A high school student from Portland has been selected to receive the 2013 Youth Environmental Leadership award from The Rockfall Foundation of Middlesex County. The award, which includes a cash gift, will be presented at the foundation's 2013 Grants and Awards Celebration, to be held on Nov. 14, 6 p.m., at the deKoven House Community Center in Middletown.
