Carissa and Kyle’s wedding was so beautiful. I love it when I can be part of a union between two people who are truly in love with each other. I’ve known Carissa since she was…okay I’ll stop myself right there before I give away how old I am She reminded me that I had photographed her high school senior portrait. And, now I photographed her wedding. I’m so honored!!

The wedding day was absolutely beautiful. The sun was shining and the weather was warm. Everyone got ready at the Marriott Hotel and the wedding ceremony and reception took place at Kingfish Restaurant. What an intimate and charming wedding site. It was a memorable wedding with lots of warm smiles and laughter and, let’s not forget tears of joy. Congratulations to Carissa and Kyle!!

I just love my nieces. They are both such cuties. The big sis is full of energy and have lots to say. I couldn’t get her to sit still. She had her ideas where to sit and how to sit and when. I enjoyed every minute I was with both of them. Liz, their mom was wondering how I kept up with her and if I even was able to take decent photos. :-) Photographing children is the best experience ever. I love that I able to capture them naturally…full of laughter and wonder.

Lisa truly represent the the Modern Sexy woman. I just love photographing her. We had an amazing time going to different locations at the hotel where we had our boudoir session. Especially the photo where I asked her to lay on top of the bar while no one was looking. That was a blast. Some of the shots were taken right next to the check-in counter where arriving guests were staring and wondering what we were doing. I’m glad we weren’t asked to leave. I love to just have fun in a photo session and who better to have that experience than with Lisa

David and Michelle’s winter wedding was just beautiful. It was a small intimate wedding for a few friends and relatives. The ceremony took place at the beautiful Cathedral of the Blessed Sacrament and the reception was at the Esquire Grill Restaurant. I’m so lucky to have the opportunity to meet such gracious and loving couple and their families. I love being part of this celebration. Congratulations to David and Michelle!!

Sacramento Wedding Photographer – Naomi and Patrick

Noami and Patrick’s wedding was held at a private residence in Isleton. It was the perfect setting for a beautiful wedding. The willow trees was a great backdrop for the ceremony. Naomi got ready at Patrick’s house which I was told to be over 130 years old…just gorgeous. I love the spiral staircase and the classic details. Naomi’s classic look fit right in.

There were several memorable moments throughout the day and one of them was during the ceremony. I loved it when the bridal party along with the bride and groom walked to a small island surrounded by water to exchange their vows. It was beautiful. And, at the reception during their first dance, Naomi who is a trained classic singer surprised everyone by singing Brindisi from La Traviata. What a treat! I as so amazed by her beautiful voice. Naomi and Patrick are the sweetest couple and are so perfect for each other. Congratulations to you both!

Meghan and Huy had their wedding celebration at the Carvahlo Family Winery at the Old Sugar Mill. Meghan looked amazing in her beautiful wedding dress. Everything looked gorgeous from her make up to her hair. Well, let’s not forget Huy who looked dapper in his tuxedo. It was great that Kelly Hardin of Artistic Wedding & Event Planning was there to help coordinate the wedding. I’m so glad that I was part of Meghan and Huy’s wedding day. The weather was perfect and so was this beautiful wedding! Congratulations to Meghan and Huy!

Naomi and Patrick will be getting married in a couple of weeks and I’m very excited to share with you some of the photos from their engagement session. We took some of them at the house Patrick grew up in. Such a beautiful property with pear trees and beautiful garden. Across the road was where they originally wanted to have their wedding ceremony so we photographed there instead along the river. It’s going to be a beautiful wedding.
