Eccole, le seconde polpette della mia vita. Le prime le rubai ad Alice e siccome ci piacquero un sacco, ho voluto provare a replicarle simili, ma senza la salsa di pomodoro. Le ho accompagnate a finocchi e carote al forno e abbinate alla salsa yogurt fatta però con yogurt greco. Molto molto coccolose.

Ricetta che si trova facilmente in rete con parecchie varianti. Chi ci mette l'uovo, chi la farina, chi la panna, chi tutti e tre, io ho voluto farne un piatto più leggero usando solo latte e gorgonzola. La preparazione è semplicissima e in 40 minuti il piatto è pronto.

Un secondo rapido e semplicissimo la cui idea ho rubato qui. L'unica mia variazione è stata di marinare la carne nel succo di limone aromatizzato; il resto della ricetta è ricalcato pari pari. Non si dovrebbe fare di pubblicare una ricetta già postata, ma siccome la prima versione non mi aveva lasciata pienamente soddisfatta, questa volta che ho usato il taglio di carne giusto e che ho anche ricevuto i complimenti dei commensali natalizi, volete che non venga a raccontarvelo?

Sarà che si avvicina il Natale e a me prende l'ansia delle lunghe e complesse preparazioni, o sarà che invecchiando mi aumenta la pigrizia, appena scopro un modo per ottenere cibo godurioso con minimo sforzo, mi ci tuffo  a pesce. A questo si aggiunga che i pomodori secchi (non sott'olio) sono una mia grande passione, ecco che viene naturale inventarsi questo ragù.

Non c'è niente da fare: mi sono irrimediabilmente innamorata delle spezie e ormai chi entra in casa mia può tranquillamente immaginare di essere nella cucina di qualche immigrato asiatico, tanto sono presenti gli effluvi di curry e compagnia bella. La cicerchia questa sconosciuta! Ne sentii parlare per la prima volta in modo poco lusinghiero dal mio grande amico gourmand romano; proseguii poi lo studio sul misterioso legume scoprendo che se ingurgitato in dosi massicce diventa tossico e mi rassegnai infine ad archiviare con l'etichetta "tanto non mi piacerebbe" l'idea di un possibile assaggio.
