Caramels are one of my favorite all time confections. However, I've never been able to find them made without corn syrup and so we decided to make our own using local honey, Pacific ocean sea salt, and organic milk, cream, sugar, butter, and molasses. They're perfect consistency of melt in your mouth goodness! Quantity options per bag: 1/4lb = approximately 8 caramels. 1/2lb = approximately 16 caramels 1 lb = approximately 32 caramels

One of our all time sentimental favorites! This was the first preserve that Kristen began making with her grandmother many years ago. It has a wonderful sweet tart flavor and has burgundy jewel tone color. This year we used plums from three of our favorite farms; Fogline Farm in Soquel, Hamada Farms in Kingsburg, and Live Earth Farm in Watsonville.

This Fresno Pepper Jelly is the mild and sweeter sibling to our Spicy Fresno. To cut the heat we combined the Fresno chilies with sweet red bells. The result is a pepper jelly that has the flavor profile of sweet, tangy, and just a little spicy.
