Pt primul Blat:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
8 albusuri&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
200 gr zahar&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
2 linguri faina&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
1 praf de copt &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
50 gr mac&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
150 nuca de cocos&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Se incepe prin baterea a celor 8 albusuri de ou se bat bine cu 200 gr de zahar dupa care se adauga 2 linguri da faina amestecat cu un praf de copt,50 gr mac si 150 gr de nuca de cocos.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Cind este batuta se toarna in tava peste o hirtie de copt sau in cazul in care nu aveti tava sa fie unsa bine si tapetata.Eu va recomand hirtia deoarce se lipeste macul si pt evitare hirtia vine foarte usor jos cind o scoti.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Al doilea blat:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
3 ou&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
6 de zahar&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
3 linguri de apa&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
6 linguri de faina&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Separam albusul pe care il batem spuma tare( ca pt bezea) adaugam zaharul ,batem incontinuarie adaugam pe rind fiecare galbenus urmat de fiarcare lingura de apa.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Oprim mixarea si adaugam faina amestecam usor de sus in jos cu o lingura ca sa prinda bule de aer spuma .Dupa care o punem in tava la fel pregatita ca si pt blatul celalalt.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Totul se coace la 170° C cuptor electric sau pe gaz la 150°C cuptorul find deja incalzit in prealabil.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Crema &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
8 galbenuri(cele oprite de la primul blat)&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
300 gr de zahar&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
2 lingurite de nesscafe &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
150 ml lapte&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Toate se fierb pe aburi pina se ingroase bine ,se lasa la racit dupa care se amesteca cu &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
300 gr de unt sau rama.Deasupra se orneaza cu ciocolata rasa.&lt;br /&gt;

Punem faina in mijloc punem drojdia,sarea,zaharul si apala calduta amestecama un pic cu faina si lasam 5 minute sa creasca maiaua facuta.Dupa care adaugam ulei si frmanintam aluatul ,il punem la dospit dupa ce a crescut facem pizza.Daca vrem pizza subtire atunci&amp;nbsp; Albusul separat&amp;nbsp;se&amp;nbsp;mixeaza la viteza mare&amp;nbsp;separat cu praful de sare pina sta ca pentru bezea dupa care adaugam zaharul si continuam sa mixam dupa care apa cite o lingura pe rind.&lt;br /&gt;
Separat se freaca putin galbenusurie cu ulei dupa care il adaugam peste albus,se mai mixeaza putin.&lt;br /&gt;
Intr-un castron amestecam faina,cacao si praful de copt.In momentul in care se adauga faina amesteca se opreste mixarea si se amesteca usor cu o paleta de jos in sus .Se pune intr-o tava de marime normala si ce coace la 170° in cuptorul incalzit inprealabil.&lt;strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Crema:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
500 ml lapte&lt;br /&gt;
250 gr zahar&lt;br /&gt;
3 linguri de faina&lt;br /&gt;
3 linguri amidon sau de praf de budinca (in cazul in care nu aveti amidon)&lt;br /&gt;
3 galbenusuri de oua1 plic zahar vanilie&lt;br /&gt;
4 linguri de cacao&lt;br /&gt;
250 gr unt&lt;br /&gt;
4&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; linguri zahar pudra&lt;br /&gt;
Se amesteca zaharu,cacao,faina si amidonul bine peste care se adauga laptele rece si galbenusurile .Amestecam bine si punem sa fiert pe foc mic crema pina se ingroase.&lt;br /&gt;
Crema se lasa complect la racit ,intre timp batem spuma untul cu zaharul praf dupa care adauga cite o lingura din crema racita si continuam sa mixam untul pina sa incorporat toata canitatea din crema racita.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Siropul :&lt;/strong&gt;8 linguri de zahar &lt;br /&gt;
200 ml de apa 1 fiola&amp;nbsp;de esenta rom&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;nbsp;Punem la topit zaharul si cind are deja o culoare maronie&amp;nbsp; punem apa peste el&amp;nbsp;si fierbarea pina se topeste tot zaharul ,luam de pe foc si adaugam fiola de rom. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Deci blatul rece se taie in doua se insiropeaza bine partea de jos se pune crema peste blat dar sa oprim citeva linguri (3-4) numai pt ornamentare cu cornet fiecare amandina .Se aseaza a doua jumatate de blat se insiropeaza si se lasa sa stea la rece citeva ore.Dupa care taiam prajitura in forma patrata egale ,le asezam pe un platou si daca avem cosulete de hartie pt mufis punem pt aspect cite o prajitura separat .Dupa ce am terminat cu asezarea pragituri peplatou ne ocupam de prearea glazuri.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Glazura: &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
(Glazura o facem in momentul in care deja am taiat blatul si am pus crema si sa taiat prajiturile in format patrat)&lt;br /&gt;
20 linguri de zahar10 ´linguri de apa&lt;br /&gt;
o&amp;nbsp;lamaie de marime (dar numai sucul de la &amp;nbsp;ea il folosim)&lt;br /&gt;
200 gr ciocolata de menaj&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Punem la fiert zaharul impreuna cu apa si se fierbe la foc mic pina se leaga siropul dupa care adaugam sucul de la lamaie.Separat topit ciocolata&amp;nbsp;la micro&amp;nbsp;, luam cratita cu siropul&amp;nbsp;de pe foc&amp;nbsp;si turnam ciocolata topita in firicel si amestecam bine si repede&amp;nbsp;cu un tel. Glazura luata de pe foc se pune direct peste bucatile de amandine cu o lingura deoarece se inatreste foarte repede.Decoram fiecare amandina cu un cornet cu crema oprita.&lt;br /&gt;

Se bate spuma ouale cu zaharul dupa care se adauga untul moale ,lichior de oua, si faina amestecata cu praful de copt.Se pune in tava normala&amp;nbsp;ca marine cu ajutorul unei lingure se niveleaza uniform dupa care se pune peste aluat pudinca fierbinte.(Putem punem visine&amp;nbsp; dintr-un compot aranjate frumos peste aluat)se poate lasa&amp;nbsp;,reteta este &amp;nbsp;fara nimici un fel de fructe.&lt;br /&gt;

Punem compozitia pt blat in tava si reduc temperatura cuptorului la  circa 150-160 maxim.Se coace circa 25 de minute la un foc mic.Blatul il incerc daca e copt  intodeuana ´cu un betisor de lemn sau scobitaore.&lt;br /&gt;Blatul il scot din tava si il las la racit dupa care il tai in 3 parti egale.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Crema &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;400 gr de frisca lichida&lt;br /&gt;200 ciocolata de lapte&lt;br /&gt;200 ciocolata amaruie&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pun o cratita cu apa sa fiarba in momentul firberi aseaza castron care mi se potriveste la marimea cratitei  cu frisca si ciocolata rupta in bucatele ,amestec pina se topeste ciocolata .Eu pregatesc aceasta crema inainte cu o zi si o las la frigider.A doua zi mixez crema dupa care o inpart in parti egale pt a umple tortul.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;De obicei insiopez un pic tortul dar prima parte  care o asez pe platoul de tort nu o insiropez  deit celalalte  2 parti.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Se umple tortul si se lasa la rece,intre timp facem glazura.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Glazura &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;(care i-mi place cel mai mult.)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;200 gr frisca lichida&lt;br /&gt;200 gr ciocolata &lt;br /&gt;40 gr unt(o lingura de unt)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pune intr-o cratita  frisca si ciocolata si amestec continu la foc ´mic pina pina se topeste complect dupa care o luam de pe foc si adaugam untul.Lasam sa se raceasca circa o jumate de ora si in momentul in care  compozitia  glazuri sa mai intarit suficient  o punem peste tort si o intindem uniform.Tortul il ornamentam dupa cum dorim fiecare,eu  l-am decorat cu trandafiri rosii deoarece era facut pentru  un cumplu drag mie care se iubesc de 20 de ani,si bineinteles nu putea sa lipseasca  petale rosii.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_W2HpjFHYT1s/SwCGvoLpoMI/AAAAAAAACGg/5HiyICSKrHc/s1600-h/Bild0028.jpg"&gt;&lt;img style="display:block; Se bat albusurile spuma, se adauga zaharul (cele&amp;nbsp;6 linguri ramase) si se bat din nou ca pentru bezea (pana „stau”). Se adauga galbenusurile, faina cernuta impreuna cu praful de copt si se amesteca usor cu o furculita cat sa se incorporeze si sa nu iasa aerul.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;div style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none;"&gt;Se pune aluatul peste compozitia din tava si se da la cuptor la foc mediu (170°) 20/25 de minute pana capata o culoare aurie. Se poate testa cu o scobitoare daca s-a copt pandispanul. Se introduce in aluat si daca o scoateti curata este facut. Nu deschideti cuptorul la inceput ca sa nu dea inapoi din crescut.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

400 gr zahar&lt;br /&gt;
1 praf de copt&lt;br /&gt;
3 linguri de cacao&lt;br /&gt;
170 g faina&lt;br /&gt;
250g unt&lt;br /&gt;
200 g zahar pudra&lt;br /&gt;
100 ml lapte&lt;br /&gt;
1-2 lingurite ness&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;Modul de preparare-Blatul:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Se bat 4 albusuri spuma cu 4 linguri de apa calda,cind e spuma se adauga 100g zahar.&lt;br /&gt;
Separat se bat 4 galbenusuri cu 150 g zahar si 4 linguri de apa calda puse pe rind in 5 in 5 minute.&lt;br /&gt;
Se amesteca usor cu albusurile,cu 4 linguri de nuca macinata,o lingura de cacao ,faina si praful de copt.Se coace intr-o tava intinsa tapetata.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;Mod de preparare-Crema:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Se freaca spuma 200 g unt cu 200g zahar pudra .&lt;br /&gt;
Se fierbe pe foc mic amestecind continu 1 ou intreg cu o lingura de faina rasa si o 100 ml lapte pina se ingroase, cind sa racit crema fiarta se adauga untul spuma la care se mai adauga 2 lingurite de ness-cafe.Cu aceasta crema se umple blatul care se taie in doua ,din crema oprim o treime si pentru a unge pe deasupra prajitura, dupa care se pune glazura .&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;Glazura:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
150 g zahar amestecat cu 3 linguri de apa,2 linguri cacao si 50g unt.&lt;br /&gt;

Se toaca marunt usturoiul si amestecati sosul din ingrediente.&lt;br /&gt;
In acest sos se lasa carnea la macerat o zi/noape.&lt;br /&gt;

In tava copt se aseaza hirtie sau se unge cu ulei peste care se pun 2-3 foi baza si se toarna cu un polonic din compozitia de iaurt se presara deasupra peste fiecare strat stafide(la alegere) si iar 2 foi deasupra si turnati iar din compozitia de iaurt.Se continua tot asa pina se termina foile ultimul strat sa fie din compozitie de iarut si se preasa stafide .In cauzl meu ultima data cind am facut-o am pus o foie pe care am uns-o cu un galbenus&amp;nbsp;pt ca am facut eu foile .&lt;br /&gt;
Se coace la 170°(electric)circa 40 minute si se pudreaza cu vahar cind e rece.&lt;br /&gt;

Adaugam printre ei marar uscat,dafin,boabe de piper,mustar,usturoi si citeva fire de hirean&lt;br /&gt;
si citeva frunze de visin care vor tine muraturile tari .&lt;br /&gt;
Saramura se face din 1 litru de apa se pune 50 gr de sare si o 100ml de otet&lt;br /&gt;
(otetul obtzional daca vrei sa tina mai bine)&lt;br /&gt;
Se fierbe bine si se toarna in in borcane (sau in butoi de lemn) dar sa nu fie foarte fierbinte.&lt;br /&gt;

Se pun toate impreuna intr-un castron si se bat cu mixerul la viteza ceea mare citeva minute(atita cit v-om avea o frisca destul de tare ).Se va orna dupa preferinta tort-ul cu citeva ore inainte de servire dupa care se va pune la rece.&lt;br /&gt;
