DARMASISWA is a scholarship program that the Republic of Indonesia offered to foreign students from countries with which it has diplomatic relations to study the language, art, music and Indonesian crafts as well as other courses in any college or school to participate in this program. The Ministry of Education undertake this program in cooperation with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The main objective of the RI DARMASISWA is to encourage and promote interest in the Indonesian language and culture among young people in other countries. It also created for exchanges with scholarship programs offered by other countries to strengthen citizens and cultural ties and understanding between nations.

TYPES OF SCHOLARSHIPS DARMASISWA

1 Academic Program 1 year (RI Regular)
This non-degree program lasts 1 year and offered to foreign students to learn the Indonesian language, and other regional languages such as Indonesian arts, music and traditional dances and crafts in Indonesian institutions.

2 Academic Program 6 months:
This non-degree program offered to foreign students to learn the Indonesian language only for a period not exceeding 6 months.

RIGHTS OF PARTICIPANTS:

• Free registration
• Countertop offered by the Ministry of Education.
• The university or institute to assist the applicant to find accommodation.
• Participants will be picked up at the airport upon arrival.

OBLIGATIONS OF PARTICIPANTS:

• Willingness to engage with their academic program
respective institutions.
• Participants must commit to completing the program.
• Any participant who has been accepted must sign a letter

VISA REQUIREMENTS:

ACCOMMODATION:

The Ministry of Education does not cover accommodation costs

COVERAGE OF SCHOLARSHIP:

The scholarship covers a monthly allowance for expenses of Rp 1,500,000 (equivalent to approximately U.S. $ 160) that is transferred to the university or institute where the study participant.
Since money for scholarships awarded is not sufficient to meet daily needs, it is expected that participants bring with them additional money in U.S. dollars so that they can change the local currency is the Indonesian rupiah.

AIRLINE TICKETS:

The Ministry of Education, does not assume any cost
tickets for participants from their country of origin to
Indonesia or vice versa. The Ministry of Education will bear the costs themselves
of passages from Jakarta to the respective regions of each

HEALTH INSURANCE:

The Ministry of Education does not provide health insurance type, therefore

Participants take courses at the University of Indonesia in Jakarta will begin classes in early July 2011.

The general conditions of the scholarships offered by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs through the Directorate General of Cultural and educational cooperation are contained in the rules applicable to Foreign Grantees of SRE, which is included at the end of this Call.

DETAILS OF SCHOLARSHIP:

• No scholarship for propaedeutic courses, distance learning, open education and doctoral Direct (integrated master's and doctorate).

• The scholarships are offered for the disciplines mentioned in this call, do not offer scholarships for dentistry, plastic surgery, marketing, accounting, advertising and business administration. In the area of medicine, scholarships are awarded solely on public health institutions, hospitals and institutes under the collaborative program of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs with the Ministry of Health.
• Grants are up to a year. For studies at the master's may be renewed for up to 12 months more, even for doctors over 24 months, and medical specialties and subspecialties may be extended up to 24 months, as stipulated in the award of the scholarship. Mobility grants to postgraduate level are offered for up to six months in the school system.

Preference will be given to persons who:
• Conduct research on priority issues for the development of their country.
• Work in areas of particular importance for the development of their country.
• Conduct a graduate who is enrolled in the Graduate Studies Program Quality (PNPC).
• Consider postgrades not taught in their own country.
• Carry out studies or research institutions are located in the states of Mexico.
• Are teachers or researchers in public institutions of higher education and scientific research centers in the country.

BENEFITS OF THE SCHOLARSHIP:

• Registration and tuition, if applicable.
• Handling, equivalent to:
1) 4 minimum wages set for the Federal District, for special scholarships, master's or master's level research and study Spanish and Mexican culture. That amount is currently $ 6576.00 pesos.
2) 5 of the Minimum Wage D.F. scholarships for doctorate or doctoral research, postdoctoral, medical specialties and subspecialties estate experts and artists. Now equals

GRANT OF SCHOLARSHIP

Scholarships for 2010 gives the SRE, through the Directorate General of

Persons who receive a scholarship under this call must provide written commitment to return to their countries after their studies for which scholarship was.

PROVISIONS FOR FELLOWS:

The fellows will be documented as non-immigrant students in the consular section of the Embassy of Mexico in your country. Should not travel as tourists.
Trainees who have dual nationality, must attend and accredited to Mexico during his stay as trainees, with the nationality of the country
postulates.
Fellows will undertake to sign the document "Standards Applicable to Foreign Grantees of SRE, which forms part of the annual call. The signing of this document and the sheet Grant, represents the acceptance of the grant and the conditions governing the stay of the fellow in Mexico.
Once awarded the scholarship will not accept changes of school or

Paperwork
a) Migrant
When the candidate has the job of providing the scholarship, you must do all the paperwork that prompted the embassy or consulate of Mexico, as appropriate. Trainees will have to be documented as a student intern with Migratoria Form 3 (FM3) not as a tourist. The fellow can not travel on diplomatic or official passport. b) Move to Mexico
If international shipping is part of the benefits of a scholarship, the plane ticket is managed by the Directorate for Academic Exchange. The Embassy of Mexico in your country is responsible to inform the ticket data. If the international shipping is not covered within the benefits of the fellowship, the fellow should go to Mexico on their own.
Before traveling, the fellow must have an international health care service, which will be necessary to cover your expenses due to illness, accident or hospitalization during the first three months of their stay in Mexico, since IMSS insurance is provided from the third month of scholarship.
c) Arrival in Mexico

GENERAL OBJECTIVE:

Convey to participants the basic knowledge to enable them to understand the FTTH access technology. Understand the benefits of these technologies, analyzing each of the various network elements involved in such access networks. Use this knowledge to design this type of access networks, both in terms of its own fiber optic network, the teams that make up the integration and aggregation network.

METHODOLOGY:
The distance course will be held for five (5) weeks taught through the distance education platform for the ITU. The tutors met weekly to participants who joined the Web to: a) access to the session of the course, b) read support materials, c) download the exercises or activities that are allocated, d) complete or develop activities each week and e) post their answers so that the tutors can analyze, evaluate and clarify if you require. Moreover, the group returned to the weekly Tutores a consolidated analysis of their responses as well as the individual details and clarifications are necessary. The evaluation process is based on participation in the forum and a final exam.
Evaluation: The evaluation will consist of 2 parts, corresponding to the student's participation in the forum and work for the proposed end. The final grade is determined as follows:
• Approved with words: one who obtains a score greater than 90%.
• Approved: one who obtains a score between 60% and 90%.
• Not Approved: one who obtains a score below 60%.

CITEL / OAS will cover the full cost of tuition of $ 200.00 for the selected candidates.
