Bing last week updated it's webmaster API by introducing a new Breaking Change only for users of the Webmaster API that are using the SOAP protocol but not for Users of the Webmaster API using the JSON or POX/HTTP protocols. In other case they will recive an error message such like as...

If you are affected by this issue, you will receive the following error:Error code: UnknownError HResult: 0x80131501

The change was due to cause of SOAPAction header value and the namespace URI to make correction, that was previously erroneously set to http://tempuri.org/IWebmasterApi and now is required to be http://schemas.datacontract.org/2004/07/Microsoft.Bing.Webmaster.Api/IWebmasterApi.

Bing obviously recommends to update the service reference of your application to fix the this issue. You can do this by right-clicking the service and clicking Update Service Reference.

Often SEO experts or site owners do more to increase the users usability of their product/real estate site switching more product specific pages to use more css and using tabs to see specific information about the product through different and unique pages like Product Description / Technical Details of working procedure / Larger Images / Related or similar products. Since doing so to seen a dramatic increase in what Google considers bounces... in that a one page view is what they consider a bounce.
So when a potential customer done a search for and lands on the page all the information is there in css/javascript tabs. Great for the customer as they dont have to load more pages to get all the details. But what about Google's reaction for all these changes and the wondering thing is if Google is now counting all these one page views aka bounces negatively. Or you looking for more clicks for more page views and should you force customers to click tabs that load a new page for each portion of the product. As sites get more dynamic by using jquery and ajax to enhance the site vision for user interface, but the actual page views are going to be down considerably for those sites that choose advanced user interfaces and HTML5. Here the question is would it will improve "bounce" rate, increase page views per visit and would it send Google "positive" signals about our site.
Having all these well mannered and advance changes to our sites, after that the most important to be noted is SERPs behaviour and current Analytics changes like average time, Common sense would suggest that the average length of visit turn towards making a page's purpose clarification to be just as positive a signal for the algo as the number of page views. If some one using site tabs to get more involved and deeper in, result in more one-page visits, but those visits are longer, one would hope that the algo would consider that okay either way.
But here a fact that is too much truth is for the purposes of search ranking of a page Google does not look at bounce rate as measured by Google Analytics. The search ranking factor Google is taking a look at "bounce back". That is, people's wish to have more search for you by using Google's search box or number of for how many people return to the SERPs to click on a different result or refine their search.

If you care about improving bounce rate to help user experience, I would suggest letting Google Analytics know when a user clicks on a tab by firing off some javascript to ping it. You can read the technical details about how to do so here:

From the last 10 days of October 2012 it has commonly seen by almost all webmasters for a sudden drop down of author stats in Google webmaster tools some such like as..

Yesterday, my author stats in Googlw Webmaster tool showed between

5000 to 12000 impressions per day
320 to 600 clicks per day for October

Today, this stat changed to half

2500 to 3500 impressions per day
200 to 400 clicks

Actually the "WMT" have been always outlandish and incomprehensible for always and for each one as They never counted a correct firgure for all of mine, not even close due to their frequent Changefulness. Because often you see in WMT they dropped them, then they brought them back. I read that they are going to drop them AGAIN, this time forever (next month?). Suits me fine, since they are nothing but a source of frustration. Or there might be force full Conspiracy against webmasters to spend their budgets for Google Adwords Paid advertisement program. But not sure if it's related or not, but I have seen an overall drop in reported impressions in the search queries report (about 50% or more for 70% as compared to a week ago). Traffic is the same, though. Initial analysis leads me to believe that image results are no longer being counted as impressions. Because They NEVER show my photo on ANY SERPS. Recognisable? Maybe Google want a more Isolated photo, to have different Look for me than my previous. I am about to pull all my authorship. It is simply not worth fretting over, especially since Google refuses to TRY to get it right. Jumping through their hoops to no avail is not only frustrating, it is demeaning. "Well from the Initial analysis it has been counted that as a prediction to believe that image results are no longer being counted as impressions."

often during the analysis of search results (SERPs) a question is being raised in our minds why some websites url's performing on first pages which although having not good pr, content and quality back links, still they are in first page. There are lots of queries where some big brands url's are performing and usually experts found to be hard to answer that question.
But by going into a deep analysis to catch the competitors in a big race for the sites performing on the first of Google search results a wise strategy come to seen a lot of big brands spend millions of dollars on paid advertisement (PPC campaigns and management) even on tv commercials this leads to people organically suffered into a brief discussion about them and linking to them. So like this they successfully have a large amount of back links. Also these big brand websites have a huge amount of type-in traffic, that leads to very attractive usage signals. When you add in the contests they often run which generates huge volumes of user generated content, reviews and the teams of editorial writers they often employ - they often have good content signals. Even if they are lacking in one ranking area their other ranking areas are often strong enough to compensate.
Here's a question that I wants to discuss with you is...

"If a brand already occupies #1 for their core brand terms, why should we need to bid on PPC campaigns for brand terms also?" if you have any complement it's my pleasure if you share it with me in comment box.In my point of view there several things to do this..

1.The first one and most important is to get more real estate on the result page for which you are bidding. Obviously it will help to get more clicks for PPC and natural results when you have both an ad and a regular listing. Frankly, I don't know if that's true but if you have both, you double your chances of getting a click somehow.

2.Gaining of more factual data for future to expand your marketing sense and experience from your campaigns, In case of having statical report for how many people did search for that term? PPC will tell you for sure.

3.It will make it easy for you to test your different headlines and descriptions very easily and quickly. And again, having real data to fall on to improve your ads which could be used for SEO too.

4.You can bid on keywords in PPC that you don't rank for in organics.

Maybe others can come up with more but these would be the biggest ones that I can think of. Wheather If you have a term where a page already ranking high in the organics, it will also better to run PPC on the term but use an automated rule to keep the ad lower on the page. If the search contains the actual brand name, CTR is strong and the CPC goes down to the point that it costs us very little to run ads on brand name searches.

It is common to seen by analytics experts that both the ad and the organic listing get clicks, although it's not my experience that ads convert better. Sometimes yes, but sometimes no; it can go either way.

In the spot light of Experts replies to a forum thread for using Singular keywords or plural keywords for search engine ranking especially concerning to Google to optimising a group of targeted keywords that for which grammatical language terms your keywords can rank better in SERPs.

Well On-Page optimisation is an essential factor to built up and enhance the page's for relevancy to both search engines and users. How the on-page optimisation is perfect, it depends on the latest search algorithms priorities to manage the search results as every new algorithm effects a specific amount of total (X%) search queries, and following the webmaster guidelines. Let's Suppose that you are optimise a page for "green widgets" but it is not logical to write widgets ( plural ) on your page because you are only selling on widget on your page, then should you still write "widgets" or only "widget" and what does about google's to rank plural and singular keywords with different or the same way.

First thing that you ever need to keep in mind, to drag a brief and competent keyword analysis by going to Google Adwords keyword analytics tool or any other effective tool like using Bing, Word Tracker and search for the plural keyword then search for the single keyword and see if there are any changes in the ranks. When you personally observe those rankings you will likely notice some interesting trends among the top ranking sites. Ahead the more important thing that obviously mattered very first is your goals justification such as..

If you are a PPC campaigns management expert then you should write in a way to encourage CTR.

If you are a SEO expert then you must perform A/B test both and go with whichever gave the best results moving forward.

If you ask me I'll tell you to write in the way that most pleases your visitors, forget the rest.

Ask yourself what are your priorities to achieve your goals and objectives, and write accordingly regardless of plural vs singular effects. Because If took a little glance at Google Webmaster tools and look at the "content keywords" list. Some items will seem absolutely correct and proper (rats >> rats, rat, rat's*) while others are useless (new >> new, news, or lives >> lives, lived, live, living, lively -- with "life" as an entirely separate word -- and similarly states >> states, state, stated, stately).

Using Redirects obliviously you need technically reported to search operating systems (search engines) after bringing some changes usually forwarding the pages URLs from old to new as example.com/old as example.com/new and they five in number (301, 302, 303, 307, 308).
Using 302 mean to tell search engines for a temporary change like to telling someone about you are going some where but you'll be back soon to previous. Here is some problem while using 302.

I am under the impression that when a 302 redirect is being carried out, Google is supposed to keep the original URL listed in its index (example.com/old), while crawling the content on the forwarded URL (example.com/new). However, if the forwarded URL is being blocked by robots.txt, then the original URL will be removed from Google's listings and replaced by nothing.

The problem concerns for carrying 302 redirect for forwarding example.com/old to example.com/new then the redirects from one domain example.com/old to another domain example.com/new that you are claiming for temporary change, that is, the web server on old url will come up to show the new changes but soon the changes will cancelled and web server start showing content on old again, but here Google started to remove the original destination URL from it's index results by first stripping the title tag and leaving this message as the meta-description "A description for this result is not available because of this site's robots.txt.

Suppose you carried 302 for as, example.com/old is being redirected to example.com/new, but new destination URL is being blocked in robots.txt. That means the old URL has been removed from Google and replaced by nothing or will the original URL/NEW continue to be listed as is by removing the old.

If you are sured about using 302 then it is truth that it has nothing to do with robots. /old will stay because a 302 is a TEMPORARY redirect so you're asking Google to keep the old URL in the serps.

However, if the forwarded URL is being blocked by robots.txt, then the original URL will be removed from Google's listings and replaced by nothing.

It might be possible that you disallow in robots.txt for the forwarded URL with a noindex and/or change the redirect type to one in javascript or perhaps the problem is due to 301.

Well in past it is a common thing to hire a SEO services company for almost all site owners to acquired a quick ranking badge in search results. They spent a lot money to place their site's links to maximum web's hot and most frequently clicked platforms by using site's search engine submission services.

But recently a Google forum thread worked to clear about to not using site submissions service these days and totally a pointless waste of time and energy IMO.The debate concerns about this some such like as....

These services have ever become totally useless due to inter countering of some spammy terms, working towards a banging ranking, and are not needed to do more for your site that obviously can even be counter-productive (if they create unnatural links for your site, which would be go against Google Webmaster Guidelines).Site submission services are one of those unfortunate hangovers from the 90s, which IMO were never effective. They generally got you submitted to a bunch of free-for-all directories and got your email address added to a lot of junk mail lists. And later on it's possible that the links created by them for your site could eventually require use of the Google Link Disavow tool.
Here's some are Google's preferences to index a site in search results because there's never been any point submitting to Google, because if Google can't find your site via inbound links, it's not going to rank you anyway.

You know well that things and also thinking have ever been changed than before and usually the behaviour of giant search engines is out understanding for each one. As at this people are worried about their sites down ranking and low organic search traffic for several issues that Google periodically pointed. So now the issues is wheat her syndicating your newly created contents and publishing them to all possible web resources with same title and materiel could be the cause of spamming search results.
From previous experience of users SEO efforts and workings as we are working on a concept that involves content syndication and should this concept become a reality, that it too much better for site owners to update their sites 2 to 3 times per day with using all well worked SEO terms like competitive intelligence to conduct most impact able and highly demanding keywords with respect to search results but if it could cause duplicate content across a number of different sites without a "main site" to link up to, where the content would have originated, which is what is stipulated as being "ok" for syndicating content in the duplicate content guidelines and how they will rank better. I realise showing results caused by duplicate content in a search is counterproductive for the person searching, but holding back information possibly important to certain users across different networks/ sites, just to avoid a poor ranking. According to experts opinions what they say about this ..

From Google's perspective, they only need 1 site in the index with the content. Everything else is just spam.
From the user's perspective, a good user experience and the ability to find content on a popular site go hand in hand.

You need to balance the urge to develop sites to impress Google versus the urge to provide a good user experience.

Perhaps search engines like Google want to get more but with different, I think it is too much better to express your Site's contents or products by having a lot of options for single and place them on others as different as placing them on your own site but with same meanings.

Reported by someone at Google Webmaster Forum Google getting penalised them for their EMD as a registered business and it is Trademarked. From a thread as an evidence by an other forum keep it in your mind that EMD algorithm had not designed for legitimate business to penalise. As an easy quickest and cheapest way is to change the EMD with proper redirect options to your business back on track.

Springfield Cardiology Clinic is named Springfield Cardiology Clinic (SCC for short)
There is a website named springfieldcardiologyClinic., there is a business licence, a yellowpage listing, EIN number, tax resale or exempt license, Secretary of State registration, D&B listing, hospital registration, state medical board registration, local chamber of commerce, better business bureau etc
Basically SCC can prove who they are to Google without an ounce of effort.

According to above lines as EMD not for legitimate business, so if you feel any sudden site demotion and search ranking crack down the matters doesn't relates weather you got penalise for your EMD. So it is doesn't all this is due to EMD algorithm and you need to change the domain name or there's absolutely no guarantee that changing domain names will get you back on track without having some clear clarification.Actually the fact is doing EMD exchange to an other domain name on its own is unlikely to affect much. Having EMD for a high quality site, that is fine. But having a low quality site and an exact match domain is not so good. But then, having a low quality site and a branded domain name is not much good either. It just seems like a mortgage site (http://www.mortgagebroker.com.au/) or http://www.eldershomeloans.com.au/internal.php?l2=369 both are a well known and great site base on legitimate business. As in these days people are worried about to getting penalised for EMD Crisis for there own businesses and that's why I raised it as a general question and working their a little knowledge too. So I really wants to suggest you to hold for while and concern before spoilling your current online reputation, you doesn't need to change your current EMD before having a clear cut clarifications for EMD crisis.I think you really need to read an instructive blog post for reasons why your site may not be ranking as highly as before, either post your url or see http://support.google.com/webmasters/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=34444 with its Matt Cutts video - he's from head office :-)
More progressively Bing launched Window 8 to enhance Bing user search experience, having a lot web features with Bing interaction. The New Window 8 is a latest and powerful operating system and one of their most significant changes to the operating system ever than before window versions that Microsoft launched on Friday to consumers that nearly made Google a little sensitive to think about the new launch.
In front of Google wanted to help you while working with Window 8, an easy access to couple Google products of daily use and get the best experience possible on Google and across the web, Google launched New Search App and Google Chrome for new operating system as a new user interface with a new simple site.

With this new Search App Google also put it's latest voice search option that you can use to naturally speak your question. The image search and image previews are built for swiping. And, as usual, you get immediate results as you type with Google Instant. Not changing the previous Chrome but with some new options for customizations to optimize for touchscreens, including larger buttons and the ability to keep Chrome open next to your other favorite apps.
Some one said on a forum discussion sites that were attacked by 1st Penguin and showing in an unhealthy range in Google Webmaster tools now have moved back to healthy range. That means the previously sending Penguin Penalties to webmasters or site owners have been Expired and Penguin hitted sites automatically come to a healthy range .

In WMT you can order websites by health, noticed this week that almost exactly 6 months after the April 24 penguin attack that sites of ours that were showing in the unhealthy range have moved back into the healthy range. Rankings for keywords affected have not returned to pre-penguin levels but they have improved some.

I think site's health range doesn't matter with Penguin's working as penguin is purely algorithmic so it worth not right by saying that if a site hit by penguin will solely come to a healthy range in WMT after some time and penguin probably did not effect the health ranking in wmt. Have you any clue about this it is my pleasure if you share it with me.For more you can check it at here
Actually 404 Error or "Page not found" is just an indication for a link such like as "The link is present in indexed data for server realisation but server is unable to understand currently what was requested or it might be possible that the current links didn't crawled by search engine crawlers."For example when some one search for a particular page in search results or directly put in borwser's Url bar and HTTP server code in response redirects the users for the status of the request As "Page Not Found." Critically concern for "How to remove them"
In case of having a lot of 404 errors for a site, actually not it is but problem is the links to these 404 error pages as having a lot of 404 error pages redirects a bad sign for the quality of a site .You need to find out where these links are on your site and then figure out who (which script) is creating them. You have to literally found them for internal, external and specifically if they are your own, what pages link to 404s to figure out for fixing the problem. In case of having most of your own links, then you should correct them. If they're external links, and particularly if they link to content that has moved, you should redirect.Obviously after bringing any change like removing, moving or content transfirmation with links already showing in search results, you need to use a proper server redirect strategy to correctly directed both search engines and users to original url destination. But the links are they key - not the 404, but if they're not your links, then I wouldn't stress on it.So the links encountering 404 problem for removing or moving the contents on your site from one location an other, it will concern to have the imagination for search engines crawlers of content similarity or duplicate content placed on two different locations, that means you didn't use the proper redirects for the current change.
For the most of site using the disqus plug in on their sites, It might not even be real links. There is a thread here about users with the disqus plugin on their site. It puts some sort of session id (a number anyway) in a place in the javascript that makes Googlebot *think* it might be a link, so Googlebot goes ahead and crawls it.Here I also recommends you to use Xenu to crawl out site for metioning your own links for correction and redirect the wrong pattern to correct the urls.

Google's Disavow tools mattered with your site's Unnatural Linking issues and getting a notification from Google's spam team rather than if you don't then doesn't need to be worried.

But at a forum discussion some one wants some more clarification about using the Google Disavow link tool, the discussion is such like this..

In front of all this the first thing that is too much to be understandable is what Google's priorities for webmasters to use this feature.

Matt Cutts said repeatedly at PubCon, you should try not to use it, don't use it, really. Why? One example he said is do not disavow internal links - it can hurt. Right, Google is just using this as a "hint" or "signal" now, like they did with the rel=canonical when that launched, but this will be a powerful signal within 6 months - so be careful if you have to use it.

The tool is currently amazing for only links pointed from other sites to your own but with 100% surety of bad quality, not for internal linking to use. More on in a recent video description Matt Cutts said that every site is going to get a variety of links of different qualities. Even if you have never bought/solicited/submitted for a link, your site will get crappy links from scraper sites.
It can't just be one link. See Below

Google rolled out EMD (exact match domain names) to teat with web pages who ranks well for having the same domain names as when Internet users type their search queries to search some and only the sites using the rich keywords in their Url name and title shows in search results. The sites that are found for about 5 to 6 years old usually understand it a great SEO technique to make sites more relevant for SERPs results.
Recently the current issue is being dicussed by forum member as their website also under a Google Penalty for webmaster guidelines violation and they clarify it some like as..

Our website, http://hairproductspro.com/ has been under a google penalty for some time now. We had worked closely with an SEO firm for years to obtain highly ranked search terms related to our service and products. We’ve always followed google guidelines. However, on December 6, 2011 we had lost much of our high rankings. Google had notified us that our website violates Google's quality guidelines.

After this notice from Google they immediately hire an SEO firm to clean out all violating issues, make their sites more unique and qualitative by bringing more use full and informative data to their site, also spent a lot of time rewriting content to make it more unique, and to keep it original, focused on the website internally fixing technical problems, content issues, and resolving broken or bad internal links to making it sure for escaping from any webmaster guideline issue, but the result are same and they again receive the current message from Google team.
And in reply an other forum member drive their attentions towards the following two more issues 1.Exact Match Domain Name and 2. Anchor text Over Optimisation

Discussion about Exact Match Domain Name.
Well, even though "hairproductspro" may rather sound like a brand, or is of course intended to be one, it went straight into the trap of keyword anchor spam by having a third of it's backlinks anchor texts read "hair products pro" ... so, yes, this looks like a demotion due to a skewed backlink profile.

Discussion About Anchor Text Over Optimisation.

It's that sites like yours are stressing it far too much on certain keywords. Of course this is also unfortunately especially true if you have chosen something we today call an Exact Match Domain (EMD - a domain name consisting of, or containing, the main keyword(s) the site is targeting) - without having managed to build a real brand out of it over time. I don't know if that's the case here - but strongly suspect it is.

(A "skewed" backlink profile means you had to try to "unskew" it - get rid of, or/and disavow site-wide keyword anchor text links and try to get natural ones, that just link to your plain URL or use less competitive anchor texts in order to water down the, as I said, stress on your main keywords.)

Final Thoughts.

Intentionally when you dare to link with already down ranking and low quality sites including your mostly exact match anchor text to your brand name, obviously it will be taken search engines as your bad neighbourhood sites that seems to sometimes also work the other way around, meaning bad sites linking to yours potentially hurting a site's se-performance and could be an author issue to.

What Site Owner Said in Thanks:

Thanks for pointing out the other issue that we really missed and doesn't focus on them during our reshaping SEO efforts for our site. That means the wastge of time and money as a lot of SEO experts told us that external backlinks are not an issue.

Figuring out what ads are working is key for marketers like Sho Masuda, Vice President of Player Marketing for GREE, a leading mobile social game app developer. GREE has used click to download and in-app advertising solutions with AdWords to promote their app, and Masuda says, "Google’s host of tracking and optimization tools help us quickly iterate and maximize ROI across our app promotion campaigns. iOS conversion tracking will help us gain even deeper insights into our Google app promotion efforts for our iOS apps.

Google Adwords Conversion Optimizer is such like a pridiction feature that helps advertisers to enhance their CPC Bids at very low cost, especially focusing on when an advertiser prepare an ad campaign to make conversions for sales, signups, or mobile app downloads. In process of setting up the ads rotation by going into Advance Settings> Campaigns> Setting and choosing one among the four to increase the conversion by an average of 5% that is obviously due to "Optimize for conversions" shows your higher-converting ads more often.
While using the Adwords, now Google plan to roll out in November 2012 these options by bringing them to more close each other in a series of changes that advertiser can get better performance for their ads.Currently the following changes are expected from Google for Conversion Optimizer and Enhanced CPC

all ad campaigns setting for "Optimize for clicks" using Conversion Optimizer or Enhanced CPC will be switched to “Optimize for conversions.

The interest not ends up here as New York Times also uploads the three debates who covered for about 13 million viewers and their special viewers are not only from U.S but also from U.K, Canada, India, Germany, Australia and France. In result YouTube by analysing the worldwide public interest for previous political debates, YouTube finalise to cover the most important and ending moments of the election 2012 on the YouTube Elections Hub, and making them for an easy access to each one doesn't matter where you live.
Last few months Google launched it's Authorship to the data of your Google Profile that appears in search results. And for this you have to simply follow the two steps create your Google Profile, and signup for authorship with your real Email not scendory email by Going Into your Google Plus Profile. So authors and publishers have to set it up to show their Google Profile data search results.

But recently at forum discussion the examples come to seen Google shows Author data with image without having Google Authorship set up let's the examples

If you check it out in Rich Snippet data you might note that the current profile is connected with Twitter Account and doesn't connect with Google+ profile. So is there some thing wrong with google or it is enough for google to understand the author is same by having such like profiles to show in search results with their images.

Same like done this with an other profile, the Google+ profile also doesn't have any details about this user's contributions to Google+. What it does have is linkage data to his blog and Twitter account, @optimizeyourweb and because the title of the blog post has the Twitter account and author name, Google is confident to link and use the image of the Google+ profile fo that user.

According all them it seems that perhaps Google does'nt required more about Authors to do anything to link up content to their Google profile.

When you dare to compete in your niche then the first thing which is to much important, "a brief overlook at all of relative industry to get the a lot of knowledge for all search terms and a chance to go ahead for further development but not yet more on to understand the current search behaviour & atmosphere,"

In very beginning of search engines all is right what you do, how you use keywords in your on-page optimisation, Most SEOs, webmasters & experts advice to use your main rich keywords in domain name to rank for a specific search query, people done it and stay on top search results, it considered as a brilliant White Hat SEO terms, but now Google said you'll be get down due to your exact match domain names and you should follow the new webmaster guidelines for On-Page Optimisation. If talk about the contents quality very first you didn't caught for them that what types contents you bring on your site and where you putt them to drive traffic either they matters with a duplicate issue or not.Google rolled Panda to getting rid of them from search results by saying that your contents are of low quality, and there's a lot of mannual penalties sending to webmasters to cover them. Your ranking will be demolished to reward the high quality sites, so here whose the sites holding high quality sites, perhaps Google's rich webmasters and investors who are claiming such like as after the Google Q3 Earnings ($14.1B) Report for Third Quarter 2012 Harshing Investors Related Recent Algo Updates at a forum discussion

Perhaps Panda and Penguin are not paying off after all, relevant results = lower incentive to click ads.
I note the following in the report with some interest but haven't formed a conclusion about it yet.
Paid clicks: Up 33% on a year over year basis, and up 6% on a sequential basis
Cost per clicks: Down 12.77 compared to $2.21 for same period a year ago.

One more example that I really wants to share with you see a recent analysis report for top 20 sites in SERPs by a forum member...

You would not believe the backlink profiles! 99% pure unadulterated spam. Site-wide links from foreign websites, blog roll links, almost all (at least 90%) of the backlink profile on ALL of them comes from websites not even remotely related to the niche. I mean things we used to see about 10 years ago. I just don't have the words to describe the "spammyness", blatant and wide in the open. If I showed you the backlink profile of just one of the websites - you will probably punch your monitor and go get drunk.

The above statement clears our minds for Google Algos are useless and not working to update SERPs for relevancy. If it right then why SEOs and Analysers are being forced to use Google's new features to develop their search ranking and visibility such like Google Disavow links Tool or it is not even over than does Google wants to double cross the investors making their investments for PPC Campaigns Budget or for forcing webmasters and developers to use Google's services or just to steer the Internet users from other sites to expelling them for Google products.
So in front of all these issues a few days ago a lot webmasters and marketers appeals to FTC for to confirm stepping out for an anti trust case against Google Inc for unfairly getting them rank down to steer away the potential costumers from their sites. See the FTC's Anti-Trust case against Google report here.

Due to a lot of misclarification and misinformation about the issue "is having multiple adwords accounts be a right thing or a cuase of penalizing due to SEM/PPC violation."On several webmaster forums it has been noted for people making a thread to get some clarification about using the multiple Adwords acount. And often in reply experts making a statement such like as... or you may find here

Recently at a forum discusion the current issue run to eliminate the confusions about using multiple Adwords account and in deep briefing the Adwords team said that:

It is perfectly fine for a corporation to have multiple accounts. Our adwords advisor has said this on several occasions. As long as you do not violate the double serving policy, its all fine.
In additon if you have multiple businesses in which you have controlling interest, and try to double server this way, you will also be violating the double serving policy.
I'm not sure what the policy is for individuals, but I assume it would be the same for a corporation.
But the driving factor behind the number of accounts, is not the number of accounts itself but the double serving policy.

Surely Google wants to give more user experience to it's advertisers and costumers who were precisingly worried about about multiple accounts and double the policy. In case of any advertiser who wants to promote multiple products as an affiliate or a merchant might want to run separate accounts for reporting purposes and there are sound reasons for doing that.
It becomes an issue if you are trying to redeem multiple Adwords Vouchers, re-list banned ads/campaigns
Legit reasons and there never has and never will be issues for having multiple accounts.

In terms of SEO technology you may also called the year 2012 is of Google Algorithms hitting the webspam technologies to get rid of them, especially focused on some linking stuffs with different algo updates like Penguin inherently noticing your link relationships to others such like having some fun with Article Marketing, links from article directories, general directories, with paid submissions and you might be noticed that they really hit with bad manners. So in front of all this pay some attention towards the Google's message for to alive your search engine visibility with well ranking in SERPs.

"If this is a link that you go out onto the Web and acquire as an SEO person trying to build a link in the way that links have classically been built or gotten, we don't want you to have that link, or more likely, we don't want to count that link, and if that's all you do, we might actually be penalising you through an algorithm filter like Penguin.'

What there's new to do SEO after now when Google getting more smarter.
The message returns to you by Google, in order to meaning it you should sure your presence on relevant community onto the web with your links to get the more potential clicks for your links.Obviously it will increase user engagement on your site that makes you a trusty person in eyes of search engines with different development features to rank you higher like noticing click through rate for a page. So if you done this then what search engines will do with you with the aspects of your dreams for online working such like "Oh, I really want high PageRank links. I'm looking for that little green bar that's filled up all the way. When I see that in the toolbar, I know that if I just get some links on there to my page, I can start ranking for all sorts of stuff."
Anchor Text. For about 12 to18 months ago Google's working on anchor text, when you place your links on an other site with do-follow attribute having some anchor text for it to refer users to learn more or to get some stuff, there's a little clarification about your page relevancy that really noted by search engines bots to make an idea for search engine results classification.About two years ago it doesn't matter what types of words you use with what percentage % in your linking anchor texts. Due to some search ranking effects that how a page link in SERPs holds some good ranking for a specific words, Googles seemed, it is too much sophisticated for SERPs in case of ranking for a specific word like click here.Further more Google also noted that how pages rank better in SERPs with their exact match domains, and being not avoiding them there's Google algorithm EMD for the sites who enjoyed from easy ranking, while using rich keywords in their domain names. You must pay some attention to Google latest webmaster guidelines for instructive balanced use of anchor text. You may learn more from my previously published post about anchor text

Linking with social networking PR Links. Suppose you done some thing good for some one and he appreciated you, but first thing why some one dare to like your work? obviously you done some thing good, helping, interesting, or some like odd which will insists other to spread for others, and all they others come to search for original story and story destination page that will owned by you. What will it mean, much better and more traffic, more visits, more sale, brand visibility, reference strength and search engine trust. Although it is noted that social networking doesn't directly impact for positive search ranking results, but it is not less than an evidence for search engines to take a better decision for you. In case you share things socially. I hope that message gets magnified across social and that will lead organically to links. You will earn the links that you get by sharing them socially across your network and across the social platforms. People will see them and hopefully linking back to you if that's relevant and interesting.

Don't do or avoid from buying links directly. When you buy directly links from some one then keep it in your mind that you are not the only one link buyer from them. Instead of this what's better to linking back that will 100 % and positively work for you, bringing the contents of high quality that people do not damningly missed instead of linking back, making a minor social sharing via their own social networks, embed it or use them as a referrence for their constructive contents. I think it would be a better and seo long life wat to stay for long.

More better to do Guest Post than Article Marketing: Notedly read the Matt Cutt's message for Article Marketing..

He said, "Yeah, you know, there's this myth that directories are entirely dead. If it's a curated list, where someone is maintaining a resource and something is included there, I still think those are very valuable."

In past authentically article marketing considered as a valueable way to building links to improve the pagerank but after hitting by Panda, Penguin and EMD, then after it what's they have good for you to rank you better and how they can weather they their self hitted by Google algo's.But if you write a good article, Guest Posting is an effective and best way to use it from several aspects of views like back links, but not yet only a link, an opportunity for community relation ships to increase the site/blog's worldwide awareness that people can learn about you more and more.you can get your stuff featured on picky sites and blogs, what's beautiful is one link from a great blog in your industry or a news site in your industry, this is worth a hundred, maybe a thousand of these, even back in the day.

Competitive Intelligence Competitor's Strength Evaluations & Justifications. Surely if you are online then there is some one an other to slapping you in your industry. Weather first he done I recommend you to do before the he. But it needs a huge search coverage by using several search engine optimisation stuffs such as competitive keyword research, linkbuilding, qualitative contents for more social signals, to the point and right information to reach targeted audience, wise use & selection of SEO TOOLS right tools for right job, spending some time to overlook for more shared contents, what's getting hot from this site, this blog, this research, this market leader, whoever it is, and then doing it better, oh, that's beautiful. When you do this, then I think it pays to go look at, "Hey, who was it that was linking to the interesting content that that site produced?

Hey: you like this article you may reply via comments or make a minnor social share

While using Bing to make search for what you need Bing now offer to it's users to more refine their search queries to match more search results by using Bing's Advanced query operators - filetype: & ext, that look same but not due to a little difference.

Commonly used operator filetype: Enables you to search for doc file including html, txt, and pdf, as well as the primary Office document types: doc, rtf, xls, and ppt for Word, Excel, and PowerPoint documents.
As most commonly the official documents are hold these type of file formates e.g 1040 filetype:pdf for the official IRS 1040 for US Taxes. There for using filetype is crucially a relaxed and useful feature to reach for exact results.

ext sort out URLs with specific format. It helps you in finding the webpages of the specified file name extension only especially ending the Urls in specific formates like template ext:docx will filter search results to URLs having extension .docx, one of the new Microsoft Office Open XML formats introduced with Microsoft Office 2007.

Both these are two separate Bing search operators as filetype depends upon Bing's classification of contents associated with Urls and covers the high level type, not individual version. In other words, filetype: DOC, DOCX and WORD will all result in the same thing (filtering to MSDOC documents.) and ext matters with Urls file extensions.

Using both Bing search operator filetype and ext makes you to able for more refining the search results according to your need. For example the following query template filetype:doc ext:docx combines filteype and extand will filter search results to Microsoft Word documents having the docx Office Open XML formats.
