A few years ago Odanthurai village has lack of basic facilities Like:- proper water supply, No electricity & also a Lack of education facilities. But Now the village was Developed with the Government's Different Schemes and the proper planning of Sarpanch Mr. R Shanmugam who used the Government schemes properly and change the entire village into a Smart Village( where a proper 24-hour Electric supply with a renewable energy source, and proper water supply and all the basic necessity.

In 1996, Mr. R Shanmugan became the sarpanch of Odanthuri village his first priority was to start building houses in the village with the help of government schemes.

After that, he used the Government scheme for the proper water supply in the village for this scheme the village should need to give 10% money of the entire subsidy. So they Collected 4 lakhs 80 Thousand rupees for a Proper water supply in Each and every house.

Now, the Panchayat took a bank Loan in 2005 – 2006 For 350 Kilowatt wind farm Now it produces 67,5000 Units of Electricity Each Year. And also the Panchayat Installed a Solar Panel In every Roof of the house and the Additional Electricity Generated from The resources were sold to TNEB (Tamil Nadu Electricity Department) and Earns Approx. Revenue of 19Lakhs in a Year. The Odanthurai Panchayat Uses this money to pay back the 15 million Bank Loan.

Success Story Of Mr. Peyush Bansal from Microsoft to Lenskart.

Peyush Bansal was born in New Delhi, India, on April 26, 1985. After studying at Don Bosco High School, he completed his studies at McGill University, Canada.

Mr. Peyush Bansal came from a Middle-class family and His family could not afford his Canada Education and expenses, But Peyush was also a hardworking person. So, he works part-time as a Receptionist in Canada and also completes his study. The place where he was working was close to a computer lab where college data files were created and software was coded.

When Peyush started showing interest in coding and communicating with a friend who worked in a computer lab, he was given a book of Visual Basic Plus+ for learning programming, so he started learning from that. He worked as a receptionist during the day and studied coding at night. After some time, he began programming and helping the Computer Lab staff, and soon he was promoted to Receptionist to the computer lab.

After several months, Peyush applied for Microsoft Internships and was rejected in the first interview, but he did not give up and prepared for the interview again and was selected. He was gone to Bill gates' house.

Also, he spent 1 year working under Microsoft Office in Seattle (a city in Washington, US). Basically, he understands that if you focus on customer problems rather than business (It means If you are solving Peoples Problem and improving your product then automatically your product was getting interested from customers, and you will start making a good profit.)

From This concept, he came back to India to solve the bigger problem and he don’t have any kind of business plan. So, when he came back to India, he spent 3 to 4 months converting a car garage into an office.

Lenskart was founded by Peyush Bansal in 2010 alongside Amit Chaudhary and Sumeet Kapahi. Mr. Peyush Bansal founded the parent company of Lenskart, the company Valyoo Technologies.

In terms of Mr. Peyush Bansal's idea, there are many challenges, as society's perception at that time was that glasses were out of style or old-fashioned. So, he focuses on this problem to change society's Perception with different types of Specs Design.

The result of his hard work at first Lenskart was the sole E-commerce company, which later moved to become an Omnichannel Platform (meaning of Omnichannel platform: - A multichannel method to income that seeks to offer clients with an unbroken buying experience)

Mr. Peyush Bansal was focusing on the E-commerce business of Lenskart, not on the supply chains Business model. In his view, if he worked on a supply chain business model, the price of the product from the manufacturer to the retailer would increase by 2x-3x. For example, if you buy a pair of glasses through Lenskart directly, you will get them for Rs 1000 to 2000, but if the same product is supplied through a supply chain system, then you will be charged up to Rs 4000 to 5000.

He understood how to proceed after changing the business name and idea. In order to do this, he traveled to Gurgaon and partnered with the hotel owner for 3 to 4 months. Mr. Ritesh took the entire risk, and he will split the profits 50-50 if there is a profit, so the partnership will continue. A bullish Marubozu indicates there is very much buying interest in stock so the market participants will buy the stock at every price. It does not matter what the previous trend, the marubozu only indicates that the sentiment of the market was now changed to bullish.

Hence Traders were searching for the buying opportunity with the appearance of marubozu. Suppose you have bought axis bank around RS 670 and your stop loss will be 660 and target should be around RS 720 So, now in this case your risk-reward ratio will be 1:5 It means you are ready to lose RS 10 to gain RS 50 per quantity in this trade.

The word stop-loss defines an advance order to sell the stock at a particular price point. A stop loss is used to limit your risk in your trade. You can put stop loss in advance trade at the time of executing your trade or you can also put stop-loss after your trade is executed.

Remember you should always put stop loss in your trade to prevent your large losses.

Risk per trade small percentage of your entire capital which you are ready to lose in a single trade. For a good Trader, the percentage should be 2 to 3% of entire capital in one trade.

For example, you have a capital of 1lakhs Rupees and according to the Risk per trade system, you can lose Rs2000 to 3000 in one trade.

So, the Risk reward ratio will be 1:2 Now Always remember that your stop loss doesn’t minimize your risk but You Position Sizing will be Minimize your risk.

Let simply explain what is position sizing means then again back to the example.

Position sizing means the quantity which you have bought according to your risk management system.

In the above example, your position sizing will be 1000 quantity in which Raju will get profit of 4000 in single trade and if it will hit her stop loss then he will loss 2000 Rupees.

If your analysis is 50:50 Means quite good then you have taken 5 profitable trades and 4 to 5 losing trades then also you will be profitable at the end.
