On June 12, 2026, Moody Bible Institute's cybersecurity system alerted it to unusual activity on its computer network.

Moody Bible Institute promptly began an internal review, took steps to secure its systems, and notified law enforcement. It also engaged a forensic security firm to review what took place and confirm the security of its computer systems. Moody Bible Institute subsequently determined that, due to a vulnerability in a software application, some documents were illegally acquired from its system on or about June 12, 2026.

On June 23, 2026, Moody Bible Institute identified the files that were acquired from its systems. It has since reviewed those files and determined they contained some individuals' names, dates of birth, Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, other government identification numbers, and financial aid information. Importantly, most of the acquired files can only be viewed via specialized software; meaning it is not reasonably accessible to third parties.

Moody Bible Institute is not aware of any fraud or identity theft to any individual because of this incident but is nonetheless notifying potentially affected individuals in accordance with relevant notification laws to provide them with more information and resources. The notice will include information on steps individuals can take to protect themselves against the misuse of their information.

In general, Moody Bible Institute recommends that individuals regularly monitor credit reports, account statements and benefit statements. If individuals detect any suspicious activity, they should notify the entity with which the account is maintained and promptly report any fraudulent activity to proper law enforcement authorities, including the police and their state attorney general.

Individuals may also wish to review the tips provided by the Federal Trade Commission ("FTC") on fraud alerts, security/credit freezes and steps they can take to avoid identity theft.

For more information and to contact the FTC, please visit https://www.ftc.gov/idtheft or call 1-877-ID-THEFT (1-877-438-4338). Individuals may also contact the FTC at the following: Federal Trade Commission, 600 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW, Washington, DC 20580.

Moody Bible Institute is committed to maintaining the privacy and security of the information in its possession and has taken steps to further secure its systems. Individuals seeking additional information may call (844) 958-8927 from 8:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Central Time, Monday through Friday.
To celebrate this milestone, StarknightMT is launching a monthlong 9th anniversary celebration throughout August, featuring sitewide savings, rotating category offers and limited-time deals on select off-road accessories.

BUILT ALONGSIDE REAL RIDERS

The StarknightMT story was shaped by a simple conversation at the 2016 SEMA Show. After meeting a rider who continued using a damaged rear windshield because replacement options were too expensive, the founders saw an opportunity to make dependable UTV accessories more accessible.

Since 2017, StarknightMT has developed vehicle-specific products based on rider feedback and everyday off-road needs.

From windshields and storage solutions to seat covers, mirrors, dirt bike gear, soft cab enclosures and beyond, each product is designed to help riders get more from their machines.

9TH ANNIVERSARY OFFERS

Throughout August, customers can enjoy sitewide savings of 12% to 18%, along with rotating weekly offers across select product categories.

A limited-time flash event will also run from Aug. 10-19, offering up to 30% off select UTV and ATV accessories.

Promotion terms, eligible products, exclusions and offer-combination rules are available on the anniversary campaign page.

Riders can easily shop by model for Polaris Ranger and RZR, Can-Am Defender & Maverick, Kawasaki Teryx & Mule, Honda Pioneer, and more.

THANK YOU FOR NINE YEARS

"Over the past nine years, rider feedback has helped us focus on practical fit, durability and accessible pricing," said Steven H., co-founder of StarknightMT. "This anniversary is our opportunity to thank the customers who have helped shape our products and our brand."

StarknightMT looks forward to continuing the journey with riders who rely on their machines for work, hunting and recreation.
HELENA, Calif., Jul 31, 2026 (SEND2PRESS NEWSWIRE) -- Come Together - A Community for Wine Inc., marks two and a half years of building the wine industry's largest grassroots consumer campaigns. Founded in 2024 by wine writer and author Karen MacNeil, and wine industry marketers Gino Colangelo of Colangelo & Partners, and Kimberly Noelle Charles, DipWSET, of Charles Communications Associates, the organization runs two national campaigns each year: Share & Pair Sundays™ in the spring and Come Over October™ in the fall. With the second annual Share & Pair Sundays campaign now complete and Come Over October returning this fall for its third year, the founders are reflecting on the organization's reach to date and looking ahead to the time of year when thoughts turn to gathering and entertaining with friends and family.

SHARE & PAIR SUNDAYS 2026: CAMPAIGN RESULTS

Share & Pair Sundays ran from May 3 through June 28, 2026, encouraging wine lovers to gather with friends and family over Sunday meals. The campaign earned national media coverage and grew its social media presence over the course of the ten-week run. Results included:

* 13,040 winery events during the two-month period according to LocalWineEvents.com

* 983 million plus total media unique visitors (January through June 2026)

* 201 articles published

* Coverage in Yahoo Life, Forbes, Yahoo Finance, Slate, VinePair, Associated Press and Wine Industry Advisor, spanning more than 40 U.S. states

* 100,077 Instagram views and 25,501 accounts reached over 90 days

* 3,024 social media interactions, with 63.5 percent of interactions coming from non-followers

* 11.9 percent growth in social media followers, with an 89 percent follower retention rate

This year our ongoing partner LocalWineEvents.com, publisher of The Juice newsletter, boosted their support and featured Share & Pair Sundays across its editorial, newsletter and homepage placements to an audience of more than 250,000 wine lovers, generating 321,193 newsletter opens and 218,138 homepage banner impressions over the course of the campaign.

Looking at the full two-year arc of the organization's work from July 2024 through June 2026, Come Together's campaigns have generated 3.7 billion unique monthly visitors in press coverage, 5.7 million social media impressions, and retail activations in more than 1,400 stores across 43 designated market areas, reaching an estimated 7 million people nationwide.

"Share & Pair Sundays keeps proving that wine lovers want an easy reason to gather," said Karen MacNeil, co-founder of Come Together, noted writer, and author of The Wine Bible. "Every Sunday table this spring built toward something bigger: a wine culture where sharing a bottle is simply part of a normal week."

"These numbers reflect real momentum," said Gino Colangelo, co-founder of Come Together and president of Colangelo & Partners. "Editorial coverage, social growth and retail partners are all moving in the same direction, and that gives us a strong foundation heading into Come Over October this fall."

WINE INDUSTRY NETWORK WEBINAR

Come Together recently joined the Wine Industry Network for a second webinar spotlighting Come Over October, bringing together Karen MacNeil, Gino Colangelo and Kimberly Noelle Charles with representatives from longtime media sponsor, Wine Enthusiast and Foundational sponsor Jackson Family Wines to discuss how wineries, distributors, retailers, media companies and trade organizations can take part in the fall campaign. The conversation covers practical ways to get involved and the free resources available to participants.

This year the campaign also unveils a glow up, refreshed logo and new collateral. Watch the full webinar here: Come Over October: Wine Industry Unites

WINE'S PLACE AT THE TABLE

The conversation around wine and connection also reached The New York Times this summer. Following chief wine critic Eric Asimov's June 26 article examining wine's diminishing presence on restaurant tables, "Have We Forgotten Wine's Place at the Table?," Karen MacNeil sat down with Asimov for a video interview exploring the themes of the piece and their relevance to Come Together's mission for the Wine Voices series put together by the team.

Watch the interview here: Karen MacNeil interviews Eric Asimov

Read Eric Asimov's article in The New York Times here: Have We Forgotten Wine's Place at the Table?

New preliminary data from the International Organization of Vine and Wine underscores the stakes. The United States remains the world's largest wine consuming nation by volume, at 31.9 million hectoliters in 2025, ahead of France at 22.0 million and Italy at 20.2 million. Even with that lead, per capita consumption and wine's place at the everyday table continue to face pressure, which is precisely the gap Come Together's campaigns are built to close.

LOOKING AHEAD: COME OVER OCTOBER, FALL 2026

Come Over October returns this fall for its third year, building on the momentum of all the campaigns to date. The fall campaign invites wineries and retailers to host in-store tastings and tasting room activations, gives media and trade partners a platform to amplify the message that wine belongs to everyday moments, and offers a campaign patron opportunity for organizations ready to help make this year's activation the most far reaching yet. The logo for this third iteration of Come Over October has had a glow up visible in all communications and collateral.

"Our beloved industry has had one of the most challenging times in decades," said Kimberly Noelle Charles, DipWSET, co-founder of Come Together. "Collaborative, positive voices lifting up wine and its unique place in culture prove that we are resonating with the way people truly feel. The support we receive, be it monetary or in allyship, helps our momentum continue."

Wineries, retailers, media outlets and trade partners interested in joining Come Over October can learn more at https://comeoveroctober.com/ or by following @comeoveroctober on Instagram.

Powered by GeekyAnts, the focused conference will examine why agentic AI concepts stall before production and what teams need to build systems that can act across real product workflows.

The event arrives as companies expand AI use but struggle to scale it. McKinsey's 2025 global survey found that 62% of respondents said their organizations had started experimenting with AI agents. Yet 23% reported scaling an agentic AI system in one or more business functions, and no function crossed a 10% scaling rate. The survey included 1,993 participants across 105 countries.

That gap carries weight for mid-sized companies. A team with 50 to 500 employees must connect agents to existing tools, enforce permissions, test edge cases, and track business outcomes without the platform capacity of a large enterprise. A successful pilot proves that a model can complete a task. A production system must manage state, recover from failure, protect data, and route high-risk actions to people.

The tentative agenda reflects those concerns. Sessions will cover agentic commerce, intelligent agents with Microsoft 365 Copilot, an agent for App Store submissions, the shift from user experience to agent experience, and the move from copilot to autopilot. A panel will examine the future of product teams in the agentic AI era. Kumar Pratik, Founder and CEO of GeekyAnts, will deliver the keynote and launch AntFabric.

Speakers and panelists represent GeekyAnts, Microsoft, AWS, Synchrony, KPMG, Shell, IIM Bangalore, and the product-builder community. That mix gives the event a chance to connect model capability with product architecture, delivery ownership, and operating controls.

"Most teams do not need another agent demo. They need systems that manage state, work within defined permissions, produce evidence, and stop for human review when risk rises," said Kumar Pratik, Founder and CEO of GeekyAnts. "thegeekconf Mini creates a forum where builders and technology leaders can examine those production choices through real workflows."

Risk data explains the focus beyond model selection. The same McKinsey research found that 51% of respondents from AI-using organizations had experienced one or more negative consequences, with AI inaccuracy the leading reported consequence. Product leaders need evaluation suites, scoped tools, approval gates, and incident response before agents receive write access to business systems.

For midmarket firms, each control competes with roadmap work. Sessions that connect those controls to delivery patterns could help leaders judge which use cases warrant production investment and which should remain experiments.

GeekyAnts, an AI-Powered Digital Product Engineering and Consulting Company, brings related delivery work to the discussion. In a project for Nexus, an AI-powered business process management company, GeekyAnts built benchmarkable SQL agents and RAG evaluation frameworks. The company's case study reports a 50% reduction in manual validation cycles and a 30% improvement in internal testing speed.

In another project, GeekyAnts built an AI interview system with real-time voice interaction, adaptive question flows, distributed state management, and automated candidate reports. The system used modular services and failure-handling controls to support a product workflow that required context, response evaluation, and consistent execution.

These cases illustrate the central production question, but they do not remove the need for scrutiny. Teams need baseline metrics, permission boundaries, audit trails, rollback paths, and ownership for agent errors. The event's value will depend on the connection its sessions make between technical demonstrations and those operating requirements.

Product and engineering leaders can review the agenda and reserve a seat at www.thegeekconf.com/mini. Companies assessing agentic product architecture or AI-powered product engineering can visit https://geekyants.com/en-us or contact GeekyAnts.

The position reflects Hillcrest's commitment to providing personalized guidance before, during, and after major life transitions so residents and families have one trusted point of contact throughout the process.

While many senior living communities offer transition support through discharge planners, resident services staff, or outside placement agencies, Hillcrest's Community Navigator provides ongoing guidance before, during, and after each transition. Alicia Aragon, LVN, builds lasting relationships with residents and families and coordinates communication with Hillcrest's interdisciplinary care team, ensuring continuity of care and ongoing follow-up throughout each transition.

"As the Community Navigator, my goal is to ensure residents experience a safe, smooth, and well-supported transition from one level of care to another," said Aragon. "I work closely with our resident review team and residents' families so everyone is aligned on the care plan. I serve as the hub connecting everyone involved, and I stay involved after the transition to make sure it was successful and that each resident feels supported."

In addition to coordinating care transitions, Aragon helps lead Hillcrest's new resident orientation program, developed by Ryan Harrison, PsyD, Certified Wellness Professional and Hillcrest's Director of Resident Life and Wellness. The program serves as a roadmap to life at Hillcrest, introducing new residents to campus services, amenities, and opportunities for involvement while helping them feel connected from their first days in the community.

Families receive ongoing support through regular communication, including in-person meetings and phone calls. Aragon listens to concerns, answers questions, provides reassurance during what can be a stressful time, and advocates to ensure each resident receives appropriate care while honoring the family's preferences.

To further educate residents and families, Aragon is developing a series of workshops focused on navigating care transitions. The educational series will explain what prompts a transition, what families can expect throughout the process, and how Hillcrest's care teams work together to support residents.

One recent educational conversation helped a resident realize her husband was showing signs it was time to consider memory care, giving the family an opportunity to plan ahead rather than make decisions in a crisis.

"One of the greatest gifts we can provide residents is the confidence that they do not have to navigate these decisions alone," said Harrison. "Alicia brings clinical experience and compassionate guidance that help residents and families feel supported through every stage of aging."

Aragon brings nearly three decades of healthcare experience to the position. She began her career as a certified nursing assistant, later earned her nursing degree, and then served as a home health nurse, a memory care nurse, and a Health Services Director at an assisted living community. She joined Hillcrest as Community Navigator in November 2025, returning to the same campus where she first worked as a CNA nearly 30 years earlier. Her background in clinical care, memory care, and resident advocacy uniquely prepares her to help residents navigate complex healthcare decisions with empathy and confidence.

About Hillcrest:

Hillcrest is an upscale 501(c)(3) nonprofit continuing care retirement community (CCRC) centrally located in the San Gabriel Valley, less than 30 minutes from Los Angeles, Anaheim, Pasadena, and San Bernardino and at the gateway to the Inland Empire. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood just off Foothill Boulevard in La Verne, California, Hillcrest offers independent living, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing with an emphasis on wellness and health.
"40 Years on the Porch" will feature food, live entertainment and a prize raffle. The paper's current and former readers, volunteers, advertisers and contributors are invited to join The Porch Press' board of directors and volunteer staff from 7 to 10 p.m. at Ormewood Church in Ormewood Park (1071 Delaware Avenue SE). Expect an evening of lively conversation and reminiscence with Porch Press memorabilia on display.

The Porch Press, which published its first issue in August 1986, emerged from a collaborative effort among the East Atlanta Community Association (EACA), South Atlantans for Neighborhood Development (SAND) and the Association to Revive Grant Park, known today as the Grant Park Neighborhood Association (GPNA). What began as an effort to consolidate three separate neighborhood papers - The Fish Wrapper, The Sand Paper and The Park Bench, respectively - has grown into a publication distributed monthly to more than 6,000 residences and businesses across Benteen Park, Boulevard Heights, Custer McDonough-Guice, East Atlanta, Glenwood Park, Grant Park, North Ormewood Park, Ormewood Park and Woodland Hills.

"Print is not dead in Southeast Atlanta, and I do not expect it will be anytime soon. Forty years in, The Porch Press is still here, still needed and still showing up every month," said Henry Bryant, a founding figure, current president of the board of directors and longtime production manager of The Porch Press.

Paul Bolster, a board member and the paper's political correspondent who, along with wife Riki, has been part of The Porch Press since its earliest days, added, "Good information makes for better neighbors and a better, more caring community. The Porch Press has been providing that to Southeast Atlanta for 40 years, free of charge delivered to your door. I hope the community will come out in October to make sure it continues."

As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, The Porch Press News, Inc. (its official name) relies on advertising revenue, individual donations and grants to cover roughly $50,000 in annual operating costs, including printing and postage for 6,500 copies each month. Proceeds from the celebration will support continued free distribution to subscribers across Atlanta's NPU-W.

"We would love to keep this wonderful project going for another 10, 20, 30 or even 100 years," added Treasurer and CFO Rob Sarwark, who also holds several other volunteer roles with The Porch Press. "But what that takes is not only volunteer efforts for writing, production and other necessities, but also funding. When you give to us, you not only get a tax deduction, but the satisfaction of contributing to a stronger community through a grassroots, hyperlocal outlet such as ours."

Tickets to "40 Years on the Porch" are $40, one dollar for each year The Porch Press has served the community, and include admission, food, entertainment and five raffle tickets. The event page is at https://www.eventbrite.com/e/the-porch-press-40th-anniversary-tickets-1992764204379.

Local businesses interested in contributing food, entertainment or raffle prizes are encouraged to contact advertising@theporchpress.com. Contributors will receive heartfelt thanks and recognition in the event program.

This visually arresting examination of Shakespeare's classic-staged with bold imagination under the summer sky-reimagines how epic storytelling can unfold in Forest Meadows. From the intimate tensions between confidants to the sweeping consequences for a nation, this unforgettable outdoor production delivers a vivid, visceral experience for the audience.

Set in an imagined Rome shaped by the lingering tensions of conflicts past and preceding the digital age, Tracy's production places Shakespeare's political tragedy inside a fractured society under constant pressure. Echoes of the Cold War run throughout the world of the play, where military power is ever-present, public devotion can become dangerous, and private relationships carry the weight of national consequence.

The production embraces the full theatrical capability of Forest Meadows Amphitheatre with a massive set taking over the entire stage and backstage area, allowing a scope large enough to showcase rallies, riots, and military actions; yet immediately intimate to expose human frailty, and the youth of a generation raised beneath the consequences of decisions made in their name. Familiar speeches unfold as demonstrations of how public certainty can be constructed, challenged, and redirected in real time.

Rather than approaching the play as a distant historical artifact, Tracy's reimagining treats Shakespeare as a living inquiry - asking how fear becomes conviction, how conviction becomes duty, and how acts of harm can come to feel indistinguishable from protection, loyalty, or love of country.

"Watching the figures in our current government, I wanted to create a production that delves into the psyches of Rome's leaders and invites us to reflect on our own moment of uncertainty and uneasy inaction," says Tracy. "And at the same time use the unique power of theatre to reveal their innermost thoughts; capturing the sweeping consequences of their choices. One question has guided us throughout rehearsals: How can theatre tell this story in a way no other medium can?"

The production centers the complicated humanity of the people caught within that process. Caesar is not presented simply as a remote political symbol, but as an aging and deeply private man whose vulnerability exists alongside his appetite for public adoration and power. Around him, friends, family members, political rivals, and citizens struggle to understand what is happening to their country-and what responsibility they bear for stopping it.

"No one in this play stands outside that pressure," Tracy says. "Competing forces shape each person: fear and loyalty, ambition and care, belief and survival."

Brutus and Cassius are reimagined as sisters, placing family history and intimate loyalty at the heart of the conspiracy. Around them, each character is forced to act amid shifting pressures of grief, ambition, and survival.

"Theatre allows us to witness formation before it hardens into history," Tracy says, "and to see certainty constructed one choice at a time."

The result is not a simple argument about heroes and tyrants, but an investigation into leadership, obedience, belonging, and the stories nations tell about what they have done.

"Julius Caesar" features Bay Area favorites Johnny Moreno as Julius Caesar, Bridgette Loriaux as Brutus, Charisse Loriaux as Cassius, and Brady Morales-Woolery as Mark Antony. They are joined by Natalie Adona as Calpurnia, Dave Garrett as Casca, Molly Noble as Decius, Steve Price as Port, and Mary Ann Rodgers as Cinna.

Performances run August 14 through September 13, 2026, at Forest Meadows Amphitheatre, located on the campus of Dominican University of California in San Rafael. Performances are Thursdays through Saturdays at 7:30 p.m. and Sundays at 5 p.m.
Rebuilt from the ground up and unified with the IR Verification Platform, AccountChek is designed to scale as lenders' verification needs evolve and is expected to deliver faster performance, improved reliability and a smoother borrower experience.

AccountChek introduces a modernized infrastructure intended to support greater efficiency and resiliency with streamlined administration across the board. The updated platform offers a more intuitive login experience with native Single Sign-On (SSO) support and simplified user and billing management. Report generation is expected to be faster due to asynchronous data harvesting, and the borrower experience has been meaningfully improved throughout. IR has also enhanced AccountChek's business continuity and disaster recovery capabilities to help improve platform uptime and reliability for lenders.

"AccountChek is designed for the unique demands of mortgage lending. This next iteration of the platform represents a major step forward in our verification strategy and a significant investment in unified platform modernization," said Informative Research President Matt Orlando. "Coupled with our recent acquisition in platform intelligence, we're creating a stronger, scalable verification tool that reduces friction for borrowers, decreases manual tasks for lenders, and ultimately lowers the cost of consumer data for all stakeholders."

IR is taking a phased approach to complete integrated partner and current client migrations by the end of October. To stay updated on AccountChek and other updates from Informative Research, subscribe to the company newsletter here: https://go.informativeresearch.com/newsletter.

Situated in one of downtown Spokane's most prominent locations, the new branch represents a strategic evolution for Washington Trust Bank. The Tower East Branch was intentionally designed to create a highly visible, welcoming presence that strengthens community connections and enhances the overall customer experience.

Working closely with Washington Trust Bank, Hatch Interiors designed an environment that blends hospitality, technology, privacy, and the institution's rich history into a seamless customer journey. Rather than focusing solely on banking transactions, the space was thoughtfully planned to encourage meaningful interactions, whether visitors are conducting business, meeting with colleagues, or simply gathering over coffee.

"The physical branch continues to play an important role, but its purpose has evolved," said Cassidy Lange, Owner and Creative Director of Hatch Interiors. "Today's financial institutions have an opportunity to create spaces that foster relationships, strengthen community trust, and provide experiences that simply cannot be replicated online. Our goal was to create an environment that supports those connections while remaining true to Washington Trust Bank's legacy."

The design introduces multiple layers of space that support varying levels of engagement. Street-facing lounge seating welcomes both customers and visitors into the shared lobby, creating an inviting public destination that activates the streetscape and encourages informal meetings. More intimate fireside seating areas provide comfortable spaces for relationship-building conversations, while private consultation and transactional areas offer discretion for more in-depth financial discussions.

The project also celebrates Washington Trust Bank's more than 120-year history through a custom archival installation featuring historic photographs, artifacts, and a curated timeline that highlights the institution's longstanding commitment to the Inland Northwest. The display connects generations of customers with the bank's legacy while reinforcing the trust and stability that have defined the organization for more than a century.

Technology was carefully integrated throughout the branch to enhance convenience without diminishing the personal customer experience. The new location supports a variety of banking needs, including traditional teller services, drive-through banking, and secure video conferencing capabilities that provide access to specialized banking professionals not immediately available on site. Each technology solution was incorporated as part of a cohesive design strategy that reinforces both operational efficiency and Washington Trust Bank's brand identity.

While the project reflects Washington Trust Bank's established design standards, Hatch Interiors introduced thoughtful modifications to elevate the customer experience at this flagship downtown location. Every design decision was guided by the unique role this branch serves within the community and the bank's broader vision for the future of retail banking.

The completion of the Tower East Branch further expands Hatch Interiors' growing portfolio of commercial projects throughout the Inland Northwest, demonstrating the firm's ability to create environments that align business strategy, customer experience, and long-term organizational goals.
To help answer this question, VRG commissioned The Harris Poll to conduct a nationally representative online poll of 2,096 U.S. adults aged 18 and over.

They asked: Which one, if any, of the following best describes your eating behavior? Please select the option that best applies.

1) I never eat meat, fish, seafood, poultry, dairy, or eggs

2) I never eat meat, fish, seafood, or poultry

3) I sometimes eat meals without meat, fish, seafood, poultry, dairy, or eggs

4) I sometimes eat meals without meat, fish, seafood, or poultry

5) I usually eat meals without meat, fish, seafood, poultry, dairy, or eggs

6) I usually eat meals without meat, fish, seafood, or poultry

7) None of these

VRG considered those who never eat meat, fish, seafood, or poultry; plus those who never eat meat, fish, seafood, poultry, dairy, or eggs, as vegetarian. They classified that second category of vegetarians who don't eat dairy or eggs also as vegan. Because they use the word "never" and don't just ask if a person considers him/herself vegetarian or vegan, their numbers may be lower than those reported in other polls.

Sixty-seven percent of adults in the United States always, sometimes, or usually eat vegetarian meals (including vegan), while 33% presumably never have vegetarian meals or vegan meals. Thirty-three percent of adults always, sometimes, or usually eat vegan meals. Five percent are vegetarians, with over half (3%) also being vegan.

SURVEY METHOD:

This survey was conducted online within the United States by The Harris Poll on behalf of The Vegetarian Resource Group from January 6-8, 2026, among 2,096 adults ages 18 and older. The sampling precision of Harris online polls is measured using a Bayesian credible interval. For this study, the sample data is accurate to plus or minus 2.5 percentage points using a 95% confidence level.

This move reflects a league built on creating opportunity, not only for the players on the court but for the officials working alongside them.

The need has never been greater. Basketball is being played at more levels, in more places than ever before. ref-ology's approach is simple - meet this demand with more officials, better prepared, in every marketplace, growing alongside the game. Through an accessible, app-based platform, referees learn alongside seasoned pros and level up wherever they are in their officiating path. Referees can learn more at https://ref-ology.com/.

ref-ology was founded by Shelley Russi, a former, long-time NCAA Referee, who led WNBA Referee Performance & Development from 2016-2018. She is joined by Don Vaden, a former NBA Finals Referee and former Director of Officials for the NBA and WNBA. Shelley and Don are known for elevating officials at all levels.

"This partnership reflects our commitments to raising the standard of officiating and creating an environment where referees are supported, developed, and empowered to succeed, said Taj McWilliams-Franklin, VP of Basketball Operations. "Working along ref-ology allows us to build a sustainable referee eco-system that benefits everyone involved in The UPSHOT League."

"ref-ology's approach is simple: we train officials at every level with a singular focus to grow a community of referees that the modern game demands - and, right now, women's basketball is leading the way to transforming what's required of referees and what's required of those training and assigning referees," says founder Shelley Russi.

Don Vaden adds, "Giving all referees in our community the attention, teaching and an honest assessment of performance gives each the skills to perform at a high level. Growing a peer-to-peer feedback community rooted in sound fundamentals, is key to restoring trust in basketball officiating."

This collaboration reflects a shared commitment to creating opportunity while strengthening the UPSHOT League by paying attention to the development of the people who officiate it.

The UPSHOT League's inaugural season runs May through August. Fans can follow the action at upshotleague.com and @UPSHOTLeague on social media.

California Cheese Shops Guide, a new consumer resource designed to celebrate and support independent cheese shops across California while encouraging consumers to discover the exceptional variety and quality of California-made cheeses.

The statewide guide features independent cheese shops that showcase California cheeses, providing consumers with an easy way to explore local destinations, meet knowledgeable cheesemongers and discover the state's award-winning artisan and farmstead cheeses.

Developed through a partnership between Real California Milk and the Cheese Trail, the guide expands opportunities for consumers to connect with California's vibrant cheese community and the retailers who help bring specialty cheeses to market.

"California is home to an extraordinary community of cheesemakers producing world-class cheeses that reflect the innovation, craftsmanship and agricultural heritage of our state," said Jennifer Giambroni, Vice President of Communications for the California Milk Advisory Board. "Independent cheese shops play an essential role in helping consumers discover these exceptional products, learn the stories behind them and build connections with local food producers. The Discover! California Cheese Shops Guide is designed to make those experiences more accessible while supporting the retailers who champion California cheese every day."

California is America's leading dairy state and home to one of the nation's most dynamic artisan cheese communities. More than 50 California cheesemakers produce hundreds of varieties of specialty, artisan and farmstead cheeses, earning recognition at prestigious national and international competitions. From traditional European-inspired styles to innovative new creations, California cheeses reflect the state's diverse landscapes, cultures and commitment to quality.

The Cheese Trail was founded in 2011 by Vivien Straus to connect cheese lovers with the cheesemakers, farms and retailers behind America's cheese culture. What began as a regional Sonoma and Marin County initiative has grown into a statewide network that helps consumers discover cheesemakers, creameries, retailers and cheese-focused experiences throughout California, with expansion efforts underway nationwide.

"Cheese shops are among the most important ambassadors for artisan cheese," said Vivien Straus, founder of the Cheese Trail. "These retailers introduce consumers to new flavors, educate them about cheesemaking traditions and connect them directly to the people and places behind the cheese. We're excited to partner with Real California Milk on this guide to help more people discover the incredible cheese culture that exists throughout California and to support the independent businesses that make it thrive."

The Discover! California Cheese Shops Guide highlights destinations throughout Northern, Central and Southern California, encouraging both residents and visitors to explore local communities through cheese. The guide complements the Cheese Trail's broader mission of connecting consumers with cheesemakers, farms and retailers while helping strengthen California's specialty cheese economy.
The service is designed for businesses with large-scale proxy needs and offers tailored packages based on different project requirements. It can customize proxy types, resource size, geographic coverage, and billing options to fit different business stages better. With this launch, IPcook expands its enterprise proxy solutions and provides more flexible resource options for different projects.

New Custom Service for Diverse Enterprise Proxy Needs

Today, proxy networks are widely used for web scraping, market research, ad verification, brand protection, and AI data collection. Different industries and projects often have different requirements. Factors such as target locations, IP volume, connection methods, and project timelines can all affect how proxy resources should be planned.

Standard proxy plans work well for most daily use cases. However, some enterprise projects require more flexible resource planning aligned with their business goals. For example, global projects may require wider geographic coverage, while long-running tasks may need stable connections and longer sessions. To meet these needs, IPcook introduced its custom service, giving businesses more flexibility when building their proxy solutions.

Tailored Packages with Flexible Configuration Options

With IPcook custom service, businesses can build a Tailored Package based on their project requirements. Different proxy products can be customized in different ways to match specific workloads better.

For residential proxies, businesses can customize the size of their data package based on expected traffic usage. Larger traffic packages are available at lower unit prices, with pricing as low as $0.3/GB for enterprise plans. Businesses can also choose different session settings, including sticky sessions lasting up to 24 hours for tasks that require stable, continuous connections.

For ISP proxies and datacenter proxies, businesses can customize the countries and regions where IPs are needed, the number of IPs, subscription duration, and resource allocation based on project requirements. These options make it easier to plan proxy resources for projects with different deployment schedules and business goals.

Enterprise Features for Team Collaboration and Large-Scale Projects

This custom service includes several features designed for enterprise operations. Businesses can start with 500 concurrent threads and scale to 100,000 concurrent connections as project requirements grow. This allows large-scale data collection and other high-volume workloads to run more efficiently.

IPcook service also supports up to 10 sub-accounts, making it easier for different teams or departments to manage proxy resources under the same organization. For long-term projects, the purchased traffic will not expire until it is used. This gives businesses greater flexibility when planning resource usage and helps reduce waste caused by fixed usage periods.

"Enterprise proxy projects are becoming larger and more complex," said Kevin, Chief Technology Officer at IPcook. "Businesses need proxy resources that match their technical requirements instead of fixed plans. Our Custom Service gives enterprise customers more flexibility across different proxy products. It helps them build solutions that better fit their infrastructure, workloads, and deployment plans."

About IPcook

IPcook ( https://www.ipcook.com/ ) specializes in providing residential, ISP, and datacenter proxies designed for seamless browsing, secure data scraping, and unrestricted access to geo-restricted content. Its huge IP network ensures high anonymity, reliability, and fast speeds-perfect for ad verification, market research, SEO monitoring, and e-commerce automation.
The total represents an increase of 67 programs from Q1 2026, reflecting continued expansion of resources designed to improve affordability and access to homeownership, and is a new survey high.

Homeownership programs like down payment assistance (DPA) provide meaningful financial support that strengthens borrower profiles. By reducing loan-to-value ratios and covering upfront costs such as down payments, closing costs and rate buydowns, these programs help convert qualified demand into successful homeownership outcomes.

One standout finding this quarter is the growing number of grant programs, which require no repayment. Grant programs rose 6% from Q1 to Q2, with 234 programs representing 9% of all program types.

The Q2 findings also reveal a broad span in the type of assistance available. Of the 2,746 programs identified, 80% support new construction and 93% support existing construction, meaning builders and their lending partners have a wide range of programs to offer buyers regardless of whether they are purchasing a newly built home or an existing one.

Additionally, with 62% of programs allowing income limits above $100,000, and 291 programs carrying no income restrictions at all, down payment programs are not "niche resources" for a narrow audience. They are mainstream financial tools that the housing industry has historically undersold and an opportunity for homebuilders, lenders and real estate professionals to differentiate themselves by presenting every qualified buyer with options.

"Quarter after quarter, the universe of available programs keeps expanding, and so does the flexibility they offer," said Rob Chrane, founder and CEO of Down Payment Resource. "The surge in grant programs is a good example. These aren't resources for a narrow slice of buyers. They're mainstream financial strategies that lenders and real estate professionals should be putting in front of every qualified borrower."

KEY HPI REPORT FINDINGS

An examination of the 2,746 homeownership programs on July 1, 2026, resulted in the following key findings:

* Count reaches new high: The total number of programs increased to 2,746, up from 2,679 in Q1 2026. Active and funded programs total 2,114 (77%), providing immediate opportunities for homebuyers across the country.

* Grants surge: Grant programs increased 6% during Q2 to 234 programs. Grants now represent 9% of all program types, offering significant value for buyers seeking assistance that does not add to their debt burden.

* More support for new and existing construction: 2,209 (80%) of programs support new construction, 2,544 (93%) support existing construction and 2,209 (80%) support both, giving homebuilders and lenders broad coverage regardless of what a buyer is purchasing.

* Multi-unit programs expand: Programs supporting multi-unit properties (2-4 units) increased to 962, up 3% from Q1. Multi-unit eligibility expands access for buyers seeking rental income potential alongside homeownership, which is a growing consideration in today's affordability environment.

* Support for manufactured housing grows: Programs supporting manufactured homes increased to 1,089, representing 40% of all programs, a gain of 3% from Q1. Manufactured housing continues to be one of the most accessible lower-cost homeownership pathways, and expanded program support broadens options for buyers in markets where site-built homes remain out of reach.

* Second mortgages remain dominant: Second-mortgage programs make up 56% of all program types, offering flexible structures such as deferred or forgivable loans that reduce upfront costs for buyers. Combined assistance programs account for 10% of programs and first-mortgage programs represent 9%.

* More programs with no income limits: 291 programs (11%) carry no income restrictions, 2% higher than the previous quarter. These programs give lenders greater flexibility to qualify a broader range of borrowers including higher-income households.

* Support for first-time and first-generation buyers expands: 1,696 programs (62%) are available to first-time homebuyers, a 2% increase from Q1. 35 programs support first-generation buyers, up 6% from Q1, continuing to expand access for those entering the market without family homeownership history.

* Local providers lead program availability: Municipalities account for the largest share of programs at 39% (1,068), followed by nonprofits at 22% (601) and state housing finance agencies at 18% (485). Local HFAs represent an additional 8% (207 programs). Tribal organizations grew to 56 programs, up 4% from the previous quarter, reflecting expanding community-based program delivery.

METHODOLOGY:

Published quarterly, DPR's HPI surveys the funding status, eligibility rules and benefits of U.S. homeownership programs administered by state and local housing finance agencies, municipalities, nonprofits and other housing organizations. DPR communicates with over 1,400 program providers throughout the year to track and update the country's wide range of homeownership programs, including down payment and closing cost programs, Mortgage Credit Certificates (MCCs) and affordable first mortgages, in the DOWN PAYMENT RESOURCE(r) database.

ABOUT DOWN PAYMENT RESOURCE:

Down Payment Resource (DPR) is the mortgage industry's affordability intelligence platform, operationalizing down payment assistance (DPA) at scale for lenders, MLSs and API users. Its embedded intelligence helps automate DPA eligibility, decisioning and delivery, connecting homebuyers with the assistance they need through a national database of over 2,700 programs. DPR's technology is used by seven of the top 25 mortgage lenders, two of the largest real estate listing websites and 600,000 real estate agents. The award honors the most impactful partnerships, integrations and acquisitions advancing the mortgage industry, recognizing the companies for an integration that embeds verification of income and employment (VOIE) directly into the loan origination process through ICE Mortgage Technology's Encompass Partner Connect® framework.

"Being named a Connections Award winner alongside Argyle validates the approach we've taken from day one: verification should happen where the loan is actually originated, not as a separate step borrowers and processors have to manage on the side," said Jerry Melia, president at The BIG Point of Sale. "This recognition reflects the work our team has put into making that experience feel seamless for lenders and borrowers alike."

"Argyle empowers consumers to securely share data directly from their payroll and other income-related accounts with authorized lenders," said John Hardesty, senior vice president of revenue at Argyle. "Lenders can embed income and employment verification directly into The BIG Point of Sale, accessing direct-source data earlier in the process and eliminating the manual back-and-forth that has historically slowed things down for borrowers and operations teams."

Income and employment verification has historically been one of the more manual, time-consuming and expensive parts of the mortgage process. Borrowers are typically required to locate and upload paystubs, W-2s and other documentation, while lenders spend additional time chasing missing information, following up and re-entering data across systems.

With Argyle, The BIG Point of Sale integration changes that by making verification a natural part of the borrower application experience. Loan officers can initiate VOIE requests from The BIG Point of Sale on any device during or after the application process. Borrowers can easily share their real-time income and employment data through consumer-directed payroll connections- no document uploads required. After completing the Argyle connection flow, required data including VOIE, paystubs and W-2s is returned in real time and automatically posted to the Encompass eFolder through native Encompass Partner Connect functionality and workflow automation rules.

The integration also supports GSE-eligible verification data and reference IDs within the same workflow. As an authorized supplier for Fannie Mae's Desktop Underwriter® validation service and an approved service provider for Freddie Mac's Loan Product Advisor® asset and income modeler (AIM), Argyle enables lenders to access direct-source data and GSE reference IDs without leaving the point-of-sale environment or reordering a VOIE through separate systems.

The business impact of the integration is already visible in the field. Since embedding Argyle into the borrower workflow within The BIG Point of Sale, Absolute Home Mortgage increased its automated verification success rate from 10% to 48%. The lender reduced reliance on processor intervention and manual borrower follow-up while improving file completeness entering underwriting-with nearly half of loans submitted for underwriting already including paystubs and W-2s synced through Fannie Mae's Day 1 Certainty® framework.

Key benefits lenders gain through the integration:

* Speed: Payroll-connected VOIE data arrives in Encompass in real time, reducing delays between application and underwriting.

* Cost reduction: Automated payroll-based VOIE can significantly reduce verification costs compared to legacy database-driven services.

* GSE support: Lenders can qualify for representations and warranties relief through the same workflow, helping reduce repurchase risk exposure.

* Better borrower experience: Borrowers complete verification from a mobile device in minutes rather than gathering and submitting paper documents.
