There is a huge difference between want and NEED. I know I don't need this stuff but I have certainly placed them all in an online shopping bags...just to seconds later hit the little red button to save myself from a swift kick to the bank account.

We all have WISH LISTS or DROOL LISTS and this is mine:

I love the bright color on the new speedy bandouliere from LV, but I would get this little honey in black. I love it with or without the shoulder strap. Thoughts?

I swear I have been on a hunt for these nude Christian Louboutin Pigalle pumps for months and I can't find them in my size or the height that I want. I need them in a 38, Chicago help a sister out!!

I heard these are not the most comfortable style because of how high they are but I really want the blush or the red

The thing about these ridiculous luxury material things is that they are just that, ridiculous. They are my ridiculous rewards to myself for doing something awesome! Awesome is not just having a great day, awesome is overcoming something that has been hindering my happiness or success and I reward myself greatly! I would never suggest rewarding yourself beyond your means. So if you have to charge it, don't do it! Save for it and it will mean that much more!!

How I brew loose tea - new obsession

If you follow me on Instagram you might have seen a picture of my new tea obsession. Blooming tea is more beautiful than it is tasty. I enjoy the taste of tea and most times I do not need to add any sugar. I have been on a clean healthy diet to change the way I sleep and function...and green tea has played a huge roll. Im blabbing about nothing now, lets get on to the point of this post.

My mom introduced me to the tea shop "Flour + Tea", located in Old Town Pasadena, so I was excited to stop in for a look. Too bad Im half beast...I would have loved to share pictures of the amazing macarons they had - BUT I took 'em down town before I thought to include them in this post. Caca.

I sniffed too many kinds of teas to remember, but this one stood out the most.

GREEN IRON GODDESS

Its sweet green tea according to my senses. I could be way off because I am sick, yes - again. Its a specialty shop so it quickly added up.

I think I spent about $70 on tea and cups in like 7 mins 0_o

I know what it looks like....but its not cochina. Its tea. Lord!

Along with the tea, I also purchased two brewing cups (one for meeee and one for mi madre).

Its basically a layered cup with slits on the bottom to filter the tea in the hot water.

To get started: sprinkle the tea into the top cup, the more you use the stronger the tea will be.

Slowly lower the glass cup with tea into the sister mug and place the lid on top to brew for a few minutes. You don't want to slam dunk it because you will spill the water all over the damn place...I would know -_-

After the water starts to darken, you slowly remove the top cup letting all of the water drain into the mug.

TA-DA! Now put it in your mouth! hahah

Not that anyone needed step by steps, the pictures are cool though haha. I miss my blog. I miss you guys. I think I will try to keep up my blog...I keep coming back for more. I think I will be doing swatches here too. Im going to try!!

So since I got the BIG call from L'Oreal telling me they wanted to fly me out for the Latin Grammys, thats all I have been able to think about! All things beauty is what I live and die for! I wanted to share a little insight to what is to be expected of the celebs we are tuning in to see Thursday night:

L’Oréal Paris got the predictions from the beauty expert for L’Oreal Paris, celebrity hair stylist Marcos Carrasquillo (pictured above).He shares the trends and different hair dos that we can expect to see on the 2012 Latin Grammy Red Carpet.

Heres a quick Q&A :

L’Oréal Paris: Which trends have you seen this season?

Marcos Carrasquillo: “The loose waves will dominate the red carpet this year. We will see a lot of volume, a very retro look which is so stylish right now. The waves will be like in the 50s with dark colors.”

L’Oréal Paris: Do you have clients that always ask you for the celebrity looks they’ve seen on the red carpet?

Marcos Carrasquillo: “Lately I’ve received a lot of orders to get to loose waves look. Jennifer Lopez uses this look a lot with honey highlights. Latinos in Hollywood - COVERGIRL / LATINA

If you follow me on my YouTube channel you would know that I had the amazing opportunity to work with COVERGIRL for the LATINA magazine Young Latinos in Hollywood event at the LONDON HOTEL WEST HOLLYWOOD. If you haven't seen my video coverage you can view it here

I had a long day a head of me, hair and makeup needed to be started in the hotel before I got in front of the camera. I didn't realize how much work filming with a full crew was, and also how fun it would be. These next shots of me looking crazy is because the camera guy said "teeth" to smile with teeth, then he quickly said "no teeth" hahaha like he changed his mind! I was ready to karate chop him till explained his method of capturing a natural smile, it worked. I also didn't need very much blush cause I turned radish red from laughing so hard.

Im getting my makeup prepped for filming by celebrity makeup artist and super friendly Latina Elizabeth Ulloa. I had to practice her name so many times haha. I love the VIP treatment just like the rest of you! I got to order whatever I wanted from room service, that sounds silly but it makes me feel "cool" haha. Its the simple things in life that get me excited.

Next we hit the rooftop for footage of the makeup application before the party began.

The scene was quickly transforming from rooftop comfortable to hollywood chic.

Flowers! There were arrangements everywhere!

The event was sponsored by MOET, I had a couple of glasses and it was pretty good!

While I was being directed where to stand, sit, and do my thang haha I noticed my favorite DJ and fellow Latino Anthony Valadez setting up! I was so excited to hear a lot of my jams. He's got a new album out too, check it out here. My favorite song is "Asleep".

This is what one of 3 or 4 beauty stations set up for guests to receive complementary products and makeup pick-me-ups.

RED CARPET TIME!! I was so nervous when I was told I would be doing interviews on camera! I have zero experience but I am comfortable having conversations with strangers, and I was talking about makeup, so I quickly got over it. Here are a few celebs that I interviewed:

The beautiful Melissa Marty, who had the most amazing body! Makes me want to dump my pumpkin late down the drain and do some squats lol.

Eric Valadez knew so much about makeup it was awesome, he explain in detail what he loved women to wear.

Crash - She was really nice and I loved her hair style!

Singer Sohanny - I asked her if she could only have one lip color for the rest of her life she said bright red! I would pick a plum red ;)

Disney star Bella Thorne, She was so pretty I couldn't get over it! Her fresh makeup is "everyday makeup" worthy.

I wish there was more footage of my interview with Diego Boneta, he was really nice and serious with the eye contact haha. He loves girls natural with their hair pulled back. All guys say that but like I told Diego, guys go after the girl who is all dolled up when they are out and about.

Actor / Dancer Ryan Guzman, he was the friendliest of all of them and dressed the most casual. He loves women who wear red lipstick and apparently doesn't mind it getting all over the place. This made me think if thats ever happened because red is not easy to remove from your face! I wish I was wearing his boots and not my heels because my feet were ready to disown me by this point.

Super nice and energetic Carla Santiago. She was lead of this project and I was so blessed to work with an amazing brand like COVERGIRL even if it was just for the day.

A little peek at the party. It quickly got packed. I was interviewing for a while so by the time I got up there, I got to say hi to a few people, but then it was time to head home.

How I usually start my mornings

My morning routine definitely sets the mood for the rest of the day. I do a few simple things to make me FEEL fabulous. First thing is washing the sleepiness off my body, and a rich fragrance is the perfect way to do this (plus, I LOVE a great fragrance). A calm shower using Caress Endless Kiss Silkening Body Wash

makes me so relaxed and the scents of creamy vanilla & sandalwood really soothes me. My body feels so soft and moisturized, and let’s not forget how good my skin smells afterwards!

Before I decide what I am going to wear for the day, I head to the kitchen for a quick and healthy light breakfast drink. I love shakes! Perfect for those of us who are trying to watch our weight, satisfy hunger, and have something sweet.

I love bananas, and I didn't want to waste one that was pretty bruised so I chopped it up and stuck it in the freezer overnight. Frozen fruit is one great way to make shakes and I also used cinnamon (whichhas been known to curve hunger). Add about 5- 8 oz of organic milk and a few ice cubes and breakfast is served!

Keeping my skin healthy and glowing is really important to me, so washing, feeding and hydrating your body is a must! I also carry along a jug of "Spa Water" – which is water with sliced fruit for a hint of flavor. Today, I’m using lemon.

Details are everything!

For the amount of anxiety that I have, I am surprised that I would stress myself out and throw a big party! My handsome son, Jude Isaac, just turned 3 and I wanted to host a pirate themed party to celebrate the three years God has blessed me with his love. With the help of Party City I was able to make this the most festive party to date.

Decorations are the first thing to organize and the rest falls into place. I ran into a few speed bumps the morning of but it was not going to slow me down. If you follow me on Instagram (sccastaneda) you would have known Jude's costume was too small! Luckily Party City exchanged his costume without a problem or hassle.

Here are a few shots of our get ups before the sun took a toll on all of us. I can't wait to frame these and add them to his scrap book.

I used a hole punch and some ribbon I was unable to locate online and tied them shut. Instead of having a Mexican traditional party piñata, I decided to fill all of the bags with awesome candy and skipped the floor scrabble. I did display a pirate piñata for add pirate flare ( HERE )

It has been so hot these last few weeks here in Southern California, so I decided to rent a huge canopy to cover my guests and keep them from roasting. I also attached bunches of balloons to the make it more appealing to the eye. (HERE)

To take it a notch up, I wanted to set the tables to make it look a little fancier lol. I used paper plates and napkins I found at Party City in squares and placed them off centered to get it a different look from the traditional circles plates.

I also placed "golden spoons and goblets" I found at PC as well and the gold beaded necklaces you saw earlier and some plastic gold coins all across the tables - the children's eyes lit up to see the "treasure" everywhere.

I had a few hats ( HERE ) on the tables for guests who "forgot to dress up" haha. I loved the table covers because it looked layered and really pulled the tables together ( HERE )

To set the vibe I hung netting and skull banners (both from PC) along the trim of the canopy.

Every time Jude attended a party with a jumper, it was a struggle to get him out so I knew it was a must-have on my list...and of course it was a pirate ship!

The lord knows I had about 7 cans of coke - which I have been staying away from all together but the heat and the excitement in the air I said "why not?!" hahaha. The coolers added to our pirate theme, palm trees and parrots where just a bonus (HERE).

Since my family is Mexican, hands down, we all wanted a taco service to cater the party. 3 types of meat, rice beans and the fixings. They also brought Horchata and Agua de Pina - Yumm!

Heres a familiar face! Thats Cdiorme from youtube with one of the cutest pirates at the party. I wish I would have been better with my camera because her husband looked hilarious with eyeliner and a wig haha.

Some other youtubers who attended were Heart and Arnold, Holly and Steve. I am really kicking myself for not taking more pictures but if you went you would understand why I didn't haha....it was so hot I couldn't think right!! Some of my friends forever who attended were: Crystal (of course), Brigitte, April, and Floreida. Its really hard to spend time with everyone when there where so many ppl! I was happy and felt so loved!

No birthday is complete without a cool cake! I got this cake from Goldilocks Bakery in

West Covina, Ca. I was surprised they took my order at such short notice and the cake looked better than I was imagining. The filling was red velvet and cream cheese frosting with chocolate chips.

After the cake, everyone dropped like flies. It was so hot and the party lasted about 5 hours which was amazing and I was so thankful for everyones time. He got tons of amazing gifts and I can't wait to post more of Jude's outfits of the days :)

My brother brought it to my attention that I didn't take any family shots and by this time I pulled my hair back and put on my flip flops haha.

The kids in my immediate family decided the party was not over so they jumped in the kiddie pool I had stashed their for Jude hahah. I could not include shots of Jude cause he got naked hahhaha.

Heres a swatch of my favorite BB Creme from Maybelline. I love the consistency! Its got the best coverage at a great price.

This Colorstay eyeliner by Revlon has yet to dry out and stays on longer than I would like it too hahah. So if you are looking to go out - cry a crazy cry - without looking a damn mess...well your makeup anyway...this is the eyeliner for you!

I would trade all of these products just to keep this one because this mascara is the best I have ever used. I know Im dramatical - but *grabs you by the shirt * Im being dead serious here. Get it and thank me later! ( Loreal Power Volume Collagen Mascara )

The last swatch I have for you is the Creme blush from Revlon. I think they only have 2 colors right now, or that I have seen which is silly because its either too bright or too light depending on your skin color and technique. But as you can see you can blend this sucker. I love it!

Latina Blogger Meet Up at Beso Hollywood

Last night my twin, yes I said twin, sister Christina and I went to a Latina Blogger Meet up that was organized thru Facebook. I was excited to show Chris what these events were all about. This one was really intimate so it was nice to really network and share stories with other bloggers.

I took a break from YouTube for a week or so because I need to shake the negativity off from the last video. I could never fully quit because this is truly something that I enjoy doing. I believe being a blogger/vlogger is now a lifestyle. I can't go many places without a camera in hand to document my experience.

I am not perfect and being in this industry there are so many different pressures and expectations that viewers/readers have for us and they are not shy to voice. I have rolls, and stretch marks, still learning to dress myself, and am still growing as a mother and just as a woman period. Negative and ignorant comments are to be expected when you put yourself out there publicly. I have learned to fake the thickness of my skin cause at the end of the day I do have feelings and sometimes I do get hurt. But with that it does push me to better myself and in the end I win.

To all the haters - eat my caca lol.

Omg the food was ridiculous. I was full in the first hour that I was there. These are just some of the goodness I took down town.

Oooooo don't even get me on all the drinks they were serving, these shots were so yummy with a little raspberry surprise. I was too busy blabbing that I didn't take as many photos as I wanted.

OOTD : Flirty Fun Cute

Not a typical outfit for me, I am usually hiding my body under my clothes. I decided to embrace my ever changing body and wear something that was out of my comfort zone. When I was shopping I ran into this top and I knew what the cut would do to my shape. I didn't give a damn and got it anyway! Haha.

I used to be very insecure about wearing shorts, but I think thats what I have been buying more of lately. Its motivation to get it right, get it tight in the gym!

Ive had these heels in my closet for a while, and since I vowed to wear everything in my closet, I dusted these off. The clutch just made the coral in my top pop.

I am the most awkward model haha, I don't know what to do with myself! I wish I had a timer and auto focus cause I would rather be alone for picture taking but I had help from my friend Brigitte who did an awesome job!

Valentine Nail Product List

Heres a few still shots of my nails. Excuse the crusty dryness around my cuticles, that is the result of cleaning up my manicure with acetone.

Lets get into the products that I used in my video:

I started with PINK FRIDAY and NAIL ENVY by by OPI. Pink Friday is a really pretty bubble gum pink polish. Nail Envy has to be, hands down, my YOU BETTER GET IT OR YOUR NAILS SUCK product lol. Okay that was a little dramatical but thats how I roll. I totally own the strength of my nails to this nail aid.

For the Polka Dots I used Konad's White special polish just because its an art paint and dries really fast. Next up was the Sally Hansen Crackle in the obvious, White. My all time, never let me down, top coat: Seche Vite!

Tools: These can get pricey if you don't shop around. Starting at the top; my "C" brush from e.l.f. this brush has been with me for a minute. I bought it at a random Mexican Market that just happened to sell their line, its been with me ever since. The dotting tool I got at a swap meet in Azusa but you can use an old ball point pen (dried up of course). Lastly, an angled art brush that I got from Sallys Beauty Supply store. You can use a cheap eyeliner brush if you can't find something like it.

Hair Care : Wet to Dry

After watching my videos, most of my viewers ask for a product list. At the time of upload the list of products could get pretty long. So I decided to list items and include a few pictures here on my blog for a quick reference. So here it goes...

When I was get butt booty naked (no one pays me enough to see the real thang lol jk) I was washing my hair with the:

FAT HAIR "O" Calories Thickening Shampoo and Conditioner by SAMMY.

I like the way it smells and it foams up really well in the shower.

The most important result I am looking for in hair care products is that it does what it advertises. FAT HAIR, and I don't really get fat hair with this. Just clean, fresh smelling hair, so I guess I will finish the bottles and move on.

After I towel dry my hair I like to treat it with a few products before I let it air dry, or before I use any kind of heated tools for protection and volume. Pictured below and used in my video:

Heat Tamer (not shown in video but used) by TRESemme - Its never let me down and is cheap as dirt

Silk Infusion by CHI - This product has been used by me for many years! I love it!

Hot Tools! I know I always want to know what my friends use when I see their big sexy hair, I use :

Blow dryer by KERATIN COMPELX - Okay, so you don't need the blow dryer that I have cause its not the cheapest, just make sure it promotes healthy hair (less damage with ions).

Large hot rollers by CONAIR - These have been working well for me lately, but I think I want to try something that will hold curls longer...like ceramic rollers. Ill keep ya'll posted.

These brushes are not the coolest or the cutest but they get the job done and I will hurt someone if they took them from my room haha :

Flat paddle brush by BRUSH LAB - I got this baby at ULTA

Round barrel brush by CONAIR - I got this brush so long ago! I would have to say I got it at WalMart

Getting my WICKED fix

When the cupcake craze hit, I was on the hunt for a great tasting and LOOKING (presentation is everything) cupcake bakery in my area. I heard there was one in Azusa/Glendora but i never saw it. Unfortunately it is in a terrible location, but when I was starting my journey back home I saw the small print on the backside of the bakery and quickly hopped into the turning lane!

When I walked into The Cake Mamas' Bakery/Shop, I didn't know what to expect. One of the girls who greeted me was sweet and very loud haha. I decided to take 2 trays of mini cupcakes to test a few flavors, one for me and one for my roomie. I didn't know the ones that I chose were winning designs/flavors for the popular show CUPCAKE WARS. That made me more excited and not surprised that they were $10 per tray. Me and my roommate Crystal went to see the Broadway Play WICKED so it was even a little reminiscent :)

Below is a picture of what i took home. For $10 I think I got my money's worth because it look like an expensive treat.

No one wanted to share the experience with me :( So here are my thoughts starting with...

"The Elixir"

This was one was probably my favorite visually. The clock face was edible of course, but I don't think you would want to eat it. Confession: I bit it.

The buttercream frosting was so different and looked almost like a custard. It was thick and so full of flavor. The color and texture were amazing...yes I am talking about a cupcake.

Too bad I can't say the same about the taste of this cool green cake. It was dry and didn't have much flavor.

"The Bad Which"

This cake by far is the best I have ever tasted. It was so moist and rich and creamy...ooooohhh lord!

I wish they duplicated the look in the show as in person cause I didn't really understand this one with it just plopped on top. The edible glitter and little heart were attractive.

Mouth is watering so much! I only had a bite or two of each of these little guys but this one...my heart hurt when I forced myself to trash the other half. *Being good* I did taste the salt they mentioned in the description and it was just the right amount. SO YUM.

"The Flying Monkey"

We thought this was a crown! It didn't come with a tail either :/

Again - The frosting was amazing but the cake was so dry and it didn't taste good at all. Caca.

"The Good Witch"

The strawberry filling was soooooooooo good I felt the rolls growing on my body. The topping was amazing. The silver pearl was like little jawbreaker, I had to try it lol.

A good pairing would be the ever so popular SoCal desert wine - Stella Rosa. Stella is a very sweet lightly carbonate wine that is sold for about $12-14 at BevMo. (I get it straight from the winery, its cheaper)

Jude has a good amount of years to go before he is legally able to drink so he had some juice (Albertsons $4)

I think I am in love with the chocolate, and I will definitely give another flavor or two ;) before I make my final thoughts about this place. I hope I didn't tempt you too much.

Lets play pretend! - Pretend City Museum of Irvine

Rainy Days = Indoor Play

I always search new places to take Jude that will be fun for the both of us and not bad on my pocket. My google search lead me to Pretend City Museum in Irvine, Ca. Tickets are $11 for everyone 1 and older. Its pretty much a huge place where kids get to pretend they are grown ups. There are tons of things to do! It was raining today so you might see raindrops here and there on our clothing. It was a spur of the moment type of trip so my younger sister, Marina, joined us.

First stop was the Art Studio. Children can color with markers, crayons, and paint.

Jude is not allowed to use pens or markers at home, so that was the first thing he grabbed for. Suggestion: Only Washable crayons for coloring time at home, easiest thing to remove from walls, mirrors, and windows.

My sister said that she remembered going to something like this when she was younger but in down town Los Angeles. It was cute to see fake money being exchanged between all the kids at "The Market"

Tons of costumes through out The Pretend City, all types of careers.

Fishing was by far the most fun for Jude. Im glad they had rain slickers and boots for the kids to keep them....kind of dry hahah.

My mother works at a dental office, so this one made me think of her.

Jude is the biggest Ham that ever lived. He might just be a dancer when he grows up lol.

He also gained a green thumb...

Hopefully not practicing calling Daddy from the slammer haha.

He was a librarian for a few minuets too!

It was so fun! I hope the next time that I take him its a family trip so that he can play with his cousins. If you live in the area I totally recommend visiting this place. Check out their business hours, an hour before closing it is 50% OFF admission.

Rainy Day - Making Pizza for $5

Rainy Day Activity #1 :

Make Lunch a fun way to kill time.

When I was at WalMart the other day, I ran into these Make -n- Bake Pizzas for $5. What kid doesnt like pizza?? I found it in the section where they keep pizza dough, cookie dough, and things of that nature. Rainy days are the longest for our little ones if you dont have things to keep them active...tv gets old QUICK!

This box comes with everything you need to make 4 small personal size cheese pizzas. They do have a pepperoni kit too I believe, but you can get creative and add different cheeses and veggies.

Lay all of your ingredients out on the table and I was going over shapes colors and numbers of the items we were working with to make it a little educational too.

Get your dough...

...add and spread your sauce...

...sprinkle your cheese...

Then throw it in the oven for baby and me!

Baking and cooling time took about 15 minutes. Gave us enough time to clean up his room before lunch, and he was ready for his nap after.

Products of the Night : Sugar and Glitter

Shower in luxury!

When I have a moment to myself, I like to bust out the expensive...to me...products That I use only occasionally. I love to pamper myself when I can, and tonight was one of those nights. I have been raving about the LUSH Snow Fairy shower gel for body and hair...yes hair! It smells like Candyland should. FRESH's Brown Sugar Body Polish is one of those products that you tell all your girl friends about haha. I love the smell texture...and the way my skin feels after I use it.

Now if you like the sweet candy scents, this is a must try. I cried about it over twitter, and harassed all of my blogger friends when I realized I left it behind at the hotel I was staying at. My first shower with it was so amazing that I jumped online and rushed a replacement bottle to me asap! If you look at the pink soap...you can see that there is a fine glitter/shimmer in it! It does not leave your skin or hair sparkly, so no worries. I think it was just a packaging thing. Depending on the size of bottle it can be $ $10-26 USD

I mentioned this scrub in a favorites video a few months ago. When I purchased it, there were no prices listed anywhere that I could see...so I had no clue how much it was. I figured it could not be too bad because it was just body scrub, right? WRONG! Its $65 USD and I almost died! I was too proud to say "uh yea...no, put that back" lol so I paid for it and went on my broke ass way haha. I really do love it and as you can see in the picture its almost gone. So if you are a baller, handle it. If you want an more affordable alternative check out these scrubs.

My next favorite Holiday is Christmas. I am so excited I am already planning my gifts for family and friends, and my giveaways for all of my loyal and new subscribers. Back to my blog post...I was at Target today and ran into Glade's holiday scented candles, I am burning "Peppermint Crush".

Before bed I try to get in a few pages of reading. Its my way of winding down my mind. I have finished a few books this way, slowly. When I dont have Jude is when I get most of my reading in.

Thanks to many of my followers suggestions I am currently readying "A stolen life" and on deck is "Lullabies for little criminals".

Finally after a good soak and scrub, I keep my pedicure going strong thru the night with these warm socky slippers. I got two pairs for under $5 USD at walmart.

My Halloweeny Days

If you know me you know that Halloween is one of my favorite holidays next to xmas, my sons birthday and maybe Easter. I felt like Ive celebrated for a week now, and its over. BOOOO! lol

Baby Monsters - MyGym Party

Party in my Tummy!

I took Jude to a Halloween costume party at our local MyGym, and they asked us to bring goodies. I decided to bring some cookies. I didnt know what the turn out was gonna be and boy did I under estimate it! You will see in a second.

I didnt know how good these cookies really are! They only take 10 minutes to make! Seconds in the oven, the kitchen...then the house filled with the yummy sent of these bad boys.

DING! They are ready!! Im not going to lie, I had one.

I wanted to get festive with it so I added some green sprinkles for a little KA-POW lol.

Ice Parade - New MAC Holiday Collection

MAC's Winter Wonderland

For us MAC lovers at heart...this one you will drool over. Its been a while since Ive purchased from them, and its because nothing was special enough. They stepped it up and the packaging is killer! I love the wearable lipsticks and well...I should just shut up and get to it.

I went back to MAC to pick up my preorder this morning. I brought my new fancy camera with me and took a few shots.

Yeeeaaaa! I couldnt wait to bust this baby out!

Packaging was super silvery. Cool!

This is the top of the compacts - reminds me of a snow globe. They are really stepping it up.

Supposedly this face kit (Winter Cool) face was a Nordstrom exclusive but I think I just saw it on the MAC website. That made me feel less cool for a second.

This next picture is the darkest of two Beauty Powders. The artist helping me said it was a bronzer...uh no. It looks like a dark highlight to me. I still think its beautiful!

TESTING ONE TWO THREE!

I got a new camera today! If you follow me on Facebook and Twitter you might already have heard about the news. I upgraded my point and shoot to a Canon Rebel T3i DSLR :) I have a few girlfriends on Youtube who are using this model to film videos and take amazing pictures for their blogs. I just wanted to share a few unedited shots of a LUSH bath with my son. I know baths are personal but I was sure to keep privates privates, and who doesn't think babies in the tubs are cute??

Ickle Baby Bot Bath Bomb - LUSH

This bomb was designed with our little ones in mind. I know I have a previous post almost like this but I guess the quality of the shots are better so give me a break!

This bath bomb will help your child(ren) calm down. They'll soon be dreaming with a sleep-inducing combination of lavender and sandalwood oils. Lavender oil Like chamomile, lavender has been used by aromatherapists to relax, calm and soothe the body.

In warm water, this bot quick dissolves and makes the water a baby blue color with an amazing sent that fills the air. WARNING this is not tear free!

Jude is very facincated by letters, numbers, shapes, and colors right now.

Halloween Nails - The Itsy Bitsy Spider

Nail Art Pens in Black and White by Sally Hansen, I bought mine at WalMart for $7 each.

Konad Special Polish in Black and White - I got these off ebay, they are not cheap but I love them!!

My huh huh Ryan has been trying to take me to a shop in Newport Beach he knew I would love. Our first atempt...they were closed! This time he must have checked or remembered but I was sooooo excited!

I am as girly as they come and I was dying with excitement when I saw how many cupcake items they had for sale! Anything and everything you can think of cute was in this little shop. I wished, for just a second, that Jude was a girl because I know if I was a little girl I would go nuts!!

Look at the details on the walls! These are the doors that lead to all of the magic : The baking and decorating! Its like candyland came to life.

I didnt get just one hahah, which Ryan thought I would be good...I got one for me, Jude, Ryan's mom and sister. Let me tell you...the pumpkin spice is a MUST! The picture is not doing the size of these babies justice!

They make cupcakes, cookies, cakes...oh my!

A lot of you were wondering where I got my cake made for Jude's 2nd birthday...This place I would reccomend in a heartbeat! The owner, Miss Allyson, said they need at least 1 week in advance and the price depends on the design you are requesting. CLICK HERE for more information on the shop.

After a late lunch at CHIPOTLE (our new favorite place) Ryan agreed to take me to MACYs to purchase the tote Ive been drooling over. I know its just a tote to some, but its a luxuray tote in my eyes and I deserve it damn it! Haha! Michael Kors Signature Logo Tote in Vanilla / White

We were in a rush because we were invited for dinner! Yes we just ate, but we were starving and didnt know that dinner was going to be ready early...shhhhhhh dont tell our chef aka Ryan's sister that hahah. It was so good. We were double stuffed.

Of course I wanted a taste of my cupcake after dinner. I could only handle less than half and saved the rest for later...later.

After we had a drink with his sister, we called it a night. Im a grandma and stuck on the go to sleep early-wake up early schedule. I suggested we go out for breakfast, so we headed to Dennys.

Before hitting a booth, Ryan stopped at a Starbucks next door and got me my coffee....aaaaawwwwwwwwwww!

I asked for the hashbrowns to be crispy and they were burnt...they showed me! Lol.

I always have a good weekend, I cant complain. This weekend was just....sweet. Hehe.
