Now it turns out there is a band called the Syncopating Sea Monkeys. They play traditional jazz and they&#39;re right across the bridge from me in West Sacramento. Our Sacramento Traditional Jazz Festival, one of the biggest in the world, has passed. But next year I will do my darnedest to get out and see these kids swing it.
