I am happy to be spending this Christmas with our daughters and grandson. The love shared with family is most precious.  So far we are lucky enough to live in a country where we can express our love in liberty and honor.  Though there are threats to that freedom, there are also opportunities to spread the word about what it takes to keep it.  Because the raising of consciousness is the way of &lt;div class="feedflare"&gt;

Now that the state is again funded, I am wondering about a few things.  Am I just way out of touch with economic reality, or is common sense not an attribute of our governmental leaders?  

I’d like some answers to the following questions:

Why do state agencies that bring in revenue shut down when money shortage is the issue?
