This delicious Honey Vinaigrette recipe is so simple to make and tastes great on a variety of salads. Add some fresh summer berries for the perfect garnish and you have yourself a light, refreshing side dish. Check out our line of gourmet honey for the high quality honey needed to make this tasty dressing.

Honey Vinaigrette Salad 

Makes 4 Servings

You’ll Need:
1/4 cup Anna’s Honey (choose your favorite varietal!)
1/4 cup raspberry or balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 tsp. fresh oregano, basil or thyme, chopped
8 cups mixed lettuce greens
1 cup fresh berries of your choice

Combine vinegar and honey in small bowl; mix well. To serve, drizzle 2-3 tablespoons vinegar-honey mixture, oil and oregano over lettuce greens, then toss to coat. Garnish with fresh summer berries.

Spring is in full bloom and the weather is shaping up nicely. You know what that means - Grilling Time! Discover how deliciously simple it is to use our premium products in a tasty Spring dish to remember.

Feeling adventurous? Try out one of these tasty recipes featuring two of our gourmet products. Anna’s Honey - pure, golden and always free of preservatives brings just the right amount of sweetness to your traditional barbecue sauce. Quinn’s Jalapeño Pepper Jelly adds a zesty, all natural note when used as a glaze for your favorite veggies.

Honey Barbecue Sauce

Makes 2 cups

This sweet & spicy BBQ sauce features our pure, all natural honey from Anna’s Honey. Use this delish sauce as a great marinade for beef, chicken and pork. Brush a dollop on meat during barbecuing for an extra boost of bold flavor.

You’ll Need:
1/2 cup Anna’s Honey (choose your favorite varietal!)
1 can (15 oz.) condensed tomato soup
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2-3 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper

Combine all ingredients in saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, five minutes.

Roasted Corn on the Cob with Pepper Jelly Glaze

Makes 4 servings

The perfect side dish to your Honey BBQ chicken, steak or pork! Featuring our gourmet Quinn’s Jalapeño Pepper Jelly made with the best quality, all natural ingredients.

You’ll Need:
4 ears of corn, unshucked
4 tbsp. Quinn’s Jalapeño Pepper Jelly
2 tbsp. butter
Salt to taste
Heavy foil

Stir pepper jelly and butter in saucepan over low heat to make sauce. Brush onto hot corn, then recover corn with husk. Wrap each ear of corn (with husk) tightly in foil and repeat with one more layer. Place on grill over high heat for 8-10 minutes per side. Serve hot with extra sauce and salt to taste.
