This is the TV Phone.this technology is approximately like radio. it's use receiver to get the signal from the television.but this technology can used for phone, radio, mp3, camera, mp4, data storage.

Webcams are small cameras, is can be used for many things like Videoconferencing, Video security, etc. like in this picture is used for Videoconferencing, which this tool our friends can see our face, or anything.. (but in front of camera/ the picture area can captured by WebCams)
