Logo depois jogue a linguiça calabresa na panela. Deixe-as fritar por um minuto e acrescente o creme de leite e o molho de tomate. Reserve.&lt;br /&gt;Em uma panela grande coloque o açúcar e o amendoim e cozinhe em fogo médio. Mexa até o açúcar derreter.&lt;br /&gt;Junte a mistura o leite condensado. Ao misturar desligue o fogo e bata por 10 a 15 minutos (misture com vigor).&lt;br /&gt;Coloque em um tabuleiro untado, quando começar a endurecer marque os retângulos. É deliciosa e eu já provei várias tortas de limão mas nunca desse tipo.&lt;br /&gt;Espero que vocês gostem. Vamos a receita:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 102, 0); font-weight: bold;"&gt;INGREDIENTES:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Massa&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- 1 pacote de biscoito maisena triturado&lt;br /&gt;- 1/2 tablete de margarina&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Recheio&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- 2 latas de leite condensado&lt;br /&gt;- 2 caixinhas de creme de leite&lt;br /&gt;- 1 copo de suco de limão&lt;br /&gt;- 1 envelope de gelatina incolor sem sabor&lt;br /&gt;- 1 xícara(chá) de água&lt;br /&gt;- quanto baste de raspas de limão&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Cobertura&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- 4 unidades de clara de ovo&lt;br /&gt;- 100 gr de açúcar de confeiteiro&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 102, 0); font-weight: bold;"&gt;MODO DE FAZER:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Massa&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Triture o biscoito no liquidificador até obter uma farofa fina e transfira para uma tigela.&lt;br /&gt;Derreta a manteiga, despeje sobre a farofa de biscoito e misture bem.&lt;br /&gt;Forre o fundo e laterais da fôrma redonda de fundo falso.&lt;br /&gt;Leve ao forno pré-aquecido, por 15 minutos e reserve.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Recheio&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Polvilhe a gelatina na xícara com água e deixe por 5 minutos. Depois, coloque em banho-maria. Retire do fogo.&lt;br /&gt;No liqüidificador, coloque todos ingredientes, com exceção das raspas de limão e bata muito bem.&lt;br /&gt;Despeje essa mistura na fôrma com a massa pré-assada. Polvilhe com a raspa de limão.&lt;br /&gt;Leve à geladeira para endurecer levemente, por cerca de 2 horas, e desenforme em seguida.&lt;br /&gt;Cubra com a cobertura de merengue.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Cobertura&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Em uma batedeira, coloque as claras de ovo e metade do açúcar de confeiteiro. Bata bem para que as claras fiquem em neve. É servido bem frio e por ser um licor pode ser bebido depois ou durante, a ceia.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight:bold;"&gt;Um pouco de História:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-style:italic;"&gt;É bem provável que o Coquito surgiu do "rum com coco", uma bebida feita pelos camponeses que trabalhavam nas plantações de cana-de-açúcar no centro da Ilha de Porto Rico.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Recordemos que o rum é uma bebida alcoólica que se obtêm a partir da cana-de-açúcar, por fermentação, destilação e envelhecimento. Somente em juntar a este destilado, caldo de cana e leite de coco, se obtinha uma bebida doce de sabor agradável e fácil de conseguir para as festas camponesas.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Com a chegada dos norte americanos a Porto Rico no final do século 19 a receita do rum com coco se modifica criando uma fusão entre rum com coco e o Egg Nog, bebida que chega a América do Norte em 1800. Não use as pontas.&lt;br /&gt;Coloque o leite, o leite condensado e as gemas num recipiente, e misture até obter um creme homogêneo.&lt;br /&gt;Mergulhe as fatias de pão no creme, para absorverem o líquido, mas retire rapidamente para não encharcar.&lt;br /&gt;Unte uma assadeira com a margarina light.&lt;br /&gt;Distribua as fatias de pão na assadeira, deixando espaço entre elas.&lt;br /&gt;Leve a assadeira ao forno preaquecido e deixe assar por cerca de 15 minutos.&lt;br /&gt;Após esse tempo, vire as rabanadas e deixe assar por mais 5 minutos.&lt;br /&gt;Retire as rabanadas do forno e coloque sobre um prato. Deixe crescer até dobrar de volume enquanto prepara a massa.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#006600;"&gt;Massa:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; Bata na batedeira a manteiga, o adoçante e as gemas à temperatura ambiente até obter um creme fofo e esbranquiçado. Junte 1 ovo, o óleo, a essência de panetone, as raspas de limão, a noz-moscada, a canela e o sal, e continue a bater até que esteja liso e brilhante. Depois junte ao outro preparado e misture bem. Acrescente a farinha de trigo e amasse o bolo até obter uma massa lisa, macia e enxuta. Espalhe o recheio sobre o requeijão, enrole a pizza como rocambole e pincele a gema. Deixe esfriar.&lt;br /&gt;Enrole dez trufas e passe no chocolate em pó.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Montagem&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Corte o bolo ao meio, umedeça com guaraná misturado com o conhaque e recheie. Cubra com o restante do creme e por cima distribua as trufas. Deixe caramelizar. Acrescente a margarina e deixe ferver, deixe em fogo baixo, até obter uma calda grossa. Adicione o chocolate em pó, o creme de leite sem o soro e mexa até incorporar totalmente com a calda. E eu não resisti e no lugar de usar uma foto da receita coloquei essa foto fofa, um bebê vestido de cupcake, fofo né?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Vamos a receita?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#006600;"&gt;CUPCAKE DE CHOCOLATE COM CANELA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_1TzBsXhRh1E/SpyRWn04l9I/AAAAAAAAA3k/ol57ZbcsQTY/s1600-h/cupcake_bebe.jpg"&gt;&lt;img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 380px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 380px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5376331873007474642" border="0" alt="" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_1TzBsXhRh1E/SpyRWn04l9I/AAAAAAAAA3k/ol57ZbcsQTY/s400/cupcake_bebe.jpg" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#006600;"&gt; INGREDIENTES:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- 02 xícaras de farinha de trigo&lt;br /&gt;- 200gr de chocolate ao leite picado (ou brigadeiro)&lt;br /&gt;- 01 pitada de sal&lt;br /&gt;- 01 ovo ligeiramente batido&lt;br /&gt;- 200gr de iogurte natural&lt;br /&gt;- 02 colheres (chá) de canela em pó&lt;br /&gt;- 02 colheres (chá) de fermento em pó&lt;br /&gt;- 1/4 de xícara de manteiga derretida&lt;br /&gt;- 01 xícara de açúcar&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#006600;"&gt;MODO DE FAZER:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Numa tigela misture bem a farinha, o açúcar, o fermento e a canela. Reserve.&lt;br /&gt;Em outra tigela, misture o iogurte, a manteiga, o ovo, o sal.&lt;br /&gt;Depois misture aos poucos o conteúdo das duas tigelas até obter uma massa homogênea.&lt;br /&gt;Use 10 forminhas próprias para Muffins, forre o fundo com um pouco de massa, coloque pedacinhos de chocolate picado (ou 01 colher de chá de brigadeiro) no centro e cubra com mais um pouco de massa.&lt;br /&gt;Asse em fogo médio (180ºC) pré-aquecido, por cerca de 20 minutos.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Se preferir pode ser servido assim mesmo depois de desenformar ou ainda pode fazer uma decoração.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Um exemplo de decoração seria assim:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;OBS&lt;/strong&gt;: Espere esfriar completamente para decorar.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Abra a pasta americana na cor vermelha e corte em disco do tamanho da forminha para Muffins utilizada. Passe um pouco de doce-de-leite por cima do cupcake e coloque o disco da pasta americana por cima.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Com a mesma pasta pode cortar coraçãozinhos, estrelinhas, ou que sua imaginação quiser e coloque por cima.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Não se esqueça: Se for colocar pasta americana em cima de pasta americana use água para "colar".&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Eu disse, pasta americana vermelha, mas pode usar a cor de sua preferência. Pode ser vermelha com as formas de coração, estrelas, em branco, ou vice-versa. Depois o leite, farinha de trigo com o fermento. Junte a cebola, o alho e a pimente. Refogue.&lt;br /&gt;Acrescente o caldo de galinha picado e mexa até dissolver. Adicione a mandioca e o cheiro verde e misture bem.
