Beginners Cycle (Level 1)

Learn 25 Solo steps (shines) + Learn 10 Steps with a partner

Description:
The goal of this course is to give you the confidence to dance comfortably at the nightclub or at Salsa socials. Participants will learn all the necessary steps required to advance to the Level 2.

This course will teach you the fundamentals of Salsa, and give you a solid understanding of musicality and dance theory as it pertains to Salsa on2. You will learn how to listen to the timing of Salsa and dance properly on the beat of the music. We will demystify the elusive percussion rhythms of Latin musical instruments, like the conga and the clave.

Cost:
Option 1: TWO CLASSES PER WEEK – REGISTER NOW

LATIN CRUISE FRIDAYS

We are doing something new!  We are starting a new Friday party on this Latin Cruise!  We are doing the first date on Friday, September 22nd!  Stay tuned for the next dates!

We will be doing this party all through the fall.  2 rooms!  This ship has heated rooms plus the outside deck!  So come and enjoy drinks and dancing on the water!

Boarding will take place from 9:00pm to 10:00pm.  The ship will depart at 10:00pm and the DJs will start playing. The ship will come back to the dock at 12:00am (midnight) to pick up new guests. Then the ship will depart again, and will finally come back to the dock at 2:00am to drop off the passengers.

There will be be a Bachata Dance Lessson at 9:00pm to 10:00pm by Eleanee Jimenez; spread the word!!!

NJ/NY SALSA SUNSET CRUISE

NEW INFO!!!! Please read.
News Flash! We have changed the boarding location of this boat cruise party. The new boarding location is the Lincoln Harbor Yatch Club in Weehawken NJ (instead of the previous Perth Amboy Harbor Side Marina). The new address is below. The time has also changed to 7:00pm – 11:00pm.

The boat will now be able to cruise around New York Harbor, so we can appreciate the sunset around the Statue of Liberty, Lowerside Manhattan and the Brooklyn Bridge.

JUST TO BE CLEAR! The boarding will still take place in New Jersey. Weehawken, New Jersey! Jersey. Okay. LOL.

The boat will go out and cruise around in New York Harbor.

We made this change because we want to try something different from the previous party that we did from Perth Amboy back on June 26. Also please note, that this party will now take place from 7:00pm to 11:00pm.

Lastly, the new price of the ticket will start at $40.00 (a small increase because of new and higher costs in this new location).
