It is so easy to believe someone when they tell you exactly what you want to hear.
In this cruel world we must be careful because some people are only in lives for their own pleasures and desires. Some will tell you things that they think you want to hear so that they may get out of you whatever it is that they desire. If we want to avoid dealing with deceptive people, we must be willing to do a number of things.

First, when a person shows you who they really are, believe them the first time. This is not to say that some people can't change, and that people won't make mistakes, but sometimes you can avoid a lot of trouble if you are able to cut people off in the very first moments you meet them, and notice their character probably wont help to influence your life in a positive manner.

Second, we have to be willing to take a stand for ourselves. If a person continues to tell you one thing, and you notice that their actions arent usually representative of their words, then you must take note of this, and use this as a warning sign that this person may not be who they really say that they are.

Don't spend all of your time living confined, without making new friends, and taking new risks, but do be careful of whom you put your trust in, not everyone has your best interests at heart.

You Can Be Perfectly Happy Just On Your Own

You need to be perfectly happy just on your own.
Whether or not we choose to believe it, we can be very happy and easily share the happiness we feel with others, but this happiness we share, has to come from inside of ourselves. Having someone there to comfort you, and be with you at all times so that you will never be lonely may help us to feel great, but in actuality doing so is unhelpful in allowing us to grow and obtain a real sense of happiness period.

If we ever want to be truly happy we must become conscious of the fact that we determine our happiness and not anyone else. Being happy on your own means that you develop a confidence within yourself that only you understand, it is nice to be accepted socially, but we should never rely upon this acceptance to gauge how happy we are or happy we aren't. Do what intrigues you, do what you love, and you should have no problem finding your own sense of happiness without depending on someone else.

One key to obtaining and maintaining happiness in our lives is to stay away from comparing ourselves to others. We have our own unique soul, and if we ever want to achieve greatness and our own success, we have to be willing to go for the things we really want out of life, and not do things just because we are in a race with someone else.

Life isn't about becoming somebody that is better than someone else in comparison with one's achievements. Instead life is about challenging yourself to bring change to the world by being no one but yourself, and doing things because they sincerely hold a dear place in your heart.

Stop belittling yourself by comparing yourself. Do the things in life that you really want to do, accomplish things that will not only move you, but that will easily move and inspire others. Live your own life, you are only afforded a limited time to do so.

I love myself and that's all that matters.
Though the way that many of us are designed directs us to live our lives in the hopes of being loved by those who are around us, one huge key to becoming and maintaining a successful life is if we are willing to be, do, and live our lives totally as ourselves, despite what anyone in society thinks.

When we choose to allow low opinions and low amounts of confidence in ourselves to take over our thoughts, then we are unintentionally and slowing destroying ourselves. If we ever want to go as far in life that we may truly go, we have to realize, accept, and act on the principle that we should be confident in who we are, because doing so is the only real way to achieve genuine happiness and success. Love yourself, no matter who else loves you back; continue to love who you really are as a person!

Keep moving forward.
Life is all about that continual movement forward no matter what seems to come your way. Obstacles and adversity will always arise in a person's life if a person is actually putting forth some type of effort, and great adversity will always arise when a person is making the effort to move mountains.

Never stop believing. Staying faithful and diligent when you are faced with life's most difficult storms is a great way to gain physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual strength, and it will make overcoming all of the adversity you have on the road ahead that much easier because you are able to understand what it takes to conquer anything. Keep moving forward. There is no time in life to lay or wallow in your failures or defeats. If you were close to a victory before then you know that next time the victory will be yours, just make sure that you continue to keep trying.

You gotta dream like you never seen obstacles.
If we choose to see the obstacles that lie in our paths on the road to becoming who we truly want to be, then that is all we will see. We will fail before we even try because we will allow ourselves to be set up for this failure. Remember that your problems are only as big as you allow them to be.

When we are going through the toughest times in our lives we have to make the decision to continue to follow our dreams no matter what, and keep going. The strength of all the obstacles that we are able to conquer during our lifetime is the strength that we will receive to help us get past the obstacles that still lie in our path. So become as strong as you need to become by never running away from your problems. Rather, seek out the obstacles that seem to seek out to destroy you and your dream, take the strength you get from overcoming this adversity, and use it to continue to beat whatever may try to burden us in the future.

God takes some people out of your life so that you would stop leaning on them and begin to lean on God. Everyone's arms get tired, but God will never get tired of you.
Ever heard the saying "Let go, and let God?" In life we must know that ultimately there will be times that we are uncomfortable, and sometimes we experience things that are out our control such as losing friends. What we must all realize is that though many of us are full of great strength, we are not invincible, and that it is much better to depend on the strength of God to make it through tough times, instead of depending on our own hearts or any other person's.

In life there are times that some people are relieved from playing roles they may have previously been prominent in, so that instead of leaning on them, you will begin to lean more on God and his will for your life. Everyone is capable of failing, but with God, no error or mistrial in life will hold you back from achieving the greatness he has set for you to achieve.

The ones who say "you can't" and "you won't" are probably the ones scared that you will.
As long as you are on any sort of path towards success there will always be people who will speak and hope against you. Having haters isn't always a bad thing, because when you have people who are speaking against you, you know that you are on the right track as long as you are acting out of and walking in love!

There will always be those who say that you can't and that you won't, continue working hard in life and show them that not only you WILL, but that you will maintain your success. Don't be scared when people speak against you. In place of this fear, use your faith. Know that nothing that is formed against you will prosper, you are able, you are strong, and with God's help you can move mountains! Continue to remain faithful, confident, and strong, the only response your haters should receive from you is the success that you continue to maintain!

Never be ashamed of who you are.
Living life ashamed of who you are is a very difficult life to live. Instead of being ashamed of where you have been and what you have been through, be grateful. You are blessed to still have life, you were blessed with the gift of waking up this morning, and you have a chance to make your life better. Not everyone was given this tremendous gift of life this day, and the next minute in our life isn't promised, just as the next day isn't promised to as well.

You are somebody! You are important! If you allow yourself to do great things, and stop feeling convicted for what you haven't accomplished in the past, you will make a big impact on this world. Dont walk with your head down in shame; walk with your head high, as the queen or king that you really are, and show the world what you are really made of!

Don't worry about tomorrow, don't think about yesterday and don't live in the future. Just make it through this day.
Making through each day, and owning each day in the best way we possibly can should be the ultimate goal that we set for ourselves on a daily basis. Life is full of uncertainty and a lot of times it simply won't go in the manner we plan it to. We have to be willing to forget about the days past, and not put so much concern into what we might be in the future.

We only have one chance to make each day the best day we possibly may be able to, so take advantage of each breath you are given, and each step you advance. Take time to think about where you come from but never get to lost in thinking about parts in time that you may no longer relive, and parts in time that you have not lived yet. Seize every moment, and be grateful and appreciative for every opportunity by working as hard as you possibly can in every moment, while also remembering that what you do each day should be a part of who you want to become.
