Sejarah Baju Batik - Batik (atau kata Batik) berasal dari bahasa Jawa "amba" yang berarti menulis dan "nitik". Kata batik sendiri meruju pada teknik pembuatan corak Motif Batik - menggunakan canting atau cap - dan pencelupan kain dengan menggunakan bahan perintang warna Motif Batik pada Baju Batik "malam" (wax) yang diaplikasikan di atas kain, sehingga menahan masuknya bahan pewarna. Dalam bahasa Inggris teknik ini dikenal dengan istilah wax-resist dyeing.
Jadi kain Baju Batik adalah kain yang memiliki ragam hias atau corak yang dibuat dengan canting dan cap dengan menggunakan malam sebagai bahan perintang warna. Teknik ini hanya bisa diterapkan di atas bahan yang terbuat dari serat alami seperti katun, sutra, wol dan tidak bisa diterapkan di atas kain dengan serat buatan (polyester).
Perempuan-perempuan Jawa di masa lampau menjadikan keterampilan mereka dalam membatik Busana Batik dan Blus batik sebagai mata pencaharian, sehingga di masa lalu pekerjaan membatik Batik Solo adalah pekerjaan eksklusif perempuan sampai ditemukannya "Batik Cap" yang memungkinkan masuknya laki-laki ke dalam bidang ini. Ada beberapa pengecualian bagi fenomena ini, yaitu batik pesisir yang memiliki garis maskulin seperti yang bisa dilihat pada corak "Mega Mendung", dimana di beberapa daerah pesisir pekerjaan membatik adalah lazim bagi kaum lelaki. Ragam corak dan warna Desain Busana Batik dipengaruhi oleh berbagai pengaruh asing.
Bangsa penjajah Eropa juga mengambil minat kepada batik, dan hasilnya adalah corak bebungaan yang sebelumnya tidak dikenal (seperti bunga tulip) dan juga benda-benda yang dibawa oleh penjajah (gedung atau kereta kuda), termasuk juga warna-warna kesukaan mereka seperti warna biru. Batik tradisonal tetap mempertahankan coraknya, dan masih dipakai dalam upacara-upacara adat, karena biasanya masing-masing corak memiliki perlambangan masing-masing. Teknik Desain Busana Batik dan membatik telah dikenal sejak ribuan tahun yang silam. Tidak ada keterangan sejarah yang cukup jelas tentang asal usul Batik. Ada yang menduga teknik ini berasal dari bangsa Sumeria, kemudian dikembangkan di Jawa setelah dibawa oleh para pedagang India. Saat ini batik bisa ditemukan di banyak negara seperti Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, India, Sri Lanka, dan Iran. Selain di Asia, batik juga sangat populer di beberapa negara di benua Afrika. Walaupun demikian, batik yang sangat terkenal di dunia adalah batik yang berasal dari Indonesia, terutama dari Jawa.
Batik secara historis berasal dari zaman nenek moyang yang dikenal sejak abad XVII yang ditulis dan dilukis pada daun lontar. Saat itu motif atau pola batik masih didominasi dengan bentuk binatang dan tanaman. Namun dalam sejarah perkembangannya batik mengalami perkembangan, yaitu dari corak-corak lukisan binatang dan tanaman lambat laun beralih pada motif abstrak yang menyerupai awan, relief candi, wayang beber dan sebagainya. Selanjutnya melalui penggabungan corak lukisan dengan seni dekorasi pakaian, muncul seni batik tulis seperti yang kita kenal sekarang ini.
Jenis dan corak batik tradisional tergolong amat banyak, namun corak dan variasinya sesuai dengan filosofi dan budaya masing-masing daerah yang amat beragam. Khasanah budaya Bangsa Indonesia yang demikian kaya telah mendorong lahirnya berbagai corak dan jenis batik tradisioanal dengan ciri kekhususannya sendiri.

Obat Wasir dan Obat Ambien - Wasir atau ambeien atau istilah kedokterannya hemoroid sering dianggap penyakit yang memalukan, sehingga penderita enggan membicarakannya dan kadang segan untuk memeriksakan diri karena timbulnya di tempat yang kurang pantas yaitu di anus. Ada dua tipe wasir, yaitu wasir dalam (internal hemorrhoid) dan wasir luar (external hemorrhoid).
Wasir dalam timbul pada saluran usus yang dilapisi selaput lendir/mukosa, terjadi pembengkakan di dalam anus. Pada wasir external pembengkakan pembuluh darah vena terjadi di luar, wasir menonjol keluar dari rektum, sehingga terlihat di sekitar anus. Gejala–gejala adanya penyakit wasir yaitu pertama-tama akan timbul rasa panas, gatal, dan nyeri pada dubur, adanya tonjolan keluar dari rektum pada saat buang air besar, tonjolan akan menjadi lebih besar seiring dengan tekanan abdominal dan harus ditekan ke dalam dengan tangan. Wasir sering juga disertai dengan pendarahan, dalam banyak kasus darah segar keluar bersama feses sewaktu buang air besar. Rasa nyeri dan pendarahan bisa timbul dan hilang. Penderita wasir merasakan ketidaknyamanan terus-menerus. Penyakit wasir merupakan hasil peningkatan tekanan dalam pembuluh vena di sekitar anus sehingga menghalangi aliran darah di anus. Kondisi tersebut terutama disebabkan karena seringnya sembelit (susah buang air besar). Dengan adanya penekanan feses yang keras pada usus dan disertai dengan pemaksaan pada waktu mengejan akan mengakibatkan pembesaran pada pembuluh darah vena yang berakibat wasir. Selain diakibatkan sembelit, wasir juga disebabkan karena pekerjaan yang menuntut duduk atau berdiri terlalu lama dan tidak berpindah-pindah, sering mengangkat beban terlalu berat, sering mengejan, faktor kegemukan, kurangnya makanan berserat yang mengakibatkan sembelit, hubungan seks melalui anus, infeksi anal atau rektal, dan tekanan pada usus akibat pembesaran rahim pada masa kehamilan. Upaya pencegahan agar tidak terkena wasir yaitu dengan menerapkan hidup sehat, yaitu mengkonsumsi makanan berserat dalam jumlah yang cukup seperti sayur dan buah-buahan untuk menghindari terjadinya sembelit, olahraga secara teratur, hindari mengejan, jangan duduk terlalu lama dan pindah-pindahkan posisi duduk. Pada umumnya upaya pengobatan yang diberikan untuk mengatasi wasir tanpa operasi diantaranya yaitu, menghilangkan rasa sakit, mengurangi bengkak, mengatur kebiasaan buang air besar dan melunakkan feses. Beberapa tanaman obat yang digunakan untuk wasir mempunyai efek merangsang buang air besar (pencahar), melunakkan feses, antiradang, mengecilkan pembengkakan dan melembutkan kulit (emoliens).
Beberapa tanaman obat yang dapat digunakan untuk mengatasi wasir, antara lain: 1.DAUN UNGU / Handeuleum (Graptophyllum pictum Griff.) Efek : mengurangi pembengkakan, melancarkan sirkulasi darah, mengurangi rasa sakit (analgetik) 5.KROKOT (Portulaca oleracea L.) Efek : Menghilangkan sakit, mengurangi bengkak, melancarkan sirkulasi darah. 6.SOSOR BEBEK (Kalanchoe pinnata Pers.) Efek : Antiradang, mengurangi pembengkakan, menghentikan pendarahan. 7.AKAR TERATAI (Nelumbium nelumbo Druce.) Efek : Menghentikan pendarahan 8.PEGAGAN (Centella asiatica Urban.) Efek: Anti-infeksi, menyejukkan Berikut beberapa contoh resep herba/tanaman obat untuk mengobati wasir : Pemakaian dalam Resep 1. 15 lembar daun ungu/handeuleum + 20 gram kunyit + 15 gram pegagan, dicuci dan direbus dengan 600 cc air hingga 300 cc, disaring, airnya diminum 2 kali sehari, setiap kali 150 cc. Resep 2. 90 gram daun lidah buaya (dikupas kulitnya dan dipotong-potong) + 15 gram daun dewa, direbus dengan 400 cc air hingga tersisa 200 cc, disaring, tambahkan madu, airnya diminum, daging daun lidah buayanya dimakan. Resep 3. Akar teratai dicuci bersih lalu dijuice hingga airnya terkumpul 1 gelas ukuran 200 cc, lalu diminum. (Untuk wasir berdarah). Resep 4. 30 gram krokot + 30 gram daun cocor bebek, dicuci, lalu direbus dengan 600 cc air hingga tersisa 300 cc, disaring, tambahkan madu, airnya diminum 2 kali sehari. Pemakaian luar : Daun lidah buaya dikupas kulitnya kemudian dijus. Ambil jus lidah buaya secukupnya, tambahkan bubuk norit dan bubuk gambir secukupnya dengan perbandingan 3 : 1, aduk hingga rata lalu dioleskan pada wasir yang menonjol keluar

Half Life 2 Episode One is the first in a series of new adventures created by Valve that extends the Half-Life® 2 single player experience. Stepping into the hazard suit of Dr. Gordon Freeman, you face the immediate repercussions of your actions in City 17 and the Citadel. Rejoin Alyx Vance and her robot, Dog, to once again aid the human resistance in their desperate battle against the totalitarian alien menace of the Combine.

Episode One exposes Alyx's combat skills and knowledge of City 17 as the player battles side-by-side with her in this 4-6 hour adventure of greater density and detail than non-episodic releases.

The intense gameplay delivered in Episode One is made possible only by Source®, Valve’s proprietary engine technology, which has been enhanced with new rendering technology and advanced artificial intelligence to deliver new levels of graphics and character interaction.

Half Life 2: Episode Two is the second in a trilogy of new games created by Valve that extends the award-winning and best-selling Half-Life adventure.

As Dr. Gordon Freeman, you were last seen exiting City 17 with Alyx Vance as the Citadel erupted amidst a storm of unknown proportions. In Episode Two, you must battle and race against Combine forces as you traverse the White Forest to deliver a crucial information packet stolen from the Citadel to an enclave of fellow resistance scientists.

Episode Two extends the award-winning Half-Life gameplay with unique weapons, vehicles, and newly-spawned creatures.

Personal Notes
The game runs amazingly smooth without graphics corruption of any kind on the nVidia cards (tested on a 320M) with 4GB of RAM and 256 MB vRAM

The developers of this mod state this can not run on hardware below the nVidia 9800 & ATI 3850 and requires a Core 2 Duo

Cinematic Mod 10.94
The Cinematic Mod (CM) is a Half-Life 2 modification, that adds more details and a darker look to the original Half-Life 2 series.

The Cinematic Mod features:
Raise the quite outdated graphical appearance to a state-of-the-art level
Give the HL2 trilogy a more stressed, darker and minatory look
Complement the atmosphere with a emotional cinematic music soundtrack, that fits the action on the screen
Replace the low-resolution textures with high resolution counterparts and more detailed environments (hires melons!)
Complement the storyline with the unused content from the original games
Refresh the look and feel with optional new HD models
Add more replay-value

There are 2 versions of CM10:
The 'normal' HD version, with a lot of HD textures and characters. This version requires a fast pc with at least 4GB of ram and a high-end grapichs card. A 64bit Windows version is required.
The LE version, the Light Edition, does not include the HD characters, new soundtracks and gameplay changes or tweaks. This version works with a 32bit Windows, however this is untested and unsupported.

- Video: 256 MB vRAM, (512 vRAM Highly Recommended)
- about 31 GB Hard Drive Space required

Known Issues:
The only issues I've come across is the graphics corruption on low end ATI cards. Some objects seem to have a white translucent film over them.

Installation Instructions:
Mount the .dmg and and drag and drop the Half life 2 Cinematic Mod folder to your hard drive, this will take almost 31 GB of space.
Drag and drop the correct launcher.zip that corresponds to your graphics card (ATI or nVIDIA) to your harddrive
Extract the launcher.zip and remove the three HL2 launchers from the folder they appear in and place them in the Half Life 2 Cinematic Mod
These launchers MUST remain in the folder along with the HL2CM.app data file otherwise they will not perform correctly
Double click the launcher of your choice to launch any one of the three Half Life 2 games

The two files compressed into HL2CM Utility Launchers dot zip are used to Launch the HL2CM Konfigurator.

The Konfigurator utility allows you to get pin point accuracy on all graphics settings available with this amazing HL2 Mod.

The character Character Pimper utility launcher will allow you to load and unload the high definition characters that Fake Factory painstakingly created for our enjoyment. All HD FakeFactory characters were loaded before the game was packaged and uploaded. You can use the character pimper to unload the FF characters and replace them with the high def HL2 original character set.

VERY IMPORTANT
These two launcher apps MUST be placed inside the Half Life 2 Cinematic Mod folder order to work correctly...All launcher apps MUST be in the folder along with the HL2CM game data because they were symlinked to the HL2CM Data bundle.
