Currently, we’re seeking innovative, self-motivated, and career-orientated individuals to join our training team.

Responsibilities Include:

Product training
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver interactive e-courses that cover the range of SchoolStream applications and services
- Create and enhance training materials, online user guides, and other resources
Account maintenance
- Maintain healthy, long-term relationships with existing clientele
Customer support
- Provide quick, high-quality technical assistance for users who seek support
Professional development training (for internal staff)
- Provide individualized training and support for staff in various departments
- Create and enhance training materials, resources, and assessment measures

Forms Reporting Update!

Since releasing the New Reporting feature in our Forms Manager on July 13th, 2009, we have gotten great feedback from our school districts.

The New Reporting tool encompasses all of the features of the old reporting engine and more. You will experience faster report generation, enhanced report building, and several other new features. If you have any questions about the features or functionality of the new tool we would be happy to provide any additional assistance or training.

To ensure a smooth transition we have moved all of the existing reports into the New Reporting tool and are scheduled to remove the Old Reporting feature on October 13th, 2009. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

This is another example of our continuous improvement to evolve with your district's needs and we welcome any feedback you may have.

Giving Back Program

SchoolStream has created the Giving Back Program, a new program aimed at supporting communities across our nation. With the help of our school districts’ annual subscriptions over $20,000, we are able to give back 1% to deserving charities. With the help of our school districts’ annual subscriptions over $40,000, we are able to give back 2% to deserving charities.

Districts may choose to give back to an approved charity of their choice or choose from the following selected charities:

Save the Children

Founded in 1932, Save the Children works in impoverished rural communities in Appalachia, the Southeast, the Mississippi River Delta, the Gulf Coast, the Southwest and California’s Central Valley – where conditions resemble parts of the developing world. President Obama signed into law the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA) on February 17th, 2009. The ARRA is making funds available to districts across the nation to improve the education system.
