<li>PhD applicants should have completed a university degree outside Austria and fulfill the admission requirements of the host university.</li>
<li>Postdoctoral applicants should be engaged in teaching and research at an ASEA-UNINET member university.</li>

<p>Applicants are required to meet all of the following conditions:</p>

<li>To have permission from the preferred SSP supervisor to apply.</li>
<li>To hold a degree from an accredited institution comparable to the master&#8217;s degree offered at KUT after 18 years of education, or to be scheduled to acquire such a degree before the KUT enrollment date.</li>
<li>To be 35 years old or under at the time of enrollment, in principle.</li>
<li>To have an excellent academic record and strong bachelor&#8217;s and master&#8217;s degrees from reputable universities.</li>
<li>To have the intention, adequate knowledge, and research skills to study in the research field.</li>
<li>To have high English proficiency (minimum TOEFL iBT 72 with Writing 17, IELTS 5.5 with Writing 5.5, CET-6, or WSK (PETS-5)). Applicants may not be required to submit English test scores if they meet certain conditions.</li>

<li>First- or second-year undergraduate medical students enrolled in faculties of medicine at ASEAN universities.</li>

<li>Applicants must complete the selection process in <strong>both English and Japanese</strong> and possess one of the following Japanese language qualifications:

<li>Japanese-Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) N1 or N2, or</li>

<li>Students who are self-financing their studies at Osaka University, Kyoto University, Ritsumeikan University, or Kwansei Gakuin University and the universities that partner with them. Individuals pursuing online studies from Indonesia at these universities are not eligible for this scholarship (except those residing in Osaka).</li>
<li>Students who personally struggle financially or are deemed unable to cover their living expenses during their studies in Japan.</li>
<li>Minimum academic performance indices of 3.0 for undergraduate (S1) and 3.5 for master’s (S2) programs.</li>

<p><strong>Lund University,</strong> one of Northern Europe&#8217;s oldest universities, is a prestigious public research institution located in Lund, Sweden. he university is home to nine faculties and has additional campuses in Malmö and Helsingborg, serving approximately 47,000 students across 241 programs. Known for its global collaborations and research excellence, Lund University boasts affiliations with five Nobel Prize winners and is a member of the League of European Research Universities and Universitas 21.[Sweden] Lund University – Erasmus+ International Credit Mobility Grants Program for Fall 2025</p>
<p>We are excited to announce that our joint application to the Erasmus+ International Credit Mobility (ICM) program has been granted funding! This collaboration between Lund University (LU) and Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM) offers students and staff the opportunity to participate in academic exchange programs between 2024 and 2027.</p>
<p>We are pleased to inform you that <strong>the Application for Erasmus+ International Credit Mobility Grants Program for Spring 2027 is now open </strong>for Universitas Gadjah Mada with limited quota. The Erasmus+ covers a travel and monthly grant, while other expenses must be covered by the student. However, please note that for students coming to LU, 70% of the ICM funding will be paid upon arrival to LU and 30% will be paid at midpoint of the mobility. This means that students must prepare their own fundings to buy their flight tickets before they upon arrival receive 70% of the ICM funding to be compensated for that cost.</p>
