Tennis History And Rules

Tennis is a sport in which two players or two teams (each team consists of two players) compete against each other. The goal of each player / team is to serve the ball using a racket next to the opponent so that the opponent cannot return the ball. In addition, the ball must touch half of the opponent's court at least once.

Tennis History:

The French game "GU de Pome" (literally - a palm game) is considered the ancestor of tennis. Unlike modern tennis, he used to play GUD palms indoors using his palm to grab the ball. Later, gloves replaced palms; Then the special bottoms replaced the gloves; And immediately after that, there were missiles. One of the most famous references to tennis in medieval literature is the story of Shakespeare's historical story, "Henry V", in which the French dolphin satirically sent a barrel of tennis balls to a young English king. Almost all French kings played tennis, with Charles IX of France calling tennis "one of the best, most appropriate and healthiest practices a prince, a companion and other great people can do."

Rules of Tennis:

The game starts with a toss of a coin to determine which player should be presented first and which side they want to serve. The server must then serve each point of alternate aspects of the baseline.

Nowhere should the server move its feet along the base line in front of court before pressing its service.Tennis matches consist of "sets", resulting in "games". Winning games require points (at least 4 points: 15-30-40 games, while at least two points). When serving, the player makes two attempts, where he alternates the ball in the left and right service lanes. Once the game is played, the service goes to the opponent. After the weird game is played, the players have a minute's break and the sides change. A player who wins 6 games (provided his opponent does not win more than 4 games) is considered to have won the set. To win the match, the player must win 2 or 3 out of 3 sets. The player who wins the required number of seats wins the match.

History And Origin of Hockey

The history of Basketball began with its invention in 1891 in Springfield, Massachusetts by Canadian physical education instructor James Naismith as a less injury-prone sport than football. Naismith was a 31-year old graduate student when he created the indoor sport to keep athletes indoors during the winters.

The game became established fairly quickly and grew very popular as the 20th century progressed, first in America and then in other parts of the world. After basketball became established in American colleges, the professional game followed. The American National Basketball Association (NBA), established in 1946, grew to a multi-billion-dollar enterprise by the end of the century, and basketball became an integral part of American culture.

Dr. James Naismith was Created Basketball in December 1891

Game's Invention:

The Basketball game, as it is known today, was created by Dr. James Naismith in December 1891 in Springfield, Massachusetts, to train young athletes in the colder months. Naismith was a physical education instructor at the YMCA International School of Education (now known as Springfield College) in Springfield, Massachusetts. At the request of his boss, Naismith was commissioned to create an indoor sports game to help athletes stay fit in cold weather. It consisted of peach baskets and a soccer ball. He published 13 rules for a new game.

He divided his eighteenth grade into two teams of nine players each and began teaching them the basics of their new game. The object of the game was to throw a basketball into fruit baskets nailed to the bottom railing of the gym balcony. Each time a point was scored, the game was stopped so the concierge could take the ladder out and pick up the ball. After a time, the funds were removed from the fruit baskets. The first public basketball game was played in Springfield, Massachusetts, on March 11, 1892.

EARLY YEARS:

In the early years, the number of players in a team varied depending on the number in the class and the size of the playing field. In 1894, teams began to play on five sides when the playing area was less than 1800 square feet (167.2 square meters); the number rose to seven when the gym measured 1800 to 3600 square feet (334.5 square meters) and to nine when the play area exceeded that. In 1895, this number was sometimes set equal to five by mutual agreement; the rules stipulated five players two years later, and since then this number has been maintained.

BASKETBALLS Growth:

Basketball has grown steadily but slowly in popularity and relevance in the United States and internationally during the first three decades after World War II. Interest in the game intensified as a result of exposure to television, but with the advent of cable television, especially in the 1980s, the popularity of the game exploded at all levels.

Birth of a PRO-FOOTBALL

The date was November 12, 1892, a day that will forever be etched into mathematical history, although not everyone involved on that day can realize the importance of this occasion. That was the day the Allegheny Athletic Union was defeated. The game was by no means a very important event. But one of the game's conditions made it an unforgettable moment in sports history - one of the AAA players, William (Pudge) Heffelfinger, was publicly paid $ 500 to play the game. Therefore, professional football first appeared more than 100 years ago in a relatively mysterious ocean that could not have provided the slightest idea of the global popularity that sport would enjoy, especially in the descending decades of the first-century soccer professional.

The History of FOOTBALL:

Football (or soccer as the game is called in some parts of the world) has a long history. Soccer originated in its current form in England in the mid-19th century. But alternate versions of the game existed long before and are part of football history.

The earliest known examples of a team game involving a ball, made of rock, occurred in ancient Central American cultures more than 3,000 years ago. According to sources, the ball symbolizes the sun and the captain of the losing team of the gods will be sacrificed.

Another earlier set of ball games was known from ancient Greece. The ball is made of hair-filled leather pieces (the earliest 7th-century air-filled ball documents). In ancient Rome, ball games were not included in entertainment on the big arenas, but could occur in exercises in the military. It was the Roman culture that would bring football to the British island (Britannica). However, it is not certain to what extent the British were affected by this diversity and to what extent they developed their own variables.

Football Clubs:

Football clubs have been around since the 15th century, but they are disorganized and do not have an official status. Therefore, it is difficult to determine the first football club. Some historians suggest that it was the football club that was founded in 1824 in Edinburgh. The first clubs are often formed by school graduates and the first of their kind was formed in Sheffield in 1855. The oldest of professional football clubs is the English club Knots County, which was formed in 1862 and still exists today.

Barcelona

The history of Barcelona Football Club goes to a football club that dates back to 1899 and to this day. FC Barcelona, also known as Barcelona and familiar with Barça, is based in Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain. The band was founded in 1899 by a group of Swiss, English and Spanish academics led by Joan Gamper. The club played soccer until 1910 in other regional competitions. In 1910, the club participated in its first of many European competitions, and has since accumulated fourteen UEFA trophies and six-fold. In 1928, Barcelona established La Liga, the pinnacle of Spanish football, with a number of other clubs.

REALMADRID

Established on March 6, 1902 of the Madrid Football Club, the white team has been used regularly since the club began. The word is Spanish for "real" and was introduced to the club by King Alfonso XIII in 1920 with the royal crown on the ensign. The team has played at its stadiums at the Santiago Bernabe stadium, with a capacity of 81,044 spectators in central Madrid since 1947.
