That way you can make a good choice if you want one or not. Not only that, but if you are dating someone you should talk to them before you get any piercings on your body. It could really shock someone if you went away and came back with a piercing. So if you are dating someone ask if they would like if you got a belly button ring. They may not because if you get one you want people to check you out, and your boyfriend may not be into that.
