跨过三十的门槛，我开始焦虑起来。

怎样延缓衰老呢？

外敷形式的美容方法被我基本折腾遍了：昂贵的护肤品，雷打不动的美容院按摩。当然了，动刀子扎针的方法我还没勇气去试。

偷偷的说啊，只要看上去比不爱保养的同龄人年轻5岁就好。不算奢求吧？

经过不懈的钻研和调查，我决定，开始吃燕窝。

两年过去了，我感受到了皮肤的改善，免疫力和内分泌也比有所提高。这张“老脸”没有变得更年轻但也没有变得更老，我的目的算是达到了吧？

今天就公开这个延缓衰老的美容圣品——燕窝的详细做法和相关TIPS。

其实做燕窝真是最简单不过的了，哪怕你连鸡蛋都不会炒，也可以做一碗美味的燕窝。

燕窝的做法

1.选择一片燕盏（现在先统称为燕窝，后面会说一下燕盏、燕角和燕碎的区别）

2.丢在无油的碗里，注入自来水，泡发。一般来讲，燕窝有俩小时就泡发了。我一般是头天晚上丢在碗里，第二天一早做。泡发的燕窝：

3.将泡发的燕窝顺着纹理撕开，两头胶质比较厚的部分用手指碾开。装在不锈钢小漏勺里，放在自来水下面冲30秒，沥干水分。小漏勺各种超市都有卖，应该不超过20米。

4.沥干水分的燕窝装在炖盅里面。炖盅也是超市货，我买的是最小号，号称白骨瓷的，也不到20米吧。

给炖盅来个全脸。

5.注入水。这里的水可以是很多种：纯净水，牛奶，椰汁等等。常温的就可以了，冷藏的也没关系，但最好别太热了。我今天用的是牛奶。

6.将炖盅放在电子炖盅里面，同时烧开一壶水。我在炖盅下面垫了一个小碟子，使它高一点点。电子炖盅也是常见品，我这个蛮小的，是单位某年妇女节发的。

7.注入开水。

8.盖上盖子，将温度调至温火。

9.十五分钟后，在炖盅里面丢些冰糖。

10.再过5分钟就OK了，可以开吃啦。

好啦，以上的做法总共耗时25分钟，其中，撕开并冲洗燕窝5分钟，炖20分钟。将瓷炖盅放在电子炖盅里面隔水煮在术语上叫做“隔水炖”，明白了吧。

燕窝按颜色分为白燕和血燕，据说血燕含铁，其实没有，只不过小燕子分泌的唾液颜色是红色的而已。所以，白燕就已经很好了，没必要去花高价买血燕。

燕窝按形状分为燕盏、燕角、燕碎。燕盏是形态完整的燕窝。燕角是燕窝的两个角，胶质厚，不大容易发开。燕碎是燕盏的掉下的碎须。

一天中什么时候吃燕窝最佳

空肚子吃是最吸收的。每次大概是2茶匙，泡发后的10-15克（假如燕窝质量好的话，也就是没泡发前2-5克，就足够，不用吃一大碗的。大约吃半年后，可以减低频率，隔天吃。但是要有规律…不要早上吃一会，又换到其他时间吃。

1. 用量
燕窝讲究少食多餐，保持定期进食，建议干货燕窝成人每次食用3-5克，儿童每次食用2-3克，浓缩即食燕窝每次食用20-30克，空腹食用。

2. 周期
燕窝的最佳食用周期为早晚各一次，如果经济条件不允许可以每天一次，最少是三天一次，连续食用三个月，效果才会比较明显。

3. 食用时间
食用燕窝的最佳时间是在临睡前，或是饭前、饭后两个小时食用会更宜人体吸收。
儿童、妇女和年长长辈可以在早上5点至7点之间食用，有助于调养。一些肺部有病痛或咳嗽的人，在凌晨一两点或半睡半醒之间吃下，效果会更好。

4. 注意事项
燕窝配食讲究“以清配清，以柔配柔”。一般食用燕窝期间少吃辛辣油腻食物，不抽或少抽烟。

5. 燕窝的保质期
优质干身燕窝的保质期一般为三年；新鲜即食燕窝的保质期一般为三个月，冰糖燕窝的保质期一般为一年。

6. 以下几种情况不适合进食燕窝

不满4月的新生儿不能直接吸收燕窝营养，4月以后就可以食用，炖的时间稍长一点的燕窝粥孩子吃了可增加体质和食欲，促进身体和智力的生长发育。

感冒期间如果有发热等症状时，最好将燕窝等补品暂停，以免影响感冒外邪的疏散驱除。等急性疾病高峰期过后、感冒好了以后，再进行燕窝等食补调理，增强人体抵抗力和免疫力，以后就会少得表邪--感冒了。如仅有咳嗽症状，没有感冒其他症状就可以吃。

对蛋白质食品有过敏反应的过敏体质者, 可以每次1克干燕窝、隔天一次。如无过敏症状可调整到2-3克/天/次。

癌症晚期患者，燕窝含有丰富活性蛋白，刺激细胞分裂生长，为避免进一步恶化最好别吃。

肠胃道疾病者，燕窝的营养含量丰富，好吃但是难吸收，为了不使燕窝的功效大打折扣，如此情况下最好少吃。

荷叶莲子燕窝粥的做法

材料：燕窝5-8克，干荷叶15克，大米150克。莲子30克，构杞10克。

供参考
1。燕窝浸发，莲子温水泡软，去心。
2。将燕窝用电炖盅炖20分钟左右，炖至燕窝晶莹剔透，备用。
3。于荷叶放入锅中，加适量水大火煮30分钟左右后，将荷叶捞出。加米煮至半熟时放入莲子，枸杞，用中火煲至粘稠，放入燕窝及冰糖搅拌均匀即可。

Flying termites

Flying termites or termite swarmers/alates swarm during the right climatic conditions, such as after a rainy spell following a dry season. But they don’t just appear, the termite colony has to produce this special caste, which it does from time to time (some more frequent than others). During certain periods, some nymphs will develop into reproductive males and females with wings; once they develop and mature, these alates will then fly from the nest at the right time.

Normally after rain of a hot day, these insects will appear to reproduce. They are the future KING and Queen for new nest BUT also they are the juicy food with nutrient for swiftlet on the sky!

We hope by creating a suitable environment for these insects somewhere near your birdhouse, thousand of these will fly out from soil providing swiftlet plenty of food.
