovering funds intended for their use but in helping prosecute anyone involved in interfering with or attempting to divert funds.

One grand jury is being formed to investigate diversion of Wanta funds even at this early date. It is likely that Wanta/Ameritrust funds earmarked for border protection could lead to the indictment of high ranking US officials. This is only the beginning.

Fukushima radiation taints US milk supplies at levels 2000 percent higher than EPA maximums

(Natural News) The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) continues to release new data showing that various milk and water supply samples from across the US are testing increasingly high for radioactive elements such as Iodine-131, Cesium-134, and Cesium-137, all of which are being emitted from the ongoing Fukushima Daiichia nuclear fallout. As of April 10, 2011, 23 US water supplies have tested positive for radioactive Iodine-131 (http://opendata.socrata.com/w/4ig7-...), and worst of all, milk samples from at least three US locations have tested positive for Iodine-131 at levels exceeding EPA maximum containment levels (MCL) (http://opendata.socrata.com/w/pkfj-...), and in once case more than 2000 percent higher than MCL, cumulatively.

As far as the water supplies are concerned, it is important to note that the EPA is only testing for radioactive Iodine-131. There are no readings or data available for cesium, uranium, or plutonium -- all of which are being continuously emitted from Fukushima, as far as we know -- even though these elements are all much more deadly than Iodine-131. Even so most water supplies have thus far tested positive for radioactive Iodine-131. {They don’t bother to test for aluminum, barium or mycoplasma.}

After the aluminium and barium in the atmosphere is heated with the billion-watt microwave HAARP transmitters located in Sweden, Glenallen Alaska, North Dakota, and Russia it rises up into space causing the wind to rush in underneath causing tornadoes and intensifying hurricanes. “The seven endangered islands in the Arctic Ocean and Bering Sea include one the size of Rhode Island and Delaware combined. The Russians are also to get the tens of thousands of square miles of oil-rich seabeds surrounding the islands. The Department of Interior estimates billions of barrels of oil are at stake.

The State Department has undertaken the giveaway in the guise of a maritime boundary agreement between Alaska and Siberia. Astoundingly, our federal government itself drew the line to put these seven Alaskan islands on the Russian side. But as an executive agreement, it could be reversed with the stroke of a pen by President Obama or Secretary Clinton.

The agreement was negotiated in total secrecy. The state of Alaska was not allowed to participate in the negotiations, nor was the public given any opportunity for comment. This is despite the fact the Alaska Legislature has passed resolutions of opposition – but the State Department doesn’t seem to care.

The imperiled Arctic Ocean islands include Wrangell, Bennett, Jeannette and Henrietta. Wrangell became American in 1881 with the landing of the U.S. Revenue Marine ship Thomas Corwin. The landing party included the famed naturalist John Muir. It is 3,000 square miles in size.

Northwest of Wrangell are the DeLong Islands, named for George Washington DeLong, the captain of USS Jeannette. Also in 1881, he discovered and claimed these three islands for the United States. He named them for the voyage co-sponsor, New York City newspaper publisher James Gordon Bennett. The ship’s crew received a hero’s welcome back in Washington, and Congress awarded them gold medals.

In the Bering Sea at the far west end of the Aleutian chain are Copper Island, Sea Lion Rock and Sea Otter Rock. They were ceded to the U.S. in Seward’s 1867 treaty with Russia.

Now is the time for the Obama administration to stand up for U.S. and Alaskan rights and invaluable resources. The State Department’s maritime agreement is a loser – it gives us nothing in return for giving up Alaska’s sovereign territory and invaluable resources. We won the Cold War and should start acting like it.

The Obama administration must stop the giveaway immediately.

To qualify for this scholarship, a student must claim foreign citizenship.

This document provides the smoking gun that many of Obama's detractors have been seeking - that he is NOT a natural-born citizen of the United States - necessary to be President of these United States . Gary Kreep of the United States Justice Foundation has released the results of their investigation of Obama's campaign spending. This study estimates that Obama has spent upwards of $950,000 in campaign funds in the past year with eleven law firms in 12 states for legal resources to block disclosure of any of his personal records.

Mr. Kreep indicated that the investigation is still on-going but that the final report will be provided to the U.S. attorney general, Eric Holder. Mr. Holder has refused comment on this matter.

Barium is a rare earth element that does not occur naturally on the surface of the Earth because it reacts with water and air. For that reason it was used to take the air out of TV and cathode ray vacuum tubes. It is very rare with an abundance in the Earth’s crust is only 0.0425 % while Thorium ranks 34^th in abundance of all the elements in Earth’s crust. Since Barium does not occur naturally in our water and food supply it has to be put there by our government’s spraying program.

During the Viet Nam War Air America planes were outfitted with chemical spraying apparatus to spray various chemicals like Agent Orange to poison rice crops and defoliate the jungle to make troop movements easier to spot. Physical properties

Barium is a soft, silvery white alkali earth metal, which quickly oxidizes in air.^[1] It crystallizes in body centered cubic lattices. It burns with a green to pale green flame, resulting from emission at 524.2 and 513.7 nm. Its simple compounds are notable for their relatively high (for an alkaline earth element) specific gravity. This high density is true of the most common barium-bearing mineral, barite (BaSO₄), also called 'heavy spar' due to the high density (4.5 g/cm³).

Barium, as for other alkali earth (group II) metals, is highly reducing. It reacts exothermically with oxygen at room temperature to form barium oxide and peroxide. Because of its sensitivity to air, samples are generally stored under protective oils. The reaction is violent if barium is powdered. The metal is readily attacked in most acids, with the notable exception of sulfuric acid, as passivation stops the reaction by forming the insoluble barium sulfate. It also reacts violently with water according to the reaction:

Barium combines with several metals, including aluminium, zinc, lead and tin, forming intermetallic phases and alloys.^[2]

Naturally occurring barium is a mix of seven stable isotopes, the most abundant being ¹³⁸Ba (71.7 %). 22 isotopes are known, but most of these are highly radioactive and have half-lives in the several millisecond to several day range. The only notable exceptions are ¹³³Ba which has a half-life of 10.51 years, and ^137mBa (2.55 minutes).^[3] ¹³³Ba is a standard calibrant for gamma-ray detectors in nuclear physics studies.

Occurrence

The abundance of barium is 0.0425 % in the Earth's crust and 13 µg/L in sea water. It occurs in the minerals barite (as the sulfate) and witherite (as the carbonate).^[2] Although witherite deposits were mined from the 17th century till 1969^[4] in northern England, for example in the Settlingstones Mine near Newbrough,^[5] today nearly all barium is mined as barite.

Large deposits of barite are found in China, Germany, India, Morocco, and in the United States.^[6] A rare gem containing barium is known, called benitoite.

Production

Because barium quickly oxidizes in air, it is difficult to obtain the free metal and it is never found free in nature. The metal is primarily found in, and extracted from, barite. Because barite is so insoluble, it cannot be used directly for the preparation of other barium compounds, or barium metal. Instead, the ore is heated with carbon to reduce it to barium sulfide:^[7]

BaSO₄ + 2 C → BaS + 2 CO₂

The barium sulfide is then hydrolyzed or treated with acids to form other barium compounds, such as the chloride, nitrate, and carbonate.

Barium is commercially produced through the electrolysis of molten barium chloride (BaCl₂):

Barium metal is also obtained by the reduction of barium oxide with finely divided aluminium at temperatures between 1100 and 1200 °C:

The barium vapor is cooled and condensed to give the solid metal, which can be cast into rods or extruded into wires. Being a flammable solid, it is packaged under argon in steel containers or plastic bags.^[2]

Compounds

Ba²⁺ is the dominant oxidation state throughout the chemistry of barium. Its properties generally resemble those of other alkaline earth ions such as strontium and calcium. All halides, pseudohalides and chalcogenides are known, usually as colourless solids. The sulfate is famously insoluble. BaO forms a peroxide when heated in air. The oxide is basic and reacts with acids to give salts. Barium reduces oxides, chlorides and sulfides of less active metals. For example:

At elevated temperatures, barium combines with nitrogen and hydrogen to produce the nitride Ba₃N₂ and hydride BaH₂, respectively. When heated with nitrogen and carbon, it forms the cyanide:

History

Barium's name originates from Greek βαρύς barys, meaning "heavy", describing the density of some common barium-containing ores. Alchemists in the early Middle Ages knew about some barium minerals. Smooth pebble-like stones of mineral barite found in Bologna, Italy were known as "Bologna stones". Witches and alchemists were attracted to them because after exposure to light they would glow for years.^[8]

Carl Scheele identified barite as containing a new element in 1774, but could not isolate barium, only barium oxide. Johan Gottlieb Gahn also isolated barium oxide two years later in similar studies. Oxidized barium was at first called barote, by Guyton de Morveau, a name which was changed by Antoine Lavoisier to baryta. Also in the 18th century, English mineralogist William Withering noted a heavy mineral in the lead mines of cumberland, now known to be Witherite. Barium was first isolated by electrolysis of molten barium salts in 1808, by Sir Humphry Davy in England.^[9] Davy, by analogy with calcium named "barium" after baryta, with the "-ium" ending signifying a metallic element.^[8] Robert Bunsen and Augustus Matthiessen yielded pure barium by electrolysis of a molten mixture of barium chloride and ammonium chloride.^[10]^[11]

The production of pure oxygen in the Brin process was a large scale application of barium peroxide before electrolysis and fractionally distill liquefied air became the dominant ways to produce oxygen. In this process the barium oxide reacts at 500–600°C with air to form barium peroxide which decomposes at above 700°C by releasing oxygen.^[12]^[13]

The dominating application of elemental barium is as a scavenger or "getter" removing the last traces of oxygen and other gases in electronic vacuum tubes such as television cathode ray tubes.

An alloy of barium with nickel is commonly used in automobile ignitions.

Applications of barium sulfate

Barium sulfate (the mineral barite, BaSO₄) is important to the petroleum industry, for example, as a drilling mud weighting agent in drilling new oil and gas wells.^[6] It is also a filler in a variety of products such as rubber. Taking advantage of its opacity to X-rays, the sulfate is used as a radiocontrast agent for X-ray imaging of the digestive system ("barium meals" and "barium enemas").^[6] Lithopone, a pigment that contains barium sulfate and zinc sulfide, is a permanent white that has good covering power, and does not darken when exposed to sulfides.^[15]

Aside from the sulfate, other compounds of barium find only niche applications. Applications are limited by the toxicity of Ba²⁺ ions (Barium carbonate is a rat poison), which is not a problem for the insoluble BaSO₄.

Barium oxide is used in a coating for the electrodes of fluorescent lamps, which facilitates the release of electrons.
Barium carbonate is also used in glassmaking. Being a heavy element, barium increases the refractive index and luster of the glass.^[6]
Barium, commonly as barium nitrate, is used to give green colors in fireworks.^[16] The species responsible for the brilliant green is barium monochloride; in the absence of a source of chlorine a yellow or "apple" green is produced instead.
Barium peroxide can be used as a catalyst to start an aluminothermic reaction when welding rail tracks together. It can also be used in green tracer ammunition and as a bleaching agent.^[17]
Barium titanate is a promising electroceramic.
Barium fluoride is used for optics in infrared applications, since it is transparent from about 0.15 to 12 micrometres.^[18]

Precautions

Soluble barium compounds are poisonous. At low doses, barium acts as a muscle stimulant, whereas higher doses affect the nervous system, causing cardiac irregularities, tremors, weakness, anxiety, dyspnea and paralysis. This may be due to its ability to block potassium ion channels which are critical to the proper function of the nervous system.^[19] However, individual responses to barium salts vary widely, with some being able to handle barium nitrate casually without problems, and others becoming ill from working with it in small quantities. For example, barium acetate was used by Marie Robards to poison her father in 1993.

Non-toxicity of barium sulfate

Because it is highly insoluble in water as well as stomach acids, barium sulfate can be taken orally. It is eliminated completely from the digestive tract. Unlike other heavy metals, barium does not bioaccumulate. However, inhaled dust containing barium compounds can accumulate in the lungs, causing a benign condition called baritosis.

Thorium is believed that the core of the Earth is a giant Thorium and Uranium reactor.

Thorium is a silver-gray, radioactive, metallic element. Its atomic number is 90 and its symbol is Th. It was discovered in 1829 by the Swedish chemist Jöns Jakob Berzelius. It is the most common of a group of elements called the actinides. It is the 39th most abundant element in the Earth’s crust at 7.2 parts per million (ppm). Other elements in the actinide group are the natural elements uranium and plutonium.

It is also radioactive. The radioactive breakdown of uranium and thorium create the energy that heats the interior of the Earth. Based on the estimates of the abundance of thorium in the Earth’s crust, there is more energy in thorium than in the fossil fuels and uranium combined! In the 1980’s, 45 tons of thorium was used every year. However, it is used less and less because of the state and federal laws about the handling, transportation and disposal of radioactive materials. Its use will most likely continue to decline unless less expensive methods of disposal are developed.

The principal isotope of thorium has a half-life of 14,000,000,000 years.

Thorium and uranium are the only two actinide elements that are found in large enough quantities to mine. The red smoke coming from the wingtips is only there to demonstrate to spectators on the ground the direction the plane is actually moving through the air. Normally the smoke wouldn't be there. When the smoke is streaming behind, the airplane is moving fast forward etc.

When the airplane is engulfed in smoke, it means the airplane is almost stopped in mid-air. The maneuverability of this plane is incredible. This plane would be nearly impossible to defeat in a dogfight.

Oil Companies As you may know, Cruz Construction started a division in North Dakota Just 6 months ago.

They sent every Kenworth (9 trucks) we had here in Alaska to North Dakota and several drivers.

They just bought two new Kenworth’s to add to that fleet; one being a Tri Drive tractor and a new 65 ton lowboy to go with it. They also bought two new cranes (one crawler & one rubber tired) for that division.

Dave Cruz said they have moved more rigs in the last 6 months in ND than Cruz Construction moved in Alaska in the last 6 years.

Williston is like a gold rush town; they moved one of our 40 man camps down there since there are no rooms available.

Unemployment in ND is the lowest in the nation at 3.4 percent last I checked.

The government recently issued 300 Federal Aviation Permits for low level flying drones to be used by law enforcement officers to find missing persons and people hiding in deep underbrush. The infrared see-in-the-dark technology allows them to be used night or day.

Law enforcement is also lobbying for radar transponders and clearance in populated areas to avoid collisions with low flying aircraft.

The same technology used to take out Al-Qaida is now being used by local law enforcement officers on American Citizens. Sheriff Deputies are deploying them from the trunk of their cars. This has raised considerable controversy and privacy questions.

The Dutch government says it will abandon the long-standing model of multiculturalism that has encouraged Muslim immigrants to create a parallel society within the Netherlands .

A new integration bill, which Dutch Interior Minister Piet Hein Donner presented to parliament on June 16, reads: "The government shares the social dissatisfaction over the multicultural society model and plans to shift priority to the values of the Dutch people. In the new integration system, the values of the Dutch society play a central role.

With this change, the government steps away from the model of a multicultural society. The letter continues: "A more obligatory integration is justified because the government also demands that from its own citizens.

It is necessary because otherwise the society gradually grows apart and eventually no one feels at home anymore in the Netherlands ..

The new integration policy will place more demands on immigrants. For example, immigrants will be required to learn the Dutch language, and the government will take a tougher approach to immigrants who ignore Dutch values or disobey Dutch law. The government will also stop offering special subsidies for Muslim immigrants because, according to Donner; "It is not the government's job to integrate immigrants." (How bloody true).

The government will introduce new legislation that outlaws forced marriages and will also impose tougher measures against Muslim immigrants who lower their chances of employment by the way they dress.

More specifically, the government will impose a ban on face-covering, Islamic burqas as of January 1, 2013.

Holland has done that whole liberal thing, and realized - maybe too late - that creating a nation of tribes will kill the nation itself.

Among the toxic substances that you are exposed to on a daily basis, pesticides are one of the most ubiquitous. Second only to genetically modified ingredients, pesticides inhabit the majority of conventional produce and have been repeatedly found to wreak havoc on your body. New findings have pinpointed growing exposure to pesticides as a contributor to the obesity crisis that is currently sweeping the globe. What’s more is that the study reached these conclusions when studying one of the most commonly used pesticides in the world.

In a study conducted by the Mercer University School of Medicine, researchers examined whether pesticide exposure played a role in worldwide childhood obesity. It is interesting to note that the researchers chose to focus on childhood obesity, as pesticides are damaging to both children and adults. During the study process, the researchers observed nearly 6,800 subjects aged 6 to 19. Individual exposure to environmental pesticides was determined through the use of urine tests, identifying the concentrations of pesticide residues.

What the researchers found is a higher prevalence of obesity in the participants with high urinary concentrations of a pesticide known as 2,5-dichlorophenol (2,5-DCP). It is important to note that 2,5-DCP is one of the most widely used pesticides on the globe.

Avoiding Pesticides | The GMO Pesticide Trap

While pesticides are quite prevalent among the food supply, it is very possible to avoid the large majority of pesticides lurking in your diet. Perhaps the largest pesticide trap has to do with genetically modified foods (GMOs). Touted by Monsanto as requiring less pesticides, GMO crops actually require significantly more pesticides!

This means that the GMOs you may be unknowingly consuming are actually loaded up with obesity-causing pesticides, as if the GMOs themselves weren’t damaging enough to your health. As you probably know, a review of 19 studies announced that consumption of GMO corn or soybeans may lead to significant organ disruptions in rats and mice – particularly in the liver and kidneys.

The good news is that it is entirely possible to avoid both GMOs and pesticides.

In fact, pesticides cannot be used on truly organic crops. Additionally, 100% organic products and produce items are free of GMOs. You should be careful when searching outside of the 100% organic label, however, as even products labeled as all natural and ‘GMO-free’ may still contain GMOs. During World War Two farmers couldn't low their fields because there was no gasoline to run their tractors. They built gasifiers that mounted on the front and ran them on wood smoke. The first engines were run on wood gas not oil. Review the three videos on www.StackProperties.com. This excellent free info.

The pellet stoves cost about the same as a wood stoves only they don't produce smoke so you can use them in the city... You get a government rebate of $300 when you purchase one. The government says they have less CO2 emissions than natural gas.

The fire box is about a foot square and a cast iron auger slowly forces the pellets into the fire. You dump 40 pound sack every morning and it heats 1,500 square feet for 24 hours. Less fuel is used when the temperature is warm. The sacks of pellets cost $5.28 plus tax at Home Depot here in Kenai only-- they are being shipped up here on trucks burning diesel oil from Washington state. If you burn 30 sacks a month at $6 a sack your heat bill will be $180.00. Our natural gas bill is about the same.

If we get into a war which is predicted in the next two months the natural gas may be turned off and the electric service will be bombed. The oil refinery and pipeline will be bombed as will the Valdez oil terminal and the hydroelectric dams.

RE: Energy Grant/loan to save human lives in case of emergency

Dear Sirs:

I had lunch today with a man that heats his 1000 square foot home mostly with a pellet stove. He bought one ton of wood pellets from Home Depot. He paid $6 a sack for the 40-pound sacks. He puts two gallons of wood pellets in his stove every morning and turns it on and it burns seven to eight hours. Once a month he takes out one coffee-can-full of ashes that he spreads on his garden. The pellet stoves burn very clean leaving practically no ash.

We may have to go back to steam power.

There are 10 KW and 20 KW wood powered gasifier generators on the market but they are expensive.

Our non-profit corporation WORKFORCE TRAINING SCHOOL is seeking a grant or loan to utilize yard waste wood that is filling up our landfills as well as the hundreds of square miles of spruce bark beetle kill here on the Kenai Peninsula. We had a lot of strong winds last winter that snapped off trees making it difficult for moose and people to navigate through the woods. Consequently the animals wind up foraging on the roads and trails. This causes more moose to get run over or killed by bears. This is becoming more of a danger to the public and property as it causes more moose / vehicle collisions and more bear encounters with humans.

How much money does the government spend putting out forest fires each year? How many lives and homes are lost due to fire? How much carbon dioxide is released into the air from a forest fire? We could reduce some of the danger and cost to the government if some of that money were diverted to our non-profit it could reduce the fire hazard.

What we want to do is utilize more of this dead wood turning it into chips that can be used for clean burning fuel. FEMA recently posted the WWII gasifier plans on the internet. Farmers couldn’t plow their fields to grow crops during WWII due to the fuel shortage.

“The U. S. Environmental Protection Agency has endorsed wood pellet heat as one of the cleanest burning most renewable energy sources of the planet. Wood pellets made from waste wood such as wood shavings and sawdust are carbon neutral and do not contribute to global warming because they emit the lowest greenhouse gas of any fuel burned.”

The price of gasoline and diesel in Alaska has doubled in the last five years. We expect it to double again in a five years. If America goes to war with Iran it will accelerate the fuel price to $10.00 a gallon—possibly $20 a gallon. Alaskans will be hurting. FEMA recently put the old WWII gasifier plans on line. After doing more research I decided that the best way to make this project work is to get the wood delivered to the plant free. My non-profit will pay local wood cutters $100 a cord for logs and rounds. The money will come from various organizations both public and private that want the trees removed. I outlined 16 ways to get money to buy the wood.

Later on I learned that Homer Electric Association spent over 1.3-million dollars this winter clearing trees along power lines. A cord of wet spruce weighs over a ton (enclosed is a weight sheet) and would make a ton of pellets that sell for $260 at Home Depot. In other words 1.3-million dollars would buy 13,000 tons of wood. If that wood were made into pellets it would sell for $3,380,000.00 at Home Depot prices.

240 days a year operation the net profit is: $360,000 after expenses of $48,000 loan payments.

100 days a year operation the net profit is: $150,000 after expenses of $20,000 in loan payments.

It will take approximately 60 days to install the equipment after it arrives in Alaska.

I discovered two wood chippers in Anchorage and two used delivery trucks with cranes. The medium portable plants made by Henan Kingman M&E Model ZLBIO-C22 can produce 200 to 300 kg/hour sell for $31,245.00 each +plus freight. Two plants will reduce down time…

The cost for all the equipment with freight and installation cost is $400,000.00. I didn’t include the cost of the land and old steel building which is $90,000. I also forgot to include the cost of a chain-link fence around the property, a fire suppression system and three phase electric panel and wiring. To get one pellet plant into operation using two new large pellet machines is a minimum of $500,000. It will employ 3 full time and about 20 part time woodsmen.

HANGER BUILDING

About eleven years ago I hauled some gasoline, lumber and freight for the watchman at Sung Harbor Cannery. One of the items was a huge 1000-pound tractor tire. In return, he gave me four huge 12 by 12 Douglas fir timbers that had been lying on the dock since the late 1960’s. Two of them were 16-feet long, one 30-foot and one 34-foot long. The shorter ones had rotten spots on them but the long one was in perfect shape. I didn’t know what I was going to do with them at the time but i loaded the short one on board and towed the longs ones behind the boat. After they laid on the sand spit for a year I figured out how to use them to build a hanger.

I dug a row of 3-foot deep holes and put railroad ties along the bank at the top of the beach. I leveled them with a chain saw and spiked the 30-foot 12 by 12 down on top. Then I dug two six-foot deep holes into the beach 34-feet apart and using the jinn pole on the cat blade picked them up and put the two 16-foot-long 12 by 12 timbers upright in the holes. I drug the huge 34-foot long timber over and using the 3-inch diameter drill pipe jinn pole stuck picked it up one end at a time carefully placing it on top of the upright timbers. This was a very delicate maneuver because it could have tumbles off at any time. I centered it with a sledge hammer and tow nailed it down.

The next day I flew to town and got Dan Heathers to help me peel poles. I harvested about twenty-six poles six to eight inches in diameter on the butt end and about thirty-feet long. It took three days to peel them. We peeled the bark off from them using draw knives. Dan works for me once in a while whenever I need a hand. He's the best worker I ever worked with.

I used the jinn pole to pick them up and place them on top of the big timbers. I spiked the poles down with 8-inch tree nails.

[A jinn pole is a kind of sky hook. The first thing you do when you buy a bulldozer is weld a four-inch pipe coupling to the top of the blade on one side and weld another one about three-feet down on the arm. You take a 16-foot length of drill pipe and mount an eye-bolt on one end. You stick the pipe down into couplings. When you want to lift something you tie a rope to the eye bolt and fasten the other end to the thing you want to lift.]

Because the shoreward 12 by 12 timber was 3-feet longer than the back timber I placed an extra pole on the ends so it fanned out making the opening of the hanger 38-feet wide. When I nailed down the 2 by 6 nailers for the roofing I let the two by sixes stick out an additional two feet and put upright poles under the ends to support the walls. This made the opening of the hanger about 40-feet wide. The Cub has a 32-feet wingspan so I had over three-foot clearance on either side.

Now all I needed was metal roofing. It was November and our boat was put away in Kenai for the winter so there was no way to get the roofing hauled over. I took Dan back to town and bought enough 12-foot long sheets of roofing to cover the entire building.

My neighbor, James Isaacs at Silver Salmon Lodge hauls stuff under his little J-3 Cub all the time. He once landed on the outside beach to show me how much he could carry under his plane. He also has a rack welded to his landing gear to haul big propane tanks.

Well, I thought to myself, I will roll two sheets of the steel roofing into a big cannoli and tie them under my plane. I went back to Spenard Builders, bought a 16-foot-long two by four and a roll of duct tape. I stuck the end down the roll of roofing and lashed the end to the tail wheel spring. The other end I tied to the cross struts of the landing gear under the middle of the plane. When I took off it flew just fine but it made the most God-awful nerve racking sound you ever heard in your life. When I landed in Tuxedni Bay my nerves were so shot that I vowed to never do that again.

Meanwhile back in Kenai I encountered to guys from Kasiloff who said there were going to pick up a boat in Homer and bring it up to the Kasiloff River. They volunteered to take my roofing to Tuxedni Bay on the way back to Kasiloff if I would take them to Homer. I agreed and loaded the rest of the steel roofing into the back of my pickup and drove them to Homer.

They loaded the roofing into the cockpit of the 32-foot gillnetter and departed Homer. About a week after I arrived back in Tuxedni Bay I called around to find out where my roofing was and got the bad news that they had broken down in the middle of Kachemak Bay. They didn’t check the transmission fluid before they left Homer so their transmission went out. Somebody towed them into Seldovia so they got drunk for a couple days. When they sobered up they chartered a plane back to Homer leaving the boat in the Seldovia boat harbor along with my roofing.

It was unusually warm that December of 2003. I harvested broccoli sprouts out of our garden the first of December. I watched the weather report for the next week or so. Day after day the winds were less than 15 knots from the north. So, about the middle of December I decided I would take the skiff across Cook Inlet and get my roofing that was still in Seldovia.

With extreme tides ranging over twenty feet and strong winds Cook Inlet can be one of the roughest bodies of water in the world. Anyone attempting to cross it with two outboard motors in the summer when the weather is nice is considered crazy. I was going to do it in the winter with one outboard and the additional danger of making ice. I mixed 30-gallons of outboard gas for the old 50-hp Mercury put on my Carharts coveralls, hip boots and rain gear. After leaving our home I headed in a direct line from the cannery entrance to Seldovia.

In the middle of the Inlet I crossed close astern of a Sea Land tug and barge. I know they thought I was completely crazy and I thought so myself out there with one old outboard in an open skiff in December with the temperature hovering around 20 degrees.

When I got to Seldovia my roofing was sticking up at a 45-degree angel out of the stern cockpit of the 32-foot boat. It would have never made it to tuxedni Bay. One good and it would have slid out over the side into the drink. I stacked it down into the bottom of my skiff and lashed it down through the scupper holes with ½ line so that it wouldn’t shift.

I slept in the cold cabin of the boat and took off for the fuel dock at eight in the next morning. I bummed a cup of coffee and bought four candy bars for the trip. After fueling up I took off into a fresh northerly breeze. I reached Anchor Point without incident and continued up along the coast until I was abreast of the Stratski microwave tower.

My motor was cutting out before I got to Sterisky Tower so I removed the cowling to discover that one of the wires attached to the primary of one of the four coils was arching. I cleaned the contacts and tightened up the coil nuts and sprayed everything with WD-40. It ran fine after that.

By that time it was noon and there was a good chop running down the Inlet. I pulled the stern plug so that the water would run out and got underway. The spray was coming over the starboard side and hitting me in the face. I couldn't run fast because of the chop. There were a couple places in the middle of the inlet where the swell were so bad that I had trouble keeping the 20-foot skiff pointed in the right direction. I bailed the slush ice with a five-gallon bucket to keep up with the water coming in.

It took another five hours of spray in the face to get into the entrance of Tuxedni Bay. I had been standing up and bailing water nine hours. I was chilled to the bone and more hypothermic than I had been in my life. I am used to running around in a skiff in the winter but crossing the Inlet in the winter is pretty hard core. It was dark by the time I entered the cove. Mary was really worried about me and I was damned glad to be home.

I screwed the roof down the next day and moved the plane inside. And, people wonder what we do with our spare time in the bush…

This past weekend we had our annual banquet/fundraiser event in Starkville . As a part of our program, we had scheduled Sgt. 1st Class Greg Stube to come; he's a highly decorated U.S. Army Green Beret and inspirational speaker who was severely injured while deployed overseas and didn't have much of a chance for survival. Greg is stationed at Ft. Bragg , NC and received permission from his commanding officer to come speak at our function. Everything was on go until Obama made a policy that NO U.S. SERVICEMAN CAN SPEAK AT ANY FAITH-BASED PUBLIC EVENTS ANYMORE.

Needless to say, Greg had to cancel his speaking event with us. Didn't know if anyone else was aware of this new policy. You're just starting to see the Obamanation. This is just how the Nazis did it in the 1930s -- slowly, one step at a time. This should be forwarded to everyone regardless of party affiliation! We have lost 50% of our freedom of speech in the last 2 years. The news media is not allowed to print anything negative about this evil president.
