I think I’ve got too much going on. Or maybe the interwebs have too much to offer. So far I’ve got my Twitter, Flickr, my photoblog, Tumblr, this blog, Facebook and who knows what else. How do you guys manage everything?

I’ve thought about converting this site into sort of a hub for all my online presence since as of right now it really doesn’t have a main focus. But then I would be deleting a few posts that still get some traffic day to day. I like my photoblog because it’s tied to my name and I can blog about my photography experience there and just general things in life. Tumblr is something I just started to get into. Kind of gives me a place to post all the random stuff I see online or just make small posts about stuff.

Included was: four colored streamers, 10 tote bags, a deck of playing cards, a puzzle, balloons, some promotional stuff, a poster and of course a signed copy of Windows 7 Ultimate.

Installing it on my MacBook was another story. For some reason I couldn’t install the Boot Camp Control Panel off the OSX DVD and so I had to download a hacked version of the file and copy all of the drivers off the DVD. Then I had to run the installer to get everything working and try to find the drivers for the multitouch trackpad. But in the end:

I won’t say who it was because mostly it doesn’t really bother me. They used an exploit in Wordpress where you can create a URL to send a reset password request to an email for the first user in the database. And so the admin password was changed and they defaced the homepage (index.php). No big deal. The guy who defaced the site also defaced roughly 400 other Wordpress blogs. It wasn’t anything personal. I’m sure he just had a robot checked versions of Wordpress on sites and then working his magic (If thats what you want to call it). Anyways, hopefully the site is in the clear. Guess that’ll teach me to always keep Wordpress updated.

Side note: Wordpress was 2.8.4 on this site and another site I’ve been working on so makes me wonder if it’s a new exploit based off the old or if the old was every fully fixed…

Nothing too major just a little get away for a couple days. I decided to take along my new camera and I’m glad I did. On Saturday I tried to find a little place to take a few pictures but wasn’t having much luck. We ended up finding a little place that had a few rocks and a ton of birds. After a few minutes of being there though it started to rain. After dinner that night we went back and I messed around a bit with some long exposure stuff.

Anyways, we didn’t take too many shots there. it started to get dark and there was only so much you can do. The next day we decided to take a tour of Hearst Castle. I haven’t been there since I was little and Tia has never been. We took the first tour which went around outside and through the house a bit. Kind of gave you a general idea of what the place is like. Anyways, enough talk and more pictures!
