Thay are not. www4 was for testing. They are gradually rolling out the changes accross all of their DC's.

Google Webmasters Tools is now showing the most common keywords Google found when crawling your site.

Clicking at the "Show more keywords" link at the bottom it will provide up to 200 Keywords with pages and count.
