Purpose of Coaching - The purpose of our coaching services is to support you in your journey towards achieving your personal and professional goals. Our coaching is designed to provide you with the tools, perspective, and structure required to help you unlock what is needed to progress with your goals. It is not a form of therapy or counseling.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy - We understand that unexpected events can occur in everyone’s life. You'll need to give a 24-hour advance notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. This allows someone else to schedule an appointment in this time slot. If you cannot give us 24-hour advance notice, contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

For Subscriptions - All sessions must be used for subscription-based services by the end of the subscription month unless other arrangements have been made in advance. Unused sessions will not roll over to the next month. We encourage you to make the most of your subscription by scheduling your sessions promptly. If you can't find a time to meet your needs, please contact me to provide alternatives.

For Standalone Packages - For package-based services, I'd like you to please take a look at the specific sessions and included deliverable timelines provided in your package details. We strive to provide clear and concise information about what each package includes and the expected timeline for each session and deliverable.
