Alert History and ExploitDB update

Our Team is continuously working to improve our database quality and the way we display the information. For that, we have updated "Alert History" to let you access more information and rewrite our ExploitDB integration to be able to store what Exploit(s) have been added to, or removed from an Alert.
This new way to display History is available now to Free and Business account.
For exemple, Free and Business will now be able to see what have change, Enterprise will see what have change (...)

Oval Repository and vDNA Update

Yeah, it's done! We have finally added to our website / Services and vDNA API full Oval Definitions information. You can now browse definitions (Inventory, Vulnerability, Compliance, Patch..) directly on our Website, access on a machine way with our vDNA API and read the definition while browsing an Alert or a Product !
After some works, you can now access to a full Oval Repository here. We use an api to provide you all information and you can search, sort and see definitions.

Happy new year 2013!
It's a Rebirth! After months of work, we are proud to launch our new website and services.
We have done a lot of things this year, build a brand new website, add new Services call "vDNA Monitoring", add new features to vDNA, and publish a lot of documentations. We've being Officially OVAL Repository, OVAL Compatible, CVE Compatible and CWE Compatible. A lot of work, but work that we are proud.

Security-Database is very proud to announce that we are now Officially Register as "CWE-Compatible". You can reach the announce on the CVE Website here.
This agreement mean that our work on standards is now officially recognize by those how write them ;) Mitre. Itâ€™s a lot of work, and an achievement for those long days and nights working on Security-Database.

Security-Database is very proud to announce that we are now Officially Register as "CVE-Compatible". You can reach the announce on the CVE Website here.

Security-Database update is database by adding ExploitDB

Security-Database have update is database by adding ExploitDB (+15000 new exploits).
We have just integrate a new database called ExploitDB and by that, adding more than 15000+ exploits.
Exploits are automatically added into alerts that need them like old Milw0rm. exploitdb

New Vendors integration HP & VMware

Security-Database have update is vendor database by adding HP and VMware (+600 new Alerts)
We have just integrate two new vendor into our database.
HP, with +500 Alerts from 2006 to Today. You can reach the list here
VMware, with 60+ Alerts from 2008 to Today. You can reach the list here
As always, new Vendors Alerts are automatically integrated into our database.
With that, vDNA will be more and more detailled.

New vDNA WebService : CVSS v2 Calculator

The main goal of vDNA Â© is to provide to third party system/program/website an easy way to integrate full documented CVE Alert. Any tool integrating the XML vDNA Â© scheme will be able to consume, identify and report all data related to a specific vulnerability.
Today, we have update our vDNA API (Vulnerability API) and add a new service : the CVSS v2 Calculator.
