हुन त भ्यालेनटाइन डे मिलनको दिन पनि हो भनेर अङ्ग्रजी किताबमा नि पढ्या हो, तर बिगतमा लगभग ९ बर्ष अगाडि २०५६ सालको कुरा सम्झंदा उही कुराहरु झल्झल्ती आँखा अगाडि आउँछ । कुरा मेरो साथीको, धेरै मिल्ने साथीहरुमा स्व. जीवन श्रेष्ठ अती नै मिलनसार ब्यक्ती थिए, सबैसँग सजिलै घुलमिल हुनसक्ने बिशेषता भएको र साथीहरुलाई जती बेलापनी सहयोग गर्ने बानी थियो ।
भ्यालेनटाइन डे कै दिन लगातार ६ बर्षभन्दा बढी साथ दिदै आएकी एउटी प्रेमिकाले अमेरिकामा ग्रीनकार्ड पाको ब्यक्तीसँग बैबाहिक सम्बन्ध गास्न गई । त्यसपस्चात उक्त साथी उनको प्रेमिकाले दिएको धोका सहननसकी आवेशमा आई बिष सेवन गर्न पुगे । र उक्त कालो भ्यालेटाइन डे कै दिन म लगायत सम्पूर्ण साथीहरुले उक्त मिलनसार साथीलाई गुमाउन पुग्यौ ।

म कुनै कवि त होइन तर त्यस बखतमा भएको साथीको बियोगको मर्माहत भएको बेलामा मैले एउटा कबिता रच्न पुगेछु र अहिले आज भ्यालेनटाइन डे भाको बेला फेरी त्यो सम्झिन पुगेको छु ।
Bachelor level मा पढदा खेरी कलेजको एउटा सानो कविता प्रतियोगिता म यो कविता द्दित्तीय पनि भएको थियो ।
+२ पढदा खेरीको समयमा रचना गरिएको यस कबिता देखी bachelor level मा पढदासम्मा एसो २, ४ वटा मात्रै कबिताहरु कोर्न पुगेको हुँला जुन स्तरिय नहोला तर मेरो लागि भने तितामिठा खाले जिन्दगीमा एउटा पन्ना थपिएको जस्तो लाग्छ ।

पश्चिमबाट मँडारिदै आयो कालो हुरी ।
एक विशाल रुखको पात चुँडाउने गरी ॥
तर पात चुँडिगयो हुरीको सहयोगमा ।
रुख सुकिगयो सूकुनसरी पातको वियोगमा ॥
र्झन त पात झरी गयो त्यो र्झनकै लागि ।
छाडिगई मायालाई रछ्यानमा फाली ॥
रहेन कुनै दया माया त्यो निष्ठुरी पातसँग ।
भएन हराभरा रुख जति आएपनि बसन्त ॥
कोही कसैले दिएनन् त्यसलाइ पहरा ।
जो जसले पाइरहन्थे हरहमेशा सहारा ॥
आखिर त्यो विशाल हृदय भएको रुख ।
तिरस्कृत हुँदैगयो, खोक्रिदै खोक्रिदै गयो ॥
एउटा त्यस्तो कालो वखत पनि आयो ।
जसले कालकुट नै फगत रस्वास्वादन गर्यो ॥
अनि त, चारैतिर रोदन र क्रन्दन फिँजियो ।
हेर्दाहेर्दै खुल्ला आकाश कालो बादलियो ॥
कालकुटले रुखलाई भरितलमा गाँज्यो ।
त्यो प्रेमको प्रतिक, त्यो मायाको सागर ॥
त्यो विशाल रुख सुकेर ढलिगयो ।
देवनदीको किनारमा राँकिदै जल्दैगयो ॥
कालान्तरमा कालोकणमा परिणत बहिगयो …

1. Take a 10-30 minutes walk every day. And while you walk, smile.
2. Sit in silence for at least 10 minutes each day..
3. Sleep for 7 hours.
4. Live with the 3 E's -- Energy, Enthusiasm, and Empathy.
5. Play more games.
6. Read more books than you did in 2007.
7. Make time to practice meditation, yoga, and prayer. They provide us with daily fuel for our busy lives.
8. Spend time with people over the age of 70 & under the age of 6.
9. Dream more while you are awake.
10. Eat more foods that grow on trees and plants and eat less food that is manufactured in plants.
11. Drink plenty of water.
12. Try to make at least three people smile each day.
13. Don't waste your precious energy on gossip.
14. Forget issues of the past. Don't remind your partner with his/her mistakes of the past. That will ruin your present happiness.
15. Don't have negative thoughts or things you cannot control. Instead invest your energy in the positive present moment.
16. Realize that life is a school and you are here to learn. Problems are simply part of the curriculum that appear and fade away like algebra class but the lessons you learn will last a lifetime.
17. Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a beggar.
18. Smile and laugh more.
19. Life is too short to waste time hating anyone. Don't hate others.
20. Don't take yourself so seriously. No one else does.
21. You don't have to win every argument. Agree to disagree.
22. Make peace with your past so it won't spoil the present.
23. Don't compare your life to others'. You have no idea what their journey is all about. Don't compare your partner with others.
24. No one is in charge of your happiness except you.
25. Forgive everyone for everything.
26. What other people think of you is none of your business.
27. GOD heals everything.
28. However good or bad a situation is, it will change.
29. Your job won't take care of you when you are sick. Your friends will. Stay in touch.
30. Get rid of anything that isn't useful, beautiful or joyful.

31. Envy is a waste of time. You already have all you need.
32. The best is yet to come.
33. No matter how you feel, get up, dress up and show up.
34. Do the right thing!
35. Call your family often.
36. Your Inner most is always happy. So, be happy.
37. Each day give something good to others.
38. Don't over do. Keep your limits.
39. When you awake alive in the morning, thank GOD for it.

Install LOVE on the HUMAN Computer.

Customer: I really need some help. After much consideration, I've decided to install LOVE. Can you guide me through the process?
Tech Support: Yes, I can help you. Are you ready to proceed?
Customer: Well, I'm not very technical, but I think I'm ready to install it now. What do I do?
Tech Support: The first step is to open your HEART. Have you located your HEART?
Customer: Yes, I have, but there are several other programs running right now. Is it okay to install while they are running?
Tech Support: What programs are running?
Customer: Let's see... I have PAST-HURT.EXE, LOW-ESTEEM.EXE, GRUDGE.EXE, and RESENTMENT.EXE running now.
Tech Support: No problem. LOVE will gradually erase PAST-HURT.EXE from your current operating system. It may remain in your permanent memory, but it will no longer disrupt other programs. LOVE will eventually overwrite LOW-ESTEEM.EXE with a module of its own called HIGH-ESTEEM.EXE. However, you have to completely turn off GRUDGE.EXE and RESENTMENT.EXE. Those programs prevent LOVE from being properly installed. Can you turn those off?
Customer: I don't know how to turn them off. Can you tell me how?
Tech Support: My pleasure. Go to your Start menu and invoke FORGIVENESS.EXE. Do this as many times as necessary until it's erased the programs you don't want.
Customer: Okay, now LOVE has started installing itself automatically. Is that normal?
Tech Support: Yes. You should receive a message that says it will stay installed for the life of your HEART. Do you see that message?
Customer: Yes, I do. Is it completely installed?
Tech Support: Yes, but remember that you have only the base program. You need to begin connecting to other HEARTs in order to get the upgrades.
Customer: Oops. I have an error message already. What should I do?
Tech Support: What does the message say?
Customer: It says, "ERROR 412-PROGRAM NOT RUN ON INTERNAL COMPONENTS." What does that mean?
Tech Support: Don't worry, that's a common problem. It means that the LOVE program is set up to run on external HEARTs but has not yet been run on your HEART. It is one of those complicated programming things, but in non-technical terms it means you have to "LOVE" your own machine before it can "LOVE" others.
Customer: So what should I do?
Tech Support: Can you pull down the directory called "SELF-ACCEPTANCE"?
Customer: Yes, I have it.
Tech Support: Excellent. You're getting good at this. Now, click on the following files and then copy them to the "MYHEART" directory: FORGIVE-SELF.DOC, REALIZE-WORTH.TXT, and ACKNOWLEDGE-LIMITATIONS.DOC. The system will overwrite any conflicting files and begin patching any faulty programming. Also, you need to delete SELF-CRITICISM.EXE from all directories, and then empty your recycle bin afterwards to make sure it is completely gone and never comes back.
Customer: Got it. Hey! My HEART is filling up with new files. SMILE.MP3 is playing on my monitor right now and it shows that PEACE.EXE, and CONTENTMENT.EXE are copying themselves all over my HEART. Is this normal?
Tech Support: Sometimes. For others it takes a while, but eventually everything gets downloaded at the proper time. So, LOVE is installed and running. You should be able to handle it from here. Ah, one more thing.
Customer: Yes?
Tech Support: LOVE is freeware. Be sure to give it and its various modules to everybody you meet. They will in turn share it with other people and they will return some similarly cool modules back to you.
Customer: I will! Thanks for your help!

एक पल्ट मैले काठमाडौंको एउटा चिर परिचित कलेजको लोगो लाई 3D मा एनिमेसन प्रयोग गरेको थिए जुन एउटा नौलो प्रयोगको रुपमा देखियो । यो लोगो एनिमेसन कलेजको मल्टिमिडिया सिडिमा प्रयोग गरिएको थियो ।

हेर्नलाई प्ले > बटन मा क्लिक गर्नुहोस् ।

यस्ता खाले 3D एनिमेसनको प्रयोग अहिले खुबै बढ्दै गैरहेको छ । 3D एनिमेसन को प्रयोग हलिवूडमा फिल्म निर्माणमा गरिनु कुनै नयाँ नभए पनि नेपालमा यस्को प्रयोग बढ्दै जानुमा यहाँ 3D एनिमेसनकर्ता को भबिष्य निकै नै उज्वल रहेको छ ।

यसका लागि अडोब फोटोशप, अडोब प्रीमियर, 3D स्टुडियो म्याक्स् तथा 3D माया आदिको बारेमा जानाकारी हुनु वा पढ्नु पर्ने हुन्छ । यो बिषय को पढाई काठमाडौं लगायत नेपालका बिभिन्न शहरहरुमा रहेका बिभिन्न कम्प्युटर institute हरुमा पढाईन्छ ।
