Yeah!!! Savitri’s sick. Boy oh boy oh boy! I thought that after dodging M’s strep throat I’d be invincible but nooooooooooo. Jovie HAD to give me her cold. WHY? Because that girl can kiss on command and mama bear here got overly too excited and like a dummy I’ve been going: “Jovie, kiss mommy”.  And smack, she’s land an open mouth kiss on my cheek and sometimes (ok, gross part here… I’m warning you…) leave wet snots on me. Oh well…

Moving… the movers are still coming Wednesday! I’ve posted “no” signs on things they don’t need to pack up. They’re mostly stuff I’ll need until April (the next small pick-up) and to put into storage. I’ll be mailing a few boxes too. This way we’ll have them when we get there (guess what some of these contents are, wink wink). M’s stressing herself out. She can’t figure out which clothes to keep for the next 60 days. GIRL, you’re ONLY 6!!! Come on now, chop chop {::SMILE}.

This weekend I went to a crop. I brought five sets of photos and I scrapbooked them all WITH Jovie with me. Miss M was there but she rather spend the time with our friend and her son. I made a mess on the floor! I had a whole table to myself but since Jovie was playing and napping on the floor (on a blanket) I scrapbooked there too.My last crop until we get to England. I’ll be very sad when I see the movers pack up a lot of my crafty stuff this week!!!

I used a My Little Shoe Box paper and the embellishments were Prima, American Craft, Cosmo Cricket, Crate Paper, and DCW or something like that.

Ok, more later! I did make two cards but I dunno, each time I do cards at a crop they rarely wow me. I do though like a few one the pages I did and if Jovie wasn’t there all the pages were done in about an hour.

M: Mommy, do people in heaven work?
Me: No, they don’t go to work like we do, they work on other things because in heaven people don’t have bodies. It’s more like going to school than working when you’re in heaven.
M: Do they eat?
Me: No, they don’t eat. People are like Casper in heaven. Remember, when the ghosts ate? The food didn’t get digested. But you don’t get hungry. You’re just full all the time in heaven.
M: Oooh. Do people talk in heaven?
Me: Yes, but with their minds.
M: How do you talk with your minds?
Me: It’s called telepathic. In heaven people talks that way and they’ll just understand each other.
M: Mommy, can you ask God why people don’t work in heaven?
Me: Hmmm, I’m not sure how I can ask him that and get an answer.
M: Why don’t you email him? I’m sure he has a computer because we have a computer.
Me: (hmmm, she does have a point, ha!)

Ok, I think I am going to paint our UK living room this color:

Whatcha think? I love the touch of pink but I’m not sure hubby would like it. I am talking paint now because the landlord of the house we’re looking at getting is going to let us paint. He said he likes bright colors — it’ll make the rooms brighter he thinks. I’ll share more info on the house later… once everything is settled. I can’t wait because things are driving me nuts right now. There are just a lot of little details to go through between now and the 22nd. After the 22nd I’d be able to breath better and just arrange for our airline tickets!

FINALLY I have some time, energy, and motivation to make something! It has almost been a week since I made something!!! Have you checked out Wplus9’s store lately? Dawn’s adding some pretty digital paper, an Easter digital stamp, and a Funky Flower digikit. For this page I used a lot of what’s in her Funky Flower digikit and some other stuff by Kasia Designs at Shabby Pickle (I think this Dandelion kit retired already). If you haven’t checked Dawn’s new stuff out, you should!!

The other stuff… I told you about the movers, right? Well the next few weeks I’ll also be busy with family, some travels <– I’ll tell you about this later, AND a visit from one AWESOME blog friend! Hmmm… should I tell?!?!?! She’s flying in the 23rd and will stay for a few days in my no furniture home, ha! We will be slumber partying it he he he… Here’s another funny party… she invited herself over. I love it! Well, I think I should keep it a secret on who it is… makes it more suspenseful, no? {::SMILE}

I think that’s it. I am pooped. I need to go to bed. Jovie is finally going back to her normal schedule again. I do need to find a crib through the next few weeks unless she gets use to the play pen. She doesn’t co-sleep very well. She’d wake up every other hour compare to every four hours or longer when in a crib and she snuggles up to me too which equals to me having a sore body each morning. Laters!

So here I am, pooped from dragging all sorts of empty boxes upstairs from the basement, sipping some hot cocoa (while it’s still chilly out) and thinking about all the exciting stuff that’s going to happen soon. For the longest time I’ve always wanted to live in Europe and wow, it’s going to come true in just over a month! The best part is that I’ll be sharing this experience with a great husband and the two most adorable and sweet kids. I kind of feel like I need to run around our house and yell: whoohooo!!! But I won’t… it’s dark and rainy first of all and I think our neighbors would call the police thinking something is wrong with us here.

I really have no idea what’s in store for us there but I really look forward to each and every one of them. A few weeks ago I was wondering what I’ll be doing there and today I have more of an idea in that department. I can’t share yet but hopefully soon enough I’ll have the courage to tell you what they are. As much as I’ve learned about myself and have an idea of what I can and cannot do, I am hard on myself and I do feel self conscious about me and new things.I also envision a different kind of blog. I’ll still be sharing my paper crafting creations but I want something more. Right now it’s not all that clear but hopefully it’ll be better.

Ok, I guess I’m not that talkative today. Before I go I want to share a picture… or two… my friend said according to the Chinese culture big ears are a sign of wealth. What do you think? My baby’s 9-mo-old and weighing at just a tad bit over 14lbs. She’s petite! I’ve been continuously playing with my light kit. I definitely need another one to even out the light.
