Needed Supplies :

Tube of Choice .. I am using the work of Erica Leigh Currey which you must have a license to use. Please do not use her work without purchasing through The PSP Project here.

Scrap Kit of Choice .. I have used a great PTU kit from Desirena Designs called "Rainbow Valentine" which can be purchased here.

Template of Choice .. I have used Template 1 by Tamie which you can be download here.

Mask of Choice .. I have used WSL_Mask84 which can be downloaded here.

Let's get started

Open your template in PSP & delete credits, raster 12, 10, 7, 6, 5, 4 & 2 layers. Depending on the kit you are using, you may choose to keep the heart layers instead.

New raster layer just above your background layer (raster 3). Select all, copy and paste into selection Paper 9. Select none. New mask layer from image, WSL_Mask84, invert transparency unchecked. Merge group, resize 110%. Layer duplicate/mirror/flip.

Select Raster 9 layer, select all/float/defloat, copy and paste Paper 7, selections invert and hit delete. Selections invert, selections/modify/expand 6, new raster layer below your paper layer, floodfill with #5f1a5d, adjust/add remove noise/add noise/monochrome uniform checked/50%, select none & then drop shadow. I have used 2/2/40/4 throughout. Delete original Raster 9 layer.

Select Raster 11 layer, select all/float/defloat, copy and paste Paper 9, selections invert and hit delete. Select none, drop shadow and delete original Raster 11 layer.

Select Raster 8 layer, select all/float/defloat, copy and paste Paper 4, selections invert and hit delete. Selections invert, selections/modify/expand 6, new raster layer below your paper layer, floodfill with #f57198, adjust/add remove noise/add noise/monochrome uniform checked/50%, select none & then drop shadow. Delete original Raster 8 layer.

Select Raster 13 layer, select all/float/defloat, copy and paste Paper 6, selections invert and hit delete. Selections invert, selections/modify expand 6, new raster layer below your paper layer, floodfill with #ac2756, adjust/add remove noise/add noise/monochrome uniform checked/50%, select none & then drop shadow. Delete original Raster 13 layer.

Select Raster 1 layer, select all/float/defloat, copy and paste Paper 2, selections invert and hit delete. Selections invert, selections/modify/expand 6, new raster layer below your paper layer, floodfill with #5f1a5d, adjust/add remove noise/add noise/monochrome uniform checked/50%, select none & then drop shadow. Delete original Raster 1 layer.

Select Raster 6 layer, select all/float/defloat, copy and paste Paper 1, selections invert and hit delete. Select none and delete original Raster 6 layer.

Select Raster 7 layer, adjust color balance/manual color correction from white to #5d1a5f. Add the same noise as used before and then drop shadow.

Copy and paste Sparkles & drop shadow. Position on the left hand side. Layer duplicate & mirror.

Copy and paste Bow 4, resize 75% & drop shadow. Position bottom right hand corner.

Copy and paste Mouse, resize 50% & drop shadow. Position on the right hand side. Copy and paste Balloons, resize 75% & drop shadow. Position on the top right hand side so it appears the mouse is hanging from the balloons.

Copy and paste Cupcake, resize 65% & drop shadow. Position bottom left hand corner. Repeat with Stripper pole and position next to your cupcake.

Copy and paste Ladder 2, resize 75% & drop shadow. Position a little to the right of centre.

Copy and paste Bling Hearts 1, resize 75% & then drop shadow. Position along the bottom. Layer duplicate/flip.

Copy and paste I Heart You, resize 50% & drop shadow. Position top left hand corner.

Copy and paste your tube & resize as necessary. To give my tube a little more pop with all the bright colors, I added a size 3 fat color #f07091 gradient glow twice & then drop shadow.

X out white background, merge visible. Open white background, resize to your liking (I have used a width of 600).

Add copyright and name on your tag. I used 2 Peas Typo, size 40, color #ad2656 and then added the same noise as used before followed by a size 3 fat white gradient glow and drop shadow.

Save and you are done.

Forever & Always Gardener Tut

Using your magic wand, select the center portion of your frame, selections modify/expand 5, copy and paste Paper 1, resize 55%, selections invert and hit delete. Copy and paste Bow 2, resize 55% & hit delete. Select none & drop shadow your bow & frame.

Copy and paste Rose leaves 2, resize 55% & drop shadow. Position bottom right hand corner of your frame. Repeat with Rose leave 1, mirror & position bottom left hand corner of your frame.

Copy and paste White Flower, resize 65% & drop shadow. Position on the left hand side. Copy and paste Rose 2, resize 75%, mirror, rotate right 50 & drop shadow. Position on the bottom right side of your frame.

Copy and paste Daisy, resize 35% & drop shadow. Position top right hand corner of your frame. Layer duplicate and move next to your first daisy.

Copy and paste String, resize 65% & drop shadow. Position bottom left hand side. Repeat with Green Ribbon, mirror & position bottom right hand side.

Copy and paste Bow, resize 75% & drop shadow. Position along the bottom.

Copy and paste your tube, resize as necessary & drop shadow. In my case, I had the heart plant on a seperate layer, so I then did the same with that.

Copy and paste Ribbon, resize 65% & drop shadow. Position along the bottom.

Copy and paste Word Art, resize 65%, adjust/color balance/manual color correction from black to #b24047, add the same noise effect as used before. I then added a size 3 fat white/gradient glow followe by drop shadow. Position top left hand corner.

X out white background, merge visible. Open white background, resize to your liking (I have used 500x500).

Copy and paste your word art and resize 75%. Adjust color balance/manual color correction from black to #c2476e. I then added a size 3 fat white gradient glow followed by drop shadow.

Add copyright and name on your tag. I have used Alex Brush, Size 72, Color #b24047 and then added the same noise, gradient glow & drop shadow as used on the word art.

Save and you are done.

Let's get started

New image 600x600 and floodfill with white. New raster layer, select all, paste into selection Paper 2. Select none. New mask layer from image, WSL_Mask84, invert transparency unchecked, and merge group. Resize 110% & layer duplicate.

Copy and paste Frame 3, resize 85% & drop shadow. I have used 2/2/40/4 throughout.

Copy and paste Bow 1, resize 65%, rotate left 90 & drop shadow. Position along the bottom.

Repeat with Bow 2 and position next to your first bow.

Copy and paste Frame 1 & resize 85%. Using your magic wand, select the center portion of your frame, selections modify/expand 5, copy and paste Paper 12, resize 65%, selections invert and hit delete. Copy and paste below your frame your tube & resize as necessary. Layer duplicate and drag this layer above your frame. On the tube layer below you frame, hit delete & select none. Select the tube layer above your frame and erase the bottom portion of the tube so it appears to be coming out of your frame. Drop shadow your frame.

Copy and paste Roses 1, resize 40%, rotate left 25 & drop shadow. Position bottom left hand corner of your frame.

Copy and paste Flower 1, resize 30% & drop shadow. Position bottom centre of your frame a little to the left. Layer duplicate & mirror.

Copy and paste Winged Heart 1, resize 65% & drop shadow. Position bottom centre of your frame.

Copy and paste Balloon 1, resize 75% & drop shadow. Position top right hand corner. Repeat with Balloon 2 and position a little lower. Copy and paste Air Balloon, resize 45% & drop shadow. Position bottom right hand corner.

Copy and paste Fluffy Heart 1, resize 40% & drop shadow. Position top left hand corner.

Copy and paste Hearts 4, resize 25% & drop shadow. Position bottom left hand corner.

Copy and paste Hearts 3, resize 75%, rotate right 90, adjust/add remove noise/add noise/uniform monochrome checked/50% & drop shadow. Position along the bottom.

Copy and paste Birdie 1, resize 25% & drop shadow. Position bottom right hand corner.

X out white background, merge visible. Open white background, resize to your liking (I have used 500x500).

Copy and paste your word art and resize 75%. Adjust color balance/manual color correction from black to #c2476e. I then added a size 3 fat white gradient glow followed by drop shadow.

Add copyright and name on your tag. I have used He Formed My Heart, Size 60, color #dc7495 and then added the same noise effect, gradient glow & drop shadow as used before.

Save and you are done.

Copy and paste Wings 1, resize 50% & drop shadow. Position top right hand corner.

Copy and paste Corner 1, resize 50% & drop shadow. Position bottom left hand corner.

New raster layer, select all, paste into selection Paper 1. Select none. New mask layer from image, Vix_Mask257, invert transparency unchecked, and merge group.

Using your magic wand, select the center portion of one of your frames, selections modify/expand 5, copy and paste your image below your frame layer, resize as required, selections invert and hit delete. Select none.

Repeat with both of the other frames. Drop shadow your frame.

Copy and paste your tube, resize as required & drop shadow. Position top left hand corner.

Copy and paste Bow 5, resize 50% & drop shadow. Position at the base of your middle frame. Repeat with Bow 4 and position top right hand corner of your middle frame.

Copy and paste Flower 1, resize 40% & drop shadow. Position at the bottom of your bottom right hand corner frame. Copy and paste Dragonflies 1, resize 50% & drop shadow. Position bottom right hand corner.

Copy and paste Sparkles & resize 50%. Position bottom right hand corner. Layer duplicate and position top left hand corner of your top centre frame.

Copy and paste your word art, resize 30%/60%, adjust/color balance/manual color correction from black to #141c2f. I then added a size 3 fat white gradient glow followed by drop shadow.

Copy and paste Butterfly 1, resize 30% & drop shadow. Position top right hand corner.

X out white background, merge visible. Open white background, resize to your liking (I have used 500x500).

Add copyright and name on your tag. I have used Cutie Pie, Size 36, color #141c2f, then added the same gradient glow and drop shadow as used on the word art.

Let's get started

Open your template in PSP & delete credits layer, Group Raster 3 layer, dotted shape layer & black stars layer.

New raster layer just above your background layer. Select all, copy and paste into selection Paper 4. Select none. New mask layer from image, WSL_Mask117, invert transparency unchecked. Merge group, resize 105%.

Select Raster 2 layer, select all/float/defloat, copy and paste Paper 11, resize 80%, selections invert and hit delete. Select none and delete original Raster 2 layer. I then added a size 3 fat white gradient glow followed by drop shadow. I have use 2/2/40/4 throughout.

Select Large Purple Square layer, select all/float/defloat, copy and paste Paper 10, resize 80%, selections invert and hit delete. Select none and delete original Large Purple Square layer. I then added the same gradient glow & drop shadow as previous layer.

Select Copy of BG layer. Adjust color balance/manual color correction from white to #a7d0fe & drop shadow.

Select Purple Oval layer, select all/float/defloat, copy and paste Paper 2, selections invert and hit delete. Copy and paste Star Bling 2, resize 75%, hit delete. Select none, drop shadow the bling layer and delete original Purple Oval layer.

Copy and paste Curled String 1, resize 65% & drop shadow. Position bottom left hand corner. Repeat with Curled String 2 and position top right hand corner just behind the top of your small circle. Copy and paste Gingham Flower 2, resize 50% & drop shadow. Position top righ hand corner.

Copy and paste Bow 3, resize 65% & drop shadow. Position top centre of your large oval. Copy and paste Ribbon 2, resize 65% & drop shadow. Position top left hand side. Repeat with Ribbon 3, rotate right 90 and position along the bottom.

Copy and paste your tube, resize as necessary & drop shadow.

Select Copy of Raster 2 layer. Adjust color balance/manual color correction from #caaede to #e18ead. Adjust/add remove noise/add noise/gaussian monochrome checked 65%. I then added the same gradient glow & drop shadow as used before.

Repeat with Copy (2) of Raster 2 layer.

Select Purple Shape layer, select all/float/defloat, copy and paste Paper 1, selections invert and hit delete. Select none and delete original Purple Shape layer. Add gradient glow & drop shadow again.

Select Words layer, add gradient glow & drop shadow.

Select Small Purple Circle layer, adjust color balance/manual color correction from #9f6dc1 to #df8ca8. Select all/float/defloat, copy and paste your tube closeup, selections invert and hit delete.

Change blend mode of your tube layer to Luminance (Legacy). Merge down the tube layer with the background circle layer and then drop shadow.

Select Dotted Circle layer, adjust color balance/manual color correction from white to #df8ca8. Add the same noise effect as used before and then drop shadow..

Select White stars layer, adjust color balance/manual color correction from white to #a8d1fd. Add the same noise, gradient and drop shadow as used before.

Select White Swirl with d/s layer and drop shadow.

Select Black Swirl layer, adjust color balance/manual color correction from black to #a8d1fd and then added the noise effect.

X out white background, merge visible. Open white background, resize to your liking (I have used a height of 500).

Add copyright and name on your tag. I used Machia, size 72, color #dd84a5 and then added the same noise effect, gradient glow & drop shadow as used before.

Save and you are done.

This tutorial assumes you have a working knowledge of PSP.

Needed Supplies :

Tube of Choice .. I am using the work of Sweet-PinUp which you must have a license to use. Please do not use her work without purchasing through The doll Shop here.

Scrap Kit of Choice .. I have used a gorgeous FTU kit by Fantasy Moments called "Midnight Sky" which you can download here.

Mask of Choice .. I have used WSL_Mask84 & WSL_Mask366 which can be downloaded here.

Word art of choice .. I have used word art by Word Art Fun which can be downloaded here.

Font of Choice .. Cutie Pie

Let's get started

New image 600x600 and floodfill with white. New raster layer, select all, paste into selection Paper 4. Select none. New mask layer from image, WSL_Mask84, invert transparency unchecked, and merge group. Resize 110%.

Repeat using Paper 6 & mask WSL_Mask366.

Duplicate twice and rename your layers Mask 1,2 and 3. On your first Mask layer apply Dsb Flux/Bright Noise/65. On your 2nd layer, apply bright noise again, hitting mix twice. On your 3rd layer, apply again hitting mix 3 times. If you are deciding not to animate, skip this part of the tutorial

Copy and paste Element 23 & resize 55%. Using your magic wand, select the center portion of your frame, selections modify/expand 5, copy and paste Paper 1 below your frame layer, resize 65%, selections invert, hit delete & select none. Drop shadow your frame. I have used 2/2/40/4 throughout.

Merge down the frame with it's background layer. Layer duplicate and rotate right 25. Layer duplicate and mirror. I also dragged the first frame layer to the top.

Copy and paste Element 42, resize 65% twice & drop shadow. Position at the bottom of your frame.

Copy and paste Element 50, resize 40% & drop shadow. Position top centre of your frame. Copy and paste Element 6, resize 50% & drop shadow. Position hanging from top right hand corner of your frame. Copy and paste Element 17, resize 30% & drop shadow. Position at the top of your heart chain.

Copy and paste Element 32, resize 50% & drop shadow. Position bottom right hand corner. Copy and paste Element 45, resize 30% & drop shadow. Position bottom right hand corner. Repeat with Elements 47 & 48 and position next to your first flower.

Copy and paste Element 12, resize 30%, rotate left 30 & drop shadow. Position next to your flowers.

Copy and paste Element 77 & drop shadow. Centre. Copy and paste Element 63, resize 50%, mirror & drop shadow. Position bottom left hand corner.

Copy and paste your first tube layer, resize 50%/55% & drop shadow. Position sitting inside your top frame layer. Copy and paste your 2nd tube layer, resize 40% twice, mirror, rotate right 30 & drop shadow. Position top left hand corner.

Copy and paste your word art & resize 40% twice. I then added a size 6 fat color #f1b09b gradient glow. Select all/float/defloat/modify contract 6/invert and then adjust/add remove noise/add noise/monochrome gaussian checked/65%. Select none and drop shadow.

At this point if you need to, resize your tag. I have used 500x500. Add your copyright and name. I have used Cutie Pie, size 60 black. I then added all the same effects as were added to the word art.

If you are choosing not to animate, then you can save your tag.

To animate, close off Mask Layers 2 & 3 (the lil eye icon in your layer palette), Edit/Copy Merged and paste as new animation in Animation Shop. Close off Mask Layer 1 and open Mask Layer 2, Edit/Copy Merged and paste after current frame in AS. Close off Mask Layer 2 and open Mask Layer 3, Edit/Copy Merged and paste after current frame in AS.

Save as a gif.

Let's get started

New image 600x600 and floodfill with white. New raster layer, select all, paste into selection Texture IceAndGlitterGold. Select none. New mask layer from image, WSL_Mask366, invert transparency unchecked, and merge group. Resize 110%.

Copy and paste CraackedRoundFrame and resize 90%. Using your magic wand, select the center portion of your frame, selections modify/expand 10, copy and paste Texture ChampagneYellowBubbles below your frame layer, selections invert and hit delete. Copy and paste below your frame your tube & resize as necessary. Layer duplicate and drag this layer above your frame. On the tube layer below you frame, hit delete & select none. Select the tube layer above your frame and erase the bottom portion of the tube so it appears to be coming out of your frame. Drop shadow your frame. I have used 2/2/40/4 throughout.

Copy and paste BlueStarsFalling0010 & drop shadow. Position top left hand corner. Layer duplicate/mirror and position on the right hand side. Copy and paste PartyPopperYellow0007, drop shadow and position bottom left hand corner. Depending on the tube you are using, erase some of the sparkles if they are covering the face of your tube. Layer duplicate & mirror.

Copy and paste Ribbon1Yellow, drop shadow and position bottom left hand corner. Repeat with Ribbon2Blue and position with your first ribbon. Repeat with Ribbon1Blue, mirror/flip and drag this layer just above your mask layer.

Copy and paste LongBalloonYellow, resize 50% & drop shadow. Position far bottom right hand corner. Copy and paste ClockWhiteAndSilver, resize 40% & drop shadow. Position next to your balloon.

Copy and paste PartyPopperYellow0003 & drop shadow. Position top right hand corner and drag this layer just above your mask layer.

Copy and paste BalloonYellow, resize 50% & drop shadow. Position top left hand corner. Repeat with BalloonBlue and position next to your first balloon.

Copy and paste ConfettiBlue & drop shadow. Positon bottom left hand corner. Layer duplicate a few times and move around to your liking.

Copy and paste Word Art and resize 50% twice. Adjust/add remove noise/add noise/random checked/65%. I then added a size 3 fat white gradient glow followed by drop shadow.

X out white background, merge visible. Open white background, resize to your liking (I have used 500x500).

Add copyright and name on your tag. I have used LDG Jilly Nilly, Size 60, color black, then added the same effects I did on the word art with the noise, gradient glow & drop shadow.

Save and you are done.

Let It Snow Tut

Using your magic wand, select the center portion of your frame, selections modify/expand 10, new raster layer below your frame layer & floodfill with white. Copy and paste Stars, resize 40%/30%, selections invert and hit delete. Duplicate layer and mirror. Repeat with Scene 4, skipping the duplicate/mirror part. Select none.

Drop shadow your frame, scene and stars layers. I have used 2/2/40/4 throughout.

Select your frame layer, select/all/float/defloat and I then applied the following constellation layer to add some sparkle.

Copy and paste Sleigh Bells, resize 30%/50% & drop shadow. Position on the right hand side of your frame.

Copy and paste Bow 2, resize 30%/50% & drop shadow. Position top right hand corner of your frame. Layer duplicate & mirror.

Copy and paste Holly 2, resize 40%/30%, rotate right 90 & drop shadow. Position top centre of your frame.

Copy and paste Christmas Tree, resize 30% & drop shadow. Position bottom left hand corner.

Copy and paste your tube & drop shadow.

Copy and paste Snowman, resize 40%/35% & drop shadow. Position bottom right hand corner.

Copy and paste Snow Scatter, resize 30%/50%, mirror & drop shadow. Position towards the bottom.

Copy and paste Word Art, resize 30%/55% and then added a size 4 fat white gradient glow & drop shadow.

X out white background, merge visible. Open white background, resize to your liking (I have used 500x500).

Add copyright and name on your tag. I have used The Nauti Gal, Size 72, color black, then added the same effects I did on the word art with the gradient glow & drop shadow.

Save and you are done.

Let's get started !

New image 600x600 and floodfill with white. New raster layer, select all, paste into selection Paper 14. Select none. New mask layer from image, WSL_Mask366, invert transparency unchecked, and merge group. Resize 115%. Repeat using Paper 12 and rotate right 20.

Copy and paste Frame 3 & resize 90%. Using your magic wand, select the center portion of your frame, selections modify/expand 5, copy and paste Paper 11 below your frame layers, selections invert and hit delete. Selections invert and duplicate your background layer twice, renaming your layers Snow 1,2 & 3.

On your first snow layer apply the following Vanderlee/Snowflakes.

Apply the same settings to your next snow layer and randomize. Apply again to your last snow layer hitting and randomize again. Select none. If you decide not to animate your tag, then just skip the duplicate twice and snow steps.

Drop shadow your frame. I have used 2/2/40/4 throughout. Copy and paste Sucker, resize 65% & drop shadow. Position on the right hand side.

Copy and paste your tube, resize as necessary & drop shadow. Copy and paste Branch, resize 50% & drop shadow. Position bottom right hand corner. Layer duplicate & mirror.

Copy and paste Lights, resize 85% & drop shadow. Position along the bottom. Copy and paste Heart String & drop shadow. Position along the bottom as well.

Copy and paste Bow 1, resize 50% & drop shadow. Position bottom right hand corner. Copy and paste Bells, resize 75% & drop shadow. Position bottom right hand corner.

Copy and paste Bead String, resize 75% & drop shadow. Position on the left hand side. Copy and paste Bow 3, resize 50% & drop shadow. Position at the top of your Bead String. Repeat with Charm, resizing 40% & position on top of your bow.

Copy and paste Sparkles & position along the bottom.

Copy and paste Word Art, resize 30% & then 50%. Adjust color balance/manual color correction from black to #d1557d. Adjust/add remove noise/add noise/uniform monochrome checked/50%. Size 3 fat white gradient glow followed by drop shadow.

At this point if you need to, resize your tag. I have used 500x500. Add your copyright and name. I have used KR Snowflake, size 60, color #49bdc1 and added the same noise, gradient glow & drop shadow as with the word art.

If you are choosing not to animate, then you can save your tag.

To animate, close off Snow Layer 2 & 3 (the lil eye icon in your layer palette), Edit/Copy Merged and paste as new animation in Animation Shop. Close off Snow Layer 1 and open Snow Layer 2, Edit/Copy Merged and paste after current frame in AS. Close off Snow Layer 2 and open Snow Layer 3, Edit/Copy Merged and paste after current frame in AS.

In animation shop, select all, frame properties 25. Save as a gif.

Save and you are done.
