				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Since school is out for the summer and the rain seems to have finally stopped I thought everyone might be looking for some fun outdoor events to add to their calendar.  One of the first things I ran across while starting my search was the  St. Louis Renaissance Faire in Wentzville.  It sounded like such fun that I thought I would make a list of all the summer festivals in St. Charles County.</p>

<p>Get  ready to step back in time to the 16<sup>th</sup> century as you enter this French Renaissance village complete with jousting knights, jugglers, swordfighters, strolling minstrels, unique crafts, delicious food and a Kids Kingdom with petting zoo. </p>

<p>Bring out the family to celebrate Independence Day with Carnival rides, food/drink and  children&#8217;s area with free crafts. Carnival only &#8230; July 1- 4.  The parade kicks off at 10am on the 4<sup>th</sup>  and the evening ends with a fabulous Fireworks display at 9:20pm. </p>

<p>Great family event including livestock judging, carnival rides, arcade, exotic animal petting zoo, tractor pull, bull riding, rappelling wall, dock dogs competition, nostalgia car show, pig scramble, demolition derby and the list goes on!</p>

<p>This is one of the largest festivals of the year in St. Charles.   It  offers more than 350 craft booths, live music, delicious food and a kids corner. </p>
