She Speaks registration launched today! In the hour since the registration form was launched, we have received 4 registrations... and we hadn't even made the announcement! Since space is limited, you may want to register quickly! Here are a couple of links to make things easier.

Gals, we are getting closer! I just posted the session descriptions for She Speaks 2009! Registration should begin very soon now. We just have to make a few tweaks to the form to adjust for the NEW TRACK and ADDITIONAL PRE-CONFERENCE SEMINAR!!!!

We are still reading evaluation forms from our 2008 She Speaks conference, putting away props and equipment, filing paperwork, etc. and we are already receiving LOTS of requests to register for She Speaks 2009! Ya'll are wearing me out... in a good way!

It will take us a few months to finalize all the details for She Speaks 2009. As soon as we have everything ready to go, we will start the registration process (probably sometime in the Fall). If you would like to be notified when registration begins, please sign up to receive email notification where indicated in the left column of this blog.

In the meantime... Mark your calendar!

She Speaks 2009 will take place July 31 - August 2, 2009

Hey Gals!

This is YOUR page! Once we get close to the 2009 conference dates, you will be able to connect with other conference attendees by posting comments on this page and reply to comments left by others.

You can chat about the other hotels in the area and connect with others that may want to share a room.

You can arrange carpools from the airport to the hotel and/or from an area hotel to the conference hotel.

If you are a She Speaks graduate from a previous year, share your thoughts and ideas with first-timers to help calm any nerves. Let them know that this conference is encouraging and uplifting. There is NO need to be nervous about anything!

"Meet" other attendees prior to the conference. Make new friends with women you already have something in common with.

She Speaks Registration Fees

Registration Fee: $525.00 with hotel - Friday and Saturday Nights at the Residence Inn (based on double occupancy) Please note that this is not the conference hotel. We have completely filled our conference hotel room block and have blocked rooms at the Residence Inn which is only .2 miles from the Embassy Suites.

Registration fee includes all sessions, conference material, dinner on Friday, Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner on Saturday and Breakfast on Sunday.

Registration Fee for The Next Generation Track (ages 12-17): $275.00 based on double occupancy.

(* Scholarship money is available for The Next Generation if you meet certain criteria.)

Private Room: add $126.00
Extra Night - Wednesday: add 126.00 (includes breakfast Thursday morning)
Extra Night - Thursday: add $126.00 (includes breakfast Friday morning)

Hotel rates are based on availability. Once we have filled our block of rooms, the rates are subject to change.

Registration Fee (with no hotel): $420.00

Pre-Conference Women's Ministry Seminar OR Pre-Conference Advance Marketing Seminar: $125.00 (begins Friday at 9:00am and includes Worship and Morning Devotion, three breakout sessions, all materials, and a networking lunch)
