Every time a visitor leaves a comment on your blog using JS-Kit interface, the comment is instantly copied to Blogger’s built-in commenting system. If for any reason you disable JS-Kit Comments on your blog, your visitor comments will be preserved on Blogger.

Full integration with the Google Blogger platform: Transparently switch back and forth between native Blogger comment system and JS-Kit Comment system with no loss of comments because comments are always synchronized with Blogger. This allows to use Blogger as a backup solution should JS-Kit go down.

If enabled by Administrators, users can chose from a palette of 16 graphical emoticons to include in their comment. Emoticons will also be parsed out of clear text in the comment body,

Administrators can enable the “reply” button. Users who ‘reply’ to comments create unlimited levels of threading. When in threaded display mode, replies are displayed directly indented under the parent comment.

If enabled by the Administrator, Users can upload custom avatars. Images are automaticly thumbnailed for use next to comments etc.

User emails addresses are always protected. We do not share emails with other commenters or with publishers. Email is only used for notification and system messages.

Users can provide multiple links to personal sites. User profiles also include the user’s activity stream of actions across all JS-Kit sites (Administrators can chose to turn this feature off).

Users can send private messages to a commenter with email notification (when email is provided by the recipient).

Users have the choice of receiving notification emails when new comments are posted to threads they are participating in.

Administrators can customize a list of ’stop words’ that automatically flag comments containing those words. The flagged/filtered comments can then be moderated and posted by the administrator.
