SHIPPING PROCEDURE

Princess Muscatters Fashion uses POS Malaysia and Skynet as our courier company due to the reliability and efficiency of their services, and in order to get a better postage rate for our customers.

We subscribe to Skynet and POS Laju for our West Malaysia customers, whereas POS Laju Malaysia will be selected for East Malaysia customers.

Shipping Details :

1) Shipping rate will be calculated automatically by our system while you check out , It is your choice to choose Skynet or POS Laju for your parcel. ( System will display both rates for you to compare )

2) All Order's Payment which we receive before 2.00 p.m. will be posted on that day itself , After 2.00 p.m. will be bring forward the next day.

3) Tracking No. Email will be generated once we ship your parcel.

4) Feel Free to Track your parcel by email.

Kindly inform us if the items do not show up within the specific duration as mentioned below.

All items will be posted using Poslaju. Postage depends on your location
Deliveries within 5 days after you have made the payment.
We are not responsible if the items damaged on the way of delivery.
Goods sold are not returnable or exchangeable.
First come first serve...we only give 2 day's for reservation..

Princess Muscatters Fashion will check all the products before delivery . If there is any defects , we will e-mail or call you to seek for further assistance. We will try our best to minimize defects and increase our reliability in preparing your order.

However , if there is a problem with the product you received , we do accept Return & Exchange.

Returnable/Exchangable on the below occasion:-

1) Items that are terribly damage or massively stained.

2) Items that are with prominent and obvious quality problems. (Eg. Left right sleeve not balance , Loss of buttons)

3) Wrong items from what you have ordered. (E.g. Totally wrong item code, style or color)

Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable

1) Minor loose threads, irregular fold or wrinkle produced by crumpling, color differs slightly from the pictures shown online.

2) Item design is slightly different from the picture displayed (e.g. button, pocket, or tag)

3) Transparent slightly or bad odor.

4) Size measurement differs about 1-3cm.

5) Accidental scissors cut while opening your parcel. ( Please becareful while you open your parcel )
