This is the two hundredth episode of Shatter The Vain! It is a pretty big milestone to reach for a podcast or really any project and I couldn’t be happier with the episodes and content that I’ve created for the last few years.

And yet, it’s time to step away from Vainglory and let the game carry on without me. It was a hard choice to make, but it’s time. Helping me celebrate and share some Vainglory memories is Gankstars CEO PwntByUkrainian. I’ve seen a lot of people come and go in the Vainglory community and I always thought I’d ride this out to the end. But I feel like a new group of Vainglory 5v5 fans need to carry the game into its next phase.

On this minisode, I’m joined by ttigers. There was a recent article that ttigers wrote on medium that gave some really good insight into the 5v5 meta in the current 3.0. This article gave some tips on how to do better jungle rotations and a few heroes that are pretty strong like weapon power Baptiste and Koshka. There were so many great people at the party to chat and play Vainglory with; one of those people was WookieForc3. It seemed like a great idea to have someone on the show that was at the event too and is just as hyped for 5v5 as I am. Update 2.11 is here and we’re getting closer to Vainglory Worlds and the reveal of 5v5. Now, Vainglory Worlds will be played on update 2.10 but all of us will be enjoying 2.11 and the new hero Varya.

To help me rundown the changes in this update and give me some insight into why Lorelai was nerfed so hard is BrokenEyez. BrokenEyez is a streamer and plays quite a bit on the PBE so he’s been able to see these changes for a few weeks.
