During her school time she's made some yummy ones which involve graham crackers, and perhaps some fruit (like strawberry or blueberry) and maybe cream cheese to glue it together. And another time she has made a graham cracker with icing on it (to make a flag).

Her Creative side makes her try 'new' creations. Some are a little creepy and gives an interesting meaning to her as an 'iron chef' (or iron stomach chef). Her two latest:

1) A green grape with cream cheese, and then stick two blueberries on top. She says this is tasty (we ran out of graham crackers, hence the revision).

2) 2 Pepperoni slices with Butter in the middle (like a sandwich). I had to gracefully decline twice as she and her sister were both making those like they were going out of style.

Anyways, they always keep it interesting.

Blog Entry for Madison: Loves to harvest

Madison loves to help Mommy harvest our crops in the garden. She is the first one out there helping me pick broccoli, peas and anything else she can find ready. She happily stands out there and eats the produce.

Blog Entry for Danielle: You're the best mommy

Last night Danielle said "You're the best mommy. Now she goes outside when she wants to - bad news is that the swimming pool is right outside the doggie door. The dogs look at her kind of funny since she uses their door. She loves to drop things through the doggy door and then go through the other side to retrieve them. She really enjoys being outside and now she doesn't wait for us to open the door for her, she just goes out by herself.

Blog Entry for Laurel: In love with Dora & Peaches

Laurel has come to fall in love with Dora Bear and Peaches the Cat - Danielle & Madison's build a bear animals. She loves to carry them around and gives them cuddles. If she sees them she cries for them until her sisters share them with her. She loves the music and sounds they make. She even opens both of her arms to hug both of them. When she cries or is sad, Dora and Peaches make her feel instantly better. Laurel has a few of her own stuffed animals (most of them much smaller), but she really has fallen for Dora and Peaches. She may need to make her own at build a bear sometime soon.

Blog Entry for Madison: Fireworks

Today we had a great time at the Greenwood Family Festival, Parade & Fireworks. She was really excited at first. She wanted a pair of Dora or princess earrings - but settled on the pink starter earrings (pink is her favorite color right now). She got in the chair and was so brave. However the minute they pierced her ear she started howling and didn't stop. They pierced the second ear as she continued to howl. Even the sucker didn't stop her from howling. She continued to howl as we left the stand and down the hallway. Poor thing. She likes her new earrings but doesn't like to have them touched. Sometimes she likes to show them off, other times she likes to keep them hidden.

Blog Entry for Laurel: Laurel is walking

Laurel has started walking more and more.
