Justine Martin is Missing

Justine "Jellybean" Martin was last seen leaving her job in Marietta, Georgia on June 29th to go home and get ready for a date with a man named Sam. She hasn't been seen since. She lists Receptionist Manager at Vector Marketing as her place of employment on her MySpace page.

As you can read on the missing poster below Justine is 20-years-old, caucasian, brown hair and eyes, 5'4" and 130 lbs.

If you've seen Justine or have any information concerning her whereabouts on or since June 29th please contact the Cobb County Police Department at 770-499-3900

So far there is very little information on this missing person case and I've seen nothing whatsoever thus far in the Atlanta media. Hopefully we can get the work out and find Justine.

Casey Anthony October Trial Canceled

The October trial date for Casey Anthony has now been canceled during a conference in Orange County Circuit Court Judge Stan Strickland's chambers. Back when the state announced that it would be seeking the death penalty it was mentioned that the trial would not take place this fall but now it's official. There has been no new date set for her trial but a status hearing has been set for January 21st, 2010 at 10am. So much for a speedy trial, huh?

Wednesday Hero: Corporal Reynold Armand

Reynold Armand didn't want to wait until he turned 18 to join the Marines. He persuaded his adoptive mother to sign papers allowing him to sign up a year early.

"I'm very proud of him," said his father, Carl Armand. "When he was home, he gave no sign of being afraid." Armand didn't speak much about his experiences in Iraq, according to family members, saying only that most Iraqi civilians he encountered were very nice.

"We used to send him a lot of candy," said his mother, Alma Armand. "He would pass it out."

Manny Rodriguez, 21, of Rochester met Armand five years ago at New Day Church in Rochester, where both young men were members of the youth group. "He was such an amazing all-around person. He was so easy and comfortable to be around. He liked people for who they are."

No definitive report could be found on how Cpl. Armand died. Some report that he was killed when shot and others report that he was killed by an IED that exploded near his vehicle in Balad, Iraq.

Kelsey Lansaw Made a Really Bad Deal...

19-year-old (according to her old inactive MySpace she's 20) Kelsey Lansaw of Franklin Park, Pensylvania is a fairly recent graduate of North Allegheny High School. An education student at Robert Morris University, she also works at the Forever Young Daycare Center in Pine Township. That's not her only job though. I guess she needed help putting gas in her daddy's expensive BMW so she also dealt drugs on the side, in at least one case at the daycare center where she should have been watching the kids. Just makes you want to go right out and enroll your kids there, doesn't it? Kelsey's two Facebook accounts can be found here and here.

Lansaw arranged to sell Marijuana to an undercover detective in the parking lot of the daycare center and when she sold him $80 worth of pot she also told him she could get him ecstasy as well. She sent the detective a text message on the Fourth letting him know that she had the drugs. They met up at a local gas station where he paid $750 for a bag of the drug. That's when Kelsey and a male who rode with her were both arrested by the Coraopolis Police.

Lansaw's father has been making a fuss with police to get his BMW back, which police have impounded because she used it to make the second drug deal.

One thing I found really entertaining was the fact that when she was arrested Lansaw told the police "I'm a student at Robert Morris University and I'm going to be an elementary education teacher".

The cop's answer?

"Not any more, you're not"

Kelsey Lansaw has been released without bond on charges that include delivery of a controlled substance, posession with intent to deliver, criminal use of a communication facility and criminal conspiracy. She has a preliminary hearing on July 14th.

Who Killed Cheyenne Noell Wolf?

According to investigators in Oklahoma, 35-year-old Abel Travis Wolf and his 40-year-old wife Denise Ann Wolf were arrested last week near Rocky Boy's Indian Reservation southwest of Havre, Montana in the investigation into the death of Abel's daughter over a year ago. They are currently being held without bond in the Hill County Jail in Havre and have been charged with Unlawful Removal of a Body.

An autopsy has been scheduled on the cadaver of the couple's 11-year-old daughter Cheyenne Noell Wolf. Currently they still aren't sure of the cause of death as the family has been giving conflicting stories to law enforcement. If it weren't for relatives that were worried about Cheyenne the Wolfs might still be hiding. They have been carrying the body around with them as they moved from Oklahoma to Oregon and on to Montana. Her body has been kept in a plastic tub buried under their deck, in the garage, a storage unit and even in a chicken coop on property belonging to Denise's brother for a while.

Back in January one of their other children, Sara Elizabeth Wolf ran away from this dysfunctional family and was admitted to a hospital. With her parents fearing that she would tell someone their grisly secret they moved the body into the chicken coop belonging to Edward Lee Davis. When she learned that her brother had been snooping around their belongings, Denise moved the tub to the storage unit where police officers recently found it during their investigation.

According to Abel Wolf's affidavit they were upset because Cheyenne wouldn't eat her supper and when her father went outside with one of the girls to smoke he heard a loud thump inside the house. There's no explanation (that I've seen) about the "thump" but it does go on to say that when he went back in to check on Cheyenne she seemed OK. The next day Denise called him and told him his daughter was dead. That's when they decided to conceal her death from the police along with family and friends.

Their stories just reek of lies and crap to me. If the father's statement is true and Cheyenne died at the hands of Denise how could he stand to be around her for the last 15 months, knowing that one of his precious children was dead? How could Denise's brother Edward Davis NOT turn his sister in, if he in fact knew about the body (which he may not have for sure)? That old saying about blood being thicker than water is crap and just the fact that he knew his sister's step-daughter was dead at the hands of one of the family should have been enough for him to call the law last April.

Jonathan Sullivan Likes his Quiet Time...

A little over a week ago police found 41-year-old Jonathan Leigh Sullvan of Raleigh, NC in his SUV with a naked 12-year-old girl and arrested him on a couple of different charges.

An off-duty sheriff's deputy in Garner, NC noticed Sullivan's SUV parked in an empty cul-de-sac in an empty subdivision that's currently under construction and decided to investigate. When he got to the vehicle he found Sullivan and a two-year-old boy sitting in the back seat. When Sullivan started giving statements that didn't make a whole lot of sense as to why he was there the deputy called for backup from the Garner Police Department.

While officers were talking to Sullivan they noticed a pair of binoculars, a laptop and a camera inside the vehicle. When they asked to look at the camera he told them it was OK and the very first picture they found was of a hairless vagina. They also noticed what appeared to be someone hiding under a tarp in the back. When they lifted the tarp they discovered a 12-year-old girl trying to get dressed.

Officers interviewed the girl who explained that she and Sullivan, the live-in boyfriend of both children's grandmother, went to the cul-de-sac often because it was their "quiet place". Sullivan is currently in the Wak County Jail charged with two counts of sexual exploitation of a child and one count of taking indecent liberties with a child. His bond is $225,000.

Robert Chester Double is in Trouble...

Occasionally I'll bitch and moan about how hard I've got it during the holidays. While it's true that with the business I'm in I usually work harder and longer on holidays than any other time of the year, at least I didn't have to spend the Fourth of July in jail as did 51-year-old New York resident Robert Chester Double. Double was arrested on Friday for allegedly pulling the bikini off of a 15-year-old girl and touching her chest at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon.

Double is currently out on $5,000 bond on one count of Lewd or Lascivious Molestation. Even though he is only facing on charge he apparently groped more than one person during his day at Typhoon Lagoon, spent body surfing into young girls and ripping their tops off.

Aron Howard Thinks He's a Rapper But He's Really Just a Raper...

Aron Lamar Howard (a.k.a. Nemesis) is originally from Chicago but currently resides in Tampa, Florida. He is either related to or friends with (I don't know which for sure right now) a family that also lives in Tampa. Somehow he got hold of the keys to their house and early this past Friday he let himself in while they were asleep and kidnapped a young girl at knife-point, carrying her out to his truck and then drove a few blocks away from her house.

Aron forced the young girl into his back seat. When she started to struggle and scream he punched her in the face to force her to be quiet and then raped her. When he was finished he dropped her off a few blocks from her home warning her not to tell anyone because he had already gotten away with it once before.

The girl ran the rest of the way home and woke up her aunt to tell her what had happened. The police were called and when they got to Aron Howard's house they found him along with Marijuana and Cocaine. He's currently being held in the Hillsborough County Jail on charges of Sexual Battery on a Victim under 12, Armed Kidnapping with intent to Harm or Terrorize, Possession of Cocaine and Possession of Cannabis. He is being held without bond (charge report).

Judging from Aron's MySpace page he is a rapper of some sort. Right off the bat I have to tell you that I find very little that appeals to me about Rap. While there is some that is OK, for the most part I hate it. I would rather be strapped into a chair and listen to dueling banjos for 24 hours than be subjected to a single hour of rap music. Anyway, Aron (who seems to have children of his own) goes by the name Nemesis and the title on his MySpace says "Nemesis Imma Be A Legend Breathin or Dead"

His About Me blurb has the usual gangsta crap but it shows someone who just has no respect for other people.

Lacy Sommers...Pregnant and Barefoot...Again

...I don't actually know about all that but what I do know is that it must be a bitch to be in jail and pregnant.

Lacy Sommers from Hortonville, Wisconsin was arrested in October of last year on charges stemming from the fact that she allegedly had sex on multiple occasions with a 13-year-old boy between November of 2007 and April of 2008. As a matter of fact she'a had a child from those encounters. You can read more about the initial charges at the Weekly Vice.

The boy admitted to police that he had been having a relationship with Sommers and she also admitted to it, stating that she "knew it was wrong but was in love with the boy". Ick.

Back in February she pleaded not guilty to a charge of Repeated Sexual Assault of Same Child, which is a felony. The jury trial was set for April 15th but it looks like it was bumped to the August and the charges have been amended to 3rd Degree Sexual Assault. She's had a change of attorneys at least three times over the last few months and now there are more issues. She's been ordered to face trial again on NEW charges of sexually asaulting the boy.

Sommers was arrested again back on May 1st on the same charges as well as bail jumping which involved more contact with the boy. She is due back in court on the new charges on July 28th. Oh by the way..she's pregnant AGAIN.

Justin Shine Should Be Dismembered

I've been trying really hard over the last couple of months to curb my profanity on this site, along with making sure to verify facts before I post them (aside from the obvious glaring typos and lack of grammar) and just report as accurately as I can. Just when I think I'm doing a great job at it along comes a douchebag like 26-year-old Justin P Shine from Hingham, Massachusetts.

This past Saturday afternoon the mother of a 6-year-old girl let her go outside in their apartment complex to play. Setting aside for a moment that it is a supremely stupid fucking decision let your six-year-old play unsupervised in an apartment complex, the mother did have the brains to call the police when after 20 minutes she didn't hear her daughter. Police immediately showed up and began a door to door search of the apartment complex.

Allegedly Justin Shine was inside his ex-girlfriend's apartment (he allegedly broke in) in the same building and saw the little girl through the window. Since she knew the man as a father of one of her playmates she didn't think it strange when he yelled out the window to come look at their gerbils. Once he had lured her into the apartment he bound her hands together with tape, taped her mouth shut and tied her arms as well as binding her legs with a chain.

According to police reports the girl told them that Shine injected her in the hip with a syringe and that she felt sleepy afterward. Police do have the syringe and it is being tested. According to the little girl's statement they started hearing police knocking on doors a short time later and that Shine cut the tape off of her hands, telling her to "shut up" when she started crying. He then told her that "she was not going to die today...he was". At some point after he let the girl leave. A man in the apartment complex found the little girl and took her to the police. Her feet were still shackled and she was covered in blood, Shine's blood, testing later revealed.

The girl was understandably upset and crying when she was found. She told the police officer that "The man took me". Then she showed police Shine's apartment. He was found in a bedroom covered in his own blood from a self-inflicted wound on his wrist. Shine fought with police which is where he received the black eye pictured at the top of the post, from getting hit in the head by one of the officer's gun after he lunged toward them.

In the apartment officers found the girl's bike and her Barbie helmet covered with a sleeping bag in a quick attempt to hide it.

While Shine was being treated at the hospital he told police that he had lured the girl into his apartment to rape her but had apparently had second thoughts. I guess having police beating on doors tends to do that. He also told officers he had shot up with cocaine but didn't admit to administering it on the girl.

Shine was arraigned this morning on charges of Kidnapping, Attempted Rape, Assault and Battery With a Dangerous Weapon (the syringe) and Resisting Arrest and ordered held without bail pending a dangerousness hearing on Wednesday. Not Guilty pleas were entered on his behalf as he didn't speak during the arraignment.

As you can see from the above screencap Justin's MySpace is set to private right now and the message on it says "justin leave my family and friends out of this please respect everyone at this difficult time - Jessica Shine". Jessica is Justin's sister and got rid of his profile to make it less likely that they will get messed with. I haven't and most likely won't try to contact any of the family for questions, although they are always welcome to contact me at rm_blogger@yahoo.com or leave a comment here, even anonymously if they want.

Aside from the emotional scarring that this little girl is going to have to deal with, it's too bad this happened in Massachusetts where this fucktard will probably be back on the streets in a few short years.

Update - I mentioned when I first posted this that Shine would be having his 'dangerousness' hearing today. Basically a bond hearing. Luckily a judge in Massachusetts has a brain and denied bond for the man even though his attorney William Leonard claimed that this was a one-time aberration and asked for $5,000 bail. District Court Judge Ronald Moynahan said that releasing Shine into society would be 'akin to terror'.

The little girl has tested positively for cocaine, which Justin Shine injected her with while he held her prisoner.

I will try and update this as more information comes to light.

Robert Knight Had Issues With His Girlfriend

Around the middle of this past week maintenance men at the West Bay Apartments in Columbus, Ohio made a gruesome discovery in their pond and one of the dumspters...body parts. Police, staff from the Coroner's Office and anthropologists from Ohio State University all joined in the search for the rest of the dismembered body that was scattered throughout the complex, in the pond, trash bins and even in the brush around the complex.

Police won't say what led them to Robert Knight's apartment but once they arrived and he allowed them to search the place they found a head and both arms stuffed in his freezer.

The body belonged to Tracey Moore, Knight's girlfriend, who was no stranger to his violence. Apparently this three-time loser had stabbed his girlfriend back in February of 2008 and punched her in the head after pushing her to the ground. When the case went to trial Tracey Moore never showed up and the charges were dismissed. This time around Knight finished the job he started last February.

Fifty-year-old Robert Knight has been in and out of jail in Ohio since 1979 on charges ranging from breaking and entering to kidnapping and assault. Let's hope this piece of trash doesn't get out this time.

Judging from the fact that Knight dumped his girlfriend's body parts scattered around the apartment complex, so close to where he lived, he knew he would get caught. Perhaps he was even counting on it.

Zion Duprey is Missing

Deleware State Police are investigating the abduction of five-year-old Zion Duprey of Lincoln, DE and have issued an Amber Alert. Zion has black hair, brown eyes and was last seen wearing blue jean shorts to his knees and a blue shirt with white designs. He is around 25lbs and 2'3". The suspect in his disapearance is his father Angel D. Duprey. Angel is a 30-year-old Hispanic man from Philadelphia. He is 6'2" 165lbs with brown hair. He was last see wearing no shirt, blue jeans and has tattoos around his neck. UPDATED - A picture of Angel is below.

An active protection from abuse order was issued on June 19th from Pennsylvania which prohibits him from having any contact with his girlfriend or their three children. Obviously he didn't let a piece of paper stop him when he entered the home of Zion's Grandmother shortly after noon today and snatched his son.

The were last seen in a blue 1995 Buick Lasabre with a white top possibly with a tag number HFH0835 or a partial Pennsylvania plate number containing HDM87. They were last seen heading south on Rust Road in Lincoln, possibly heading toward Philadelphia. Mark Musselwhite Got Nekked

It's getting to where a grown man can't sit around nekked drinking a beer anymore in the privacy of his own home anymore. Hell, I might be nekked as I write this, having worked all day. Oh, wait a minute. Former Mayor of Gainesville Georgia, Mark Musselwhite, wasn't in the privacy of his own home when he was arrested. Then I guess I'll have to take back at least part of what what I said.

Police in Rabun County got a call last weekend about a man walking down Earls Ford Road, buck naked. Department of Natural Resources Park Ranger Brandon Walls, accompanied by Rabun County Deputy Sheriff, paid a visit to the campsite of 43-year-old Mark Musselwhite yesterday and found him intoxicated and naked. According to the accounts I've read there were severeal alcoholic beverages and an unidentified female at the campsite.Musselwhite didn't seem to think he was doing anything wrong. When the deputy and park ranger approached him he said "Hello" and asked them why he was being visited.

Musselwhite served on the Gainseville city council for six years as well as having been mayor and he lost a bid for a state senate seat back in 2006. He has also served as a deacon for the First Baptist Church in Gainesville.

Musselwhite has been charged with public indecency. You can find the DNR incident report here. A public indencency charge probably wouldn't be the end of the world but once you start trying to throw around non-existent political clout and get beligerent with the cops...Most likely not a good move on his part.

Krystal Whitehead Forgot the Baby

What is it about summertime that has women leaving their children in locked cars in the hot sun? This is the third story of this ilk that I've posted in just the last month.

Krystal Whitehead had to pick up some hair coloring stuff from a beauty supply store last week. It was probably a quick trip in and out but she thought enough to pull her 11-year-old daughter out of the car to take inside with her, but left her 5-month-old son locked in the car with the windows cracked.

A Forsyth County Sheriff's Deputy was patrolling the area and was alerted to the little boy by a shopper in the parking lot. The deputy found the baby in the car and got him out, summoning paramedics. In the meantime Krystal had gotten word that police were in the parking lot, which amazingly enough jogged her memory to the fact that she had forgotten her son.

The baby is OK. He was taken to the hospital and checked out, while his mother was arrested on charges of cruelty to children. I don't know if she has gotten out on her $22k bond yet but as of this past Wednesday she was still sitting in the Forsyth County Jail.
