We have seen a 16 percent year to date increase over 2011. &nbsp;Not only is sales volume up but so is the average sale price rising to $301,501. &nbsp;This number is up 7 percent over 2011. &nbsp;The dollar value of all home slaes in April 2012 was $150.4 million, up 22 percent from year-ago levels.
