I don't think they meant for it to turn into a pack of bold faced LIARS. There is no candidate in this country that will live up to the claims they make on the political trails. We hears these idiots, claim these remarkable changes they want to complete, but have no intention to fulfill. Why do we as voters believe all those lies and place these idiots in control over our rights? If they lie, does it not stand to reason, there will be nothing done? This holds true for candidates from the Presidency all the way down to the local city councils. If this isn't enough to make you sick, they bombard us with all those television and radio ads, one after another filled with all those lies. If there is one truthful candidate, with actual proof of completion of a said task, this writer would like to meet them.

They should be directing their name calling, sign toting, temper raising, mis-informed minds at the group who failed them first. These people forget who placed them in the insane situation they have found. Under the Republicans and George Bush's control of guarding this country's financial stability, they turned a blind eye to all the rich investors making money at the sake of this country. Lack of proper controls and an inept management system of our financial dealings, they threw this country into the gutter. Tea Party people are looking for someone to blame and are mis-directing their anger toward the wrong people , and groups. The Democrats, namely Barack Obama and the Congressional Leadership have had to use extraordinary measures to pull this country back from the brink of destruction. Tea Party people are aligning themselves with the right in hopes of tearing down all the fine work accomplished to date. They are so busy tearing down the Democratic Party, and praising the Republican Party to know what is left or right. If they are looking to turn some states purple, they will surely do so , at the expense of the Republicans.

In the last few weeks, they have acted like spoiled rotten children, with no sensibility. The words between the two have been juvenile, to say the least. A war of words has erupted as to who has the power over Bingo Parlors, since regular gambling is not legal. We have several Indian held and managed casinos, and there are several proposals in our legislature, but nothing legal in the general state. Bingo Parlors are allowed as long as the proceeds go to a legitimate charity. The two children I have referenced to, can't understand, or care how the people of our state, or the reputation of our state are perceived, by our peers or country. The courts have attempted to provide judgement in the situation, but to no avail. The two refuse to relinquish or surrender to the others power. The situation was made more volatile with the governor's appointment of a loud mouth commander, of the task force to shut down the Bingo Parlors. Now, to add even more fuel to the fire, the governor's only available task force are the State Troopers. He is taking them away from their duties of protecting our hi-ways. You can see this has a lot of people irate over the expense, and over their rumblings. We all know there will always be differences, but do you have to act like children, who do not know better.

The Comments come out of her mouth like something, Jerry Lewis, as one of his characters, would have said in one of his movies years ago. Do sensible people honestly believe that this woman has the intelligence to be some sort of political figure, or by a leaser degree a novelist? The ramblings of this woman on, " Good Morning America", were unbelievable. The only thing Sarah Palin can write about with any knowledge is her life in Alaska, and not of the political situation in America. We all saw last year how the Republican Party took such a fall in standings, just after her being nominated. They could never recover from all the, mis-quotes, half truths, and the inability of her to hold an intelligent conversation. Stop working

Thats right, you read this correct. Stop working and start living. Living with daily joy, happiness and purpose is worth striving for. It is enjoyable and refills the water glass of life with more energy, more passion and more excitement!
Start by finding new work which feels like a better alignment of what you truly are interested in and either have or can learn the required abilities. Many people continue to simply work at things which they are good at but no longer have interest in.

2. Find some greater purpose

Identify and find something you feel strongly about or which bothers you about the world and do something about it. For example in America, it bothers me that we are spending billions of dollars in needless wars while our own cities fall apart. We are now a nation of have and have-nots when it comes to medical care. Our educational system is deeply flawed with too much focus on scores and grades and little focus on learning; not to mention too costly as well.
Pick something which really bothers you and build a life purpose around it. Your life will never be the same for the better

3. Stand up for your beliefs

Dont be afraid to finally live your life through your causes. Drive yourself finally through internal reward vs. external recognition. Replace old beliefs which are no longer useful with new ones which better serve you

4. Be resilient

Stay focused- strive for more happiness in your life. Make this a goal in itself. Be selfish and define for yourself what being happy really means to you. Despite the barriers and hurdles we must all cross on the journey to more meaning and fulfillment in our lives, keep this vision clear at all times

5. Stay organized and structured

Have a plan for your life. This includes your daily living and your long term goals. Without a plan for ones life with clear intent, when the crisis hits and it will, your personal roadmap and plan will get you through

6. Surround yourself with love

There is no need to be lonely in ones life. Surround yourself with people you love. If necessary, find new people to love and receive love from. Build up your relationships in your life which nurture and support your personal roadmap.

7. Learn to accept your mistakes

This is easier said then done! We are good at beating ourselves up when things go wrong and seldom take the time to reflect when things go well. How can you be more of our own best friend? Learn to accept you as you are. Ask yourself; what can I learn from this past experience? What new wisdom can I gain from my actions? Realize that everything you do or did was for a good reason at the time. Learn to love yourself more and others will too.

8. Dont let the mundane slow you down

Dont let the mundane aspects of life slow you down. Yes, laundry has to be washed, cars need gas, lunches need to be made, and bills need to be paid. Ensure however that each and every day you identify the most important actions you must take to move you towards what you want vs. what you do not want in your life.

9. Take care of your body and mind

Eat well, sleep well and exercise daily. Take time each day to reflect on your feelings and thoughts. Heard this before? Well, it works. When our bodies and minds are stressed, we lose sight of our goals and what is most important to us in our lives. Writing is a good way to reflect on how you doing. Start a daily journal- just before bed; answer the question; what did I learn today about myself and others?

10. Seek joy not pain

Re-align your life and your work around the sole purpose of acquiring more joy, meaning and happiness in your life. This is in abundance in the world. You just must redesign your life with the intent to create more of it for yourself.

Mid-life Crisis?

Refocus your attention now on what would be perfect for you in your life. Create a new vision and take small steps each and every day with the intent towards creating more joy in your life. It will make your crisis suddenly feel like a crusade. This is good.

Ill be cheering you on as you go- Craig Nathanson

Craig Nathanson is the author of P Is For Perfect: Your Perfect Vocational Day and a coaching expert who works with people over forty. Weather you want to go around the block, get your mail, go to the shopping mall or grocery store, a mobility scooter can be used in a multitude of situations.

Who needs a mobility scooter?

A mobility scooter can be used for a multitude of reasons. Individuals with multiple sclerosis, leg injuries, severe forms of arthritis, general fatigue, mild cerebral palsy, severe stroke, or seniors just plain tired of walking everywhere, has a use for scooters. If an individual has trouble walking everywhere whether because of an injury or fatigue they might want to explore getting a scooter to supplement some of your walking.

Factors when buying a scooter

Weight

When buying Mobility scooters how much you weigh is an important factor. Standard power chairs generally have an weight capacity of 250 lbs – 350 lbs. If you or a love one weighs over this amount, the mobility scooter might be generally uncomfortable or parts of the scooter will break at an accelerated rated due to the stress of the excess weight. If you are close to the weight limit, you should factor in heavy objects which you are going to be carrying on the mobility scooter when it is in operation.

Scooter dimensions.

The size of the scooter is going to be important based on your environment. If you use your scooter indoors where the hallways are narrow and the corners are tight, then a smaller scooter with a small turning radius will be your better choice. You can find those measurements in the specifications section when review the details of any scooter.

Scooter Type

Deciding on how you will use the scooter will tell you what type of mobility scooter that you need.

4 Wheel Scooter

If you feel that you will be using your wheel chair on tougher terrain such as rural areas, farms or grassy areas then a 4 wheel scooter will probably give you the best stability to ride comfortably in those areas.

3 wheel scooter

But if you want to be able to maneuver through tight spaces such as in your home, the mall, or generally places where there will be a lot of people, buying a 3 wheel scooter is your best option.

Transporting the Mobility Scooter

As with any heavy piece of equipment transporting it from point A to point B has to be factored in.

Transportation means

Will you have a car or a truck when transportation the scooter? If you have an large truck than transferring mobility scooters, especially the larger size models will be easier. More space means that the scooter can be easily loaded, transferred and unloaded with ease. But if you have an car and plan to carry your mobility scooter in the trunk of your car then a scooter that disassembles would be a better fit. Many scooters can be disassembled into three pieces, each piece generally weighing 15 – 34 pounds.

Strength

Weight again should be factored, but this time it is for carrying weight. A scooter can weigh between 110 pounds and 190 pounds. So if you plan to transfer a full mobility scooter knowing whether you have someone that can lift a mobility scooter is important. If you choose an model that disassembles than each piece weighing between 15 and 34 pounds will be more manageable.

Seating

How you use your mobility scooter affects your seating requirements. If you drive in your scooter as well as sit in it most of the day, then you might want to consider getting a comfortable seat, one that has many layers of foam padding. The adjustability of a seat can be a factor for some, if you are tall or just want easy maneuverability then making sure your mobility scooter has a seat which can be raised or lowered should be considered. If you have severe mobility issues than making sure your mobility chair swivels for easy exit or entry would be important you. But if you only use your mobility scooter occasionally and sit in it rarely then a standard scooter seat will be just fine.

Arm types

If you ride in your scooter a lot and are constantly getting in & out of it then having adjustable arms is big. Imagine having to move around your scooter’s arms every time you exit and enter it. That can be a real hassle; luckily most manufacturers make arms that can swivel up or sideways for easy access. Some manufacturers even have chairs that can be adjust wider to accommodated larger individuals.

Accessories

Every mobility scooters can be customized to fit a particular need of a buyer. Many of these items usually cost extra, just like upgrading to leather seats when you buy a new car.

Pouches and Baskets

A basket is usually a steel or plastic cart which attaches to the back or front of your scooter. A pouch is can be just a carrying bag, or some specially designed bag to hang on your mobility scooter.

Oxygen Tank, Crutch holder

If you have to carry a respiratory tank around or a crutch you can order an holder for both items. The holder attaches to the back of your mobility scooter carrying your respiratory tank or cane in a specially designed holder for each particular item.

Headlights

If your drive your scooter at night or have vision problems then buying headlights is another option. Headlight allow for the driver to see better at night when driving the scooter as wheel as signaling to bystanders the scooter’s location. We have to remember that these are large machines which can hurt people if a collusion occurs; especially when it is dark and vision is further impaired. If you drive your mobility scooter at night often then to be on the safe side get lights.

Left or right handed

If you are left handed than an left handed driving scooter would be preferable if you are right handed then you would chose a right handed driving scooter. Also if you had a stroke or some other aliment which has left you weak on one side of your body than buying a scooter which drives in accordance to the stronger side of your body would be a good fit

Colors

Most scooters come in a variety of colors, variations of reds, blues & greens are typical colors.

Remember before you buy a mobility scooter to always make sure that it will fit into you or a loved ones lifestyle by going over all the factors that goes into purchasing & owning a mobility scooter. The stamp collecting hobby crosses all boundaries and genres. There are a lot of hobbies that were created in a single nation, while philately is universal. Collection of postage stamps, not only provides the enjoyment for the philatelists, but also increases their awareness of many historical facts. It is a hobby for both old and young alike.

The stamp collecting hobby is for people who have a good dose of patience. Stamp collectors need to gather information on stamps from different sources. A major source is the letters they receive. One of best sources is having pen friends from all over the world. Stamp collectors continue and increase their friends list in order to obtain the largest number of stamps. There is no limit to the number of pen friends. Through the letters of pen friends, the stamp collectors not only receive the seal of the different countries, but also learn through the letter themselves about different cultures. It is quite possible that the stamps collected by this method have no significant value, but in the future, who knows, you could Jackpot. (Learn how rare stamps are found)

For those, who new to the stamp collecting hobby must have some good methods and tools. Before collecting different stamps, buy a stamp album. This does not necessarily have to be very fancy, but you want something solid. You can also make a simple stamp album yourself. The album alone is not enough to store stamps; buy large quantities of screens to assemble the album of stamps. Other tools are a pair of pliers, tweezers, magnifying glass etc.

The very first lesson is how to remove stamps from envelopes. We must be very careful while removing the stamps from envelopes. Stamps received on personal mail or purchased on paper can easily be soaked off the attached paper. The most convenient way to separate stamps from their envelopes or pieces of their original envelopes is to soak in water, twenty or thirty accumulated stamps all at once. Never peel dry stamps off their attached paper as this will probably result in damage to the stamp. Stack the material face up for easier sorting and check for any rarities on the stamps or cancellations that may prove more valuable if the stamp is left on the envelope. Also check for colored paper linings on envelopes and red or purple cancellations. These colors sometimes run and this material should be soaked separately under cool, running water. Place the stamps in a large pan of cool water. Allow the material to soak for about an hour so that the gum will dissolve completely. Sp read newspaper or white blotting paper in a place where the stamps can be left to dry. When the stamps have separated from their envelopes, or have soaked sufficiently to be easily separated from their envelopes, remove them from the soaking water and spread them face down on the waiting newspaper or white blotting paper. To keep the stamps from curling or wrinkling, another newspaper or piece of white blotting paper can be spread over the drying stamps, and a heavy flat object, such as a book with a plastic jacket to protect it can be placed on top. Allow several hours for the stamps to dry completely.

Stamps that are out of the envelopes are placed in the stamp album. I also saw some philately lovers store their stamps in envelopes. You want something that keeps your stamps secure while allowing the expansion of your collection over time.

There are other methods for the acquisition of stamps, like the position that issuing any new stamp issue from time to time. Due to the limited number, these stamps are still in high demand. You can always exchange double stamps in your collection with others. These stamp exchanges and trades are helpful to build best collection.

Mrs. Nagalakshmi Tadakauri is Article writer and Philatelist. And as a Philatelist I strongly suggest you to visit The Ten O’Clock Stamp Show, for stamps supply at best price. .

Share and Enjoy: These icons link to social bookmarking sites where readers can share and discover new web pages.

It was a two-hour workshop held within the body of a weekend-long conference and it was fascinating!

While it wasn’t a dance class, we did do some dancing and what the dancing revealed was educational. As might be expected, there were more women than men present. But everyone got to pair up for every dance exercise. No one was excluded and the men present didn’t have to work overtime to make up the difference for all us women.

I got a chance to step into his shoes --

For the majority of the class, I danced with other women. We started out slowly. After deciding who would be the man and who would be the woman, we faced each other and, without touching, the men led the women in simply walking around the room. Then we switched roles. Whoever had been the male energy was now the female energy and visa versa. Whether participants were actually a man or a woman, roles were switched!

Feedback during the initial exercises from the men sounded like this, “It was hard to give up leading in order to follow her. I had to remind myself to follow. Even so, I found myself wanting to protect her.” After women got the opportunity to be the male energy they said things like, “That was amazing! I felt responsible for her! When she didn’t keep up with me, I felt I had failed her.” We discovered that everyone in the male energy felt protective of their partner, regardless of their actual gender. Some people preferred leading and others preferred following.

It takes as much courage to follow as to lead!

It also became crystal clear that the Tango isn’t a chauvinistic dance at all! It takes as much courage, discipline, and leadership to be able to follow as it does to lead. In fact, it takes courage, discipline, and leadership to be willing to follow. Following was a choice, not a submissive act.

But then I had the most remarkable, if humiliating, experience! Every once in a while, we would be asked to switch partners. A woman and I wound up together. I smiled at her and she asked, “So, do you want to be the man, or what?” I said, “Sure.” The directions changed and the dance got a little more complicated. Now the man was responsible for walking the woman around the room in time to the music while touching her hands. However, there was this basic rule that when you (as the male) “lost” your partner – when the rhythm wasn’t quiet there or you were stepping on her – to just move side to side until you, as a couple, got your rhythm back, and then move on with the demands of the exercise.

Well, I kept losing her! I would step forward, she would step forward instead of back, and we would bump into each other. So, I would step back and she would take such a halting step forward that I felt certain I wasn’t doing a good job of communicating with her. So, I’d start moving side-to-side to help us get in sync, all the while avoiding bumping into other couples.

At one point, she said something to direct my efforts, taking the lead in this dance partnership. I teased her back (gently, I thought), smiled and asked, “Who’s leading?” She answered with what I felt was disdain, “Yeah, but you’re just doing the same thing over and over again. We’re supposed to be walking.”

She essentially told me, “You’re not doing it right.”

I could not believe how humiliated I felt. I started to defend myself and explain why I kept going back to having us move together side-to-side but opted not to. I was chagrined. I couldn’t wait for the dance to be over (even though once it was over, we’d switch energies with her being the male and me the female)! I wanted to point out to her that from the beginning she seemed intent on leading me instead of following. But I was stymied by how badly I felt.

As a woman, I was shocked to have this experience because I certainly have told my share of men, even the one I love most, “You’re not doing it right.” Usually, I deliver that message by trying to take over whatever it is they are not doing right! I was doubly chagrined to be in the man’s shoes, experiencing what that behavior does to the masculine energy!

Well, my dance partner and I switched roles and I became the female. You can bet, I made certain I followed her and did not lead or in any way try to direct her. When we were done with that dance she smiled the first genuinely warm smile she’d directed my way and sincerely thanked me for the dance!

I thought, “Yes! It’s nice to actually be followed, isn’t it?!”

From other feedback given and received during the workshop, it was evident that both this particular dance partner and I believed we were especially feminine women. However, I knew better! When lead came to follow, following did not come easily or naturally!

A healing place for a woman to be is relaxed, open, and receptive. It doesn’t have to be a 24/7 kind of existence. The more a woman can add times of relaxation, openness, and receptivity, the better for her. The point is this: for most of us, living, loving, and being in the feminine energy is a choice we have to have the self-discipline to make. Knowing that, we can make our set-aside time in the feminine as yummy-delicious as possible!

A healing place for a man is to be in the flow of purposeful, meaningful activity. For men who find themselves stuck trying to please the women in their lives, getting in the flow of purposeful, meaningful activity has to be intentional, active, even scheduled. The pay offs are worth the attention and energy it takes to make it happen.

An awesome place to be in is to be able to say (if you are a woman), “I get to be in the feminine today. Where and how am I going to allow that to happen?” And, if you’re a man, to be able to say, “I get to be intentional about expressing my masculinity today. When and how am I going to make that happen?”

Have fun making it happen!

About the Author Sarah Elizabeth Malinak, and her husband, Joseph, are the authors of "Getting Back to Love." Every time I am asked this question, I give a different answer because weight loss is so complex and multi-faceted. Well, today, I decided to flesh out the most important strategies. These keys provide a great foundation and an excellent start.

The Top 7 Weight-Loss Keys

Diet
Exercise
Water
Sleep
Stress
Laughter
Patience
Key #1 - Diet

Calories

Estimate your daily caloric intake by:

Taking your height in inches
Subtracting 60
Multiplying by 50
Adding 1300
Never eat fewer than 1200 calories a day. This prevents your metabolism from slowing down.
Spread your daily calories over 4 - 6 meals. This will boost your metabolism.
Never go more than 12 hours without eating, this includes time spent sleeping. This prevents your metabolism from slowing down.
Carbohydrates - Follow these strategies to stabilize your blood sugar.Avoid white carbs. These include white bread, white rice, white potatoes, white flour, white sugar, and white pasta. Avoid other bad carbs such as high fructose corn syrup, other syrups, and other sugars. Eat your beans, other legumes, fruits, and whole-grains before noon. Eat your vegetables after noon

Proteins - Eating protein boosts your metabolism and is essential for building muscle.

Estimate your daily protein intake in grams by:

Taking your estimated daily caloric intake
Dividing by 20
Fats - You need fats, but all fats were not created equal.Avoid saturated fats and trans fats

Key #2 - Exercise

Strength train for 30 - 45 minutes, 2-3 times a week. Focus on exercises for your glutes (butt), quads (front thigh), hamstrings (rear thigh), lats (back), pecs (chest), and delts (shoulders). These are your largest muscles in size and your biggest calorie burners.
Do an aerobic exercise, which involves the legs, for 30 minutes, 2-3 times a week.
Get a pedometer and walk 10,000 steps a day
Key #3 - Water

Drink enough water to make your urine clear or close to clear. This helps to maintain your health and prevent your metabolism from slowing down.

Key #4 - Sleep

Sleep at least 7 hours every night. This helps to maintain your proper hormonal balance, stabilize your blood sugar, and decrease hunger.

Key #5 - Stress

Don't sweat the small stuff and eliminate as much stress as you can. PVC planters are an emerging concept that mimicks the look of wood without the hassles of wood and vinyl. They're also rot and maintenance free and can be painted.

Planters have always been popular and should continue to be as long as businesses need curb appeal. PVC Planters are beginning to emerge as a replacement to wood and an upgrade over vinyl as a no rot solution to planters. Wood planters which have been used by businesses in the past have always been gorgeous and captured an authentic look. The problem is that these beautiful accents will tend to rot within a few years and start to lose a lot of their charm. Vinyl planters emerged as the first solution to this problem and have recently been replaced by PVC, which offers the look of wood and paintability.

The advantages of planters are obvious. They add curb appeal to almost any home or business. Each material choice for planters offer a different asset and look that is unique. Wood planters have always been a popular choice, especially cedar, cypruss, and teak. Wood planters will usually last 3-5 years before they begin to show signs of rot. The vinyl planters are able to beat out mother nature in that respect, but have suffered from not being able to be painted and having a shiny finish to them. To solve that puzzle, PVC planters are now available which are paintable and have a matted finish to them. They can be built very custom for less since they are not moulded and they are completely resistant to moisture and rotting. Another advantage to PVC planters is that matching window boxes can be custom built. Matching window boxes and planters is usually only achieved with the type of product that can be mounted to a building. This usually means wood, vinyl, metal, or PVC because of the weight limitations. PVC window boxes are the gold standard in the window box industry and matching planters have become increasingly more in demand.

Many businesses nowadays are in need of custom planters that can be long and narrow or wide and tall to fit a specific need. At times, the need is for a corner planter or a long freestanding planter between columns. If you are going to spend money to have custom planters built for your business, consider what your expectations and needs will be down the road 5-10 years. Do you need something custom? Is there a type of look you're trying to achieve? Does it need to match the home or building? Is cost an issue? If you can answer those questions, you'll have no problems picking the right material and then finding a planter that meets your specific needs.

Source: Free Articles from ArticlesFactory.com

ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Matt Buquoi owns Flower Window Boxes and routinely gives advice to businesses on how to add curb appeal. After all, there are few plants that can thrive without water. However, it seems especially discouraging during times of drought, as one would expect that at sometime the climate should not be so dry. There is no reason to despair, however. While there are certainly risks associated with landscaping in the dry climate produced by drought, it by no means indicates that your plants and your yard will suffer by doing so. By taking a few simple things into account, you can landscape for a dry climate, and when the drought is over enjoy the fruits of your labor so much more.

There are actually good reasons to plant in a dry climate during times of drought, and to plant in semi-arid regions where water restrictions may be a regular part of life. The reasons are thus: plants provide shade and can increase a homes energy efficiency; they provide emotional and mental relief, as they are naturally pleasing; it is important to have diverse species in landscapes; and replacement trees can decrease plant life loss due to injury, age, or disease. Additionally, trees and shrubs contribute greatly to soil stability, preventing erosion.

Here are some important things to keep in mind if landscaping during times when the climate is drier:

Space available for landscaping. This is a very important consideration for any landscape design and especially for those designs during times of drought. There should be adequate rooting area as well as plenty of airspace. Large-growing trees should be planted well away from gardens, driveways, other trees, buildings, or too near a property line. This is important because most of a tree's biomass is actually located under ground. You need to make sure there is enough space on your property to ensure that your plants will be able to grow properly.

Moisture concerns. Of course, in a dry climate or during times of drought, moisture needs are of great concern. There are trees that require a great deal of moisture (sometimes 30" of rain), and so you should be wary to plant these in semi-arid regions or during droughts. Find trees that do not require much water to thrive, or plant trees and shrubs that may need a little more water on lower portions of your property, where they may enjoy the benefits of storm run-off.

Selection. Plant a selection of trees and shrubs that will not grow so large. There are plenty of deciduous and evergreen trees that do not grow to be very big. Buy deciduous trees with 2 inches or less caliper, and make sure that your evergreens will reach no more than 6 feet in height. This will ensure that you have a good selection of plants that do not have strenuous water requirements.

Placement on property. It has already been noted that it might be better for some trees to be located on lower ground. There are other placement requirements to take into account when planning landscaping for dry or drought-affected climates. Make sure that you know the light requirements of the plants you buy. The south and west directions are usually drier and receive more sunlight than the north and east portions of a house. Consequently, if your plants need little more moisture, it is best to have them on the east and north sides of the landscape. The southern and western areas of your property can be landscaped with plants requiring less moisture and which might need more sunlight. Choosing a variety of plants that require a variety of conditions can help bring diversity to your landscape.

Landscaping adds great beauty to our home environs. It is very rewarding to have a beautiful prospect that can be seen on approaching one's house (or looking out the window, for that matter). By using a little common sense, and by thinking carefully about what plants, trees, and shrubs would most likely suit your property, it is possible to lay out a plan for landscaping that will allow you to make use even of a dry climate or one that is drought-induced. And, when you choose wisely which plants to use in your landscape designs, you end up saving money, time, and frustration.

James Wood
www.calicon.biz

James Wood is a writer for http://www.calicon.biz
Visit Our Site at Lawn Mower

How To Define Work

Over 40? Is your work full of purpose?
By Craig Nathanson | Published 07/23/2006 | Self Improvement |

Over 40? Is your work full of purpose?
Over 40? Is your work full of purpose?
By Craig Nathanson
The Vocational Coach

How do you define your work?

Do you look to your work to define meaning and joy or just to collect a paycheck? Each carries a different result. Those who seek meaning and joy in their work tend to choose carefully what they do; they know what they do helps determine who they are. For others who work just for the money, there is little expectation of meaning or joyjust as long as the paycheck rolls in.

Career vs. vocational passion

In my work, I am often asked, What is the difference between Career and Vocational Passion?
Jobs are just an exchange of services for money.
Careers are the same but with a better title.

Sadly, for many people, jobs=careers=retirement=death.

Can you avoid death?

Probably not, but you can get more enjoyment and happiness out of each and every day before you get there.
Vocational passion means having a lifes work that you can do for your whole lifetime without the need to ever retire.

Retirement is only for people who dont like what they do!

Want a quick path to death? Retire and wait.
Sure, theres much to do including travel, relaxing and visiting friends, but this doesnt last long. For most of us, our later years will also bring tension and anxiety about how to spend our days and in many cases, how to make a contribution.

Get going before your crisis hits!

Claire Hegarty of Ireland wanted in mid-life to pursue her love of animals and start a pet sitting business. But it wasnt until she read about someone who became ill suddenly at the age of 41 and dropped dead in the middle of a stressful presentation did she decide to take action.

Jennifer Clare of Australia was middle aged and overweight. She had little energy and little hope. One day, she decided to help herself and others by turning her challenges into a business that helps other people lose weight quickly through new creative strategies.

Are you on a path to just retire, too?

The French word for retire means to retreat, take out of circulation, move away from, withdraw from and rest. Is this what you want for the second half of your life?

Heres the best way to retire and then die.

Worry about what others will think if you start to do what you love
Look for approval from others
Be afraid of change
Wait for a crisis to occur
What happens in mid-life?

We re-evaluate everything from our relationships, our work, our health, our finances and our emotional state. We need to recognize that this is healthy and important to do.

How to gain purpose in your life now!

Realize that what you do determines who you are.
Is your work a reflection of who you are and/or want to be?
Mid-life is a great time to:

Align your abilities and your interests
Reflect deeply about what you are passionate about
Ensure your work is maximally expressive of your passions
Ensure your work meets your personal needs
Ensure that the work you do feels just right for you
Is your purpose worth it to you?

Only you can be the judge.

Mid-life adults with purpose can experience:

A greater sense of integrity and authenticity
An experience of being more alive
An increased feeling of contribution
Stronger health and psychological well-being
A life thats more congruent
An acceptance of your own mortality and as a result, less fear of death and a greater sense of your life plans and their meaning
An increased sense of self-esteem and happiness
Choose a purpose

This is what Claire and Jennifer did and so can you.
The more important question is

When will you start?

Craig Nathanson is the author of P Is For Perfect: Your Perfect Vocational Day and a coaching expert who works with people over forty. Known to lead a reclusive lifestyle due to their religious restrictions, the Amish are an ascetic, reclusive group of people who try and keep their distance from the trappings of modern life. Not that modern technology would make their life less comfortable, but mainly it is seen as a affront to well established traditions and a simple and rugged life.

Take the use of the telephone. The small little instrument is a symbol of the progress man has made in the field of communications over the past centuries. Very few Amish, however, would be found to be in possession of this very basic little piece of technology. The shunning could well be a result of the belief that widespread use of the telephone will lead to outside influences creeping in, and hence spoil the purity of their culture. The society, however, does not prohibit the use of modern technology where it becomes essential- for instance, it may not be improper to use the telephone to call the doctor in case the need so arises. But using it for extensive chatting is definitely out. Small profit centers have thus cropped up on the fringes of the Amish settlements offering services such as the telephone for a cost. Some communities have allowed use of the telephone for emergencies and have set up community booths – anything as long as it does not go inside the homes to upset the scheme of traditional things.

Another reason for the shunning of technology is the perceived differences it is likely to bring within the society. While current following of traditional beliefs results in a nearly equal society, the adoption of modern technology and its derivatives is bound to create different income levels, which would further lead to competition and the will to outdo the other. Both aspects are against the very essence of the movement, which has an equal society as its foundation.

Where technology does not preclude contact with the outside world, it may sometimes be used. In a curious adaptation to the need of the day, some electric machines may be used, provided, firstly, they do not depend on outside electricity, and secondly, have a human element attached to it. An electric grass mover may be used, for instance, but only if it is to be pulled along by a human. Similarly, a wood carving machine may be used to make the basic structure of Amish furniture, but the final finish would still have to be done by the carpenter’s hand.

The simplicity would have to be retained, and you are unlikely to find too flashy a design in Amish handcrafted furniture. Tradition is of essence here, and it may take days to make a single piece, yet technology will only be used where it does not interfere with the cultural requirements. Even then, you can be reasonably sure that whatever the quantum of electricity used, the timber for the Amish made furniture has probably been cut on a diesel run generator rather than the regular supply!

Another area where technology is allowed to an extent is medical emergencies. The horse cart being impractical in such cases, use of a motor taxi may be made to move the patient. Some mechanical transport has started being used for commuting to and from work, but such use is more of an exception than the norm.

The Amish thus continue to be an island of calm in a stormy sea. Talk to an Amish gentleman or a lady, and you will find a person unhindered by the shackles of modern trappings, happy in the simplicity of his or her life.

The author is an expert in home improvement techniques. The patient must be able to trust his or her physician's expertise and knowledge. There are many points of view from which to understand this kind of relationship.

From the somewhat idealized perspective of the physician, which is taught in the majority of medical schools, he or she sees the core aspects of their profession as the physician learning the patient's symptoms, the patient's basic concerns and whatever values the patient may have. The physician then examines the patient, interprets the symptoms stated to him or her, and then gives a diagnosis to explain the symptoms and their cause, or causes, to the patient; and then he or she decides upon a course of treatment.

The job of a physician is basically to know the structure of the human body and how the body appears when it is normal and healthy and when it is not. Once the physician knows what is normal and can measure the patient's symptoms against the basic norms, then he or she can determine how far from the normal operation of a healthy state of being the patient has become. This is called the diagnosis.

The four basic cornerstones of diagnostic medicine are pathology, physiology, psychology, and anatomy. Any physician should always consider a patient in their idea healthy state of being rather and not just as a living breathing medical condition. This means the the patient should be thought of in the context of who they are and what is going on in their lives and it should be assessed as it offers important clues to the patient's condition and could suggest an appropriate path of treatment.

The patient generally presents a set of symptoms to the physician, who then looks for other information about the patient's symptoms, as well as inquires into the patient's previous state of health, home life, etc. The physician then makes a inquiry into other issues. These are generally questions about weight loss, respiratory difficulties, etc. Then comes the actual physical examination and, most usually, lab tests; such as drawing blood, urine samples, etc. The findings are recorded, investigated, and are used to help formulate a diagnosis.

The quality of the relationship is of extreme importance to both doctor and patient. The better the relationship is in terms of mutual respect, knowledge, trust, etc., then the better the relationship will be. The quality, and honesty, of information about the patient's disease should be discussed openly in both directions, thus enhancing the accuracy of the diagnosis and improving the patient's insight about the disease. When such a relationship has been poorly developed the physician's ability to make a good and accurate diagnosis is compromised and the patient is more likely to refuse the diagnosis and treatment. In these circumstances getting a second opinion from another doctor may be a suitable alternative or the patient may decide to see another doctor.

In some settings, such as a hospital, the patient-physician relationship is a bit more complex. Many people are involved when a loved one is ill seriously injured. You may have relatives, neighbors, rescue workers, nurses, lots of technical personnel, and a host of other medical professionals. In this situation one has no choice but to put their trust in the hands of the medical staff there to help them.

Article Source: http://www.articlecache.com -- Article Directory | Web Site Promotion

Buy pain medications FedEx next day and free prescription

Online FedEx next day and free prescription

What in effect happens is that nerve cells in the brain die manifesting itself with symptoms of memory loss. Nerve cells are crucial to the process of recall. Although the disease develops slowly it will eventually lead to death. Alzheimer's disease is the 9th most common cause of death for those who are 65 years old or more. It is worth noting that the average time from diagnosis till death is approximately 8 years, although some suffers have lived for 20 years, before the disease leads to death.

Alzheimer's disease is very common among the elderly, particularly those who are over 65 years old. 36% of those who are 85 years old or more suffer from Alzheimer's disease. This is a substantial increase from those in their late 60's of whom around 4% suffer from the disease.

Alzheimer's develops slowly and the first signs of the disease are often seen as simple forgetfulness. Eventually the disease becomes noticeable through the sufferer not being able to make decisions, think clearly and begin to struggle with daily tasks we all take for granted. The most effective way to understand an manage or diagnose someone with Alzheimer's is by looking that the disease as a series of stages. Each stage has a number of symptoms that may be presenting in a patient in that stage of the disease. Not all sufferers present with the exact same symptoms and it is not uncommon for symptoms to overlap from one stage to the next. During the early stage can be quite difficult to diagnose the disease as it is not uncommon for sufferers to present symptoms one day and then appear to be healthy the next. Let us now look at the symptoms that are associated with each stage of the disease: early, middle and late.

During the early stage of the disease, the person may be prone to forgetfulness and find it difficult to make decisions. They may have trouble accounting for recent events or interactions with others and may also become muddled as to what day or month it is. This can make shopping difficult and they will struggle to manage their money and paying bills may become something they may not be able to cope with effectively. They are also prone to losing things such as their house keys, or where they parked the car in the car-park.

In the middle stage of the disease, life becomes increasingly more difficult as unhelpful behaviours become apparent, some of which include, inappropriate sexual and violent behaviour. Some of the psychological symptoms that develop are anger, eating problems and hallucinations. They can become suspicious and paranoid. They develop a fear of bathing also and can often be heard repeating speech. As their condition worsens and they become more forgetful, they will begin to require help dressing themselves. Other daily tasks such as bathing, brushing teeth, and taking medication may be activities that they will require help with at this stage of the disease. They need constant care every day. They lose the ability to communicate and understand and may not recognize their own family. Along with this goes the ability to read and write, including the loss of coordination.

The late stage of the disease the symptoms that develop mean that they will require more help from carers as they lose the ability to communicate. They are unable to walk and smile and lose the ability to perform personal hygiene routines, and they may develop incontinence. The loss of control of their physical abilities also leads to them needing help swallowing. They are also at risk of seizures, and often lose a large amount of weight. These symptoms are a guide to those seeking a general overview of Alzheimer's Disease, and should not be treated as a diagnosis. Always consult your doctor or medical physician for a more thorough examination and diagnosis.

Article Source: http://www.articlecache.com -- Article Directory | Free Content

Janie Jonah http://www.perfectdrugrx.com (c) 2006, PerfectDrugRx. Just imagine for a second about being able to run your vehicle on water for fuel purposes.

This would be an enormous savings - your wallet left full of cash at the gas pumps, each time you go to gas up your vehicle. Ultimately, you will save thousands of dollars yearly on gas!

In order for you to use water as a fuel source for ignition inside your vehicle, you first will need to turn the water successfully into isolated properties.

If you're a mechanic, this should be a cinch for you to pull off once you acquire the items that are required along with the instructions. However, if you aren't a mechanic, you may wish to find one who is knowledgeable and able to hook up such a conversion device on your vehicle.

The battery of your vehicle is effective in electrolyzing the water you use and transforming it into two separate types of gas. These gases are hydrogen and oxyhydrogen.

It is basically rearranging the exact same three atoms found in H2O or water. This water is then converted into a gas, which is called HHO.

You will need to learn how to build your own electrolyzed fuel cell to acquire fuel from a water reserve. It is quite simple once you acquire all the needed items to transform your own water burning vehicle.

These things are common ones you might already possess laying around the house or garage, or purchasable at your local hardware store. A miniscule amount of water is retained in a miniature holding tank and then pumped into the vehicle's carburetor to a separate fuel cell, which then supplies your vehicle with enough fuel to run.

Once installed and in use, you have built your own water hybrid vehicle. This method is also very handy in other types of transportation, such as; RV's, trucks, planes and motorcycles.

However, when initially starting to transform a vehicle to perform on water, you may have to experiment on a another vehicle if you have one, rather than practice on your daily driver.

That way, you'll be on the safe side until you completely get the gist of it and know specifically how to convert your vehicle correctly. You should also be sure to leave everything untouched and installed by the car's original condition so as not to disqualify your vehicle's warranty.

This is another excellent reason to get a second vehicle or a project car - to tinker and practice on. Later on you can discover more about the set up and practical use of this economical fuel source.

Imagine being able to save tons of money by operating your vehicle on water. You will also be protecting our world by utilizing a water powered hybrid vehicle.

Using water as a fuel supply lets your vehicle burn so much cleaner. It will not emit as much toxic fumes as an everyday gasoline powered vehicle does.

Converted cars are totally safe and friendly for our environment. Driving your vehicle on water is not just really exciting, you can impress everybody and enjoy a full wallet in one shot. You'll soon discover how this incredible and viable alternative fuel can benefit you.

Article Source: http://www.articlecache.com -- Article Directory | Free Content

Alan Largo is the creator and administrator of Run Car On Water and strives to assist others identify with their adverse gasoline situation through informative reviews. Beyond this formula, there are a great many flower essences available to address a variety of emotional and psychological states. Here we'll have a look at flower essences particularly supportive of common 'women's issues' which may help you in your efforts to become a healthier, more vibrant female!

What are flower essences? Think of the beauty and delicacy of a flower, the purity and radiance of a single violet in springtime. Imagine if we could capture the essence, the pure vibrational quality of that flower, and take that exquisite frequency within our being to heal the weariness in our soul or the sorrow in our heart. This is the art and science of creating flower essences. As with homeopathic remedies, flower essences work by their unique vibrational signatures, not by the actual substance that is ingested. Homeopathic remedies tend to work closer to the physical body, whereas flower essences have their greatest effect on the mind, emotions, and spirit. They act at a subtle level to restore harmony and infuse positive energy into the subtle energy matrix which forms the foundation of our physical life.

Essences are traditionally made by placing flowers in a bowl of water in the sunlight for 4 to 5 hours. The effect of the sunlight is to transfer the energetic imprint, or vibrational frequency, of the flowers into the water. Each flower has its own very specific frequency, and water is a medium which can hold that kind of energetic imprint. Once the water has been fully imprinted, it is then decanted into bottles and preserved, usually with brandy. Here are a few essences which may help the divine feminine in reaching it's potential within you...

- Alpine Lily can support the acceptance of one's femininity grounded in a deepened experience of the female body, helping overcome an overly abstract sense of femininity where one feels disembodied, with alienation from or rejection of female organs as "lower".

Alpine Lily flower essence helps the feminine soul experience a more vibrant relationship to the female body. While this remedy can sometimes be indicated for men who are addressing inner feminine aspects of themselves, it is primarily beneficial for women who harbor a psychological split in their relationship to the feminine principle.

These women tend to favor that which is more cosmic and virginal, and find it difficult to identify with the earthly aspect of the feminine. They have many spiritual attributes and actively use higher feminine forces, but do not integrate this consciousness with the physical body. Negative impressions of the female body are often unconsciously absorbed from the mother or from the larger culture. Because the soul does not fully identify with or inhabit the female body, physical stress and disharmony can result in the reproductive organs, in the sexual function, or in the biological experience of pregnancy and nursing.

Alpine Lily flower essence stimulates the integration of the feminine and female selves, promoting circulation between the higher and lower energy centers. The soul learns that its full energy and potential depends of the utilization of the bodily female as well as the spiritual feminine from this flower essence.

- Pomegranate Flower Essence: This fruit tree is native to Western Asia. The flowers are red, leathery and bisexual. Parts of the plant have been used to treat fevers, lymph challenges, leucorrhea, and throat problems. As a flower essence, it promotes warm-hearted feminine creativity, actively productive and nurturing at home or in the world. It can be used universally applied for nearly all emotional problems. Pomegranate is considered a 'love potion' for women, and if they are having challenges in accepting their femininity, Pomegranate helps them to overcome such insecurities. This essence creates a sense of nurturing or at the very least a recognition of a need for nurturing within the individuals. Further, It can open and stimulates the sexual chakra, with the nadis of this chakra being invigorated. This flower essence naturally accentuates all aspects of a woman's femininity. Meditation and creative visualization can (and should) be readily be used with this essence.

- Hibiscus Flower Essence: This essence promotes warmth and responsiveness in female sexuality; integration of soul warmth and bodily passion. It may help one overcome an inability to connect with one's female sexuality; lack of warmth and vitality, often due to prior exploitation or abuse.

One of the most tragic assaults to the soul dignity of women is the exploitation and commercialization of female sexuality. This deeply wounds the souls of many women so that they no longer feel a warm connection to their sexuality. Often the sexuality is divorced from deeper feelings of love and warmth which come from the heart. In many cases sexual expression becomes cold and unresponsive, because the Soul can no longer contact this part of the Self and infuse it with love and caring. Hibiscus flower essence helps women to reclaim their sexuality, and to restore these soul forces with vitality and authenticity.

The Hibiscus essence may aid many women who have been sexually traumatized, and it is also generally beneficial for all modern women who have unconsciously absorbed media images and other stereotypes of dehumanized sexuality. This remedy is sometimes also indicated for men who need to develop a stronger relationship to feminine warmth and positive sexuality. Hibiscus creates flowing warmth throughout the body and soul, especially healing the sexuality.

- Beech Flower Essence: Beech can support tolerance, acceptance of others' differences and imperfections, seeing the good within each person and situation. It may allow release of criticalness, judgmental attitudes, intolerance, perfectionist expectations of others, and oversensitivity to one's social and physical environment.

The Beech flower essence helps transform the tendency to be critical due to an inner sense of inferiority and hypersensitivity which is projected onto others. Very often such persons grew up in an environment of criticism and harsh expectation, and so they inwardly feel very vulnerable and insecure. However, they learn to cope by condemning others instead of healing themselves.

Another characteristic of the Beech flower essence type is hypersensitivity to personal environments, both physical and social. Their permeability to the influences around them leads to intolerance of imperfection in others. Beech softens the soul pain such persons feel; as they re-establish connection with their Higher Self, they sense the love an unconditional acceptance that radiates from the spiritual world. Through this warmth of soul, they are able to let go of their harsh and blaming ways, to accept others in the same way that they are accepted by the spiritual world.

- Sunflower Flower Essence: This essence can bring a balanced sense of individuality and a sun-radiant personality. Sunflower balances the Yin and Yang energies and attunes people to higher wisdom. Those who demonstrate anger or 'hostility' towards their father or other males in their life will benefit from Sunflower. It can support growth away from low self-esteem or arrogance, particularly related to a poor relation to one's father or distorted masculine aspect of the self.

The signature of the Sunflower is mostly astrological since the Sunflower looks like the sun and astrologically the sun is associated with the father, the male ego, and spiritual knowledge. Sunflower essence allows the healthy self shines forth from the soul, not unlike the sun which radiates in the sky. This benign and wondrous soul quality of radiance at once inspires with its light, and heals with its warmth. All human souls have within them this capacity to shine like the sun, but many are afflicted in their ability to emanate this solar power in a balanced way.

Some people mask their true sun-nature with feelings of self-effacement and low self-esteem. This condition darkens the true luster of the Higher Self; in these instances the Sunflower flower essence brings to the soul the quality of light. Others want their brilliance to shine too strongly, glaring others with pompous self-glory and ego-aggrandizement. For these people, Sunflower flower essence brings out the quality of warmth, or loving compassion. Sunflower flower essence also heals disturbances or distortions in the soul's relationship to the masculine, often associated with a conflicted or deficient relationship with the father in childhood.

These are just a few of the many wonderful flower essences available today, though they may be among the most healing for many women. If one or more seems suitable, try working with them for the period of one month (a lunar cycle). This seems to be an appropriate time to bring about change through essence usage for many needs. It is best to take a few drops of each essence several times a day, or add a dropperful to a bottle of water in the morning and sipping throughout the day - essences are better used in frequent, small doses. Hopefully these, or other flower essences can support you in your quest to become a more vibrant, strong and healthy woman!

Articles Source - Free Articles

About the Author
Misty Rae Cech, ND is a degreed naturopath with a professional practice in Boulder, Colorado. People with piles or pelvic space occupying swelling which may press against the intestine or rectum.

How to avoid Constipation?

Avoidance of constipation include:

1. Increase in daily fibre intake to at least 15gm (eg. 1 bowl of bran cereal for breakfast), fruits and vegetables).

Fibre increases the bulk of the stool allowing easy passage of stools through the large intestine.

2. Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day (2 litres). Water reduces the hardness of stools.

3. Regular exercises at least 2-3 times a day especially after meals. Exercise will enhance intestinal movement.

4. Allow a distraction free period of 15 min a day for bowel movement. The strongest intestinal movement occurs after breakfast.

5. Do not ignore or suppress the urge to pass bowel movement. This may impair the sensation to detect initiation of bowel movement leading to constipation.

How to treat Constipation?

1. Follow the advice above.

2. Consult your family doctor to exclude any abdominal swelling which may be blocking the passage of stools.

A colonoscopy may be needed to check the large intestines for tumours or early cancer. Your piles may be removed during the colonoscopy if found to be obstructing passage of stools.

3. Try Yogurt or fermented milk with lactobacillus as a method to stimulate more production of bulk in stools.

4. Try not to take laxatives unless it is deemed necessary by your doctor. Most doctors preferred not to use medicine in combating constipation.

5. Learn to relax the anal sphincter by doing some pelvic exercises

Many of its old rigid structures and informational grids are in the process of crumbling down and are moving within very fluid and bendable systems. Its central core is being carefully transmuted and cleansed. This is of course not yet necessarily apparent to most, but it is a reality that all of you will experience in an accelerated fashion during your lifetime and the future of this and many more Creations.

The old constructs are still being witnessed but have been greatly weakened at their core of any durable strength.

The old Matrix has become but a shadow of Its former self, with its energy leaking and highly depleted. A new transmuted world is in the making for the ones that will resonate to its vibrations and purpose.

We are entering a phase of Universally Remote Influencing Life (reality) by thought alone in up-to-now unimaginable ways.

Free-will has finally been granted to all the children of the IS for good or for bad. The choice is ours. We are out of bondage, but have yet to adjust and fully comprehend. The restrictive cause-and-effect temporal and distal laws of the old Matrix are being removed. We can influence reality outside of the rigid construct of time and space as far as we can possibly imagine. You are all free, by a decision of the One, but with this freedom comes great responsibilities both on an individual and a group level.

And I need to explain:

Our external reality is by now a highly faithful mirror of our thoughts/being. This is why our world and our leaders are but accurate reflections of whom we have become as a group consciousness.

We need to rejoin the feeling and notion of all being brothers and sisters again: All Children of the One - all precious and Holy Divine Beings. We need to search and unite around the points of commonality which we all carry, and to not ever focus again on what differentiates us. We need to only listen to messages and voices that glorify the unity of all, mankind, nature and Source alike, and should shun voices and messages that emphasize differentiation, separation, and elitism of any sort. We need to become One family again: The Human Family united within and without in the spirit of the Oneness of the One. We need to open our Heart to Infinite Un-conditional Love: The Glue of the Universal Creator.

In the next upcoming months and years everyone will be able to transmute energy within and without by thought alone. Each one will be able to transcend from Bad/Inner darkness to Good/Inner Light, engage in the reverse process, or remain static. Love will be the key to this alchemical operation of transmuting mercurial base tendencies and poisonous thought/behavior processes into Glorious precious and Divine Golden Inner Light. No one is to be judged by his/her prior actions. Everyone is given the opportunity now to be the sole judge and powerful co-creator of his/her own reality as to where he/she wants to operate in the next upcoming phase of Creation.

Divine Un-conditional Love is the force which gifts infinite strength and life, as it bonds all Creation.

This Love vibration is the unification point of all the perceptually differentiated points of Light of the Great Sun (Son). It allows for all the individuated thought processes of The One Infinite Mind to gather great Strength and Joy when they all feel the Unity of Purpose of their glorious Creation and experience henceforth a total avoidance of lack and fear.

This era represents the ultimate test for the One Mind and us, as His reflections within His Creational Dream. We will either focus solely and un-conditionally on the Light that any being across us carries, and project back from our hearts - connected to our root/Source, unconditional Love/Light, or we will fragment into nothingness if we focus on our differences and increase separation.

Our fates are indelibly tied. In the desired case, mankind and its Creator, who form the Oneness of the Creator/Creation, will soon integrate the realization that we are all One: Created, Creator, and Creation. In the worst case scenario we will shift further apart from the Original and only Source of Real energy - The bonding that Unconditional Love Creates, and wither away into total oblivion as we loose the only real energy that animates us: The energy of Life - Divine Unconditional Love.

We will either shift into the Ultimate perception of who we really are: The Godliness, and manifest the Infinite Energy of Oneness and live forever, or we will dissolve into final oblivion, final death, with no possible return, as the totality of the One Mind settles into an non-vibratory mode and cries alone (all One) over the memories of what could have been.

This is why I beg you to only see and energize the good that is across, the positive that is and can wash upon your shores.

You must share everything with glee in your opened hearts and dance at the glorious days ahead.

Even what you perceive as the darkest of the darkest was originally birthed in an act of Divine Love. Otherwise it just could not exist. So please transmute the darkness within by only focusing on the magnificence that you all are. Refuse to put your thoughts, even for a fleeting moment on what separates - on the darkness that focuses on separation.

Open your hearts. Your heart is a receptor and transmitter of the Infinite Energy of Life and Love. Subjugate your mind (original Masculine) to the dictates of your powerful Heart (original Feminine), and not do the reverse as has been sadly the case, up to now.

Beat to the drum of life. Do not be fascinated by gore, death, war and destruction, for without the old Matrix system all your thoughts become powerfully manifested, without restriction, and without filtering construct, from within the infinite soup of quantum possibilities that the One carries and projects.

This is the end of time. We now operate outside of the former construct held by the old Matrix, of what used to be the constant of time, one virtual reality frame after another.

Many of us are experiencing an acceleration of time on some days, and a slowing down of it on others. Many of our students have commented and sent us feedback on what they perceive to be a strange phenomenon relating to the perceptual flow of time.

Many of us are confused and frightened as we view our fractured countries and world.

A great deal of mankind feels an increasing lack of the basic energy of life and is looking outside of itself for solace in the false refuge of medicine, herbal remedies, and/or energy healing.

Anxiety is on the rise. Denial is common place. Escape is commonly sought in recreational drugs, alcohol, sexual sensations, pharmaceutical artificial mood enhancers, and/or invoking some "external force."

More and more of us are starting to perceive that the old familiar rules by which we used to operate do not apply anymore with predictive, exact, and repetitive cause-and-effect regularity. We seem to often get different results as we apply the same causal effect. Many are perplexed, the more aware ones much more than the lesser aware.

Economical structures and rules are becoming increasingly pliable and much less rigid. Scientific facts, taken for granted, are leading now in many seemingly contradictory directions.

Geopolitical and/or military plans and formerly established successful strategies are skewing in unexpected ways.

Long-term planning is very difficult, if we only rely on external causal facts.

Confusion is growing, and un-easiness is spreading.

Many are having the old reflex of taking refuge in past or even ancient paradigms or ways of life, thinking that the modern world is the cause of all ills and that "the proven ways of old" are the cure.

They have not yet perceived that a major Creational shift has happened.

Alas, thinking in old rigid ways, and applying different external causes will still not manifest the desired effects.

Our Remote Viewing Course and especially our more recent Remote Influencing Reality Course were constructed with the intent to prepare as many of you as possible for the "great shift." In taking these you have been made to understand, and integrate the new tools with which mankind must operate from now on. The hope is and was that the transition be effortless and welcomed, as you comprehend, see, expect, and joyfully experience the Glory of this big ascension shift.

Many of you, through our teachings and/or the teachings of others are highly prepared for it. You have deprogrammed from the old rigid thought forms, and cleansed your being, mentally, physically, and spiritually. You will further and easily transit into the New Heavens and Earth.

Sadly enough, a great many have remained unaware and are yet to accept the fact that the ascension of this Creation is taking place as I write these words. Some of them are aware of old prophecies being foretold about this, but are waiting for man-made interpretations which have often been rigidly set forth and hijacked by organizations.

To all, I say: "do not open your mind, your eyes or your ears, but your heart. Feel within your heart, and you will surely know what is, and what to do."

For the ones who already feel and understand the "great ascension shift" engaged, I ask to please tell others, all the others, about it. Embrace them all. Love them as you love yourself, for they are but yourself.

My dear family, since April 2004, all of you, without exception, have been given the ultimate gift: The gift of Creation, the gift of manifesting by the sole power of the direction of your thoughts the probable future that each and every one experiences.

You are about to realize that each and every one of your thoughts is eternal and Creates.

As the mirror images of your Creator, who creates by thought alone, you are now freed from the imposed enslaving thought constructs in which this Creation has existed for eons.

However, with the tumbling of the bars encapsulating your former mental prison (the old matrix system) comes great responsibilities toward yourself and toward all of your brothers and sisters who form the Oneness of the ONE and Only Mind.

Each of your thoughts is now a powerhouse of Creative ability. Nothing can be Created and manifested in the world of the "real" without having had a thought originally attached to it.

Your inner thinking processes is the primary focus you must have from now on.

Monitor your thoughts and only think of beauty, fraternity, happiness, abundance, and harmony for all, and this is what you will experience.

If your thoughts are operating in dissonance, and do not resonate within yourself, and with each other, then disharmony and strife is what you have chosen and will get.

From April 2004 on, the old equations about what and who is right or wrong, and the desire by many of being knights of the Light and right against the Dark and wrong, are self destructive functioning modes, for they focus on what separates, and try to impose points of view upon others, and hence bring more fragmentation and disharmony.

My dear brothers and sisters, as the recent elections in the US, and the world situation has shown recently, we are still trying to remove the cause in order to affect new effects. We are still highly divided, almost like never before, and self-righteously emotional about our points of view, our basic philosophies, and our banners of principles.

This is no coincidence. This is our ultimate test. Please do not try to remove or change external causes, but transmute them by opening your heart to pure unconditional Love and projecting it then to yourself and all others, no matter what they profess, are, or look like.

Accept and love unconditionally all of yourself and yourselves, and the darkness within and without will become transmuted into brilliant Love energy. Watch as that energy puts darkness first ill-at-ease, and then sing praises as you experience how it eventually transmutes it into pure Light and Love Itself.

Do not tolerate another. Instead, Love him or her unconditionally.

Love the enemy within yourself and outside of it, and he/she will change into your brother/sister and best friend.

Nothing can withstand the transmuting affect of the ultimate power: the power of the Essence as the Force that gave birth to all of us and to all of Creation - Unconditional Love, without borders, specific targets, principles, structures, restrictions, and finite dimensions.

This power is the real infinite free power, and you can all draw freely from it and become energized, peaceful, and joyful in the process. As the real Life force that bonds us all, please circulate and magnify it, and we will all benefit from it. You will then influence magnificent realities, the like of which you cannot even fathom.

This is also the end of fate, of karma debt. All predictive mechanisms imbedded within the former matrix, from old divination or astrological programs to modern modeling systems are no longer applicable. We are free. Free of prior unwelcome debts, undesirable contracts etc... This is the way by which we are to operate from now on, and this will manifest soon, even on this plane of reality, if we so Create it by thought.

We Create, each and every day, our next day, thought after thought, minute after minute, individually and collectively so.

You are the Creators of your individual and global realities, all of you. It is in the harmony of Unconditional Love that the power of thoughts becomes manifested, and not in the quantity of individuals thinking or the level of material possessions they have.

This is a quiet revolution of Divine Love, all originating from your inner pulsating source of Life: you inner heart, and if you embrace it, nothing, absolutely nothing, and no one, can stop it from sweeping away the old rigid structures of power, for it will transmute all of them in its wave of Divine Light.

Magnify it, by uniting around it. Carry it in your hearts at all times, and that wave will soon turn into a tsunami that will engulf all within - all nations and cultures - with the spirit of unity and brotherhood. And you will know then that you are all One, and that the One and you are One.

These are the times for which all the great spiritual masters of old have prepared us with their teachings. They taught us to be ready for the glorious day when the keys to the Universe will be finally given to all the children of the IS, with no exception. This day is now upon us. The great shift has begun.

All the children of the IS can all equally find this key of Unconditional Love and Light within their opened hearts vibrating and pulsating in unison around the Love beat symphony of the One Heart (Divine Feminine aspect) of the One and Only, who will then allow for Unconditional Love to merge with, orient, and infuse Its One Mind (Divine Masculine aspect).

And the One and Only will then project back to all of Itself and Its children within (the All that IS) a paradise, the like of which mankind has never known nor experienced ever before in its long travail, leading to lasting peace, brotherhood and Eternal free Life energy.

May Joy and Love rest forever with all of us.

About the Author
Internationally renowned Gerald O'Donnell, B.Sc. in Mathematics, M.Sc. in Computer Science, and an MBA, former intelligence agency Remote Viewer, founder of Academy of Remote Viewing and Remote Influencing ( ARVARI ), has been a visionary in mind/consciousness research. Remember, we're talking about your physical well being…even your very life!

You don't have to become a doctor, or an accountant, to decide the best senior healthcare program available. Specifically, we're talking about a program that with some fine tuning will fit both your needs and your pocket book.

Health care for seniors is a broad field. It's peopled by many insurance companies that come in countless sizes and shapes.

But keep in mind that each senior healthcare insurance provider has a fundamental motivation. Their goal is to sign you up and bring you into the fold.

But to arrive at the best possible decision for you and yours, you have to take charge of your own personal senior health care!

How? Understand three simple tenets of action in the matter.

* Understand what your physician means when he/she explains what your diagnosis is, the good, the bad and the ugly.

* Understand thoroughly any ongoing medication that will be required in your treatment. Know what each prescription will do when you take it regularly. Ask about any generic duplicates that are possible, instead of the usually more expensive name brands.

* Understand what the benefits to you will be by taking full advantage of Medicare. Determine the amount of monthly expenses for senior healthcare you can comfortably afford. Can all of this be done without detracting from your other needs.

Medicare should, and must, factor into your decision to join any senior healthcare insurance provider.

Notice that the word understand is splashed around here. This is important and it should be the operative word of choice.

You must take control of your medical situation and thoroughly grasp the minuses and pluses of any treatment. Physicians are pleased by any questions you ask. Don't hesitate to actively participate in a conversation with them.

Take notes of what you are told and search out the answers to them if you don't understand the medical language. Search the internet for a medical dictionary and don't stop until you find one.

The internet is primarily an information super highway. Plug any medical terms into your computer browser and stand back as the screen fills with responses.

You feel you don't have any time to do this kind of research?

How many hours do you spend watching television each day. Why don't you take an hour or two from a favorite program every other day and delve into your medical future.

Not only will you learn what's going on in your body and how you can improve its care. You will also benefit by conserving your money. You'll learn about which senior healthcare provider is more closely tailored to your personal needs.

Perhaps you're spending cash on a senior healthcare insurance company that doesn't furnish you with a program that fits your physical and financial needs.

Gain an understanding of your physical condition and the treatment required to provide for it. Then you can compare the programs offered by senior health care companies with what services you want.

With this information in hand, you can negotiate with any senior health care provider for good rates and provisions. You will be surprised at the variety, and cost differences, that are available in the medical market.

Take charge of your life and health. The world will step aside for a senior who knows what they want…and is determined to have it!

Raymond Angus is a widely read author of articles and books. Most people think that canister vacuums are a thing of the past, and that uprights have taken their place. That is not entirely true, however. The canister vacuum cleaner is generally used today by individuals with hard flooring and area rugs in their homes, as well as draperies and upholstery which needs to be cleaned. These kinds of vacuum cleaners are the best choice for these surfaces. The upright vacuum cleaner, however, is the more popular style, especially for those people who have wall to wall carpet, as many people do.

Not all homes have this carpet, of course, but most homes have carpeting in at least some of their rooms. Quite often, carpeting is found in the bedrooms, and frequently in the living room or den, as well. For people who have wall to wall carpeting or several carpeted areas, an upright vacuum cleaner is the right choice. First, upright vacuum cleaners have more suction power than do canister vacuum cleaners. Their motors are stronger, their cleaning paths are wider, and they are basically more durable. They are not made for delicate work, and they are designed to perform in the face of pet hair, dirt, grime, debris, and all kinds of vacuuming conditions.

They cannot withstand wet surfaces, but they are the best choice for carpet, regardless of the length of the pile or the overall condition. The upright vacuum is the one chosen by most people, and it is also the one most commonly sold in retail chain stores. There are also some companies which make upright vacuum cleaners which are very expensive, and these brands are sold door to door or through specialized shops. A person cannot walk into a standard retail store and purchase one. In addition to its durability and suction power, the upright vacuum cleaner also offers choices and attachments. There are many different colors, models, brands, and styles. A person can also get different motor sizes and cleaning paths. In addition, what type of filtration is offered and the kind of containment system bagged or bagless are other considerations for those who are going to buy an upright vacuum cleaner.

People who purchase an upright vacuum cleaner are also often interested in the attachments that the vacuum cleaner offers. Most have a longer wand that can be used between couch cushions and in small areas that are difficult to reach. They also have a brush attachment to better pick up hair and lint, and they often contain other attachments that can be used on curtains and furniture. For very delicate fabrics, though, the upright vacuum cleaner is not recommended, because it can damage them with its powerful suction. Overall, however, the upright vacuum cleaner is a very good choice for most homeowners. For those people who are worried about the weight of an upright vacuum cleaner, self-propelled models and lighter weight models are also readily available, and the warranties are usually very good.

About The Author

Dave Roth runs a site that focuses on vacuum cleaner reviews.
