These two width adjustable sheet roll forming machines were designed and built for one of our clients in South Africa to produce galvanzied box sheets with the effective widths varied from 300mm to 1200mm.One of the roller parts was installed on the adjustable wall plates which are able to move cross the pistons, and 2 motors are used to control the moving so that the operator can adjust the rollers according to different widths only by a switches. These two width adjustable sheet roll forming machines were designed to produce different profiles,such as A profile and B profile and the finished galvanized sheets will be conneted with each other,such as A profile pluses B profile pluses A profile and pluses B profile to form a box.There are no cutting device for thewidth adjustable sheet roll forming machine,so the raw materials are the finished cut sheets according to required lengths,and before roll forming, there are feeding guide and a ribs forming rollers.

This standing seam roll forming machine,or standing seam roll former will be installed in a 40ft high container according to customer's requirements so that this roll forming machine can be moved to any site; Usually there is a curving machine necessary for this standing seam roll forming machine ,and also an electrical seamer required.This standing seam roll forming machine mainly consists of a manual uncoiler,feeding guide device,roll forming machine,hydraulic cutter,hydrauilc station and PLC control system. Under the advanced PLC control system,this standing seam roll former is capable to run fully automatically and cut the finished products both automatically and manually.
