When I arrived here in the US my husband had two pair of old looking placemat. After we got married we went shopping for stuffs for our apartment and clothing for the baby. I asked to get a new placemat but at that time he had everything budgeted so he grabbed the cheapest one with dull plain color. I wasn’t happy using that placemat. Good thing my MIL gave us some table napkins, placemat, table covers and other kitchen stuffs. But the designs are for Halloween, autumn and Christmas nevertheless I still love using it.

Unexpectedly, a thought of buying a new placemat came to mind when I was surfing online. I first checked the walmart store and found this $12 worth 4 pcs placemat. It was a good deal since they’re having sale at that time. I also bought some other things that I needed at the kitchen. It was a good buy even if I drained my pp account.

Whatchathing? I had to finished my left over stir fry then try the vegetable patty and Kimchi that I bought from Korean store. I’m into kimchi now. I can say that kimichi is an acquired food. At first I thought I cannot stomach the smell and taste. This is my second time I decided to try kimchi and I succeeded. The more you chew it the better it taste. I’m liking this appetizer now.

There are different reasons why we choose to live in a place away from city. One of this reason could be the serenity. It’s quieter living in the country or mountain perhaps compared to the past paced life in the city. Living in the country has its advantages and disadvantages. Nevertheless, you have a lot of access to the modern technology in the city while in the country on the contrary you can live off with a simple living & lifestyle and low cost way of life. However, some of us may choose to buy property in a secluded area where they can connect with nature. Ever heard about Cashiers, North Carolina? Well, if you live around this area and is in the market of buying a property away from the city then consider checking out cashiers nc real estate and contact a good real estate agent. It is known that Cashiers, Is The Heart Of The Blue Ridge Mountains. I have researched a little about the place and found out some information that is quite promising. Thanks to Wikipedia for the information.

Fact: Because of it’s unique geography and altitude the climate on the Cashiers plateau is generally about 20 degrees cooler during the summer months than just about anywhere else in the southeastern US!

What social network are you affiliated with? Among the hundreds of social media online, I think Facebook and Twitter are the ones that has most number of users. Well there is G+ but it has different feature that is a little bit complicated than twitter and facebook. Although twitter has it own unique feature and when you post in your status you call it tweets. Facebook is way enjoyable to use because of the conversation threads, picture post, tagging and etc. In Facebook also there are tons of apps that is already programmed in it and in a few clicks you will be able to look savvy because of the apps. The quotation is kind of fun and inspirational to do. In fact I have found this quote in Facebook before and I saved it in this blog. It’s self explanatory but a lot of us chose to ignored the meaning of it because it is a human nature to look for something unattainable, or take for granted the person next to them thinking this person won’t leave them. Remember, change is the only constant in this world, eventually that person that you take for granted will realize and will decide to move on.

Never take for granted every person close to your heart because you might wake up one day and realized that you’ve lost a diamond because you were too busy collecting stones.

If you hate me… Delete me.
If you think I’m nice… Like my status.
If you think I’m a good friend… comment.
If you’ve ever liked me… poke me.
If you like me now… Inbox me a heart.
If you wanna date me Inbox me a smiley. :)
& If you’re brave, then re-post this.

This one in here is kind of fun. It looks like a game, a challenge or just a so so but there is something in it. There are more than just two quotations, saying, poems and etc you can read and learn in Facebook.

Dreams is the place where you fantasy come true. A dream is a strongly desired goal or purpose. One interpretation of a dream that I remembered was, running which meant that when you strongly want something like finishing school — the running represent your persuasion of achieving your goal and when you get to the finish line or destination, it meant that you more likely to achieve or graduate. Well this is just a dream and it’s my dream. Dreams are successions of images, ideas, emotions, and sensations that occur involuntarily in the mind during certain stages of sleep. Anyway, I had this funny dream this morning that i applied for a teaching position. Well, the dream started from Malaysia to the Philippines and I think the country Australia was being mentioned. Funny weird huh? So, I was living with my friend who works in Malaysia and she was helping me to find a job. In my dream I really wanted a career and missed my old job so I decided to apply in that old school I worked at. It was funny because from Malaysia, the sitting just change automatically to Philippines. During the interview I saw a former colleague which I did know and he was also there for an interview. He got rejected during the interview for the thing he did when he was still a teacher. In my dream also I did something when I resigned which was I forgot LOL and I mentioned it during the interview the reason why I resigned. I got rejected from the job because of that reason. So, I went back to Malaysia and thinking of applying to Australia. Waaa what a messed up dream that was. Wasn’t it funny and the changing of places was kind of weird.

I interpreted that part of the dream which was me applying for a job. Well, I’ve been wanting to get a job and thought of getting a job in pre-school but the problem I have no idea where to begin. I think it reflected on my dream my desired of having a job and career.

It’s embarrassing to say that up until now we are still using the same kitchen curtain that the previous owner left behind when she sold this house to us. As much as I wanted to shop for the things we really need in our house but the truth is we can’t afford to buy this thing as of now. We are still adjusting from the bills to the mortgage. Anyway, I have mentioned in my previous blog that i gone crazy with shopping and left my paypal empty. Well, I decided to buy a new valance and swags for our kitchen door and window. I needed to wash the old one and I also want to see a new look in our kitchen. I bought a pair of swags and two pieces of valance. Chianti 60″ wide x 12′ long ivory valance and 60″ wide x 38″ long swags. I did not expect that this thing sort of expensive. Well, anything that priced beyond 10 bucks is already expensive for me. I was gonna use both valance in the window but then my kitchen door would be naked. So, for the meantime I’ll just use it separately and if I have money next time I’ll buy another one for the door.

Are you planning to do some work in your workshop? Well, if so then start shopping for the important tools, equipments and little parts like rivet nut at your favorite hardware shop. I seldom see a hardware store in our area though. I guess hardware store is not as much compared to other stores. The only store i know is Lowe’s but since it’s kind of a big store looking for the thing you need might require some assistance from one of their clerk. Good thing there is a online store that sells industrial equipments and materials that we can rely on. The shopping experience would fast, convenient and easy.
