Malaysia Airlines Flight 17 (MH17/MAS17) was a scheduled international passenger flight from Amsterdam to Kuala Lumpur that was shot down on 17 July 2014,killing all 283 passengers and 15 crew on board. The Boeing 777-200ER airliner lost contact about 50 km (31 mi) from the Ukraine–Russia border and crashed near Torez in Donetsk Oblast, Ukraine, 40 km (25 mi) from the border. The crash occurred during the Battle in Shakhtarsk Raion, part of the ongoing war in Donbass, in an area controlled by the Donbass People's Militia. The Dutch Safety Board is now leading an investigation into the incident and is expected to have a preliminary accident report at the end of August.

According to US intelligence sources, the plane was downed by a Buk surface-to-air missile fired from the territory controlled by pro-Russian separatists. They said their conclusion was based on sensors that traced the path of the missile, shrapnel patterns in the wreckage, voice print analysis of separatists' conversations in which they claimed credit for the strike, and photos and other data from social media sites all indicated that Russian-backed separatists had fired the missile. Immediately after the crash, a post appeared on the VKontakte social media attributed to Igor Girkin, leader of the Donbass separatists, claiming responsibility for shooting down a military aircraft, but after it became clear that a civilian aircraft had been shot down, the separatists denied any involvement. The Ukrainian government says the missile was launched by "Russian professionals and coordinated from Russia," while the Russian government blamed the Ukrainian government for the downing of the aircraft.

The crash of MH17 marks the fifth Boeing 777 hull loss, the third in just over a year. With 298 deaths, MH17 is the deadliest air incident in Ukraine and the deadliest airliner shootdown in history. The crash was Malaysia Airlines' worst incident and its second of the year, after the disappearance of Flight 370 (9M-MRO) on 8 March, en route to Beijing from Kuala Lumpur.

Julai 2014

17 Julai (Khamis) Pesawat MH17 terhempas kira-kira pukul 10.15 malam waktu Malaysia di Donetsk, timur Ukraine. Tragedi itu berlaku kira-kira empat bulan selepas kehilangan pesawat MH370. Pesawat Boeing 777-200 dengan 298 penumpang dan anak kapal dipercayai ditembak jatuh dengan peluru berpandu darat ke udara (SAM) ketika dalam penerbangan dari Amsterdam ke Kuala Lumpur.

18 Julai (Jumaat) Najib mengadakan sidang akhbar pukul 4.30 pagi di Hotel Sama-Sama KLIA memaklumkan tindakan kerajaan ekoran nahas itu. Kerajaan Ukraine dan pemisah pro-Rusia masing-masing menafikan menembak pesawat berkenaan. MAS mengesahkan menerima makluman daripada Trafik Kawalan Udara (ATC) Ukraine bahawa hubungan komunikasi dengan pesawat MH17 terputus pada pukul 10.15 malam waktu Malaysia.

19 Julai (Sabtu) Najib umumkan sidang tergempar Parlimen akan diadakan. Obama menyatakan bukti yang diperoleh pihaknya menunjukkan pesawat itu ditembak jatuh menggunakan SAM dari kawasan yang dikawal oleh pemisah yang disokong Rusia. Menteri Pengangkutan, Datuk Seri Liow Tiong Lai mengetuai delegasi ke Ukraine bagi membuka laluan selamat untuk kemasukan pasukan penyiasat dari Malaysia. Bendera Malaysia dikibarkan separuh tiang sebagai penghormatan terhadap mangsa tragedi.

20 Julai (Ahad) Agensi berita AFP melaporkan mayat-mayat yang dikumpul di tapak pesawat terhempas telah dialihkan ke tempat lain. Pemisah pro-Rusia mendakwa mereka telah menjumpai alatan yang menyerupai kotak hitam.

21 Julai (Isnin) Najib mendapat persetujuan daripada pemisah pro-Rusia diketuai Alexander Borodai untuk menyerahkan dua kotak hitam dari MH17. Persetujuan itu juga melibatkan penghantaran jasad mangsa dengan kereta api dari bandar Torez yang dikawal pemberontak ke bandar Kharkiv dikawal tentera Ukraine. Anggota penyelamat menemui 251 mayat dan 86 cebisan mayat manusia yang terus disimpan dalam gerabak kereta api yang mempunyai sistem penyejuk. Ahli forensik dari Belanda membuat pemeriksaan ke atas mayat.

22 Julai (Selasa) Dua kotak hitam diserahkan kepada pegawai-pegawai Malaysia. Pemimpin seluruh dunia memuji tindakan bijak Najib yang mendapat persetujuan dengan pemisah pro-Rusia. Kereta api yang membawa jasad mangsa tiba di Kharkiv, Ukraine. Tiga pakar penerbangan dari Malaysia berjaya masuk ke tapak nahas.

23 Julai (Rabu) Dewan Rakyat mengadakan sidang khas. Najib membentang usul mendesak badan bebas antarabangsa mengadakan penyiasatan menyeluruh berhubung nahas berkenaan. Kumpulan pertama 40 keranda yang membawa mayat mangsa tiba di Eindhoven, Belanda.

24 Julai (Khamis) Najib mengumumkan jasad mangsa tidak mungkin dapat dibawa pulang sebelum Hari Raya Aidilfitri. Kementerian Kesihatan telah mendapatkan 50 sampel DNA daripada waris mangsa bagi memudahkan proses mengenal pasti identiti mayat. Di The Hague, pasukan penyiasat Belanda mengumumkan telah memuat turun data dari kotak hitam dan mengesahkan ia berada dalam keadaan baik tanpa dicemari atau dirosakkan.

25 Julai (Jumaat) Menteri Komunikasi dan Multimedia, Datuk Seri Ahmad Shabery Cheek berkata, pembatalan semua rumah terbuka Jemaah Menteri merupakan satu mesej penting kepada dunia bahawa rakyat Malaysia bersatu dan sama-sama berkongsi kesedihan keluarga mangsa.

26 Julai (Sabtu) Yang di-Pertuan Agong, Tuanku Abdul Halim Mu’adzam Shah serta Raja Permaisuri Agong, Tuanku Hajah Haminah melawat waris mangsa di Hotel Putrajaya Marriott. Seramai 65 ahli pasukan mencari dari Malaysia kembali di Kuala Lumpur setelah seminggu berada di Ukraine.

27 Julai (Ahad) Pasukan penyiasat antarabangsa tidak dapat masuk ke kawasan nahas kerana berlaku pertempuran antara tentera Ukraine dan pemisah pro-Rusia. Di The Hague, pakar forensik mengenal pasti mangsa pertama yang merupakan rakyat Belanda.

28 Julai (Isnin) Kerajaan Belanda membatalkan penghantaran pasukan bersenjata antarabangsa bagi mengawal kawasan nahas kerana bimbang akan diheret untuk terlibat sama dalam konflik dalaman Ukraine. Tentera Ukraine berjaya menguasai beberapa bahagian kawasan nahas.

29 Julai (Selasa) Polis Belanda menerima 150 gambar dan video yang dimuat naik oleh saksi bagi membolehkan siasatan punca nahas dibuat.

30 Julai (Rabu) Pertubuhan Penerbangan Awam Antarabangsa (ICAO) mewujudkan satu pasukan petugas khas yang bertanggungjawab mengesyorkan langkah-langkah bagi mempertingkatkan tahap keselamatan penerbangan.

31 Julai (Khamis) Najib dan isteri, Datin Seri Rosmah Mansor melawat kem tentera di Hilversum, Belanda tempat identiti mayat mangsa sedang dikenal pasti. Perdana Menteri mengumumkan akan diadakan Hari Perkabungan Negara ketika kumpulan pertama mayat dan jenazah tiba di Malaysia.

Ogos 2014

1 Ogos (Jumaat) Sebanyak 70 polis dari Belanda dan Australia berjaya masuk ke kawasan nahas untuk menjalankan proses pencarian dan menyiasat walaupun berlaku pertempuran antara tentera Ukraine dan pemisah pro-Rusia yang menyebabkan 14 orang terbunuh.

2 Ogos (Sabtu) Seorang ahli kongres AS memuji Najib kerana berjaya berunding dengan pemisah pro-Rusia bagi membolehkan jasad mangsa dibawa keluar dari kawasan nahas.

3 Ogos (Ahad) Penyiasat yang masuk ke tapak nahas menemui lebih banyak cebisan jasad manusia dan barangan milik mangsa.

4 Ogos (Isnin) Anggota Pasukan Siasatan Khas Polis Diraja Malaysia (PDRM) yang diketuai Ketua Polis Negara, Tan Sri Khalid Abu Bakar tiba di Donestk.

5 Ogos (Selasa) Sebanyak 21 anggota pasukan penyiasat dari Malaysia menjalankan pemeriksaan di kawasan ladang gandum di Torez bagi mencari cebisan mayat dan serpihan pesawat.

6 Ogos (Rabu) Ukraine menafikan pesawat tentera udaranya berada berhampiran MH17 ketika pesawat itu ditembak jatuh.

7 Ogos (Khamis) Seorang penganalisis AS mendakwa MH17 ditembak jatuh oleh jet pejuang menggunakan peluru berpandu udara ke udara dan bukannya SAM. Perdana Menteri Belanda, Mark Rutte berkata, operasi pencarian cebisan mayat kemalangan MH17 membabitkan pasukan dari Belanda, Malaysia dan Australia digantung.

8 Ogos (Jumaat) MAS sudah menerima notis mengenai cadangan Khazanah Nasional Bhd. untuk mengambil alih pemilikan penuh serta menyahsenarai syarikat penerbangan itu dari Bursa Malaysia.

9 Ogos (Sabtu) Menteri Pertahanan, Datuk Seri Hishammuddin Tun Hussein menafikan dakwaan pesawat MH17 ditembak jatuh oleh pesawat pejuang. Hasil risikan dan bukti dikumpulkan daripada penemuan serpihan pesawat malang itu jelas menunjukkan ia ditembak jatuh menggunakan peluru berpandu yang dilancarkan dari darat ke udara.

10 Ogos (Ahad) Ketua perkhidmatan perisikan Ukraine, SBU, Valentyn Nalyvaichenko mendakwa pemberontak yang menembak jatuh pesawat MH17, sepatutnya menyasarkan sebuah pesawat penerbangan Rusia bagi memberi alasan kepada Presiden Rusia, Vladimir Putin untuk menjajah negara itu.

11 Ogos (Isnin) Najib menyatakan penghargaan kepada pasukan Pengecaman Mangsa Bencana (DVI) Malaysia yang telah memainkan peranan dalam proses siasatan nahas pesawat MH17.

12 Ogos (Selasa) Kumpulan terakhir petugas khas PDRM diketuai Ketua Polis Negara selamat tiba di KLIA pada 6.35 pagi.

13 Ogos (Rabu) Menteri di Jabatan Perdana Menteri, Tan Sri Joseph Kurup berkata, enam daripada 16 mangsa rakyat Malaysia yang telah dikenal pasti disahkan sebagai beragama Islam, manakala 10 lagi bukan Islam. Seramai 90 pegawai bukan tentera dari Malaysia dibenarkan memasuki lokasi nahas untuk mencari cebisan mayat serta melakukan siasatan mengikut Resolusi PBB

14 Ogos (Khamis) Timbalan Perdana Menteri, Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin mengisytiharkan 22 Ogos sebagai Hari Perkabungan Negara sebagai penghormatan kepada penumpang dan anak kapal yang terkorban dalam nahas MH17. Empat wakil agama bukan Islam membabitkan Hindu, Buddha, Tao dan Sikh di hantar ke Belanda bagi membantu pengurusan mayat mangsa mengikut kepercayaan agama masing-masing.

15 Ogos (Jumaat) Menteri Pembangunan Wanita, Keluarga dan Masyarakat, Datuk Seri Rohani Abdul Karim menasihatkan ahli keluarga tidak membuka keranda dan melihat mayat berikutan keadaan jasad sudah terlalu lama dan tidak sempurna. Ketua Polis Negara bersama Peguam Negara, Tan Sri Abdul Gani Patail bertolak ke Amsterdam, Belanda bagi menguruskan kes siasatan dan perundangan.

16 Ogos (Sabtu) Turut berada di Belanda ialah empat wakil agama bukan Islam membabitkan Hindu, Buddha, Tao dan Sikh bagi membantu pengurusan mayat mangsa.

17 Ogos (Ahad) Hishammuddin berkata, baki mayat rakyat Malaysia yang akan dibawa pulang melalui penghantaran khas kedua akan diberikan penghormatan sama seperti mayat yang dibawa pulang dari Belanda pada Jumaat. Pihak berkuasa Belanda mengenal pasti dua lagi mayat warga Malaysia menjadikan setakat ini 26 jasad rakyat negara ini telah disahkan identiti.

18 Ogos (Isnin) Duta Besar Malaysia di Belanda, Dr. Fauziah Mohamad Taib memaklumkan 22 jenazah dan mayat mangsa tragedi MH17 termasuk seorang rakyat Belanda akan dihantar pulang dari negara itu pada Khamis dan dijangka tiba di tanah air pada pagi Jumaat. Penghantaran pulang itu merangkumi 18 keranda dan empat bekas berisi abu mayat.

19 Ogos (Selasa) Persiapan menguruskan jenazah mangsa tragedi MH17 kini memasuki fasa akhir, kira-kira 60 jam sebelum jenazah itu dihantar pulang dari Amsterdam ke Kuala Lumpur, untuk disempurna dan dilengkapkan sebelum diserah kepada waris keluarga.

20 Ogos (Rabu) Upacara membakar mayat dan solat jenazah yang akan dibuat ketua agama masing-masing yang telah dilantik diselesaikan. Kerajaan mengesahkan hanya 20 mayat yang akan dibawa pulang ke tanah air pada jumaat.

21 Ogos (Khamis) Mayat dan jenazah dibawa masuk ke dalam pesawat khas MAS dan disusun dalam kedudukan yang sangat tertib sebelum pesawat berlepas pulang kira-kira pukul 2 petang.

Berikut kronologi insiden kehilangan MH370:

* 8 Mac - Pesawat MH370, jenis Boeing 777-200, membawa 239 penumpang dan anak kapal berlepas dari Lapangan Terbang Antarabangsa Kuala Lumpur (KLIA) pada 12.41 pagi dan dijadual mendarat di Beijing, China pada 6.30 pagi hari yang
sama.

* 8 Mac - Pesawat MH370 dilaporkan hilang daripada radar awam Jabatan
Penerbangan Awam Malaysia (DCA) pada 1.30 pagi 120 batu nautika di timur perairan Kota Baharu, Kelantan.

* 8 Mac - Operasi mencari dan menyelamat (SAR) digerak pada 5.30 pagi
melibatkan 15 pesawat TUDM, termasuk empat Hercules C130, sebuah CN 235, empat EC 725, dua helikopter Augusta serta enam kapal Tentera Laut Diraja Malaysia (TLDM) dan tiga kapal Agensi Penguatkuasaan Maritim Malaysia (Maritim).

* 8 Mac - Kenyataan media Ketua Pegawai Eksekutif Kumpulan MAS Ahmad Jauhari Yahya pada 7.30 pagi mengesahkan kehilangan pesawat itu dan kesemua keluarga penumpang dimaklumkan; pecahan kerakyatan penumpang MH370 iaitu 38 rakyat Malaysia, 153 rakyat China, Indonesia (12), Australia (7), Perancis (3), Amerika Syarikat (3), New Zealand (2), Ukraine (2), Kanada (2), Rusia (1), Itali (1), Taiwan (1), Belanda (1) dan Austria (1).

* 9 Mac - Panglima Angkatan Tentera Tan Sri Zulkifeli Mohd Zin berkata kawasan pencarian diperluas di Laut China Selatan dan Selat Melaka.

* 9 Mac - Ketua Pengarah DCA Datuk Azharuddin Abdul Rahman mengesahkan hanya dua penumpang yang menggunakan pasport palsu Itali dan Austria, menaiki pesawat MH370.

* 10 Mac - Perdana Menteri Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak berikrar kerajaan akan melakukan yang terbaik dalam operasi mencari dan menyelamat MH370.

* 10 Mac - Maritim menerima keputusan ujian sampel tompokan minyak yang ditemui di perairan Vietnam, yang negatif minyak pesawat dan disahkan sebagai minyak bagi kapal kargo.

* 11 Mac - Misteri dua penumpang terjawab apabila Polis Diraja Malaysia (PDRM) dan ibu pejabat Interpol mendedahkan identiti mereka iaitu warga Iran yang dikenali sebagai Pouria Nour Mohammad Mehrdad, 19, dan Delavar Seyed Mohammad Erza, 29.

Kedua-dua mereka disahkan tidak mempunyai kaitan dengan kumpulan pengganas dan dipercayai cuba berhijrah ke Eropah.

* 12 Mac - Hishammuddin memperjelas beberapa isu termasuk ada sedikit kemungkinan MH370 melewati Selat Melaka, kerjasama dengan pakar penerbangan luar negara dan semua orang yang mendaftar dalam penerbangan MH370 menaiki pesawat.

Empat penumpang tidak muncul semasa mendaftar. Mereka diganti dengan penumpang daripada senarai menunggu. Penumpang berkenaan menaiki pesawat. Tiada bagasi yang tidak dimuatkan.

Dua lelaki rakyat Iran, yang memasuki dan meninggalkan Malaysia menaiki pesawat MH370, menggunakan pasport yang sama.


* 13 Mac - Hishammuddin menafikan dakwaan bahawa pesawat itu mungkin terbang kira-kira empat sejam selepas ia hilang dari skrin radar.

* 13 Mac - China menyatakan bahawa tiada bukti objek terapung yang dikesan satelit di Laut China Selatan pada Ahad mempunyai hubung kait dengan pesawat MAS yang hilang.

Pihak berkuasa China juga berkata berlaku kesilapan ketika mengeluarkan imej itu.

* 14 Mac - Pencarian diperluas sehingga ke Lautan Hindi. Armada Ketujuh Tentera Laut Amerika Syarikat USS Kidd tiba di Selat Melaka untuk membantu pencarian.

* 14 Mac - Pihak berkuasa mengkaji empat hingga lima kemungkinan bagaimana transponder pesawat ditutup.

* 15 Mac - Perdana Menteri Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak tidak dapat mengesahkan laporan kemungkinan pesawat dirampas.

Najib berkata komunikasi terakhir pesawat dengan satelit dikesan di satu daripada dua koridor; koridor utara merentangi kawasan dari sempadan Kazakhstan dan Turkmenistan ke bahagian utara Thailand atau koridor selatan yang merentangi kawasan dari Indonesia ke bahagian selatan Lautan Hindi.

Najib berkata operasi mencari dan menyelamat di Laut China Selatan ditamatkan.

* 16 Mac - Hishammuddin berkata tiada sebarang tuntutan dibuat berhubung kehilangan pesawat.

* 16 Mac - Ketua Polis Negara Tan Sri Khalid Abu Bakar berkata insiden kehilangan MH370 disiasat mengikut Seksyen 130(C) Kanun Keseksaan bagi kesalahan merampas, keganasan dan sabotaj, Akta Kesalahan Keselamatan (Langkah-Langkah Khas) 2012 dan Akta Kesalahan Penerbangan 2003.

* 16 Mac - Polis mengambil simulator penerbangan dari rumah juruterbang MH370 Kapten Zaharie Ahmad Shah.

* 17 Mac - Hishammuddin berkata operasi pencarian multinasional membabitkan 26 negara di koridor utara dan selatan bermula.

* 18 Mac - Hishammuddin berkata tiga juta orang mungkin terbabit dalam usaha mencari pesawat itu dengan dibantu pengusaha satelit DigitalGlobe.

* 19 Mac - Hishammuddin menafikan laporan bahawa pesawat itu dilihat terbang rendah di ruang udara Maldives.

* 20 Mac - Perdana Menteri Australia Tony Abbot menghubungi Perdana Menteri Malaysia Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak pada 10 pagi untuk memaklumkan bahawa objek yang dikesan satelit negara itu mungkin ada kaitan dengan pesawat yang hilang

Satelit Australian Maritime Safety Authority (AMSA) mengesan imej dua objek di bahagian selatan Lautan Hindi terletak kira-kira 2,500 kilometer barat daya Perth.

Hishammuddin berkata operasi pencarian pesawat itu diteruskan dan objek yang dikesan di Australia akan ditentukan sama ada sebahagian daripada MH370.

* 21 Mac - Malaysia masih menunggu maklumat daripada pihak berkuasa Australia sama ada objek yang dikesan di selatan Lautan Hindi pada Khamis ada kaitan dengan MH370.

Hishammuddin berkata agensi perisikan antarabangsa tidak menemui sebarang keganjilan berdasarkan manifes penumpang pesawat itu.

Hishammuddin berkata siasatan terhadap penumpang tunggal warga Ukraine yang dijalankan oleh pihak berkuasa negara itu juga mengesahkan latar belakang penumpang berkenaan bersih.

* 22 Mac - Transkrip komunikasi yang didakwa antara pesawat MH370 dan pusat kawalan trafik udara pada malam pesawat dilapor hilang diklasifikasi sebagai tidak tepat dan tidak sah, kata DCA.

Hishammuddin berkata satelit China mencerap imej objek terapung berukuran 22.5 meter x 13 meter.

Hishammuddin berkata pihak berkuasa Australia tidak mengesan sebarang objek dalam pencarian di kawasan berkedudukan kira-kira 2,500 km dari barat daya Perth.

* 23 Mac - Hishammuddin berkata Malaysia menyerahkan imej baharu yang dicerap oleh satelit pihak berkuasa Perancis kepada pusat koordinasi menyelamat Australia.

Hishammuddin berkata setakat 2.30 petang waktu Malaysia, pihak Australia memaklumkan mereka tidak menemui sebarang petunjuk baharu berhubung MH370.

* 24 Mac - Hishammuddin berkata polis sudah mengambil keterangan lebih 100 orang termasuk keluarga juruterbang MH370.

Pada 10 malam, Najib mengumumkan kedudukan terakhir penerbangan MH370 dikesan di tengah-tengah Lautan Hindi, di barat Perth.

MH370 S.A.R : Submarine Support and Rescue Vessel : MV Mega Bakti

Baru-baru ini, Singapura telah menyuarakan pertolongnya untuk menghantar sebuah DEEP SEA SUBS RESCUE (tetapi ramai yang menyangka ia adalah sebuah kapal selam perang) yang dilancarkan dari kapal MV Swift Rescue milik RSN. Ia adalah bertujuan bagi mengesan bangkai pesawat yang berada di laut dalam dan mencari Black Box pada pesawat yang terhempas. Black Box ini sangat penting bagi siasatan NTSB dan DCA Malaysia dalam mencari punca nahas.

Submarine Support and Rescue Vessel (SSRV) ini bagaimanapun telah dimiliki oleh Malaysia sejak pengoperasian Scorpene Submarine. Ia adalah kapal sokongan yang menjadi satu keperluan sangat penting bagi mana-mana negara yang mengoperasikan kapal selam dan mampu menjadi Submarine SAR (SUBSAR) untuk menyelamat mana-mana kapal selam yang karam di lautan dalam. Namun, dalam masa yang sama juga, ia boleh digunakan bagi operasi SAR terhadap kapal terbang atau kapal lautan yang karam ke dalam laut bagi mengesan bangkai kapal dan membantu siasatan punca nahas.

Pengoperasian robotic submarine bukanlah suatu yang baru bagi TLDM. Sebelum ini Mahamiru Class telahpun mengoperasikan Olister SUV (Submarine Unnamed Vehicle) bagi tugas mengesan periuk api. Bagi MV Mega Bakti pula, ia sudah cukup sekadar ROV (dalam gambar kecil) bagi sokongan bawah permukaan, namun kapal ini tidak memiliki Submarine Escape and Rescue (SMER) seperti mana yang dimiliki oleh MV Swift Rescue.

VIENNA/ROM 8 Mac - Dua individu masing-masing dari Itali dan Austria yang tersenarai sebagai mangsa yang menaiki pesawat MH370 milik Malaysia Airlines (MAS) yang didapati hilang di Laut China Selatan awal hari ini, dipercayai masih hidup dan tidak menaiki pesawat berkenaan.

Menurut jurucakap Kementerian Luar Itali, tiada rakyatnya menaiki pesawat itu, sebaliknya Luigi Maraldi, 37, disahkan tidak berada di dalam jet penumpang tersebut seperti disenaraikan oleh syarikat penerbangan berkenaan.

Sebuah akhbar Itali, Corriere Della melaporkan bahawa pasport milik Maraldi dipercayai hilang di Thailand pada bulan Ogos lalu.

Agensi berita ANSA pula melaporkan, ibu bapa Maraldi telah pun menghubunginya yang kini berada di Thailand dan mengesahkan anak mereka selamat.

Sementara itu, seorang warga Austria, Christian Kozel, 30, yang turut dilaporkan menaiki pesawat tersebut, dilaporkan selamat. - REUTERS

At this stage we still have no confirmation on what has happened to MH370.

But speculation about a possible terror attack has increased in the past few hours in light of the revelation that two of the passengers were travelling of stolen passport.

Last week 33 people were stabbed to death and 130 injured after a terror attack at a railway station in north-western China.

The government blamed separatists for the slaughter.

Some more information on the reports of oil slicks spotted near Vietnam.

"Vietnam rescue airplanes saw two oil spills and one smoke column in the area around 150 miles west of Tho Chu island, but we can't confirm it's from that Malaysia plane," Pham Quy Tieu, vice minister of transportation, told Reuters by telephone.

"We sent two maritime boats and some military boats there to clarify, each boat with about 20 people. The oil spills are about 15km long. Those boats will be there in about three to four hours."

Reuters have spoken to the Austrian Foreign Ministry spokesman in Vienna said and confirmed the second missing passport.

"Our embassy got the information that there was an Austrian on board. That was the passenger list from Malaysia Airlines.

"Our system came back with a note that this is a stolen passport," he said.

Police found the man at his home.

The passport was stolen two years ago while he was travelling in Thailand, the spokesman said.

A SECOND passenger on the flight was using a stolen passport, it has emerged.

Austrian Christan Kozel, aged 30, has been confirmed as safe and well by authorities.

He said his passport was stolen when he visited Thailand two years ago, Austrian newspaper De Standard reports.

An extraordinary story has just emerged from Italy in relation to missing flight MH 370.

Luigi Maraldi, 37, from Cesena, was named as one of the passengers on board the plane.

However, reports in Italy have confirmed that he was NOT on board and that he had reported his passport stolen last August.

Mr Maraldi's parents have spoken to him in Thailand and he is 'fine', news agency ANSA reports.

The revelation suggests that one of the 227 passengers on board the missing flight was using a stolen passport.

The 12-mile oil slick discovered by the Vietnamese Navy is the first confirmed piece of evidence that flight MH370 may have crashed.

It was spotted during searches of the South China Sea earlier.

We're expecting another press conference shortly and hope to hear more then.

Sepang, 8 March 2014: The families of all passengers on board MH370 are being informed. The flight was carrying a total number of 239 passengers and crew – comprising 227 passengers (including 2 infants) and 12 crew members.

An international search and rescue mission was mobilized this morning. At this stage, our search and rescue teams from Malaysia, Singapore and Vietnam have failed to find evidence of any wreckage.

The sea mission will continue while the air mission will recommence at daylight.

The passengers are of 14 different nationalities. All crew on-board are Malaysians.

KUALA LUMPUR: THE MH370 plane is feared crash at sea about 100 nautical miles east of Kota Baru, Kelantan.

Sources told the New Straits Times that assets from the Malaysian Maritime Enforcement Agency, Royal Malaysian Navy and Royal Malaysian Air Force have been deployed to the area for a search and rescue mission this morning.

“After receiving information from the Department of Civil Aviation, the MMEA and Navy have deployed four vessels to the location.

“It was presumed that the flight might be somewhere 100 nautical miles east of Kota Baru and 120 nautical miles southern of Vietnam’s tip,” said a source.

It was learnt that the MMEA deployed their KM Langkawi, KM Segantang and KM Amanah together with an amphibious aircraft, while the RMN have sent their KD Pahang for the mission.

Several other helicopters belong to the MMEA and the Air Force have also been put on standby, and would be deployed to Kelantan and Terengganu later today.

GST in Malaysia – How the Goods and Services Tax affects You

As the Budget 2014 (tabled on the 25th of October 2013) announcement came, Malaysians awaited with bated breath on whether the government of the day will or won’t finally introduce a Goods and Services Tax (GST) in Malaysia.

A GST of 6% was announced, with the abolishment of Sales Tax and Service Tax effective 1 April 2015.

Wait, don’t we already have GST in Malaysia? I’ve seen it in some receipts…

Confusingly, there are 2 other indirect taxes already present in the Malaysian tax system. One of them is the Sales Tax (as per the Sales Tax Act 1972), and the other is the Service Tax (under the Service Tax Act 1975). Combined, they are usually referred to as the SST.
The Service Tax part is the one that is sometimes confusingly referred to as the Government Service Tax (or “GST”) but it is not the usual use of the GST acronym worldwide, Goods and Services Tax.
Note that the Sales Tax and Service Tax are not to be confused with a “Service Charge” of 10% typically present in the hospitality industry (hotels, large restaurants etc.). This charge is not a tax, and the restaurant typically keeps the 10% (and maybe shares some of it with their staff).

Sales Tax – 10% tax on manufacturers and importers

The Sales Tax of 10% is collected from all manufacturers or importers who have yearly revenue of RM100,000 and above. Licensed manufacturers are to charge 10% sales tax on sales value of their manufactured products and to collect the tax from their customers, and remit to Customs every 2 months.
There are a number of items which have a special Sales Tax rate of 5%, and the following manufacturing and import activities are exempted from sales tax (ie. 0%):

All exports are exempted from sales tax.
Live animals, fish, seafood and certain essential food items including meat, milk, eggs, vegetables, fruits, bread, etc.
Medical and educational equipment including sports equipment, books, etc.
Photographic equipment and films.
Motorcycles not exceeding 200cc capacity, bicycles for adult use.
Machinery for textile industry, food preparation industry, paper and printing industry, construction industry, metal industry, etc.
Primary commodities including cocoa, rubber, etc.
Naturally occuring mineral substances, chemicals, etc.
Helicopters, aircraft, ships and other vessels.

Service Tax – 6% tax on service providers (and RM25-50 / year per credit card)

Previously 5%, raised to 6% in January 2011, the Service Tax applies to certain items in the service industry including food and drink outlets and tobacco. The tax also applies to professional and consultancy services provided by the professional firms or persons such as accountants, lawyers, engineers, architect, insurance companies, etc. and is also remitted to Customs authorities every 2 months.
This 6% Service Tax is the thing that is frequently called GST (Government Service Tax) although in international convention, GST normally stands for Goods and Services Tax.
Adding to the confusion is the recent introduction of a RM50 / year Service Tax for principal credit card holders (per credit card) and RM25 / year for supplementary credit card holders, both falling under this Service Tax nomenclature.

What is the Goods and Services Tax (GST)?

Known across the world as either GST or VAT (value added tax), it is a broad-based consumption tax (tax on your spending!) which affects all parties in a multi-stage taxation system across the value chain from manufacturing to sales, it is based on a tax-on-value-add concept which avoids duplication of taxes. This is in contrast to both the Sales and Service Tax in Malaysia which is just added at one stage (Sales Tax at manufacturer level, and Service Tax at consumer level).
The Goods and Services Tax in Malaysia (GST) was initially mooted by the federal government in 2011 to replace the existing Sales and Service Taxes, but was met with much resistance from the public at large, partially due to the implication of a price hike in essential goods and services, but also partially due to the lack of clarity around the current consumption tax systems in Malaysia.

How does GST work in Malaysia?

In the current tax regime, the 10% Sales Tax (on manufacturing and imports) and 6% Service Tax (on the F&B and professional services industry) is collected by one party (usually the seller) and passed on to the tax authorities.
For example, in the previous 6% Service Tax regime, when you buy a cup of coffee from Starbucks that says RM15 on the menu, you pay RM15.90 (including the current Service Tax of 6%). Starbucks will keep RM15 and pass on RM0.90 to the tax authorities.

In a GST regime (6% GST in this calculation), the following happens:

1. Starbucks buys the coffee beans from the wholesaler to make your cup of coffee for RM10 (RM10+ 6% GST). The Wholesaler keeps RM10 and passes on RM0.60 from Starbucks to the tax authorities.
2. You buy that cup of coffee from Starbucks which the beans were used to make, and pay RM15.90 (RM15 + 6% GST). Starbucks now keeps RM15 and passes on RM0.30 to the tax authorities (RM0.90 – RM0.60). The reason why Starbucks only passes RM0.30 to the tax authorities is because they have effectively already ‘paid’ RM0.60 in tax earlier on the first RM10, and only RM0.30 tax is left to be paid on the RM5 “value-add”.
We have graphically shown this example below.

Why replace Sales Tax and Service Tax (SST) with GST?

The government’s intention has always been to replace the sales and service tax regime with GST and to do so at a GST rate that is revenue-neutral. This means that (when it gets introduced anyway) they don’t expect to collect any more or less taxes than they did before. Why would they bother then?
Well, the GST unit of the Royal Malaysian Customs Department gives us the following reason ‘method of collecting taxes which works better than others’ to explain the need for GST. Economists, meanwhile, believe the government has very rightly approached the GST as a new source of income with a broad tax base as a means to begin to diversify tax revenue sources.

So if the 10% Sales Tax and 6% Service Tax is abolished, does this mean GST will be introduced at a rate of 16% to make this a revenue-neutral exercise?

It might seem like simple arithmetic, but as mentioned before, not all items are subject to 10% Sales Taxes (some 5% and some 0%), and likewise with the 6% Service Tax (and rarely are 2 items subject to both Sales and Service Tax, as one targets the manufacturing and import industry, and the other the service industry). As such, a 16% GST rate (with no exemptions) will definitely result in higher prices across the board!
As a result of this, to make the introduction of GST a revenue-neutral exercise for the federal government, an initial rate of 4-7% had been proposed, with some essential items given a zero-rate mooted as well.
The final rate that was announced on 25 October 2013 was 6% GST, with the following items 0% rated (and thus exempt):
- Essential items such as: Rice, sugar, salt, flour, cooking oil
– Public transport (LRT, KTM, Buses)
– Sale and Rental of property

How will the implementation of GST affect me?

As mentioned, the replacement of Sales and Service Tax with GST is intended to be revenue-neutral to the government’s coffers, so in theory, to consumers this may represent a minimal effect to the aggregate prices of everyday goods and services. Lets look at 3 scenarios to see what it means for prices, (1) for items charged with Service Tax, (2) for items charged with Sales Tax, and (3) for items with no Service or Sales Taxes:

6% Service Tax Abolished, 6% GST introduced - Pay less

While most consumers don’t directly see the current 10% Sales Tax (its mostly a business to business tax), many of us experience the 6% Service Tax (when we eat at food outlets and restaurants like McDonald’s and Starbucks, and when we engage a lawyer for services etc.). As per our earlier graphic, if the rate of GST is at 6%, there won’t be any price increase on items.

10% Sales Tax Abolished, 6% GST introduced - Pay less

Similar to the earlier example, you may end up paying less if a product manufactured or imported now is subject to 6% GST rather than 10% Sales Tax.

SST Exempt Items, 6% GST introduced - Pay more

With that in mind, sectors of the economy which were not covered under the Sales and Service Taxes may now be under the coverage of GST, as it is a broad based tax measure. Unless these things are zero-rated (ie GST is applicable, but at a 0% rate), prices of goods not previously covered under those 2 tax systems will now be affected by the broad based GST and cost more.

However, the obvious concern here is to make sure that businesses do not take advantage of just the fact that GST has been introduced as a reason to raise prices of goods and services indiscriminately. To this end, the Anti-Profiteering Act has been tabled to enable enforcement against such practices. In theory though, the multi-stage tax nature of the GST should allow the Customs department to aggregate pricing information far more accurately than they do currently, the implied monitoring of this should serve as a deterrent to unscrupulous businesses (will wait and see how things pan out!).

How does the GST affect SMEs in Malaysia?

As the total GST amount is paid for by customers (parts of it effectively paid across the value chain, through GST input credits etc.), businesses are not affected directly by price increases due to GST.
The added cost through the implementation of GST will be due to administration of GST input credits and accounting for GST. Because of this, businesses with an annual turnover of less than RM500,000 are exempted from being GST registered and will thus not be required to collect or pay GST.

Earthquake gives birth to brand new island off Pakistan coast

On September 24 a major earthquake rocked western Pakistan killing at least 515 people and leaving more than 100,000 homeless. While the death and devastation caused by the 7.7 magnitude temblor makes the mind and heart reel, amid the chaos a new island was born. Its muddy top surfaced offshore in West Bay near Gwadar, Pakistan some 230 miles (370 km) from the epicenter.

Two days later on Sept. 26, the advanced Land Imager (ALI) on NASA’s Earth Observing-1 (EO-1) satellite took the picture above of the newly exposed sea bottom located 0.6 miles (1 km) from shore.
“The island is really just a big pile of mud from the seafloor that got pushed up,” said Bill Barnhart, a geologist at the U.S. Geological Survey who studies earthquakes in Pakistan and Iran.

The island, seen closeup in the aerial view, extends 250 to 300 feet (75-90 meters) across and stands 60 to 70 feet (15-20 meters) above the water line. The surface is a mixture of mud, fine sand, and solid rock. In the video, you’ll see people already treading on what a day before had been the bottom of the sea.

Small, short-lived islands are fairly common in this part of the world. As the Arabian continental plate dives beneath the Eurasian crustal plate, accumulated mud (sediments) are scraped off and deposited as temporary islands. Earthquakes can create new islands, too. When a shallow pockets of gas like methane or carbon dioxide get trapped under pressure by layers of muddy sediments, powerful seismic waves can trigger their sudden release.
“When that layer becomes disturbed by seismic waves (like an earthquake), the gases and fluids become buoyant and rush to the surface, bringing the rock and mud with them,” said Barnhart.
Watch out! Highly-flammable methane still vents from the brand new island. When I saw someone setting it afire in the video, it made me wonder how we’ve managed survived so long on this planet without blowing ourselves up.
Like the fate of many islands before it, this one will likely disappear. Underground gas will cool and compress or simply escape, allowing the raised crust to sink back down into the sea bottom. Waves and weather will nibble the island to pieces, returning it back to the sea in a matter of months.

United State Of America is Shutting Down...

The US Congress has failed to agree a budget by 1 October and a federal government shutdown has begun, sending more than 700,000 federal workers home and closing down national parks, museums, federal buildings and services.

Which key departments and agencies are affected?

Department of Defense

Military personnel on duty will not be affected

The nation's 1.4 million active-duty uniformed military personnel will stay on duty.
About half of the defence department's 800,000 civilian employees will have to stop work, but there is a blanket exception for activities that "provide for the national security".
But where employees are needed to work, they may have to do so without pay:
"Military and other civilians directed to work would be paid retroactively once the lapse of appropriation ends," according to Defence Department Comptroller Robert Hale.
President Barack Obama later told civilian employees that they deserved "better than the dysfunction we're seeing in Congress".

Department of Energy

Employees: 13,814 Due to work: 1,113 Staying at home: 12,701

Hydroelectric dams will be maintained

Most Department of Energy facilities will close, with only 1,113 out of 13,814 staff required to work.
Exemptions include staff overseeing the safety of the nation's nuclear arsenal and operating dams and power lines across the country.
The National Nuclear Security Administration, which oversees the nation's nuclear weapons and naval reactor programmes, will have 343 employees on duty to "perform functions related to the safety of human life and the protection of property".
More than 400 employees will stay on to work at the Southwestern Power Administration and the Western Area Power Administration, which are in charge of overseeing hydroelectric power and power lines in the south and western US.
Some staff in other areas will remain at work to oversee "the protection of human life and property."

Department of Commerce

Employees: 46,420 Due to work: 6,186 Staying at home: 40,234

Weather and shipping reports will still be provided

Most of the department's staff will remain at home. However, staff at the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration will continue to report for duty to ensure weather, shipping and other reports are still provided for public safety.
Some of the workers at the Bureau of Industry and Security, which reviews exports, will also remain on duty.

Department of Transportation

Employees: 55,468 Due to work: 36,987 Staying at home: 18,481

Most air traffic control roles will not shut down

Transport roles run by the department, ranging from air traffic control to airport and hazardous materials inspections, will continue and 36,987 out of 55,468 personnel will remain at work.
Staff involved in overseeing commercial space launches will also continue operations - as at least one of a succession of launches will occur between the end of September and the first week in October in support of the International Space Station, according to the department.
Suspended activities will include facility security inspections, routine personnel security background investigations and the employee drug testing program.

Smithsonian Institution

Employees: 4,202 Due to work: 688 Staying at home: 3,514

Animals at the National Zoo will still be fed

The National Zoo and 19 museums and galleries, including the Natural History Museum, the Portrait Gallery and the Air and Space Museum, would close.
Of the 4,202 employees, 688 will be retained to "protect life and property" - security guards, maintenance staff and people to care for and feed the animals at the National Zoo.
The Smithsonian Institution says: "During a shutdown, the Institution cannot legally accept voluntary services from federal employees to continue their regular duties."

National Parks

Employees: 24,645 Due to work: 3,266 Staying at home: 21,379

National Parks will be closed

National parks - from Yosemite to Alcatraz and the Statue of Liberty - will be shut down with 3,266 essential staff out of 24,645 remaining on duty. These will include some fire management, law enforcement and emergency responders.
Day-use visitors will be instructed to leave the park immediately and visitors using overnight facilities will be asked to make alternative arrangements and leave.
Where possible, park roads will be closed and access denied.

Department of Homeland Security

Employees: 231,117 Due to work: 199,822 Staying at home: 31,295

Coast Guard operations will continue

About 86% of the Department of Homeland Security's 240,000 employees are expected to be exempt from the shutdown, including uniformed agents and officers at the country's borders and ports of entry.
Most members of the Coast Guard, Transportation Security Administration, Secret Service and other law enforcement agencies are exempt.
US Citizenship and Immigration Services employees will continue to process green card applications.

Department of Justice

Employees: 114,486 Due to work: 96,744 Staying at home: 17,742

DEA agents will be exempt

Of 114,486 Department of Justice employees, an estimated 96,744 will be exempt from the shutdown.
All Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) agents and support personnel in the field will be exempt as their operations are focused on national security and investigations involving protection of life and property.
Drug Enforcement Administration agents working on active counternarcotics investigations, agents in the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, and US attorneys will be exempt.
Staff at federal prisons will also be expected to work.

Department of Health and Human Services

Employees: 78,198 Due to work: 37,686 Staying at home: 40,512

The annual flu programme will not be supported

The department will be sending home more than half its workers.
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention will continue "minimal support to protect the health and well-being of US citizens". However, fewer staff will mean reduced capacity to respond to outbreaks and the agency will be unable to support its annual flu program.

Department of Education

Employees: 4,225 Due to work: 212 Staying at home: 4,013

Funding for schools, due this month, will be paid

About 212 of the department's 4,225 employees - both full and part-time - will be expected to work for the first week. An additional 30 staff may be called in if the shutdown lasts more than seven days.
Some $22bn of funding to schools, due on the 1 October, will still be distributed. Among other things, this pays to help educate poor and disabled children.

Environmental Protection Agency

Employees: 16,205 Due to work: 1,069 Staying at home: 15,136

Administrator Gina McCarthy said her department would effectively shut down with only a core group of individuals available in case of a "significant emergency".

US Postal Service The self-funded US Postal Service will remain open and deliver as usual. The agency receives no tax dollars for day-to-day operations and relies on income from stamps and other postal fees to keep running.

Kurma (Phonex dactylifera) atau Tamar merupakan sejenis tumbuhan yang berbuah dan boleh dimakan sama ada ketika ia sudah masak atau masih mentah. Ianya dikatakan tumbuhan yang mempunyai pelbagai khasiat dan kegunaan yang mana sebahagian daripadanya sudah terbukti secara saintifik. Malah dalam kitab suci al-Qur’an sahaja terdapat 21 ayat yang menyebut tentang kurma. Baginda Rasulullah SAW juga sendiri telah beberapa kali menyebut perihal kurma dan khasiatnya, dan ianya amat sinonim dengan kisah sirah baginda.

“Kemudian Kami tumbuhkan kerananya kebun kurma dan anggur untuk kamu. Disana kamu peroleh buah-buahan yang banyak dan sebahagiannya kamu makan“

Al-Mukminah ayat 19
“Sesiapa yang memakan 7 biji tamar ‘Ajwah’, dia akan terkawal daripada kejutan syaitan dan sihir pada hari itu“.

Sabda Rasulullah SAW

Manakala sudut sains pula mengatakan, kandungan protein di dalam kurma adalah lebih kurang 2.5%, serat 8.0% manakala kandungan gulanya pula adalah sangat tinggi, yakni sehingga 63%, majoritinya adalah glukosa. Lemak yang terkandung di dalamnya pula adalah sangat sedikit iaitu sekitar 0.4% sahaja. Kurma juga terkenal dalam dunia perubatan tradisional memandangkan ia juga kaya denga zat besi, kalsium, fosforus, sodium, potassium, vitamin A, C dan niasin.
Apakah antara khasiat utama kurma?

1) Paling pantas diproses dan diserap, sekaligus memberikan tenaga segera

Memandangkan kandungan gula ringkasnya (monosaccharide) yang sangat tinggi malah lebih tinggi dari pisang, kurma berupaya memberikan “tenaga segera” yang akan diserap oleh tubuh serta-merta. Berbeza dengan kebanyakan buah-buahan lain yang mengadungi sukrosa (disaccharide). Disaccharide seperti sukrosa harus dipecahkan dahulu oleh enzim sebelum bertukar menjadi monosaccharide lalu diserap tubuh sebagai tenaga.

“Rasulullah SAW berbuka puasa dengan beberapa biji buah kurma sebelum sembahyang. Sekiranya tiada terdapat kurma, maka Baginda akan berbuka dengan beberapa biji anggur. Sekiranya tiada anggur, maka Baginda meminum beberapa teguk air“

Makan kurma ketika berbuka puasa amat bagus kerana pada waktu ini, kita perlukan tenaga segera, dan bukannya tenaga yang “lambat untuk dicerna” seperti yang terkandung dalam kebanyakkan makanan berlemak dan bergoreng yang lain.

2) Kaya dengan serat dan potassium

Kurma dimakan tanpa perlu membuang kulitnya dan pada kulitnya itulah terkandung serat. Kurma adalah antara buah-buahan yang amat kaya dengan serat, serat larut mahupun tak larut. Kita sering menganggap buah-buahan seperti pisang itu mengandungi serat yang tinggi, tetapi tahukah anda, dalam 100g Kurma terdapat 8g serat sedangkan dalam 100g Pisang hanya terdapat 2.6g serat sahaja? Tinggi serat amat baik untuk sistem pelawasan.
Selain itu kurma kaya dengan Potassium dan beberapa zat galian yang lain. Potassium adalah elektrolit yang akan menyeimbangkan kembali kandungan air dalam tubuh badan apabila kita kehilangannya, terutama sepanjang tempoh berpuasa. Tidak perlu membeli 100 Plus sekiranya khuatir akan kekurangan elektrolit ketika berbuka, memadai dengan beberapa biji kurma dan air suam. Potassium juga membantu dalam pembinaan otot termasuk otot jantung dan mampu memelihara sistem saraf.

Masih ingat kisah Maryam yang hanya memakan buah kurma semasa melahirkan Nabi Isa AS? Menerusi malaikat Jibrail, Allah telah mewahyukan kepada ibu Isa iaitu Maryam binti Imran supaya menggegar pohon kurma sehingga gugur lantas memakannya tatkala lemah selepas bersalin.

“Dan goncangkan batang kurma itu kepadanya, nanti ia gugurkan atasmu kurma yang masak,”

Dan menurut sebuah laman web, buah kurma amat baik untuk wanita mengandung dan akan memudahkan wanita untuk melahirkan anak dan akan mengurangkan pengaliran darah semasa proses kelahiran. Malah anak yang dilahirkan kelak dipercayai akan mempunyai sifat-sifat yang baik, penyabar, bersopan santun serta cerdas pemikirannya (Sabda Rasulullah).

5) Penawar Racun
Diriwayat oleh Aishah r.a., “Jika sesiapa yang selalu makan kurma akan dihindari daripada terkena racun yang dimakan.”

6) Merawat penyakit
Dalam perubatan homeopati, biji kurma dikisar halus seperti serbuk teh. Ianya direndam dan diminum bagi menyembuhkan pelbagai jenis penyakit.

Setelah aduan yang ak buat pasal ak dicaj secara tidak sah oleh beberapa Pembekal Kandungan(Content Provider) ak telah mendapat beberapa call dari pihak celcom dan juga company yang telah dapat dikesan oleh pihak celcom apabila siasatan mengenai aduan ak dilakukan....

Panggilan yang ak terima minngu ni membawa sedikit khabar gembira. Dimana ak akan mendapat rebat dari Company yang dah charge ak sebanyak RM40.. Jumlah yang besar bg pengguna prepaid mcm ak dan mcm mane ak bleh x sedar selama ni ak dah di caj sebanyak itu.... dan kredit 2 telahpun di topup kembali pada ak semasa ak tgh menaip post ni.

Dan bru aje td ak dapat lg 1 panggilan dari Celcom dimana ak akan mendapat rebat sebanyak RM45 atas kecuaian pihak Celcom, Jd semua sekali rebat yang ak dapat setelah buat aduan 2 adalah sebnyak RM85, Itu bru dari 2 company aje, mengikut makluman Celcom dan SKMM sendiri lg 3 company akan menghubungi ak dalam masa terdekat untuk proses pemulangan kredit....

Berdasarkan pengalaman ak sendiri ni nasihat ak untuk semua apabila kredit hilang.....

1. Hubungi Custoner Careline telco masing2 apabila ada pemotongan kredit yang x munasabah..

2.Minta pegawai yang melayan anda supaya memberi maklumat terperinci caj2 yang dikenakan pada anda oleh 3rd party Content Provider. No perkhidmatan or nama company tebabit jika ada.

3.Pergi ke https://aduan.skmm.gov.my/eaduan_c/edaftar.cfm untuk membuat aduan kepada SKMM dan nyatakan kesemua maklumat yang diminta.

4.Nyatakan maklumat2 no yang telah membuat caj secara tidak sah ke atas talian prepaid anda.

5.Tggu email dan tindakan yang diambil.. Macam dlm kes ak ni lebih kurang 2 minggu...

P/S.. Jgn biarkan kredit anda terus hilang tanpa dapat dikesan.. Orang lain dapat keuntungan dari sikap kita yang malas ni... kat bwah ni screenshot kredit ak lepas RM10 transfer ke no lg 1...

Sambungan dari post sebelum ini. Ak dah tau mcm mane kredit ak bleh hlang dan jgak ak tau yang Celcom xkan amik tau pun pasal nak ganti balik kredit ak, Then ak terfikir knape ak x buat aja aduan kat SKMM. So ak trus ke website SKMM dan trus pg ke http://aduan.skmm.gov.my/ untuk e-aduan.

Lepas dah buat aduan 2 semua ak dapt 2 email kte aduan telah diterima dan juga aduan didalam siasatan,..

Ok skrng dah rasa puas hati cket bile dah buat aduan ak nak tggu plak ape yang akan jd lepas ni....
