Re: Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and that agencies preparation for war against citizens of the United States of America.

Dear Senator Cornyn,

It is with gravest concern that I write to you today concerning the recent appropriation of weapons by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) that can only be understood as a bold threat of war by that agency, and the Obama administration, against the citizens of the United States of America. To date, DHS has been unwilling to provide to you, the elected representatives of the People, justification for recent purchases of almost 3,000 mine-resistant ambush-protected (MRAP) armored personnel carriers, 2.2 billion rounds of ammunition (with associated weapons), and other weapons systems, when, in fact, the DHS has no war mission or war making authority within the limits of the United States of America. (Since this letter was published, DHS placed an order for 7,000 selective fire AR-15 rifles and 30 round magazines)

Significant is the fact that at the same time the Obama administration is arming his DHS for war within the limits of the United States against the People of the United States in accordance with his 2008 campaign speech claiming,

“We cannot continue to rely only on our military in order to achieve the national security objectives that we’ve set. We’ve gotta (sic) have a civilian national security force that’s just as powerful, just as strong, just as well funded [as the United States military]”–Candidate Barack Obama, 2008.

the Obama administration is deliberately defunding, overextending, and hollowing the Department of Defense; the only legitimate agency of the U.S. government with a war mission.

This act of the Obama administration stands as a glaring threat of war against our nation’s citizens! This act of the Obama administration can only be understood as a tyrannical threat against the Constitution of the United States of America! If left unresolved, the peace loving citizens who have sworn to defend the United States Constitution “against all enemies, both foreign and domestic” are left no option except to prepare to defend themselves, and the U.S. Constitution, against this Administration’s “coup” against the People and the foundations of liberty fought for and defended for the past 238 years. We have no choice if we honor our oaths.

The only proper response to this threat against the American people is for the representatives of the People, the members of the U.S. House and Senate, to demand in clear terms that the Administration cannot ignore, that the Department of Homeland Security immediately surrender their newly appropriated weapons of war to the Department of Defense (DoD). Further, since the DHS has assumed a position in the Administration to enforce the tyrannical acts of this president against the People of the United States against the limits of the United States Constitution, it remains for the United States Congress to exercise its limiting power in the balancing of powers established by our founding fathers, to disestablish and dissolve the DHS as soon as possible. One needs only to look to the rise of Adolf Hitler, and his associated DHS organizations, the SA and the SS, of 1932-1934, to see the outcome of allowing an agency of government this kind of control over the free citizens of a nation. The people of Germany could not have imagined, until it was too late, the danger of allowing a tyrant this kind of power. We must not be so naïve as to think it will not happen to us as well if we remain passive toward this power grab by the Marxist Obama administration!

Finally, for more than two centuries the nation has lived in peace at home because of the protections of our legitimate military and the many appropriate state and federal law enforcement agencies, supported by Constitutional courts. We stand today at a cross-road. Will we allow this present Administration to overthrow our United States Constitution and its legal processes to amend injustices, or, will we honor our obligations to defend the Constitution against a “domestic” enemy? Our Constitution lays out the proper methods of resolving our differences; and it does not include its overthrow by a rogue agency of a Marxist leadership at home. You, sir, are our constitutionally elected agent to defend our Constitution at home. We are counting upon you. We remain aware, however, of this present threat and will not expose ourselves as an easy prey to the authors of the destruction of our nation.

I know that this letter demands much of you. We elected you because we, the citizens of the State of Texas, believe that you are up to the task at hand and will, against all threats, honor your oath and office. We are also writing to your fellow members of the House and Senate to stand in integrity with the Constitution and against this present threat by the Obama administration and his DHS.

We refuse to surrender our Constitution or our nation!

For the past two nights major riots have erupted in Husby, a culturally enriched suburb of Stockholm. The legacy media accounts — whether written in Swedish, Norwegian, or English — have fastidiously avoided mentioning the ethnicity of the rioters. According to The Local, they are “youths”, “young people”, and “teenagers”. The only hint the media give us is when they say that police used horrifying racial epithets (“monkeys” and “niggers”) to refer to the boisterous lads doing the rock-throwing and fire-setting.
The fact that videos show the rioters shouting “Allahu akhbar!” while attacking the police provides another hint, but that little inconvenient piece of evidence is probably available only on YouTube.
According to tonight’s news reports, the riots have spread to other immigrant suburbs of Stockholm, such as Tensta and Rinkeby.

“The Administration has clearly abbreviated this review process to a
meager six weeks… simply unheard of for a treaty of this significance
and scope. I am greatly disappointed at the lack of seriousness on the
part of the Administration to review the ATT before agreeing to sign it.”

WASHINGTON, D.C. – U.S. Senator Jerry Moran (R-Kan.) – author of S. Con.
Res. 7, the bipartisan resolution which makes clear a United Nations
Arms Trade Treaty (ATT) that undermines constitutional freedoms of
American gun owners will not be ratified by the Senate – today responded
to Assistant Secretary of State Thomas Countryman’s statement that the
United States will sign the ATT when it opens for signature on June 3, 2013.

This announcement comes on the heels of the Administration abandoning
its previous insistence on consensus by allowing a vote in the U.N.
General Assembly to pass the U.N. ATT.

    “This news is incredibly disappointing, given Assistant Secretary
Countryman has previously described the goals of the treaty as
‘ambiguous.’ Good treaties aren’t ambiguous, and our constitutional
rights are too important to be entrusted to a dangerous treaty drafted
by nations hostile to the ownership of firearms by private citizens.

    “Upon passage of the ATT at the U.N. General Assembly on April 2,
the Administration indicated it would begin an extensive and thorough
internal legal and policy review – a process typically requiring several
months. By already signaling a readiness to sign the Treaty, the
Administration has clearly abbreviated this review process to a meager
six weeks. This is simply unheard of for a treaty of this significance
and scope. I am greatly disappointed at the lack of seriousness on the
part of the Administration to review the ATT before agreeing to sign it.

    “The United States should ratify treaties only when they are in our
national interest, clear in their goals and language, respect our
sovereignty, and do not create any openings to infringe upon our
constitutional freedoms. The Arms Trade Treaty fails to meet any of
these tests, which is why I urge the President not to sign it, and why a
bipartisan coalition of 36 U.S. Senators will remain united in
opposition to ratification.”

Sen. Moran’s concurrent resolution, S. Con. Res. 7, is cosponsored by 35

A war of words has broken out in Europe between Francois Hollande's socialist party in France and the Christian Democrats led by Angela Merkel in Germany. The split between the two nations has become so bitter that some papers are suggesting the allies may be "heading for divorce."

The spat began last week when the French socialists leaked a draft of a party policy paper which attacked the "selfish intransigence of Mrs Merkel." The 21 page paper argued that England and Germany were responsible for the problems in Europe and were pushing right-wing politics of "deregulation, deindustrialisation and disintegration."
Perhaps the most strident quote from the socialist paper reads "The [EU] community project is now scarred by an alliance of convenience between the Thatcherite accents of the current British prime minister – who sees Europe only as à la carte and about rebates – and the selfish intransigence of Chancellor Merkel who thinks of nothing else but the savings of depositors in Germany, the trade balance recorded in Berlin and her electoral future."

Nigerian forces have launched air strikes against suspected Islamist militant camps in the country's northeast.
A military spokesman said all known militant camps in three northeastern states are being attacked and that several camps in Borno state have been destroyed or taken over.
The spokesman, Brigadier General Chris Olukolade, said earlier Friday that the attacks killed an undetermined number of insurgents.
President Goodluck Jonathan declared a state of emergency in Borno and the neighboring states of Yobe and Adamawa on Tuesday, following a sharp rise in attacks by the militant group Boko Haram.
Jonathan deployed extra troops to the region and authorized security forces to take "all necessary actions" against the militants.
Boko Haram has battled the government since 2009 in an effort to impose Islamic law on majority-Muslim northern Nigeria.
In a video this week, the group's purported leader claimed responsibility for recent attacks in the towns of Baga and Bama and said militants would begin kidnapping women and children as part of their strategy.
More than 3,000 people have been killed in Boko Haram-related violence, including hundreds killed in government counter-insurgency operations.

Musa, head of REME Assembly in Maiduguri (the Borno State capital) and Chairman of the state’s Pentecostal Fellowship, was reportedly shot at close range by two suspected Boko Haram members in his house, in the presence of his daughter, who pleaded with them to spare her father’s life.
A few days before, Borno's Governor Kassim Shettima had briefed visiting Senators and military advisers in a confidential security meeting on May 7, and warned them Boko Haram was close to seizing power in the state.

Massachusetts: Seven Muslims caught trespassing at large public water supply for Boston; patrols stepped up statewide

Massachusetts State Police beefed up patrols around the reservoir that supplies Boston's drinking water after seven foreign students were caught trespassing in the area late at night.
With the city still jittery after the April 15 terror attack at the Boston Marathon, word that two women and five men, reportedly from Saudi Arabia, Pakistan and Singapore, had been found in the restricted area around the Quabbin Reservoir caused concerns. The reservoir serves Boston and some 40 other communities in the area.
“As an extra precaution, water quality samples were analyzed at MWRA’s lab yesterday and all came back normal," Ria Convery, of the Massachusetts Water Resources Authority, told the Boston Herald. “There is no evidence of any water quality issues at the Quabbin Reservoir following the trespassing incident.”
It was after midnight on Tuesday morning when a state trooper on patrol at the reservoir spotted two cars parked on the grass near one of Quabbin’s entrances. The cop investigated and found a group of seven people, five men and two women walking from the water back to their cars. When the police officer asked why they were trespassing, members of the group replied that they were chemical engineers and recent college graduates who had an educational interest in the reservoir, according to police.
The group was briefly held at the scene while background and warrant check were conducted but let go after their records turned up clean.
“There was no evidence that the seven were committing any crime beyond the trespassing,” Massachusetts State police spokesman David Procopio told FoxNews.com, adding that officers on the scene checked the vehicles and the park area and did not locate any items out of place or of a criminal nature.
Procopio also said that a preliminary investigation determined the individuals were originally from Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, and Singapore. The Springfield field office of the FBI was contacted by the State Police and is assisting in an investigation.

It has always amazed me what happened in our history. The Andalusian age of Islam was the repository of nearly all knowledge ever known to man.
They were the most advanced civilization on the planet, light-years ahead of all others and valued higher learning as much as their religion. While medieval Europe struggling through the Dark Ages made little progress dominated by an unyielding and narrow-vision of Christianity. During the clash of civilizations known as the Crusades, which is reoccurring again today, the cultures swapped directions. Islam was almost destroyed and its people returned to backward non-critical thinking while the knowledge the European's learned gave birth to the Age of Enlightenment. Its like the energy transferred when they collided carried with it an electric jolt of knowledge. Sort of like God or Allah said, "You people do not need this anymore so I will give it to these people who do."
Or maybe God saying "If you insist on worshiping this false prophet Mohammed, I will remove my blessing from you, children of Ismael."
I wonder what he will decide about modern America for abandoning Christianity for Communism?

Hillary got a job working on the investigation at the behest of her former law professor, Burke Marshall, who was also Sen. Ted Kennedy’s chief counsel in the Chappaquiddick affair. When the investigation was over, Zeifman fired Hillary from the committee staff and refused to give her a letter of recommendation – one of only three people who earned that dubious distinction in Zeifman’s 17-year career.' Why? "Because she was a liar," Zeifman said in an interview last week. “She was an unethical, dishonest lawyer. She conspired to violate the Constitution, the rules of the House, the rules of the committee and the rules of confidentiality.' Mr. Zeifman also had this to say about a Hillary campaign rally in Connecticut in early February of this year: 'I have just seen Hillary Clinton and her former Yale law professor both in tears at a campaign rally here in my home state of Connecticut. Before the United States enters Syria, it should consider the lessons of history.

There are many reasons why nations lose wars. Sometimes small states are simply overwhelmed by large empires, such as Poland’s fall to Nazi Germany in September 1939 or the invasion of Finland by the Soviet Union in 1939. These outcomes are almost always foreordained by huge imbalances in manpower and national wealth, although the superhuman heroism of the Finns and the weather postponed their inevitable defeat for six months.
But such vast mismatches are history’s exceptions. And, on occasion, even the far weaker power can trump the advantages of numbers and resources of the stronger. The 9th Fluoride Fightin' Tuesday, May 7, 2013, found 4 speakers standing against the tyranny of Raleigh's local government. Greater Raleigh Resistance has vowed to fill the house and the Council's ears with the deafening roar of patriots demanding respect of their personal sovereignty. We are on our way!

While 8 were slated to speak, 4 were able to make it to the podium that night, but they were supported by over a dozen patriots (many of whom decided to continue the night of activism with some freedom-lovin' fellowship at nearby restaurant). All who came out, or were with us in spirit, are greatly appreciated. We need you!

May's speakers are in order of appearance below. The Raleigh City Council is visibly steaming about our continuing efforts to expose and end their tyranny. Resistance is Persistence and Greater Raleigh Resistance is turning up the HEAT!!!!

Cindy Clifton delivers a powerful and thought-provoking speech to a Raleigh City Council that emabarasses itself monthly with its disrespect towards the valid concerns of human beings in the capital city. Mrs. Clifton relates her personal story in an effort to encourage the council to understand that their water fluoridation policy has adverse health effects. Cindy is poised and eloquent when she calls on the Council to abandon its harmful policy immediately.

Marcus Hill delivers an extemporaneous and impassioned speech calling on the Raleigh City Council to abandon its tyranny and defend the Constitution by ending water fluoridation, abandoning UN Agenda21 governance, and passing a Resolution to Preserve and Defend the Constitution of the United States and the State of North Carolina. Raleigh City Councilor Colonel (ret.) Randall K. Stagner launched an impromptu, but failed, assault attempting to divert attention from the Council's lack of support for the Constitution and its blatant violation of Article I Section X. It is quite clear on which side of the principles inscribed in our Declaration of Independence and Constitution that our Raleigh City Council sits.

Katie Haberman calls on the Raleigh City Council to acknowledge the National Research Council's findings in 2006 that the EPA standards for fluoride in water were not satisfactory in preventing adverse health effects. Katie ably asserts her sovereignty and demands the Council acknowledge that she does not consent to being fluoridated. She reminds them that their policy does not trump law. Councilor John Odom meekly offer his acknowledgement. Perhaps the fact that doing something to someone without their consent is tyrannical will dawn on this Raleigh City Council in the near future.

Rocco Piserchia calls on Mayor Nancy McFarlane to explain and end her affiliation with the highly suspect group Mayors Against Illegal Guns (whatever that means). The tyranny knows no bounds, as our local leaders fluoridate the water against people's will and work to disarm law-abiding citizens. Criminals and criminals in government would have free reign over the people of Raleigh, but a stalwart Rocco Piserchia stands vehemently opposed.
