<p>You do not change everything about yourself to please your partner, nor your partner changes everything about him/herself to fit your ideal partner.</p>



<p>A good and healthy relationship is about giving and taking and continuously understanding and improving to meet at a comfortable level for both parties.</p>



<p>It is ok for both of you to own your individuality and yet when you come together as a couple, there must be some common understanding and passionate ground on why he/she completes you and why you complete him/her.  </p>

<p>With better understanding of each other more, you are able to understand the other and forgive when faulted and know when to ask for forgiveness when you cause the fault.  Forgiveness and understanding is a good channel to unlimited flow of love, peace and passion in any good relationship.</p>



<p>Each one of us is perfect in our own ways and we may have our own flaws and faults and thus, it is good to forgive and let go of any negative emotions or feelings of the other, when forgiveness and love is seeked and asked.</p>

<p>If you know or sense of any issues or problems arising in your relationship, act upon it immediately.  Work things out, meet half way or see what is the best solution to help you move towards closer and happy partnership as a couple.  </p>

Self hypnosis is done when one put themself in a trance state and it is not when one listen to an audio, though it is your own voice.  So, basically self hypnosis must come from within.  Placing your self in a trance state.</p>
<p>The two main laws that help the self hypnosis process are:</p>
<h3>The Law of Repetition &#8211; by repeating it over and over again you become better at it</h3>
<h3>The Law of Association &#8211; by associating to the emotions and keywords it will become better and stronger</h3>
<p>Self hypnosis is used to self relaxed or self improve oneself.  It is easy and can be done on a weekly basis for 21 days towards effectiveness.  Though not required, but it is highly suggested that the self hypnosis is done in the same time and place the process is more effective.</p>
<h3>Physical and Emotional Keywords are being said and felt during self hypnosis.</h3>

<p>Always use positive words when doing self hypnosis.  Self hypnosis should not be carried out or taught to people who are extremely negative, depressed or taking anti-depressant medication.</p>
<p>Here are the steps to choosing your self hypnosis keywords for your self hypnosis statement.</p>

<li>Select your suggestion for your relaxation or improvement.  what you would like to improve or achieve physically, mentally or spiritually.  The simpler the suggestion, the better.</li>
</ol>
<p>The facilitator instructs the group to relax</p>
<ul>
<li>Remove any shoes or socks</li>
<li>Loosen any tight clothing</li>
<li>Put aside things held in hand</li>
<li>Sit comfortably on a chair or sofa</li>
<li>Put hands on thights</li>
<li>Relaxed and be comfortable</li>
<li>Take 3 deep breath &#8211; breathing in all the positive air and energy through the nose</li>
<li>Breathing out all the negative air and energy through the mouth</li>
<li>With the eyes comfortably closed, focus your attention and feel your breath going in and out</li>
<li>Take a mental note of your feeling:
<ul>
<li>Heaviness</li>
<li>Floating</li>
<li>Relaxed</li>
<li>Lightness</li>
<li>Warm</li>
<li>Cold</li>
<li>Loose</li>
<li>Tingling</li>

<li>Focus your attention on the soles of your feet and choose the most suitable physical keyword that best describe how you feel physically</li>
<li>Repeat your physical keyword to yourself 7x. You do not have to reveal it to anyone. It will stay with you for the rest of your life.</li>
<li>Now we will choose your emotional keyword</li>
<li>Starting from there, mentally scan your legs, all the way up to your knees and continue feeling it on your thighs and up to your hips</li>
<li>Now make a note of what you are feeling</li>
<li>Continue scanning your stomach area, chest and all the way to the back of your neck</li>
<li>COntinue scanning your lower back, your middle back and your upper back</li>
<li>Continue to breath in and out, breathing in the positive energy and breathing out any negative energy</li>
<li>Scan the back of your neck, the back of your head, down the scalp to the front, down the forehead and down the eyes</li>
<li>Continue down the cheeks and feel the jaw muscles relaxing</li>
<li>Now scan both the shoulders and continue down bothe the arms, all the way to our elbows, all the way to your wrist on both hands and to each of the tip of your fingers.</li>
<li>Focus on what sensation in your hand and pick up one of these keywords
<ul>
<li>Calmness</li>
<li>Confidence</li>
<li>Success</li>
<li>Happiness</li>
<li>Joy</li>
<li>Contentment</li>
<li>Relaxed</li>
<li>Peace</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Identify the best emotional keyword that best describes how you feel</li>
<li>Repeat your emotional keyword to yourself 7 x .  You do not have to reveal it to anyone. It will stay with you for the rest of your life.</li>
<li>Once again focus on your breathing</li>
<li>Your intellectual keyword is deep sleep.  Repeat &#8220;deep sleep&#8221; to yourself mentally 7x</li>
<li>Now concentrate on your breathing, breathing in all the positive air and energy and breathing out any negative air or energy.</li>
<li>Whenever you feel comfortable, repeat &#8220;your suggestion&#8221; 21 x</li>
<li>Concentrate on your breathing</li>
<li>When you are ready, count from 1 to 5 and bring yourself out of the hypnosis state</li>
<li>Count 1-2-3-4-5</li>
<li>Repeat to yourself &#8221; eyes open, wide awake&#8221;</li>
<li>Open your eyes and move from your position, waking up from your hypnotic state.</li>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>This post will share with you on what is the difference between the mind and the brain.  The brain is the physical organ in our head while the mind is the bigger part of our conscious and subconscious mind.  The brain is like the hardware of our computer and the mind the software.</p>
<p>The brain is separated into the left brain and the right brain.  The left part of our brain is in charge of controlling the right part of our body.  It is also responsible for the more logical part of our memory for mathematics and science. The right part of our brain is in charge of controlling the left part of our body.  At the same time, this right brain is also responsible for our creativity and artistic action or nature.</p>
<p>The mind is however made up of the conscious and subconscious part of our memory, perception, thinking and judgement. It is believe that we usually only use 5% or less of our mind to run our actions and daily works and activities.  5% of our mind is made up of conscious and 95% made up the total of our mind.  Our conscious mind controls most of the part of the mind or memory that we tap into to run our daily works and activities.</p>

<p>When in our usual condition, we are usually in an alpha mode.  When put into hypnotic mode, we will reach our theta state, where lesser activities are happening in our mind, helping us to better access the storage file in our mind.  And when sleeping, we are usually in our delta mode.  Most hypnosis or hypnotherapy happens when one is in the theta mode.  So, 99% of the time, we remember what was said or happen during hypnotic state.</p>

<p>It basically translates to what you put your mind to, think about, mull over and over again, will expand or grow. That is the power of the mind.</p>
<p>Many people are not aware of the power they have within themselves and usually look outside of their own being to get something they want. They are influenced by the traditional thinking that they were brought up with and the advertisements that they see around them.</p>
<p>This article explains to you what you can really do with your mind, when you believe and put your focus on it.</p>
<h1>Love</h1>
<p>Many people search for love in the external world. Love always begins within. It is essential to love yourself before you learn to love others and attract love to your life. You were born love and it is important to remind yourself how to love yourself. Love within yourself will help your mind attract the love that you were born for and rightfully deserve.</p>
<p>There are people who look for love and could never find love. Why? Do you feel that you are not worthy of a person to love you and to look after you? Or are you always expecting Mr. or Ms. Perfect. Remember love within itself is perfect and you need to accept and embrace loving yourself and your partner and people who love you will follow suit.</p>
<p>Remember, what you focus on will expand. Focus on loving yourself, and loving the people around you, the love within and around you will expand. This in return will help attract the love of your life who will love you forever. This is how the universal law works and always have been and always will.</p>
<p>There are some people who always look for love and yet what they found always disappoints them. Why is that so? Dig deep within and see what is actually causing this? Do you or your parents have any issue with their relationship that leaves a hidden scar within? Do you always tell yourself, I must remember not to have the same issue I see?</p>
<p>Remember that the negate word of NOT TO HAVE is irrelevant as your subconscious mind will still focus on the same issue instead of the not to have.</p>
<h1>Health</h1>
<p>How is your health? How are you creating the reality of your body condition with your powerful mind? Do you know that the condition of your body, spirit and soul are basically created by your subconscious mind?</p>
<p>Again, what you focus on will expand. How do you focus your body to react towards the condition around you.</p>
<p>Have you seen people who fall sick whenever there is a change of weather? Do you see people falling sick because the people around them are sick? Do you know that your subconscious mind have been trained to believe that the weather, the germs that is surrounding you are creating the sickness that you have.</p>
<p>Do not underestimate the power of your subconscious mind. You have the power to control your body and mind, do it! Tell your body and mind how do you want to feel. You will feel perfectly healthy if you remind yourself that the health of your body and mind is and can be controlled by your own powerful mind.</p>
<p>Have you ever see people around you cough and you start to have an itch in the throat when you think that these people are contagious and you are going to be sick just surrounded by this people? Eventually, the power of your mind works and you fell sick because of what your mind has told and spoke to your body, not because of what is happening around you.</p>
<p>Be aware that you can control and cure any condition or disease you have when you believe that your mind is strong enough to manage and control your body and mind. Do not undermine your power. Stay strong and be healthy always, focus on that and believe and your body and mind will follow the flow of your subconscious and conscious mind.</p>
<h1>Wealth</h1>
<p>Why do wealthy people become more wealthy and poor people become poorer? You hear people said that money makes money. Yes, it is true. It will only make money when you believe. Have you heard of how the people who win the lottery or lotto lose their winnings within a year and is in greater debt or condition prior to their winnings? Why is that so?</p>
<p>Yes, it is how the mind is conditioned in the person and the belief of the person. Regardless, of how much you have or have won, if your subconscious mind is still thinking like a poor person, you will eventually create that situation for yourself.</p>
<p>You may have won the big win, but if your mind is always reminded of how you were as a poor man and how you do not want to be poor. That is when the poverty mind set kicks in and create reality of your mind.</p>
<p>I am rich and I will always be wealthy and prosperous because for the sole reason that I deserve it and I was born rich and money will just come to me because it knows that I can create joy abundance for me and the people around me with the money I have.</p>
<p>I attract money like a strong magnet is attracted to metal. Money loves me and I love money for what I can create with it.</p>
