		<description>&lt;blockquote&gt;&lt;p&gt;Dude, there&amp;#8217;s a lot of fad diets out there! I&amp;#8217;m not one to diet, I don&amp;#8217;t need to. I could fit into my blue jeans from high school, easy. But why not jump in feet first to the &lt;a href="http://primalblueprint.com/" target="_blank"&gt;Primal Life&lt;/a&gt; &lt;a href="http://www.marksdailyapple.com/primal-blueprint-101/" target="_blank"&gt;(and&lt;/a&gt;). Eating and moving like a caveman, yup sounds about right. Wow I sort of already do that! So for a week I&amp;#8217;m going to show off my hunting skills, blah blah man.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/blockquote&gt;
