All of these have wonderful tasting fruit, and huge berries.  The best one of the three is Ouachita.  It is an early bloomer in April, and out-produced the other varieties five to one.  Apache blooms a few weeks later than Ouachita.  Triple Crown blooms a month later than the other two, and if a late frost gets the early varieties, &lt;div class="feedflare"&gt;

We checked driving a tank off our list of 1,001 Car Things To Do Before You Die in The List #0433 - or at least our hosts, Jessi and Patrick, did. They performed this feat at the aptly named Drive A Tank company in Kasota, Minnesota.

There can’t be many better ways to spend a Saturday than to drive out to the valley and visit with Jonathan Ward, founder of ICON. I’ve been threatening to come and visit for some time, but hadn’t stepped up to make the trip until last week. The shop and showroom aren’t open on Saturday, but Jonathan didn’t mind coming by and showing me around on his day off.
