The panel itself is well buit and easy to hook up. (Make sure you buy the MC-4 connectors)

Best of all the thing puts out a lot of power! Even after sunset and in overcast conditions it continues to charge (Long after my old panels stopped working) I am able to run alot of electric equipment for a lot longer than my old panels.

Bottom line: It was quick, easy, and it works extremely well. I highly recomend this product.
Click Here For Most Helpful Customer Reviews >>
It's refreshing to find a product that not only meets but exceeds all expectations. This panel works even in low light. Cloudy days don't keep it from operating. The frame is very sturdy which makes it easy to customize for challenging installations like mine. Combined with the MPPT controller the output is consistently high. Nice job.

Best Deals for Instapark® NEW All Black 100W Mono-crystalline Solar Panel, 100

I have no complaints. The panel arrived in a timely manner undamaged by fed ex (I was most surprised by this). I had to build a rack for the panel. Since it had mounting holes in the aluminum frame this was a peice of cake. The monocrystaline panel is productive way past the peak hours of solar production. I have found that if the sun is out, it produces around 14 volts. During peak hours you're looking at 15.5 to 16 volts constantly, that is until the sun wanes.

All in all I can't really find a downside to the Instapark product.

Honest reviews on Instapark® NEW All Black 100W Mono-crystalline Solar Panel, 100

The Application: I bought this solar panel to power a pump to move water from a spring fed well to my pond. The complete setup includes this panel plus a 12 VDC pump (which draws 3.5 amps), a controller, a 40 Ampere hour 12 volt battery, and a float switch. The panel, battery, and pump connect to the controller which directs power from the panel to the battery and the pump. The float switch turns the pump on when the water level is high and off when it is low. The battery provides power when the panel does not produce sufficient power (e.g., at night). When the panel produces sufficient power the controller directs power to charge the battery and to the pump when it is running. When the pump is not running the controller directs panel power to charge the battery.

Shipping: With the free shipping option I received the panel in seven days. It was well packaged. The box had some shipping damage but the panel was OK.

Performance: The panel is well designed with solar cells packed densely so they produce 100 Watts of power with minimal overall panel dimensions. I set the panel in direct sun to test the no load voltage. (It was 8:00 AM local time.) The no load voltage with the cold panel was 21.6 volts. As the panel heated from the incident morning sun, the no load voltage dropped to 21.3 volts. This is to be expected. Later I moved the panel into my barn where it was not illuminated by the sun but only by light that scattered in from the barn door. I was surprised to see it still produced over 15 volts.

At 8:00 AM the next morning I connected the panel to the controller at the spring (with it laying flat on the ground). It produce sufficient power to charge the battery and run the pump. After sunset at 8:00 PM I checked the system and found the panel was still producing power sufficient to run the pump. I switched the pump off and the panel still produced charging power to the battery. So it is working better than I had expected.

If you buy this panel I recommend you also buy solar panel connectors and the connector disconnect tools which are also available on Amazon. Without the connectors you would have to cut the existing connectors off and replace them with other connectors. Obviously, this would void the warranty. The connectors are very difficult to disconnect without the tools. Together the connectors and tools cost about $25.00. Yes, its a ripoff, but best to pay it to avoid problems.

Conclusion: The panel works very well and produces more power at lower light levels than I expected. The only remaining question is how it performs after a long period of time. But based on these early results I whole heartedly recommend this panel.

Update 8/2/12: Have had this running the pump for a month now and is working perfectly. My recommendation still holds!

Find helpful customer reviews and review ratings for Instapark® NEW All Black 100W Mono-crystalline Solar Panel, 100

I have two of these panels. The installation was easy although it does not come with any intructions. I would suggest a youtube tutorial if you are tackling a solar project on your own. Also suggest some splicing experience ;)

Total setup:

2 Instapark 100W Mono-crystalline Solar Panel

Sunforce 11240 1000 Watt Pure Sine Wave Inverter with Remote Control

HQRP Pair MC4 T-branch Solar Panel Connector M/M/F & F/F/M (1F2M & 2F1M) for PV / Photovoltaic System (connects solar panels together)

HQRP Pair 144 inches (3.66m) 1x4mm² Photovoltaic Solar Array Cables with MC4 Connectors (connects panels to voltage controller)

Sunforce 60032 30 Amp Digital Charge Controller

Cobra CPI-A4000BC 4-AWG Heavy-Duty AC Power Inverter Cable Kit (Connects the last battery in the chain to the inverter)

HQRP Pair MC4 Solar Panel Connector male & female (M&F) for PV / Photovoltaic System plus HQRP Coaster

Instapark® ZJ-02 Solar Panel Mounting Hardware Kit (mounts panels to roof. If you need to change the pitch of the panel do not get these)

Other stuff: Junction Box, 3 outlet boxes and plates, 3 conductor electrical wire (romex), wire nuts, conductor clamps and wire ties.

I have the panels going to a sunforce voltage controller, the controller is wired to three 12v marine gel batteries that are daisy-chained together. The batteries are wired to a pure sine wave 1000w inverter. I have a secondary system rigged up for when we lose power (winters are harsh). I have an outlet in the living room, guest room and master bedroom. I will have 2 more outlets added by the end of this project. The solar outlets have a different shape then my normal outlets to differentiate between what is grid electric and what is solar. (solar has square plates, electric has rounded corners). We had to put a junction box up to accomodate the lines going into the house (so from the inverter to the junction box).

We recently tested the system by plugging in our 48" flat screen tv and dvr. 5.5 hours later, it was still going strong but I was tired and wanted to go to bed. There were no artifacts (lines in the tv screen, scrolling etc.) on the tv at all. I switched the tv and dvr back to electric and went to bed but left the inverter on to draw any more power that the batteries had in them (we were trying to drain the batteries and see how long it would take for 2 panels would recharge 3 batteries.) but alas, when we woke up in the morning, the batteries still had 1/2 charge on them. The next day it snowed and the panels still charged the batteries to 3/4 full. I expect that they will be full today as it is sunny and clear.

Another great thing about solar backup vs. generator backup... no noise, no smoke, and no gas needed. Downside is that you cannot deploy the whole house, you have to be very aware of what you use... nothing with high amp draw like an oven, water pump or hot water heater. We bought three 8w lightbulbs that put off 40 lumens of light...expensive compared to a regular lightbulb but hopefully we will never have to replace them in our lifetimes! We also bought many rechargeable batteries so that we can spread around the power! Good luck to all.

Best NOCO Genius G26000 12V/24V 26 Amp Smart Battery Charger Deals

Customer Ratings:
List Price: $353.95
Sale Price: $213.48
Today's Bonus: 40% Off

Would definitely recommend this charger to anyone! It actually repaired a battery which I thought was dead. I haven't owned this charger that long but will be back with a more updated review once I do, but to this point I haven't found any negatives yet.

Best Deals for NOCO Genius G26000 12V/24V 26 Amp Smart Battery Charger

This charger is a must have if you own multiple vehicles and/or farm equipment like I do. I got it on sale for around $290 and have to say it's worth every single penny. The recovery mode is a cool feature because if you lose power it remembers the previous setting when the power comes back on, so you really can just plug this charger in and set it with no worries of over-charging or damaging your batteries. You can pretty much charge anything with this beast too, this is a swiss-army charger in my opinion.

Honest reviews on NOCO Genius G26000 12V/24V 26 Amp Smart Battery Charger

We set this up as a charger for our toy hauler. When the generator is on and the Genius is plugged into the trailer, it charges the batteries to a full capacity in 2-3 hours. Works best with 6-volt batteries.

Find helpful customer reviews and review ratings for NOCO Genius G26000 12V/24V 26 Amp Smart Battery Charger

Wired this charger in directly to the Schumacher SB 4D AGM 12v 200Ah battery so that any time the generator is running (or plugged in to shore power), the battery is being charged. With that said, let's take a look at the Energizer Energi To Go Portable iPod Charger:

PROS:

-Both CHARGES and EXTENDS battery life.

-Comes with 2 ENERGIZER e2 LITHIUM BATTERIES

-Small

-Folds up for packing

-Designed for G5 iPod video and nano devices but works with any G5 or G6 ipod (have not tested earlier models)

-Adjustable for iPod Nanos and Videos

CONS:

-Made of plastic and has a delicate feel to it, extended use or rough traveling might break device and for $30, that would be unfortunate

-Batteries have to pretty much be forced into compartment, makes me nervous due to the plastic mentioned above.

-Docking system might not work with iPod cases, it didn't with my Belkin F8Z115-BLK Clear Acrylic and Brushed-Metal Case (Black)

-----------------------------

RATINGS:

Durability: 2/5

Functionality: 5/5

Portability: 5/5

Overall: 4/5
Click Here For Most Helpful Customer Reviews >>
This product is very useful especially if you have a ipod with low battery power like the 30GB. i like watching movies on my ipod and after one movie, my ipod was done, but now i can watch as many as i want. very very good product. don't listen to the dude who said it fried his ipod. this product works

Best Deals for Energizer Energi To Go iPod Charger With 2 AA Lithium Batteries

First of all, *DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT HERE ON AMAZON*

I love Amazon, but for this particular charger, Buy has it on sale for around $6 with free shipping. I got two of these babies just in case one goes out.

It works with the iPhone 3G. I had to switch the selector to the level left of the 30GB mark to get the iPhone 3G to charge. I'm sure it would work for my 5th Gen 30GB iPod with no problem. Capacity-wise, I'm not sure how much juice the provided pair of batteries would give to the iPhone. I'll drain out my iPhone next and see.

The connector is a bit flimsy so be careful when you have the iPhone/iPod plugged in. Snapping off the $300 gadget while charging on a $6 device is not a fun thing to do. Also, since the connector isn't very steady if you wiggle the iPhone, watching movies or playing games will be an issues. Looks like the Kensinton charger (the one that is a break-out box with a connector cable) has a better designed in this regard, however, it's $40 compared to $6.

Now I'm resuming my quest of buying some good rechargeable batteries to prepare for my 22-hour international flight coming up this summer. Oh the joy of having 30GB of music all the time :)

Honest reviews on Energizer Energi To Go iPod Charger With 2 AA Lithium Batteries

I have a 16gb iPod touch, have just been putting it on a test run through the days before i fly out to hawaii in 2 weeks, it seems to work really well and really fast, keeps me entertained for hours on end, amazing product. Only downside is the plastic, but dont let that deter you, it seems like you would have to try pretty hard to break it.

Find helpful customer reviews and review ratings for Energizer Energi To Go iPod Charger With 2 AA Lithium Batteries

Bought this product for a long road trip from Minnesota to New Orleans, tested it on my ipod before use, and now I have no working ipod. I called Energizer to complain about their product, they sent me a mailing slip to have the charger and the ipod sent to them, on their dollar. Six weeks later, I get a check, saying they couldn't fix my ipod. Not going to try another one, especaiily after reading some of the reviews, probably gonna buy a new ipod, with a longer battery life.

Monster Cable Ultra-Low Profile iPod iCharger (AICHG2 IP) Reviews

<a href="
Customer Ratings:

(This review is in regard to playing your iPod in your car)

I had no idea what I was missing until I bought this iPod charger.

I also own the Monster iCarPlay cassette adapter which plugs into the headphone input on top of the iPod. Unfortunately, the sound quality has been mediocre at best. It was also very bothersome and annoying to have to adjust the volume controls on both the iPod and the car stereo.

Enter the Ultra-Low Profile iCharger...

...not only does this device charge the iPod, but there is an input for your cassette adapter on the charger. What it allows is for the connection of the iPod to the cassette adapter via the dock connection. Now, I'm not sure why, but when you connect your cassette adapter to the dock connection instead of the headphone input on the iPod, the sound quality drastically improves! The sound is clear and crisp, not loud, blown-out, or hissy. When you connect your iPod in this fashion (via the dock connection) the volume is fixed, so you only have to adjust the volume on your car stereo.

I have no idea why this feature is not listed nor explained in detail on the packaging of the iCharger but it is the best part of product and justifies the rather hefty price tag.
Click Here For Most Helpful Customer Reviews >>
The iPod nano Gen 4 is NOT COMPATIBLE with this charger. Please read this before purchasing.

Best Deals for Monster Cable Ultra-Low Profile iPod iCharger (AICHG2 IP)

If you want to listen to your iPod (with dock) in the car and have a cassette player in the car, you need this device.

I'd initially tried the Belkin product that does much the same thing... powers the iPod and allows access to via the dock to the line out on the iPod... but the Belkin version adds an amplifier to the line out. And, that amplifier colors the sound (muddy, bass heavy, and nasty!) and easily distorts. Very much defeats the purpose of getting to the line out. If the volume was lowered on the Belkin, I needed to push the volume on my car stereo to get to acceptable levels. When that happened, tape hiss was prominent.

Enter the Monster iPod charger. This product does not include an amplifier... you just get access to the line out signal. Just connect your cassette adapter to the charger, drop the adapter into the cassette player, and enjoy the sound. The volume is totally controlled by the car stereo.

The difference between the Belkin product and the Monster? Night and day. Sound from the Monster charger was clean, crisp, not muddied, not distorted. Much, much improved sound quality.

The only thing I would improve about this product is the connection to the iPod. It's a bit of a tight fit when the iPod is in it's usual case (basic DLO case).

Honest reviews on Monster Cable Ultra-Low Profile iPod iCharger (AICHG2 IP)

This is an excellent car charger for your iPod. It is sturdy and well designed. Even though it does not indicate this anywhere on the packaging, it works great for an iPod mini as well. I really like the fact that I can plug my cassette adapter into this charger, rather than into the earphone jack of my iPod mini, to play tunes through my car's speaker system. Before I used this charger, I could not always get the plug from my cassette adaptor to fit snugly into my iPod mini's earphone jack.

This is NOT a wireless system for your iPod to play in your car; I believe the reviewer below from Texas posted under the wrong product.

If you're looking for a car charger for your iPod or iPod mini, you won't be disappointed in this product.

Find helpful customer reviews and review ratings for Monster Cable Ultra-Low Profile iPod iCharger (AICHG2 IP)

WARNING: THE CAR CHARGER IS INCOMPATIBLE WITH THE IPHONE G3. I blew it by an accident (connected the polarity wrong) it blew the diod only but the panel was fine. I was afraid it may fry the entire thing !!!! In full sun, this panel did deliver 20 watts of power directly to the battery. Then I installed a solar controller between the battery and panel. I hade many contacts and the panel kept the battery charged. One thing I found, however, a silicon diode is installed BUT it is in parallel to the panel to protect the panel from reverse battery hookup. It needs a series diode to prevent the battery from feeding into the panel in low light.

Reviews of LG 800G Cookie Style Premium Car Charger

Customer Ratings:
List Price: $9.99
Sale Price: $3.99
Today's Bonus: 60% Off

Great price. I was looking for a mount for a Galaxy Note 2 and this one came up and appeared to fit the bill. When I got it mounted, the Note 2 didn't fit well. You have to angle it just right in order for it to charge properly. I have already gotten rid of the packaging so can't send it back and had to buy another one. I don't know if it is designed for the Note 1 and the changes were just subtle enough to make the mount not suited for the Note 2. Shame on me for not keeping the packaging, but a little disappointed that the description was misleading.
Click Here For Most Helpful Customer Reviews >>
I'll keep it simple.

fit like a glove.

when phone is docked, it defaults to 'Voice talk' profile until changed

3.5mm audio out, when docked audio default to output until changed in settings

dedicated power port

included dc power cord (4 feet)

strong suction

comes with dash plate

one issue...if phone in direct sunlight...dock and phone get very hot.

Another issue...if using Samsung cover it barely fits in the dock.

Best Deals for Samsung ECS-K1E1BEGSTA Car mount kit for SGH-I717 with Suction

Be aware, this won't fit the Note 2 at all.

Check out the iBolt. Its great and a perfect fit with any case installed.

Honest reviews on Samsung ECS-K1E1BEGSTA Car mount kit for SGH-I717 with Suction

The good:

1. The sliding micro USB connector connects and disconnects from the device very easily.

2. Many apps have functionality that is only activated when dock connector is engaged (eg. Spotify actually switches to landscape orientation).

3. The phone fits the mount perfectly, and looks nice mounted on the dash.

The bad:

1. There is very annoying interference from the car engine when using the audio out from the dock. I tried two chargers (including the official Samsung car adapter), and two audio cables, thinking it may be a grounding issue, but the interference remains. My Kensington LiquidAUX Bluetooth hands-free/charger has no interference at all, so I have to suspect this dock is at fault.

2. The package did NOT include the mounting plate that was advertised.

3. The suction cup doesn't adhere to any surface (including the glass) for longer than 15 minutes without falling off. The mounting plate would probably solve this had it been included. I was uncomfortable leaving my phone in the unit for fear it would take fall damage, until I worked around it by milling two channels through the base with a Dremel tool, and driving two bolts directly through it and into my dash, mounting it very securely.

4. The dock angles up and out at a steep angle, and the plastic isn't rigid enough to support the weight of the phone, causing it to shake a great deal while driving. The phone fits so tightly that it's in no danger of falling out, but the rattling noises caused by this are extremely annoying. I fashioned a kick-stand out of a small aluminum rod to solve this, but a product should not require this many workarounds.

Other thoughts:

I can't fault Samsung for their precision engineering on this, but this dock is incompatible with every case I have, including the 0.2mm ultra-thin case I purchased hoping it would fit. If you feel a case is a necessity to protect your camera lens, look for a different dock.

Find helpful customer reviews and review ratings for Samsung ECS-K1E1BEGSTA Car mount kit for SGH-I717 with Suction

It does not fit Samsung Note II !

Otherwise it looked solid, OEM product. I was forced to purchase aftermarket holder. When I contacted the vendor, I was told that this language means that any version "earlier" than 2005 is compatible.

You can get the battery clip version from your local BMW dealer and avoid the high shipping price charged by this vendor.

Buyer Beware.
Click Here For Most Helpful Customer Reviews >>
Modern cars have a host of electronic gear inside of them, gear that drains the battery even as your car sits parked in a garage. I lived in NYC for the entire time I had my 2003 M3 and didn't drive it very often. Result: The battery was often dead. Solution: A trickle charger. These chargers put a low current into the car battery and then, when the battery is fully charged, you don't have to unplug it. Instead you leave your car plugged in, and the charger keeps your battery topped off. Unplug when you're ready to drive and off you go! Great if you don't use your car often and want to have it fully charged when you finally do need to use it.

Not so great if you're expecting an instant charge. If you need to start your dead car soon, jump it or push it down a hill and pop the clutch. Note: try these solutions at your own risk.

The other great thing about this little baby is how you can just plug in to your lighter. So convenient!

On the downside you need a power socket somewhere in the vicinity and possibly a very long extension cord or 2.

And you'll need a car model that works with this. Newer cars can't be charged with this through your lighter socket, so make sure that this is the correct charger for your car. Newer cars need to trickle charge through the connection under the hood or through the battery. I haven't tried it so I don't know what's involved, except that you need some kind of adapter with allegator clips. Amazon's compatibility program doesn't seem to realize this and will happily tell you that your car will work with this charger without any adapter.

I used this for years until just recently, when I got a new car AND started driving more frequently, which was another way to solve the problem!

Best Deals for BMW Advanced Battery Charging System - plugs into power outlet

I works well on my '02 M3 convertible. Usually it will take a while (e.g., overnight) to get it fully charged. The plastic shell on the cigarette charger plug got a crack when I accidentally dropped it on the ground, but it still works. Perhaps they could've used more durable material.

Cheap Skiva Dual USB Port 3.1 Amp / 15W (Fastest) Car Charger designed

Customer Ratings:
List Price: $19.99
Sale Price: $9.99
Today's Bonus: 50% Off

I was slightly concerned at first because of the 3.1A rating I did not want to overload my phone. After receiving the product it says the output is 5.0V, up to 2100mA per port. This is exactly the same as iPad charger. The 3.1A is the total output if you have multiple devices plugged in. I've used this a couple times and it works great. Now my wife and I both can charge our iPhones in the car. Also anyone with an iPhone 5 can use this with the new lightning usb cable to charge their phone on the go.

The charger is well designed, has a matte black finish that has a slight rubber feel to it, not the cheap gloss plastic feel that most car chargers have. It's not bulky either and has a nice blue LED on the side when it has power.

I also like the generic design of the USB charger you can use this for any device, whether it be an android phone that has a micro USB input, an iPhone/iPod/iPad with a 30-pin connector, or the iPhone 5 and new iPods with the lightning connector. Just use your existing USB cable and you are ready to go.
Click Here For Most Helpful Customer Reviews >>
I used this charger on two different iPhone 5s and received a "not-supported" message on my phones. This charger will actually output 2A for non-ipads/iphones. I use my Galaxy Nexus LTE to stream Pandora while using Google Navigation, and the charger is still able to charge about 7% per half hour. I am so happy with this purchase that I plan to get another one for my wife's car.

Honest reviews on Skiva Dual USB Port 3.1 Amp / 15W (Fastest) Car Charger designed

Bought this for my new iphone 5. The only thing I wish it did have was a green LED to let me know when the battery has fully charged as it's not that easy to figure out by the meter. Granted when the pointer is at the low point it's charged but you are just never really sure. The only chargers that do have the LED indicators are the ones that have cranking ability. Why Schumacher would do that is beyond me.
Click Here For Most Helpful Customer Reviews >>
Gave us a more user friendly touch to the pure electric car we built....

We built a pure electric super car with an electric dragster motor. Hope that means it's got a good transformer from 110v. to 12v. Tried it out right away as the two batteries in my F350 Ford diesel were dead. Hadn't driven it for a few weeks as it's a farm truck. Brought them back up fast. Left one on the 2 amp charger over night just to be sure they were fully charged. Really like the capability to manually charge, let the computer do the charging, or do a trickle charge. Not sure about the trickle charge voltage however. Somehow I thought that 1 1/2amps was the max. for trickle charge. Could be wrong, been there before. Seems well made, good battery clips, cords are long enough. Meter seems to work OK.

OEM MOTOROLA SPN5400A Micro-USB CAR CHARGER V9 V8 Q9H STORM 2 TOUR

The design has a good snug fit around the bottom of the HD7s which gives me confidence it is well connected and secured, and I hit the connector every time (unlike when trying to connect the microUSB cable that came with the HD7s).

However, some negative points ...

1) the base is bigger than what seems necessary (need more desktop space),

2) there is a strong blue LED on the front of the base and a red LED on the wall transformer, I know these don't consume too much electricity, but my HD7s tells me if it is being charged, I don't need another light in the room at night (nothing some black electric tape can't fix of course)

3) I cannot unlock my HD7s while docked; it's as if the screen is being tapped or something, but the password screen scrolls back down after I enter 1-2 of the #'s from the pin code. This is bizarre, and I can only attribute it to a back connection at the cradle (good enough to charge, but unstable to interact with the HD7s while cradled), and finally

4) The cradle of course has a microUSB connector for the HD7s (and most new Smartphones -except iPhone), but because of the plastic holder designed specifically for the HD7s (a good thing), I can't charge my wife's Android (it doesn't fit *on* the cradle) -No problem! I just unplug the cable from the cradle and .... it's a miniUSB plug!?!? I think BoxWave had a few thousand USB-to-miniUSB cables lying around and decided they would use those until stock ran out. I can't believe the designers would have a miniUSB plug at the end of the USB cable when the phone it is built for uses a microUSB.

I would not buy this again, but not worth the trouble sending it back, as it does charge my phone (but that's about it)

UPDATE May 2012 After updating my HD7s to the 8107 firmware, all of a sudden I can unlock and use it while on the cradle (pt #3 above) -therefore a phone/firmware issue rather than a cradle issue on that one -I am increasing my rating by a star! You know, I can now say I *would* buy this again, since I set it and forgot it, it does it's job well!
Click Here For Most Helpful Customer Reviews >>

Best BikeMaster TruGel Battery - MG9-4B1 MG9-4B1 Deals

Customer Ratings:
List Price: $67.95
Sale Price: $58.29
Today's Bonus: 14% Off

It's the perfect replacement battery. I like that each output port provides 5V/1A of output and that I'm able to charge 2 devices simultaneously, even when the power bank itself is being charged. Each port provides 1A of current unlike some power banks that share the total output between both ports.

I'm also really happy that they've Included a 30-pin Apple USB cable and a USB to micro-USB cable. Each cable is 23" in length.

The micro-USB cable can be used to charge the power bank from any USB power source such as a laptop or AC Charger and it can also be used to charge any USB chargeable device that uses micro-USB. For other devices, simply use the cable that you got with that device.

The power bank provides overload protection if the output exceeds 2.1A and will shut down.

Input: DC 5V/1A

Output USB 1: 5V/1A

Output USB 2: 5V/1A

Capacity: 7000mAh

Weight: 6.24oz

Input charging time: 6.5 hours at 1A

Dimensions: 2-7/8" wide x 4-5/8" long x 5/8" thick

You can expect to get at least 500 charge cycles from the Power Bank.

It's a nice size and is easily tucked away in a purse, backpack, glove compartment, wherever. It's got great capacity as well and is priced very competitively.

I was provided a sample for review.
Click Here For Most Helpful Customer Reviews >>

The EasyAcc 7000mah external battery is very portable and can charge my iPhone 5 4.5 times. I can walk around with it in my pocket and charge my iPhone in other. It is about a half inch thin. It has 4 LED's that tell how much power is left. It has a glossy finish to it and it attracts a lot of finger prints. I can see myself using this while at school during class to leave my iPhone charging using this battery pack. I recommend this to people who are moving around all day and can't stop to charge their device. It has 2 USB ports for charging 2 devices at once. One is 1 amp the other is 2 amps both at 5 volts.

Overall I was surprised on how much power this battery can hold in such a small space. I was really impressed by the battery.

I was supplied a sample for test and evaluation, and I promised that my review is fair and honest.

Best Deals for EasyAcc® 7000mAh 3.1A Dual USB Output Power Bank Portable Charger

I received this at no cost from the manufacturer in exchange for writing a review. This does work, but there are better choices.

1. I have a more powerful Powergen 8400mAh battery pack that is much more compact than this unit, which is important to me because I keep it in my briefcase. Both units are about the same weight, but the Powergen dimensions are 3 3/4" x 2 1/4" x 3/4" versus 4 1/2 " x 2 3/4" x 1/2 " for this product.

2. Like many power banks, the Powergen has a built in flashlight that I use all the time when I travel. This unit does not.

Bottom line: This unit does work, but I prefer a more compact power bank and one that has a flashlight. Nonetheless I gave it four stars because the negatives for me may not concern other people, and this product does do what it says.

Honest reviews on EasyAcc® 7000mAh 3.1A Dual USB Output Power Bank Portable Charger

I use my iphone allot during the day and for longer days this comes in handy for giving an extra boost or recharge.

Find helpful customer reviews and review ratings for EasyAcc® 7000mAh 3.1A Dual USB Output Power Bank Portable Charger

Works very well and quickly! Note that a common load nowadays laptops and electronic equipment (which use their own transverters) have a high capacitive load. Power tools usually an inductive load. So you need an inverter that won't trip out while most modern (i.e. non resistive) loads start.

For my wife's van 3 laptops and a Wii is common. For my truck for various power tools. My trusty 400W would no longer reliably handle the load. Esp at startup without a plug which in first dance.

Don't look for cigarette lighter adapter it just won't work for 800W. They're common with 400W inverters but won't reliably supply them either (12-14v x 15 Amps is about 200 watts). And even your cigarette lighter wire is usually undersized (read not for continuous use at fused amperage) So don't ding any high power inverter over cigarette lighter adapters it's a simple technical requirement.

To handle the load, I'm running new fused power wires from the battery through the firewall to the dash.

Note one trick on running wire run two 10 gauge wires instead of one large one for each polarity. Just be sure each red/positive is individually fused at the battery and the you can tie them together at the inverter (each wire is self protected safe and both together supply needed current). This is a common trick used by HAMs and others. Much easier wire to work with and fuses (up to 40A) are standard automotive fuses and holders.

Here's a link to that wiring trick (or search for "most practical powerpole size for 700 watt inverter")

Click Here For Most Helpful Customer Reviews >>
I use this power inverter to power a laptop, webcam, and video camera while storm chasing. The only problem I have is the USB slot. It will not keep up with a smart phone, at least with everything powered up and charging. I fixed that issue by adding a small extension cord.

Really this inverter works pretty good. Keep in mind you're getting what you pay for. If it's cheap, don't have overly high expectations for a product to last 20 years. Mine is used and abused as it sits in the floor of my car. Passengers kick and step on it all the time and it continues to function.

All in all I thinks it's worth the purchase.....

Best Deals for Whistler Pro-800W 800 Watt Power Inverter

I HAVE USED IT ONLY A FEW TIMES BUT IT FUNCTIONED PERFECTLY. Haven't tested how long the battery will last. Product looks good with battery connectors and built in fan.

Find helpful customer reviews and review ratings for Whistler Pro-800W 800 Watt Power Inverter

This power inverter is awesome. So, you are reading this waiting to find out what that one thing is...it's the stupid fuses. Whistler decided it was a good idea to put them on the inside of the inverter instead of making it easy to replace them on the outside of it. But wait it gets better. They are soldered in which makes it a PITA to replace. The reviews say they don't blow easily, unless you are an idiot and hook the pos and neg up backwards. Then you deserve to spend the time to re-solder new fuses in. But seriously this is an outstanding inverter. I have already used it a bunch of times using drills, sanders, and a dremel in the first week of getting it. Other websites give a description saying it comes with 6 foot cables but thats combining both which are really 3 feet each (pos and neg). The terminals are on the wimpy side but who cares, this thing kicks butt. I wish it came with a digital display that shows the watts, volts, amps, etc like the larger units have. Its a perfect size and has the tabs on the base to mount it to whatever tickles your fancy. Don't expect it to come with the cigarette attachment thingy. Its too big and will blow your vehicle cigarette outlet fuses. Most people assume the mid size inverters come with it. They don't. Get over it. Just use the alligator clamps and throw it on your battery or be a man and hard wire it into your rig. Buy it right now.

Edit...I just used this inverter to power a small George Foreman Grill! The cables got a little warm so keep an eye on them. Mmmmmm grilled cheese sandwich!!! What else can I run on this thing?!

Review of BESTEK 1000w 12v to 110v inverter power supply 12v battery

The 2 AC outlets are closer together than a standard home socket, so that could cause problems if you try to plug in more than one wall wart. The outlets are not electrically grounded in any way, but this may true of all inverters since you're just taking DC +/and turning it into AC. There is a fuse soldered in place inside the case, so if for some reason that blows, you are out of luck unless you disassemble the case, desolder the blown fuse, and then resolver a new fuse in its place. To permanently install a fuse is just simply a poor design.

Overall then, it is okay, but not high quality. I thought about giving it 4 stars, the build quality and the oddly soldered fuse don't rate that in my book. See the video to understand about the replaceable fuse being permanently soldered in place.

Best Deals for BESTEK 1000w 12v to 110v inverter power supply 12v battery backup

Comes with cigar adapter and battery clamps. If you try to run over 500w with the cigar adapter you will blow a fuse since most vehicles are not rated to push out that much power. The only way to harness all 1000w is to hook it directly to your battery. Luckily since my car is an AMG my battery is giant and in the trunk. It has brackets so you can mount it and it will not move. Fan can get loud when you have a full load on. Things to remember when buying inverters.

1) Unplug when not in use. Wouldn't want to drain your battery overnight would you?

2) Check to see if the number is Peak or Constant wattage. You want a good constant.

3) Does it come with adapters you need? Cigar and Battery Clamps on this one.

4) Figure out what devices you want to power and check the wattage. Most devices tell you on the power pack or where the plug meets the device. Volts * Amps = Watts (my laptop power pack says 15v and 6amps, which means 90 watts)

5) It's better to buy double the wattage than what you figure you need. That way you aren't running it at it's max and burning the poor thing up. It's like you never being able to walk and always having sprinting everywhere. You'll get overheated and die. Why treat your inverter the same way?

With these 5 simple facts in mind. I hope you find the inverter that suits your needs!

Honest reviews on BESTEK 1000w 12v to 110v inverter power supply 12v battery backup

This thing rocks, power went out I hooked my TV, laptop, and a couple lamps. Not quite as good a a generator, but in a pinch it will work.

Find helpful customer reviews and review ratings for BESTEK 1000w 12v to 110v inverter power supply 12v battery backup

We recently had a couple of minor tornadoes (if there is such a thing) race through North Atlanta, and it left us without power for 24-hours. It seemed like an eternity! I was very close to losing about $400 worth of food. I had an inverter that was rated at 275 watts, and tried to use it to power my freezer, but the initial power surge was too strong for too long for that inverter to handle it.

So I bought this inverter with hopes of not only being able to occasionally power my freezer, but also possibly my main fridge in the kitchen during an extended outage. It was not only able to do both, but both at the same time, which is amazing.

The freezer surges to 595W, and then after about 10 seconds drops to 125W where is just hums along. The refrigerator (25cu/ft Frigidaire) surges initially to 705W, and then after about 10 seconds drops to 205W continuous. I measured all of this using a Kill-A-Watt device.

I attached the freezer first and waited until it was only drawing 125W, then attached the fridge. I did this while the inverter was attached directly to my car battery with my car running. When I attached the fridge, the car sounded like it was going to stall, but it recovered and powered everything nicely.

In the event of an actual outage, I would probably just power each appliance individually for 30 minutes or so every 4 hours to keep things cold. I like knowing that this unit provides enough power to be able to handle either appliance, plus run an LCD TV, or some lights, etc.

Great inverter at a great price. If you're struggling with whether to buy a portable gas generator so that you're prepared for extended outages, this unit may prevent you from having to do that. It obviously won't do everything a generator can, but it's a lot cheaper, and can handle a lot of the basics.

Charger Kit for Sony Walkman Video NWZ-E340, NWZ-E344, NWZ-E345 Review

<a href="
Customer Ratings:

Keychain does what it shouldhold keys. The pin connector on the phone fits fine and the cigarette end fits good as well....no forcing of any connections at all, which can be an indicator of a knock-off product. I bought a Data cable from these folks as well for the same price, it was packaged the same and works perfect too (buy that item, it is really a great option to simplify working on your cell phone 'Contacts' list instead of pushing the little buttons on the phone!) I bought a Schumacher jumper box 10yrs. ago from Sears, it lasted 7 yrs. (YEA!!!). I bought a Die Hard jumper box from Sears, it lasted about 2yrs. (BOO!!!) The Die Hard cost more than the Schumacher too (BOOO!!!). So I started looking around for another Schumacher jumper box.

When I found this on Amazon I scooped it up. It's saved me twice and several stranded strangers that I found out in world.

Buy the jumper box with the biggest power rating and one or two DC Lighter outlets, but the least number of other exotic extras..... Jumper boxes are meant to get you started, not be the Be-All-&-End-All device.

When it's -20 and you've left your lights on or done some other dumb thing to drain your battery.... you just want to get started..... This does the job ! ! ! !

Do plug it in and juice it up according to the maker's recommendations. I do it about once a week in the winter (I bring it indoors at night it's very cold out) and at least once a month in the summer. I did this with the first one and got good results.
Click Here For Most Helpful Customer Reviews >>
when i checked on this product about all the feedbacks were bad.this is a very good brand so i gave it a try.very poor packaging. just small very heavy box onside a larger box.when i arrived i did just as it stated and immediately put it to be charging.i checked eerything first and the lights do not work properly when checking to see if it is holding a charge.i hate amazon.com and do not even know why i bought from them.you can never find anyone that knows anything about the products.i am waiting now to hear bach from schumacher.buy at your own risk

Cheap Wagan 300 Amp Battery Jumper

Customer Ratings:
List Price: $79.95
Sale Price: $66.85
Today's Bonus: 16% Off

My husband is currently deployed, and I let his car sit too long and the battery died (oops). Well, we had been meaning to buy one of these for awhile now, because it's always good to have something like this and not have to rely on strangers. I decided that now was the perfect time to buy one. Especially since my husband's car was in the garage and I didn't feel like pushing it out in order to jump it.

The unit arrived in the mail and I plugged it into the wall and charged it for 24 hours. It notes that you shouldn't charge it for more than 48 hours, because it can get overcharged and break. It was neat to note that it has slots for plugging in other devices and even a USB port. I suppose in chase you lose power, you could use this to charge a cell phone or something. Also has a flash light on the front, which helps if you're needing to use this on the side of the road one night.

Well, I have never jump started a car before... never even seen someone do it. I read over the instructions, checked my vehicle's owners manual, just to make sure that my car battery was "negative grounded", and then attached the red positive cable to the positive part of the battery, and the black cable to a metal bolt on the car. It did spark when I attached the black cable, which was a little scary for me. The instructions said to leave attached for 3-4 minutes. I left it on for about 15, because my friend said that whenever she's used something like this, they'd leave it attached for maybe 30 minutes. So, after 15 minutes, I went to turn the car on, and voila! It started! I then disconnected the cables, negative first, then positive.

So, basically I love this thing. It's really quite small, about the size of a lunch box. It's comforting to know that I can keep this in the trunk of my car, and if I needed a jump, I could take care of it myself. Especially living in Washington state, driving between Spokane and Seattle, my husband and I find ourselves in the middle of nowhere with no cell phone reception quite frequently. What a life saver it is!
Click Here For Most Helpful Customer Reviews >>
had this a little while now and today got to use the jumper on a friends truck and it worked perfectly. charged it up when i got it and played with the compressor and it worked fine. had not recharged it in about a month and used the jumper today, it worked good. i am satisfied with it. had several that were bigger than this one and they did not work as good.

Best Deals for Wagan 300 Amp Battery Jumper

Needed to use jumper for the first time 6 months after I bought it. Went to put on positive clamp (made of plastic) and it broke in two at the hinge such that it could no longer clamp onto anything. Luckily I was at home and used a woodworking clamp to attach the jumper clamp to the battery. Car did start fine. It turned out my car had developed some type of power drain while the car was turned off, so I ended up using the jumper a few times like this before I was finally able to get the drain problem fixed. As long as I kept the jumper charged it did jump my battery just fine. 1 year warrany requires me to pay to ship unit back to manufacturer too much money considering the cost of the jumper. I originally bought the jumper for my boat in case I had a problem on the water. But as best I can tell from the pictures at their web site, it looks like all the similar Wagan jumpers all have plastic clamps. I can't afford to worry that my jumper might break again when I need it. I'm going to find a jumper with metal clamps.

Honest reviews on Wagan 300 Amp Battery Jumper

Both my and my friend's car batteries died due to the cold this past week. Admittedly, we had both been gone for thanksgiving break and had not driven them in a week or so, so they were totally dead (not turning over at all). I got this off Amazon, and I figured it would do the trick. I charged it the full 48 hours, and put it on my car for 10-15 minutes and while the lights turned on and the radio did too, the car didn't come close to turning over. I tried multiple times to no avail. Same thing with my roommate we ended up having to jump it the old fashioned way.

So, I will say, if your car is turning over but not enough to catch, I think this charger will do the trick and giving you the extra juice to start it up. However, if your battery is completely dead (not turning over at all) this charger will not start your car.

Find helpful customer reviews and review ratings for Wagan 300 Amp Battery Jumper

I live on a college campus, so most everything is within walking distance for me. Add to that the fact that I'm a total shut-in, and that means my car can just sit there in the parking lot for weeks at a time. Not surprisingly, the battery is often dead.

I bought this gadget so that I can jump start my car, figuring the battery would get charged while I'm driving anyway. It works quite well. Lets me start my car two or maybe even three times before it gives out. But that's the thing: after three times you have to charge it again because it's already drained. I can still operate the electronics and lights on my car while it's hooked up, but it doesn't have the juice to actually jump start it.

You're probably better off getting one of the bigger models so that you have more than a few shots before you need to recharge. It takes about 30 hours to recharge fully according to the manual, so if you're out of juice, you're done for the day pretty much. I think that's just a general limitation of batteries and power sockets, and not the model itself, though. But it's just easier to charge once for say 60 hours and know that you have more than a couple shots.

Besides that, this unit is solidly built. I'm not afraid of accidentally breaking it. The jumper cables are very solid and long enough to easily reach the battery. The air compressor is a nice touch. When you're on the road, it's more likely you'll get a flat tire than have your car battery die. You can also charge USB devices through this, but it's hard to imagine when you'd need to.

All in all it's great, but you might want a bigger model if you have a bigger car. Mine's a Hyundai Elantra and this thing can barely jump start it (but it does it!).

Reviews of Battery Tender 081-0148-25-BG4 25' Extension Cable - Pack of

Cars in the driveway keep their batteries topped with chargers in the garage using the 25 ft. cable reaching out to the driveway. they are good quality like everything from battery tender . Ijust wish that they made everything in the usa . Bigger units are American made though.
Click Here For Most Helpful Customer Reviews >>

Buy Advanced TomTom One XL Rapid Wall AC Charger - Amazingly powerful

Customer Ratings:
List Price: $29.95
Sale Price: $19.59
Today's Bonus: 35% Off

The charging works on it; the plug is a convenient size for the power bar.
