Polycarbonate Films

Self Adhesive Supplies (SAS), part of the Amari Plastics family, has extended its product offering with the addition of the Polylite range of Polycarbonate films. Manufactured in Asia on state of the art machinery by a division of the former leading distributor of Lexan Polycarbonate films in South East Asia, Polylite is now established with many of the leading manufacturing brands and is a development partner of 3M in Asia. Polylite is manufactured to the tightest specifications and controls and as a result the sheets are consistently of the highest possible quality making them easy to both screen or digitally print.

The product is available in sheet sizes of 610 x 915mm or 915 x 1220mm or on 1220mm wide reels from 125 micron to 1mm. It is stocked in two grades which include Velvet/Matt or Gloss/Gloss, however other grades such as Matt/Gloss or Gloss/Velvet are also available along with speciality grades such as flame retardant or black flame retardant can be obtained.

Self Adhesive Supplies is very excited about the new range of tapes recently launched by 3M and now available from stock at Self Adhesive Supplies. 3M’s RP range of VHB Tapes is available to us in three different thicknesses RP45 1.1mm, RP25 0.6mm, RP62 1.57mm. We have a range of over 40 different Electical Tapes for applications such as Coil Winding, EMI & RFI shielding, insulation, corrosion protection the list is endless. Glass Cloth, Copper Foil, Clear & Yellow Polyester, Acetate and Polymide Tapes. We are able to slit rolls down to 3mm wide and convert product to any shape.
